The anti-pollution flashover coating in a converter station appears rapid hydrophobicity failure phenomenon in a short time after coating, and there is a large domestic winery within 5 kilometers of it, which belongs to a special operating environment. In order to analyze the reasons for the rapid hydrophobicity failure of the anti-pollution flashover coating in this special environment, two groups of anti-pollution flashover coatings were selected and placed in the converter station to conduct simulation tests, and then the hydrophobicity, roughness, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of the two groups of anti-pollution flashover coatings were analyzed in the field and laboratory. The results show that the hydrophobicity of the anti-pollution flashover coating decreases from grade HC1 to grade HC4-HC5 within 7 months. Affected by the surrounding winery environment, the contamination on anti-pollution flashover coating surface in the converter station contains organic substances such as alcohols and phenols, which affects the migration of small molecular siloxanes, leading to the hydrophobicity failure of the anti-pollution flashover coating, while the coating does not show obvious ageing, and its hydrophobicity can be restored immediately after scrubbing the surface dirt.

某换流站防污闪涂料涂覆后短时间内出现了憎水性快速失效的现象,其周边5公里范围内有国内某大型酒厂,属于特殊运行环境,为探究在这种特殊环境下防污闪涂料憎水性快速失效的原因,选取两组防污闪涂料放置在该换流站进行模拟试验,然后在现场和实验室对两组防污闪涂料进行憎水性、粗糙度和傅里叶红外光谱分析。结果表明:防污闪涂料的憎水性在7个月内由HC1级下降到HC4~HC5级。受周边酒厂影响,该换流站的防污闪涂料表面污秽中含有醇类、酚类等有机物,这一类有机污秽影响了小分子硅氧烷的迁移,导致防污闪涂料憎水性失效,但涂料并未出现明显老化,将涂料表面污秽擦洗后憎水性可立即恢复。

某换流站防污闪涂料涂覆后短时间内出现了憎水性快速失效的现象,其周边5公里范围内有国内某大型酒厂,属于特殊运行环境,为探究在这种特殊环境下防污闪涂料憎水性快速失效的原因,选取两组防污闪涂料放置在该换流站进行模拟试验,然后在现场和实验室对两组防污闪涂料进行憎水性、粗糙度和傅里叶红外光谱分析。结果表明:防污闪涂料的憎水性在7个月内由HC1级下降到HC4~HC5级。受周边酒厂影响,该换流站的防污闪涂料表面污秽中含有醇类、酚类等有机物,这一类有机污秽影响了小分子硅氧烷的迁移,导致防污闪涂料憎水性失效,但涂料并未出现明显老化,将涂料表面污秽擦洗后憎水性可立即恢复。

The anti-pollution flashover coating in a converter station appears rapid hydrophobicity failure phenomenon in a short time after coating, and there is a large domestic winery within 5 kilometers of it, which belongs to a special operating environment. In order to analyze the reasons for the rapid hydrophobicity failure of the anti-pollution flashover coating in this special environment, two groups of anti-pollution flashover coatings were selected and placed in the converter station to conduct simulation tests, and then the hydrophobicity, roughness, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of the two groups of anti-pollution flashover coatings were analyzed in the field and laboratory. The results show that the hydrophobicity of the anti-pollution flashover coating decreases from grade HC1 to grade HC4-HC5 within 7 months. Affected by the surrounding winery environment, the contamination on anti-pollution flashover coating surface in the converter station contains organic substances such as alcohols and phenols, which affects the migration of small molecular siloxanes, leading to the hydrophobicity failure of the anti-pollution flashover coating, while the coating does not show obvious ageing, and its hydrophobicity can be restored immediately after scrubbing the surface dirt.

随着全球环境变化,空气中污染物日益复杂,污闪问题对电网安全运行的危害逐年增大。防污闪涂料因其可靠性高、憎水性良好等优点[1-5],自20世纪80年代研制成功并在电网进行推广应用后,已经取得了良好的应用效果[6-7]。然而根据相关研究,运行环境[8-9]对防污闪涂料的运行性能影响很大,在某些相对特殊的环境下防污闪涂料会出现部分性能快速下降的现象,例如高温高湿环境下防污闪涂料会出现明显的颜色变化及憎水性下降等[10-11];运行于水泥厂、化工厂等[7]周边的防污闪涂料粘接性能、憎水性等会受很大影响;还有其他特殊环境下的防污闪涂料性能也会出现不同程度下降[12-13]
本研究针对某换流站在酒厂周边运行环境下防污闪涂料憎水性出现快速失效的现象,通过憎水性测试、粗糙度测试及傅里叶红外光谱[14-15]等方法,对该现象出现的原因进行分析。
该换流站在2013年对套管、绝缘子等设备涂覆了室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)防污闪涂料,涂覆初期憎水性为HC1~HC2级。2017年对已经使用5年左右的设备表面RTV涂层进行憎水性测试,发现交流区及直流区的RTV涂层憎水性均为HC6~HC7级,不满足标准要求。根据DL/T 627—2018[16]中的相关要求,当RTV涂层憎水性为HC6级时,应予以重涂。为保证该换流站设备表面具有良好的防污闪性能,当年对设备表面进行了RTV复涂工作,复涂初期憎水性测试结果为HC1级。运行1年后即2018年重新测试憎水性,测量结果为HC6级,随后对全站防污闪涂层表面进行清洗,清洗后憎水性有所改善,变为HC4级。2019—2021年检期间每年都对换流站憎水性进行检测,测试结果和2018年基本保持一致,憎水性均为HC6级,且进行水冲洗后憎水性均变为HC4级,可满足运行要求。
为探究该换流站防污闪涂料憎水性短时间快速失效的原因,2020年4月份选取两组防污闪涂料制作测试样品,样品布置地点为该换流站直流场设备旁边空地,随后每隔3~4个月对憎水性进行跟踪测试。测试样品在布置前依据DL/T 627—2018[16]对其各项性能进行检测,结果全部满足标准要求。测试样品布置到该换流站初期,其憎水性为HC1~HC2级,8月份对样品进行测试,憎水性变为HC3~HC4级,11月份对憎水性再次进行测试,憎水性变为HC4~HC5级,具体情况如表1图12所示。
表1图12可知,该换流站测试样品和运行防污闪涂料一样,憎水性在短时间内快速下降,因两组测试样品只是放置在该换流站内设备区空地上,并未实际投入运行,所处环境和运行样品有差异,基本未受电场影响,初步推测该换流站憎水性快速下降的原因主要是受周边环境所影响。
该换流站周边主要为农田,周边5公里范围内存在国内某大型白酒生产厂,属于典型的酒精厂附近变电站。酒厂排放物中含大量的含氮化合物、还原糖及醇、醛、酸、酯等香味物质[17-18],还有学者研究发现[19-20],白酒厂排放物中含有丰富的植物脂类物质,为酚类化合物。
近几年对该换流站区域污秽等级进行检测,测试结果如表2所示。由表2可知,该换流站近几年周边污秽情况有所改善。经查阅相关资料,该换流站在建站之初所处区域污秽等级为c级,近几年来该换流站监测发现盐密和灰密逐年下降,自2019年开始该换流站所处区域污秽等级已变为b级,周边环境有所改善。
2021年6月再次对该换流站上述两组防污闪涂料样品进行憎水性测试,试验结果显示两组防污闪涂料的憎水性依然为HC4~HC5级,说明虽然该换流站的防污闪涂料憎水性会在短时间内快速失效,但是当其失效至一定程度时憎水性会保持不变。值得注意的是,2020年在现场布置的防污闪涂料样品放置一年后的憎水性为HC4~HC5级,优于运行换流站使用的防污闪涂料,其原因主要有以下3个方面:①测试用防污闪涂料是在实验室内进行喷涂,施工工艺优于现场;②测试样品的性能及耐候性可能优于现场运行用涂料;③该换流站防污闪涂料的憎水性有所改善的趋势与其所处区域污秽等级有良好的关联性,近两年该换流站污秽等级逐年下降,因此憎水性快速失效结果也有略微好转。
为探究防污闪涂料憎水性快速失效与污秽之间的关联性,在现场选取A组样品,选取部分区域将其表面切除,并对切除表面涂料附近区域污秽进行擦除,样品静置一定时间后重新测试憎水性,结果发现擦去污秽部分(图3中右侧)的防污闪涂料憎水性明显提升,憎水性由不擦洗污秽(图3中左上侧)时的HC4~HC5级提升至HC2~HC3级,内层防污闪涂料的憎水性为HC1~HC2级。
由上述试验结果可知,擦去防污闪涂料表面污秽后,其憎水性明显变好,说明在酒厂环境下防污闪涂料憎水性快速失效和其表面污秽有一定的关联。选取B组的样品,将其表面切除后,可以看到其内层憎水性为HC1~HC2级,完全满足标准与运行要求,具体情况如图4所示。
为进一步明确防污闪涂料憎水性失效的原因,考虑到测试用防污闪涂料是喷涂在支柱绝缘子表面,本研究切取两组支柱绝缘子的顶部样品和底部样品,在实验室内对其进行憎水性、粗糙度和傅里叶红外光谱分析。
常见的憎水性测试方法主要有喷水分级法、静态接触角法等,为了和现场测试样品的憎水性结果进行比对,本研究在实验室依然采用喷水分级法对样品憎水性进行测试,测试时样品放置在瓷绝缘子表面,保证测试时样品倾角和运行现场样品一致,两组样品的具体测试结果如图5所示,图中从左往右3个样品分别为擦去表面污秽的样品、内层样品和污秽表面样品。
图5可以看出,污秽表面样品的憎水性为HC4~HC5级,和现场测试结果一致,而擦去表面污秽后其憎水性变为HC2级,内层样品的憎水性测试结果也为HC2级,且顶部和底部样品的测试结果一致,充分说明擦去表面污秽后,防污闪涂料的憎水性明显改善,整体试验结果现象也和现场试验一致。B组样品的测试结果如图6所示,B组测试样品摆放和A组测试样品保持一致,可以看出B组3种样品的测试结果和A组也保持一致。
通过本次试验可以看出,该换流站防污闪涂料表面存在污秽时,憎水性较差,将表面污秽擦洗后憎水性明显变好,基本可以和内部试样保持一致,说明测试样品放置在换流站的一年时间内,其本体性能并未发生明显的变化,而憎水性快速下降则是因为涂料表面覆盖了一层污秽。回归到换流站运行样品,在2017年复涂防污闪涂料后,当时该换流站区域的污秽等级为c级,其憎水性在一年内快速下降到HC6级,2018年年检期间用清水清洗防污闪涂料表面,其憎水性仅恢复到HC4级,主要是因为大规模水冲洗并不能完全将表面污秽冲洗干净,所以憎水性仅恢复到HC4级,不能与实验室清洗后一样恢复到HC2级。
为明确防污闪涂料是否出现明显老化,本研究选取上述两组样品进行粗糙度分析,通过观察其表面形貌是否出现明显变化来判断涂料是否发生明显的老化。粗糙度试验设备型号为基恩士VHX-5000型,放大倍数为20倍,A组样品的试验结果如图7所示。
图7可以看出,A组样品中,内层样品的表面平整,表面白色的点可能为氢氧化铝填料。擦去表面污秽的样品表面出现了少量小孔洞,尺寸和填料尺寸基本一致,孔洞的形成可能是大量填料析出导致,但是孔洞数量有限,证明测试样品在一年的时间里并未发生明显的老化。值得注意的是,尚未擦去表面污秽的样品表面能看到的孔洞数量明显少于将污秽擦去后的样品,说明污秽本身相对致密,覆盖了大量表面孔洞,进一步解释了污秽对该换流站防污闪涂料的影响,即污秽较致密,覆盖在防污闪涂料表面后导致小分子硅氧烷无法有效迁移至污秽表面,宏观上表现为憎水性快速失效。将表面污秽进行清洗后,涂料憎水性可立即恢复。
B组样品的试验结果如图8所示。从图8可以看出,B组样品中,内层样品和A组的内层样品一样保持平整,但表面无明显的白色填料,颜色相对较均匀。和A组样品不同的是,B组样品的表层出现了明显的褶皱,导致表面不平整,依据相关试验经验,部分成型的硅橡胶样品在有机类溶剂的作用下,其表面易发生一定的形变,该换流站地处酒厂附近,而白酒类生产企业排放物中含有大量的醇、醛、酸、酯、酚类有机物质[18-19],这一类物质随空气漂浮并附着在防污闪涂料表面,会引起涂料表面出现褶皱。上述有机类污秽附着在涂料表面后,依据相似相溶原理,小分子硅氧烷析出后会溶于涂料表面有机污秽,导致涂料表现为憎水性失效,但是将其表面有机污秽擦洗后,憎水性会快速恢复,更进一步说明该换流站防污闪涂料憎水性快速下降主要是受其表面污秽的影响,确切的说是和污秽中的有机污秽相关。
为进一步明确影响某换流站憎水性快速下降的原因,本研究选取A组样品的顶层样品,并刮取表面污秽,对内层样品、无污秽样品表面、有污秽样品表面及污秽进行傅里叶红外光谱试验,结果如图9所示。
图9中污秽的傅里叶红外光谱可知,在波数为3 200~3 300 cm-1处并未检测到相关波峰,说明污秽中不含氢氧化铝,即污秽中不存在RTV本体,而在1 260 cm-1处检测到Si-CH3基团,说明污秽中含有小分子硅氧烷,但是带污秽样品却表现为憎水性失效,说明小分子硅氧烷从涂料迁出后溶于有机污秽,导致憎水性失效。
将上述4组试样的红外光谱进行对比,将内层试样视为新样品,相对于内层样品和无污秽的样品,表面有污秽的样品在波数为3 600~3 700 cm-1处检测到了相关波峰,说明这一波峰所对应的物质是污秽中特有的,经检查该波峰对应物质可能是硅醇和邻氟苯酚等,而这一类物质属于酒厂运行环境下存在的特殊污秽。表3列出了该换流站A组样品憎水性与特殊有机污秽的对应关系。
表3可知,该换流站测试样品表面的特殊有机污秽与其表现出的憎水性等级有良好的关联性,当涂料表面检测到特殊有机污秽时,其憎水性表现为HC4~HC5级,而当样品表面未检测到该物质时,涂料的憎水性明显变好,而这一类特殊有机污秽仅在污秽及带污秽的试样表面检测出来,说明该特殊有机污秽主要来源于污秽,充分证明防污闪涂料表面污秽导致其憎水性快速失效,而影响涂料憎水性快速失效的主要污秽——醇类和酚类有机物则来源于附近白酒生产企业。
(1)该换流站的防污闪涂料憎水性快速失效主要是受其表面污秽中醇类、酚类等有机污秽的影响,这一类有机污秽会影响小分子硅氧烷的迁移,导致涂料宏观上表现为憎水性失效。
(2)该换流站的防污闪涂料在运行一年后虽然憎水性表现为快速失效,但其本体性能并未出现明显下降,擦洗污秽后涂料性能仍可满足运行要求。
(3)导致防污闪涂料憎水性快速失效的表面污秽主要来源于附近酒厂,后续运行过程中需加强环境监测,加强憎水性测试。
