In order to study the influence of typical defects at the silicone rubber/cross-linked polyethylene (SR/XLPE) composite interface of cable terminal on the electric field, temperature field, and stress field distribution, a 10 kV cable termination simulation model was established by using COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software. The electric-thermal-force field distribution with metal particles, semiconducting particles, and scratch defects on the composite interface was simulated. The results show that the electric field, temperature field, and stress field on the interface defect area are distorted to different degrees when metal particles or semi-conductive particles exist on the composite interface of cable terminal, and the influence of metal particles on the physical field distribution at the interface is more obvious. For the air gap defect caused by the scratch of XLPE at the truncation of outer semiconductive layer, it is found that the electric field at the interface air gap defects is distorted and local hot spots are generated. The coating of silicone grease on the interface can obviously improve the distortion of electric field and temperature field at the scratch, but the stress distribution in the scratch area is not uniform due to the filling of silicone grease, and the stress is high at both ends and is low in the middle.

为了研究电缆终端硅橡胶/交联聚乙烯(SR/XLPE)复合界面典型缺陷对电场、温度场以及应力场分布的影响,采用COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件建立了10 kV电缆终端仿真模型,对复合界面存在金属微粒、半导电微粒以及划痕缺陷时的电-热-力场分布情况进行仿真。结果表明:电缆终端复合界面存在金属微粒或半导电微粒时,界面缺陷区域的电场、温度场以及应力场存在不同程度的畸变,金属微粒对界面各物理场分布的影响更加明显。对于外半导电层截断处因交联聚乙烯划伤导致气隙缺陷的情况,发现界面气隙缺陷处电场发生畸变进而产生局部热点。界面涂覆硅脂对划痕处电场和温度场的畸变具有明显的改善作用,但划痕区域由于硅脂的填入导致应力分布不均匀,应力呈现两端高中间低的分布规律。

为了研究电缆终端硅橡胶/交联聚乙烯(SR/XLPE)复合界面典型缺陷对电场、温度场以及应力场分布的影响,采用COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件建立了10 kV电缆终端仿真模型,对复合界面存在金属微粒、半导电微粒以及划痕缺陷时的电-热-力场分布情况进行仿真。结果表明:电缆终端复合界面存在金属微粒或半导电微粒时,界面缺陷区域的电场、温度场以及应力场存在不同程度的畸变,金属微粒对界面各物理场分布的影响更加明显。对于外半导电层截断处因交联聚乙烯划伤导致气隙缺陷的情况,发现界面气隙缺陷处电场发生畸变进而产生局部热点。界面涂覆硅脂对划痕处电场和温度场的畸变具有明显的改善作用,但划痕区域由于硅脂的填入导致应力分布不均匀,应力呈现两端高中间低的分布规律。

In order to study the influence of typical defects at the silicone rubber/cross-linked polyethylene (SR/XLPE) composite interface of cable terminal on the electric field, temperature field, and stress field distribution, a 10 kV cable termination simulation model was established by using COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software. The electric-thermal-force field distribution with metal particles, semiconducting particles, and scratch defects on the composite interface was simulated. The results show that the electric field, temperature field, and stress field on the interface defect area are distorted to different degrees when metal particles or semi-conductive particles exist on the composite interface of cable terminal, and the influence of metal particles on the physical field distribution at the interface is more obvious. For the air gap defect caused by the scratch of XLPE at the truncation of outer semiconductive layer, it is found that the electric field at the interface air gap defects is distorted and local hot spots are generated. The coating of silicone grease on the interface can obviously improve the distortion of electric field and temperature field at the scratch, but the stress distribution in the scratch area is not uniform due to the filling of silicone grease, and the stress is high at both ends and is low in the middle.

由于社会经济的不断发展,城市供电系统建设水平不断提高,电力电缆逐渐取代架空线成为城市配电网络的主要送电形式。随着电缆数量、长度的增加,电缆附件的用量也逐渐增多。电缆附件包含电缆中间接头以及电缆终端接头,35 kV及以下电压等级电缆附件大多使用硅橡胶作为附件绝缘,在装配过程中受工作环境以及施工工艺的影响,硅橡胶/交联聚乙烯(SR/XLPE)复合界面容易形成潜在缺陷,诱发绝缘事故,因此电缆附件的可靠性是电缆线路安全运行的关键[1]
目前,关于电缆附件界面缺陷的研究主要集中于缺陷对于界面电场分布的影响。电缆附件在安装过程中需划切部分电缆半导电层,容易在交联聚乙烯绝缘表面造成划伤缺陷[2],由于划痕处的气隙具有较低的介电常数,导致气隙缺陷处电场畸变严重,并且畸变程度随划痕深度的增加而增大[3-4]。此外,电缆附件界面存在尖锐针状杂质和微粒杂质时,缺陷区域的电场强度会发生不同程度的升高,其中针状杂质对电场的畸变程度更加明显,局部最高电场强度可达到10.3 kV/mm,容易产生局部放电现象[5-7]
电缆附件界面缺陷不仅会引起电场畸变,而且会导致局部温升和应力集中等问题。受缺陷导热系数影响,气隙或杂质微粒等缺陷会使界面呈现不同程度的温度分布。通过材料改性,可以改善因缺陷造成的局部热点问题[8-9]。另外杂质微粒与界面间还会产生热应力,使硅橡胶绝缘受力增加,其内部分子间的距离相应增大,电子更容易获得加速,造成分子链快速断裂,加速绝缘老化,导致电树枝进一步发展[10]
可见,不同界面缺陷对电缆附件界面电场、温度场以及应力场的影响程度和机理不同,赵健军等[11]针对电缆中间接头绝缘老化对复合界面典型缺陷处电场分布的影响进行研究,发现绝缘老化使界面处电场强度增大[11]。因此,有必要针对电缆终端存在不同类型缺陷时界面的电-热-力场分布做进一步研究。本文使用COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件,建立10 kV电缆终端仿真模型,研究SR/XLPE复合界面存在金属微粒或半导电微粒时,其电场、温度场以及应力场的分布状况,同时考虑外半导电层截断处因交联聚乙烯划伤导致气隙缺陷的情况,研究涂覆硅脂前后电场和温度场的变化以及涂覆硅脂处应力场的分布,以期为电缆终端故障原因推断以及运行维护提供参考。
选取与YJV-8.7/10-1×240交联聚乙烯电力电缆配套敷设的10 kV冷缩户外终端为研究对象建立仿真模型,其剖视图如图1所示,表1为各部分所用材料的仿真参数。

电磁场与温度场通过电磁热Q=JE建立耦合关系,计算由传导电流和介质损耗产生的热量。温度场与应力场通过热应变εth=α(T)(T-Tref)建立耦合关系。
电缆终端产热方式主要考虑导体的焦耳热以及绝缘损耗产热[13]
对于单芯电缆,导体产热率如式(6)所示。

采用自由四面体网格对三维模型进行网格划分,对于三维模型中计算数值变化较大的区域进行局部细化处理,如图2所示。依据10 kV电缆终端实际运行条件,将导体电位设置为8.7 kV;导体载流量设置为530 A;绝缘屏蔽和应力锥部分设置为0电位,即接地;环境温度设置为25℃;空气自然对流传热系数h取5.6 W/(m2·℃)。
在电缆终端安装过程中对其进行剥切处理时,金属微粒或半导电微粒容易附着在交联聚乙烯绝缘表面[14],使加工后的复合界面存在潜在缺陷。为研究复合界面存在金属微粒或半导电微粒时的电场、温度场以及应力场分布情况,在界面处设置半径为0.5 mm的球型缺陷,将缺陷材料分别设置为铜和半导电屏蔽料,仿真参数如表1所示,缺陷位置及界面取值位置(不包括微粒)如图3所示。
复合界面存在金属微粒或半导电微粒时的界面电场强度、电势以及表面电荷密度分布如图46所示。
图4可见,界面金属微粒区域电场强度明显增大,最大值达到了10.22 kV/mm,而界面半导电微粒区域电场上升幅度较小,仅为0.41 kV/mm。
图5可以看出,界面金属微粒区域电势较低且等势线以及电力线密集,而半导电微粒对界面电势的影响不明显,等势线以及电力线有微弱的畸变。
图6可知,界面金属微粒区域表面电荷密度增加明显,最大值达到了-9.70 pC/mm2,而界面半导电微粒区域表面电荷密度小幅增大至-0.36 pC/mm2
金属微粒内的自由电子在电场作用下发生移动,达到静电平衡状态时,电荷分布在微粒表面,使界面金属微粒区域表面电荷密度增加[11]。半导电微粒在电场作用下发生极化,使其表面产生束缚电荷,且数量与金属微粒表面产生的感应电荷相比相对较少,所以界面半导电微粒区域的表面电荷密度增大不明显。电荷沿电力线方向运动,界面金属微粒区域表面电荷密度增加使该处附近的等势线及电力线密集,电场强度增大,界面缺陷区域的电场畸变程度更加明显。而界面半导电微粒区域的表面电荷密度变化不大,对等势线及电力线的影响较小。界面金属微粒或半导电微粒区域出现电场集中现象,容易导致局部放电的发生,加速绝缘劣化进程,进而引发电树枝[15]
图46还可以看出,应力锥根部附近界面电场强度更高,等势线以及电力线相对密集,表面电荷密度较大。应力锥半导电材料与交联聚乙烯绝缘以及硅橡胶绝缘构成多层复合介质界面,介质之间的相对介电常数相差较大,根据Maxwell-wagner极化理论,由于双层复合介质的电导率和介电常数的差异,外施电场下载流子的定向运动在界面处受到阻碍[16],使应力锥根部表面电荷密度增加,引起等势线以及电力线畸变,从而使电场强度增大。应力锥根部局部场强明显增大,在过电压作用下可能引起绝缘材料击穿,影响电缆终端的可靠性[17]
复合界面存在金属微粒或半导电微粒时的界面温度分布如图7所示,图8为复合界面无缺陷以及分别存在两种微粒时的界面温度变化曲线。
图7图8可以看出,当导体以载流量为530 A正常运行时,导体运行温度为56.80℃,界面处无缺陷时温度为51.36℃,界面存在金属微粒时温度有所下降,最小温度为51.28℃,而界面存在半导电微粒时温度上升了约0.3℃。除界面金属微粒区域外,其余界面各轴向位置无论存在金属微粒还是半导电微粒,其界面温度均略高于无缺陷时的界面温度,但都远低于绝缘的最高允许工作温度。
界面存在金属微粒或半导电微粒时,由于界面缺陷附近电场畸变使电场强度升高,绝缘损耗产热增加,从而导致界面温度升高。缺陷区域的温度差异与两种微粒的导热系数有关。金属的导热系数较大,其内部存在大量自由电子,热运动强烈,能够迅速传递热量,导热能力较强,热量容易向外传递,所以界面金属微粒区域的温度略低于无缺陷时相应位置处的界面温度。而半导电材料为聚合物,其导热系数相对较小,内部自由电子很少,热传导主要通过原子或分子的振动进行,导热能力较弱,热量向外传递较慢[18],导致界面半导电微粒区域局部温度略高,若继续提高导体载流量,界面缺陷处温度也会随之上升。持续高温作用将会引起交联聚乙烯分子链热氧降解,同时使硅橡胶侧链氧化导致进一步交联,从而导致橡胶硬化、失去弹性,影响复合界面的绝缘性能[19]
复合界面存在金属微粒或半导电微粒时的界面应力分布如图9所示。从图9可以看出,界面金属微粒区域应力明显增大,最大值达到0.350 MPa,而界面半导电微粒区域应力小幅上升至0.059 MPa。
金属微粒或半导电微粒引起界面缺陷附近局部温度升高,使得交联聚乙烯绝缘内部分子热运动加剧,晶格中原子在其平衡位置附近的振动幅度加大,同时分子间自由体积随温度的升高而增加[20],使交联聚乙烯绝缘发生热应变,交联聚乙烯绝缘与半导电微粒或金属微粒之间相互挤压,产生热应力,导致界面应力上升[21]。由于金属微粒弹性模量比半导电微粒大,与交联聚乙烯绝缘挤压后产生的界面应力较高。绝缘层中一旦出现应力集中现象,容易形成微孔或裂纹,且受电场畸变的影响,带电粒子在裂纹中更容易获得加速,撞击分子链[10],导致交联聚乙烯绝缘分子链断裂,局部区域发生降解,造成绝缘劣化面积进一步扩大[22]
电缆终端在安装过程中,需将外半导体层以外的材料剥离截断,由于外半导电层厚度较薄,在进行截断操作时,容易使交联聚乙烯绝缘划伤,导致在外半导电层截断处出现气隙缺陷,可以通过涂覆硅脂的方法将划痕覆盖。本文为模拟划伤缺陷,在外半导电层截断处的主绝缘表面设置了长为5 mm、宽为1 mm、深为1 mm的扇环形划痕,划痕位置以及电场、温度和应力分布曲线的取值位置如图10所示。划痕处涂覆硅脂前后的界面电场分布以及温度分布曲线如图11所示,涂覆硅脂区域的应力分布图及应力分布曲线如图12所示。
图11(a)可知,界面存在气隙缺陷时,缺陷区域的电场强度明显增大,最大值为0.96 kV/mm,涂覆硅脂后电场强度降低至0.75 kV/mm。从图11(b)可以看出,气隙缺陷区域温度上升至53.78℃,涂覆硅脂后缺陷区域温度小于界面温度,最低温度为53.09℃。
硅脂作为一种二甲基硅氧烷聚合物(Me2SiO)X,其结构与硅橡胶类似,两者介电常数和电导率相近[23],涂覆硅脂后划痕被覆盖且界面密封性增强,电场强度明显降低,从而达到均化电场的目的。并且硅脂的导热系数较高,可以将自身的热量快速散失,进而消除气隙区域的局部热点。
图12可以看出,划痕区域内部应力较小,约为0.043 MPa,而两端应力较高,分别达到0.063 MPa和0.061 MPa。划痕处涂覆硅脂后,作为溶剂分子可渗入硅橡胶绝缘,产生溶胀现象,此时划痕区域内部相邻分子链间的作用力(范德华力)较弱,分子间发生相对运动所需的力较小,导致硅橡胶绝缘弹性模量较低[24],划痕区域内部应力略小。而划痕区域两端为硅脂与交联聚乙烯绝缘的交界面,由于两种材料的热膨胀系数存在差异,导致界面处产生热应力[25],因此划痕区域两端的应力略高。划痕区域两端的应力集中使硅橡胶绝缘分子间作用力减弱,加速形成裂纹或裂隙,使硅脂渗入硅橡胶绝缘的速度加快,长期在电场作用下,溶胀作用会使分子间作用力减弱,加速硅橡胶绝缘的老化[26]
(1)电缆终端复合界面存在金属微粒时,界面缺陷区域表面电荷密度增大,电力线密集,电场畸变严重程度大于界面存在半导电微粒时。
(2)由于金属微粒和半导电微粒的导热能力不同,导致界面分别存在两种微粒时缺陷区域的温度分布存在差异。
(3)金属微粒以及半导电微粒热膨胀系数存在差异,使两种微粒在硅橡胶与交联聚乙烯绝缘界面之间相互挤压而产生的热应力不同,金属微粒具有较大的弹性模量,界面产生的热应力更高。
(4)涂覆硅脂可明显改善电缆终端外半导电层截断处因交联聚乙烯绝缘划伤导致气隙缺陷时的电场以及温度畸变情况,但涂覆硅脂区域依然存在应力分布不均匀的现象,应力呈现两端高中间低的分布规律。
