In order to investigate the effects of glassfiber architecture on the mechanical and fire-resistant performance of insulating slot wedge, unidirectional glassfiber, laminated glassfiber fabric, and rolled glassfiber fabric reinforced slot wedge were prepared using fire-resistant resin, glass fiber, glassfiber fabric as raw material, and the 3 types of slot wedge samples were conducted longitudinal impact strength test, width-directional bending strength test, and combustion tests. The results show that with the same sectional dimension and the same content of glassfiber for slot wedges, the order of longitudinal impact strength from strong to weak is glassfiber fabric reinforced slot wedge, glassfiber fabric laminated slot wedge, unidirectional glassfiber reinforced slot wedge; the order of elastic deformation during width-directional bending from big to small is glassfiber fabric reinforced slot wedge, glassfiber fabric laminated slot wedge, unidirectional glassfiber reinforced slot wedge; the order of fire resistance from strong to weak is glassfiber fabric reinforced slot wedge, glassfiber fabric laminated slot wedge, unidirectional glassfiber reinforced slot wedge. When the glassfiber content increases from 50% to 70%, the total afterflame time of the unidirectional glassfiber reinforced slot wedge, glassfiber fabric laminated slot wedge, and rolled glassfiber fabric reinforced slot wedge increases by 51.7%, 31.8%, and 46.3%, respectively.

为探究玻纤结构对绝缘槽楔力学性能和阻燃性的影响,以阻燃树脂和玻璃纤维、玻璃纤维布为原料,制备了单向玻璃纤维增强槽楔、玻璃布层压板槽楔和卷包玻璃布增强槽楔,并对3种槽楔进行纵向冲击试验、宽度方向弯曲试验和燃烧试验。结果表明:在截面尺寸和玻纤含量相同的条件下,槽楔抗纵向冲击能力由强至弱为卷包玻璃布增强槽楔、玻璃布层压板槽楔、单向玻纤增强槽楔,槽楔宽度方向承受弯曲载荷时产生的弹性形变由大至小为卷包玻璃布增强槽楔、玻璃布层压板槽楔、单向玻纤增强槽楔,槽楔阻燃性由强至弱为卷包玻璃布增强槽楔、玻璃布层压板槽楔、单向玻纤增强槽楔。3种槽楔的阻燃性都随玻纤含量的增加而下降,当玻纤含量从约50%增加到70%时,单向玻纤增强槽楔的总余焰时间增加了约51.7%,玻璃布层压板槽楔的总余焰时间增加了约31.8%,卷包玻璃布增强槽楔的总余焰时间增加了约46.3%。

为探究玻纤结构对绝缘槽楔力学性能和阻燃性的影响,以阻燃树脂和玻璃纤维、玻璃纤维布为原料,制备了单向玻璃纤维增强槽楔、玻璃布层压板槽楔和卷包玻璃布增强槽楔,并对3种槽楔进行纵向冲击试验、宽度方向弯曲试验和燃烧试验。结果表明:在截面尺寸和玻纤含量相同的条件下,槽楔抗纵向冲击能力由强至弱为卷包玻璃布增强槽楔、玻璃布层压板槽楔、单向玻纤增强槽楔,槽楔宽度方向承受弯曲载荷时产生的弹性形变由大至小为卷包玻璃布增强槽楔、玻璃布层压板槽楔、单向玻纤增强槽楔,槽楔阻燃性由强至弱为卷包玻璃布增强槽楔、玻璃布层压板槽楔、单向玻纤增强槽楔。3种槽楔的阻燃性都随玻纤含量的增加而下降,当玻纤含量从约50%增加到70%时,单向玻纤增强槽楔的总余焰时间增加了约51.7%,玻璃布层压板槽楔的总余焰时间增加了约31.8%,卷包玻璃布增强槽楔的总余焰时间增加了约46.3%。

In order to investigate the effects of glassfiber architecture on the mechanical and fire-resistant performance of insulating slot wedge, unidirectional glassfiber, laminated glassfiber fabric, and rolled glassfiber fabric reinforced slot wedge were prepared using fire-resistant resin, glass fiber, glassfiber fabric as raw material, and the 3 types of slot wedge samples were conducted longitudinal impact strength test, width-directional bending strength test, and combustion tests. The results show that with the same sectional dimension and the same content of glassfiber for slot wedges, the order of longitudinal impact strength from strong to weak is glassfiber fabric reinforced slot wedge, glassfiber fabric laminated slot wedge, unidirectional glassfiber reinforced slot wedge; the order of elastic deformation during width-directional bending from big to small is glassfiber fabric reinforced slot wedge, glassfiber fabric laminated slot wedge, unidirectional glassfiber reinforced slot wedge; the order of fire resistance from strong to weak is glassfiber fabric reinforced slot wedge, glassfiber fabric laminated slot wedge, unidirectional glassfiber reinforced slot wedge. When the glassfiber content increases from 50% to 70%, the total afterflame time of the unidirectional glassfiber reinforced slot wedge, glassfiber fabric laminated slot wedge, and rolled glassfiber fabric reinforced slot wedge increases by 51.7%, 31.8%, and 46.3%, respectively.

绝缘槽楔在电机中的作用是把线圈固定在铁心槽内[1]。绝缘槽楔的损坏或在槽内的移动可能引起:①线棒表面与定子(或转子)槽壁之间的电压和温升不稳;②绝缘垫条出现位移,从而堵塞定子通风孔,造成线棒加速损伤;③线棒绝缘层的破坏等。所以,绝缘槽楔必须具备较高的机械强度和结构可靠性,以使其在铁心槽内可靠固定。
绝缘槽楔在铁心槽内受到的力主要有4类[2-6]:①线圈因受电磁力对槽楔形成的压力;②不规则电磁力与铁心所受磁拉力的共同作用,引起槽楔在槽内震动;③线圈因温升引起膨胀,对槽楔形成的压力;④机组震动,引起铁心槽与槽楔之间的相互作用力。
标准JB/T 10508—2020根据绝缘槽楔的玻璃纤维结构把槽楔分为两种类型:引拔槽楔和玻璃布层压板槽楔。引拔槽楔由单向玻璃纤维增强,在与玻纤平行的平面内,槽楔的拉伸强度和弯曲强度高,在与玻纤垂直的平面内,槽楔的承载能力差,由于槽楔在铁心槽内受到的弯矩方向与玻纤方向垂直,由单向玻纤增强的引拔槽楔可靠性差。玻璃布层压板槽楔在与铁心槽垂直的平面内有承载的纤维,但在其与槽齿接触的斜面上玻璃纤维不连续,当绝缘槽楔在线圈的顶力和两侧槽齿压力的共同作用下产生挠曲时,其斜面可能出现分层开裂。
如果采用卷包玻璃布结构替代单向玻璃纤维制造引拔槽楔,则可以实现对绝缘槽楔的三维增强,在绝缘槽楔与铁心槽和线圈接触的整个截面上增强纤维都是连续的。
绝缘系统的阻燃性是影响电机安全性的重要因素,对电动汽车驱动电机、防爆电机等有高安全性要求的电机意义重大。由于绝缘槽楔是由绝缘树脂和增强玻璃纤维组成的复合材料,其阻燃性受到树脂本身的阻燃性和玻纤含量与结构的影响。
关于热固性树脂的耐火性研究[7]表明,以极限氧指数评定的通用树脂耐火性强弱顺序为:酚醛、聚酰亚胺、二马来酰亚胺、环氧树脂、乙烯基酯、聚酯。由于环氧树脂具有良好的粘结性、耐热性、密封性、电绝缘性以及耐化学腐蚀性,环氧树脂/玻璃纤维复合材料是制造绝缘槽楔的主要材料。环氧树脂固化物的热裂解由醇羟基的脱水开始,反应生成乙烯基醚,进一步分解产生可燃性气体,其极限氧指数一般在21~23[7-9]。目前用于改善聚合物阻燃性的技术手段,如抑制燃烧链式反应、吸收热分解产生的热量以降低体系温度、促进体系成炭以减少可燃性气体生成、增强阻隔效应等,在环氧树脂的阻燃中都有应用。磷系阻燃剂克服了含卤阻燃剂燃烧烟雾大、放出有毒及腐蚀性气体的缺陷,同时又改善了无机阻燃剂因添加量过大而影响材料力学性能的缺点,获得了越来越多的应用[10-12]
本文在以次磷酸铝为阻燃剂制备阻燃型环氧树脂的基础上,制备了单向玻璃纤维增强引拔绝缘槽楔、玻璃布层压板绝缘槽楔和卷包玻璃布增强引拔绝缘槽楔,并对3种绝缘槽楔的力学性能和阻燃性进行研究。
环氧树脂E0:自制环氧酸酐型树脂,以次磷酸铝为阻燃剂,按照GB/T 2408—2008中的垂直燃烧法测试其阻燃等级为V-0;玻璃纤维E225(22.5tex)、玻璃纤维布2116(经纬纤维均为E225),巨石集团股份有限公司。
拉挤机,自制;63T XLB-D/Q型平板硫化机,湖州顺力橡胶机械有限公司;SX2-4-10型马弗炉,嘉兴新塍镇丰乐烘箱电炉厂;WD-50型万能材料试验机,上海卓技仪器设备有限公司;CL-3002型简支梁冲击试验机,昌隆试验机械厂;Ttech-GBT2408型水平垂直燃烧试验仪,泰思泰克(苏州)检测仪器科技有限公司。
以玻璃纤维E225和环氧树脂E0为原料,使用自制拉挤机和模具制备,绝缘槽楔的截面尺寸如图1所示。
以玻璃纤维布2116浸渍环氧树脂E0,经过90℃/30 min处理后制得B阶段预浸渍环氧玻纤布;将预浸渍环氧玻纤布裁剪成300 mm×300 mm的尺寸,平铺于模具内,使用平板硫化机模压制备层压板。对层压板进行机加工,得到图1所示截面、不同长度的绝缘槽楔试样。
以玻璃纤维布2116和环氧树脂E0为原料,将2116卷绕成细长圆柱体,使用自制拉挤机和模具制备,绝缘槽楔的截面尺寸如图1所示。
将绝缘槽楔加工成长度为70 mm的试样,其中20 mm长的部分试样固定在工装内,工装夹持在简支梁冲击试验机上,试验机的冲击韧为R2圆角,摆锤的预扬角为150°,如图2所示。
将绝缘槽楔加工成长度为20 mm的试样,在万能材料试验机上按照图3所示方法进行弯曲强度测试。
取绝缘槽楔试样20 mm长,用分析天平称量试样质量为m0;将试样放入25 mL坩埚中,使用分析天平称量试样和坩埚质量为m1;将坩埚和试样放入马弗炉内经600℃/2 h灼烧处理,灼烧结束后称量坩埚和试样的质量为m2,则玻纤含量的计算公式为式(1)

按照GB/T 2408—2008中的试验方法B(垂直燃烧试验)进行阻燃性测试。
(1)3种槽楔的玻纤结构特征
将单向玻璃纤维增强引拔绝缘槽楔、玻璃布层压板绝缘槽楔和卷包玻璃布增强引拔绝缘槽楔分别标识为SW1、SW2和SW3,对3种槽楔分别截取20 mm长的试样共3段,放入25 mL坩埚中,在马弗炉内经600℃/2 h灼烧处理,待树脂裂解挥发后观察槽楔的纤维结构,结果如图45所示。
图45可以看出,由于基体树脂中阻燃剂在高温下的成炭效应[13],使得灼烧后槽楔的颜色由浅黄色变为黑色。SW1和SW2试样在灼烧后,相互平行的玻璃纤维或玻纤布间因失去粘结而分离。SW3试样在灼烧后仍保持与灼烧前相似的形态,这是由于SW3的增强材料由一张完整的玻纤布卷包而成,卷包结构在复合过程中得到了定型。
(2)纵向冲击试验结果
纵向冲击试验可以模拟绝缘槽楔在装配时受到端部敲击的工况。3种绝缘槽楔在受到冲击时起裂的难易程度不同,同一冲击能量下裂纹扩展的距离也不相同。图68显示了玻纤含量为70%时,3种绝缘槽楔分别受到9 J和15 J能量冲击后的外观特征。
图68可见,单向玻纤增强槽楔SW1的裂纹形态呈线状;玻璃布层压板槽楔SW2的裂纹形态呈面状;卷包玻璃布增强槽楔SW3无显著裂纹痕迹,其破坏区域像一个缺口。在9 J冲击能量下,SW1的裂纹长度为25 mm,SW2面裂纹的深度为5 mm,SW3的缺口深度为2.5 mm。在15 J冲击能量下,SW1的裂纹长度为48 mm,SW2面裂纹的深度为8 mm,SW3的缺口深度为5 mm。如果以缺陷(裂纹或者缺口)在纵向的长度来衡量3种槽楔抗纵向冲击的能力,则3种槽楔抗纵向冲击能力的由强至弱为SW3、SW2、SW1。
王歆等[14]利用细观模型对复合材料的强度与初始裂纹的关系进行研究发现,当纤维增强复合材料裂纹尖端受到纤维的阻碍,而非处于基体中心时,其起裂强度更高。SW1起裂于平行玻纤之间,裂纹尖端无玻纤阻碍,所以起裂强度低。SW2的裂纹起裂于玻璃布层间,在冲击能量相同的情况下,一部分冲击能量被消耗于玻璃布平面内,所以其起裂强度比SW1高,裂纹拓展也比SW1难。SW3的基体树脂由三维玻纤结构包围,其起裂或裂纹的扩展必须伴随玻纤的断裂,因而起裂强度更高。汪蔚等[15]在研究复合材料棒材的力学性能特点时也发现3D纤维增强材料在冲击和剪切强度方面的优势。
(3)宽度方向弯曲试验结果
宽度方向弯曲试验可以近似模拟绝缘槽楔在铁心槽内的受力情况,槽楔底部绝缘材料受热膨胀和线棒受到安培力后对槽楔产生推力,该类推力与槽齿对槽楔斜面的压力共同作用,使槽楔宽度方向承受弯矩。
图9是3种槽楔在宽度方向弯曲试验中的载荷-应变曲线。由图9可知,SW1的破坏载荷均值为354 N,SW2和SW3的破坏载荷均值分别为511 N和559 N。在加载过程中,SW1和SW2的破坏都发生在最大载荷时,而SW3的破坏发生在最大形变时,而且SW3的弹性形变比SW2大,可见SW3用相同的玻纤含量获得了更好的力学性能。
玻纤增强复合材料主要由玻纤承担载荷,基体树脂用于粘附和固定增强纤维,并通过界面将所承受的载荷传递给增强纤维,自身只承受少量载荷。SW1在宽度方向没有承载纤维,由树脂承受弯曲载荷。SW2在斜面上无连续玻纤,当其发生横向弯曲形变后,槽楔斜面与铁心槽齿的接触面积减小,参与承受弯曲载荷的玻纤数量减少,在载荷达到最大时,承载层与非承载层的界面处发生层间剥离。SW3横截面上有连续玻纤,在加载过程中SW3的弯曲形变不会引起承载玻纤的层间剥离,各层玻纤承受的应力梯度变化,当弹性形变达到最大时弯曲载荷达到最大值,随着形变进一步增加,SW3发生屈服变形,并在屈服变形过程中被破坏。
(1)E0树脂浇注体的阻燃性
按照GB/T 2408—2008对树脂的浇注样条进行燃烧试验,试样截面尺寸如图1所示,长度为125 mm,预处理条件为(75±2)℃/168 h,测试结果如表1所示,其中t1为单个试样第1次燃烧的余焰时间,t2为单个试样第2次燃烧的余焰时间,t3为单个试样第2次燃烧的余辉时间。
试样在燃烧过程中无滴落物产生,根据GB/T 2408—2008对阻燃性的分级规定,试样的阻燃性为V-0级。
(2)3种槽楔的阻燃性
通过改变SW1、SW2和SW3 3种绝缘槽楔的玻纤含量,对试样进行燃烧试验,结果见表2。由表2可知,绝缘槽楔的燃烧时间比树脂的燃烧时间更长,3种槽楔的燃烧时间都随玻纤含量的增加而增加。考察3种槽楔两次燃烧的总余焰时间与玻纤含量的关系可以发现,当玻纤含量从约50%增加到约70%时,SW1的总余焰时间增加了约51.7%,SW2的总余焰时间增加了约31.8%,SW3槽楔的总余焰时间增加了约46.3%。
持续燃烧需要满足3个条件:可燃物、氧气和温度。在高温下,基体树脂分解产生小分子,并与氧气作用,生成OH、H等自由基参与燃烧。玻纤的作用类似一个导管,使得聚合物分解产生的可燃小分子沿着玻纤向火源或温度高场移动,一旦燃烧后,热量增大,玻纤的导管效应更明显。黄涛等[16]介绍了复合材料中玻璃纤维的“灯芯效应”,如果没有玻璃纤维,聚合物在火源离开后维持燃烧的难度更大。
单向玻纤增强槽楔的所有玻纤沿一个方向排列,玻纤的导管作用使得在火源附近的高温区内可燃小分子在平行玻纤方向形成浓度梯度,使高温区的可燃物浓度升高,有利于燃烧。而玻璃布层压板槽楔和卷包玻璃布槽楔内部的玻纤由多个方向交织而成,玻纤可以从多个方向引导可燃小分子扩散,各玻纤方向的浓度梯度相对较小,燃烧难度更大。
在二次燃烧时,由于热源区残炭的影响,玻纤对可燃物小分子的导流效果减弱,使得燃烧余焰时间变短。
(1)玻纤结构会影响绝缘槽楔的力学性能和阻燃性。在截面尺寸和玻纤含量相同的条件下,卷包玻璃布增强槽楔比玻璃布层压板槽楔和单向玻纤增强槽楔具备更优的力学性能和阻燃性。
(2)在截面尺寸和玻纤含量相同的条件下,不同玻纤结构的槽楔抗纵向冲击的能力由强至弱顺序为卷包玻璃布增强槽楔、玻璃布层压板槽楔、单向玻纤增强槽楔;宽度方向发生弯曲破坏时产生弹性形变的由大至小顺序为卷包玻璃布增强槽楔、玻璃布层压板槽楔、单向玻纤增强槽楔。
(3)在截面尺寸和玻纤含量相同的条件下,槽楔阻燃性的由强至弱顺序为卷包玻璃布增强槽楔、玻璃布层压板槽楔、单向玻纤增强槽楔。3种槽楔的阻燃性都随玻纤含量的增加而下降,当玻纤含量从约50%增加到70%时,单向玻纤增强槽楔的总余焰时间增加了约51.7%,玻璃布层压板槽楔的总余焰时间增加了约31.8%,卷包玻璃布增强槽楔的总余焰时间增加了约46.3%。
