With the improvement of ecological environment, transmission line faults caused by birds are also increasing. Among them, the tripping accident of transmission lines caused by bird has become an important factor threatening the safe operation of power grid. Based on this, we explored the influence of the thickness and length of insulating sheath on the breakdown voltage and surface flashover voltage respectively through tests. Then the configuration method of the length and thickness of insulating sheath was put forward. Finally, a real test platform simualting the the flashover of bird droppings was established to verify the feasibility of the configuration method. The results show that when the bird droppings penetrate the entire air gap, the breakdown voltage of the insulating sheath is a quadratic function of its thickness. The surface flashover voltage is proportional to the flashover distance. The configuration method proposed in this paper can provide guidance for the application of insulating sheath in practical engineering and has engineering practical value.

随着生态环境的变好,由鸟类引发的输电线路故障也随之增多。其中,由于鸟粪引起的架空输电线路跳闸事故已经成为威胁电网安全运行的重要因素。基于此,本文通过试验探究了绝缘护套厚度和长度分别对击穿电压和沿面闪络电压的影响,进而提出防鸟粪绝缘护套长度和厚度的配置方法,并搭建模拟鸟粪闪络的110 kV真型试验平台,验证配置方法的可行性。结果表明:当鸟粪贯穿整个空气间隙时,绝缘护套的击穿电压与其厚度呈二次函数的关系,沿面闪络电压与闪络距离呈正比关系。本文提出的配置方法可以为实际工程中绝缘护套的应用提供指导,具有一定的工程实用价值。

随着生态环境的变好,由鸟类引发的输电线路故障也随之增多。其中,由于鸟粪引起的架空输电线路跳闸事故已经成为威胁电网安全运行的重要因素。基于此,本文通过试验探究了绝缘护套厚度和长度分别对击穿电压和沿面闪络电压的影响,进而提出防鸟粪绝缘护套长度和厚度的配置方法,并搭建模拟鸟粪闪络的110 kV真型试验平台,验证配置方法的可行性。结果表明:当鸟粪贯穿整个空气间隙时,绝缘护套的击穿电压与其厚度呈二次函数的关系,沿面闪络电压与闪络距离呈正比关系。本文提出的配置方法可以为实际工程中绝缘护套的应用提供指导,具有一定的工程实用价值。

With the improvement of ecological environment, transmission line faults caused by birds are also increasing. Among them, the tripping accident of transmission lines caused by bird has become an important factor threatening the safe operation of power grid. Based on this, we explored the influence of the thickness and length of insulating sheath on the breakdown voltage and surface flashover voltage respectively through tests. Then the configuration method of the length and thickness of insulating sheath was put forward. Finally, a real test platform simualting the the flashover of bird droppings was established to verify the feasibility of the configuration method. The results show that when the bird droppings penetrate the entire air gap, the breakdown voltage of the insulating sheath is a quadratic function of its thickness. The surface flashover voltage is proportional to the flashover distance. The configuration method proposed in this paper can provide guidance for the application of insulating sheath in practical engineering and has engineering practical value.

随着人类对生态环境保护意识的增强,鸟类的数目越来越多,与之伴随的是生态环境与输电线路安全运行之间的矛盾[1-2]。鸟类数目的增多会引起更多的跳闸事故,主要包括鸟粪类故障、鸟巢类故障和鸟体短接类故障,其中以鸟粪类故障最为突出。鸟类在飞行过程中排泄出的粪便电导率较大,当粪便滴落在线路上时会使绝缘子串短接,引发绝缘子发生闪络或空气间隙击穿,从而影响输电线路的正常运行,严重时甚至会导致线路停运乃至大面积的停电事故。据资料显示,近十年来,由于鸟粪故障引发的跳闸次数仅次于雷击,约占总跳闸次数的10%。根据已有的运行经验,在输电线路导线上安装绝缘护套可以有效避免由于鸟粪引起的闪络故障[3-4]。由护套的电气特性可知,护套的厚度越大,组合间隙的击穿电压越高;护套的长度越长,发生沿面闪络的概率越小,即防护效果越好。但是在实际运行中,护套的厚度和长度不能无限制的增加[5-6],因此,需综合考虑护套的防护效果和尺寸效应,得到最优的护套配置方案。
20世纪70年代起,美国对居民区的架空裸导线安装绝缘护套以提高输电线路的绝缘特性[7];1984年,芬兰首先在北欧国家中使用包覆有局部外绝缘层的导线[8],接着澳大利亚、巴西、挪威、瑞典和英国等国家利用这种方法对居民生活所使用的中压线路进行了改造[9-10]。随着国外对绝缘护套的使用逐渐普及,国内也开展了相关的研究。梅红伟等[11-13]在复合绝缘子高压端输电导线上安装绝缘护套并进行间隙特性研究,分析不同护套参数对污闪电压的影响,验证了绝缘护套参数对高压端电场的改善情况;彭永晶等[14-15]在工频条件下通过改变导线间的距离,分别研究了裸导线、单根导线包覆绝缘护套、双根导线包覆绝缘护套以及导线涂覆绝缘涂料后对导线间工频击穿电压的提升效果,并分析了绝缘护套提高间隙击穿电压的原因;陈杰等[16]搭建了110 kV输电线路的试验模型,用细长的金属丝模拟下落的鸟粪,试验验证了包覆厚度为2 mm的绝缘护套可以提高110 kV输电线路的间隙击穿电压,并结合仿真结果证明了由于绝缘护套的存在,悬垂绝缘子串上承受的电压可以降低20%左右;董新胜等[17]将绝缘护套应用于防止因强风导致的输电线路风偏跳闸,指出为了使绝缘护套的性能达到最优,需要在绝缘护套粘接时,应当在绝缘护套的凹槽和凸棱两侧都涂覆粘接剂,同时分析了绝缘护套对风偏角的影响,最后指出绝缘护套引起的风偏角的增加很小,因此可以增加强风下导线风偏后的空气间隙绝缘强度。刘会斌等[18]研究了绝缘护套厚度对组合间隙击穿电压的影响,同时探究了缺陷对击穿电压的影响,结果表明当护套存在缺陷时,仍然可以起到防护效果,随着厚度的增加,防护效果有不同程度的下降;张文文等[19-20]对比了硅橡胶与氟硅橡胶绝缘护套在极寒环境下的性能,研究表明氟硅橡胶具有更好的绝缘性能和力学性能。
绝缘护套在不同电压等级的实际工程中需要包覆护套的厚度、长度尚不清晰,且由于目前绝缘护套也只是在低电压等级线路上有一定的投运,因此,有必要对高电压等级线路上绝缘护套的设计及线路配置方案进行更深入的研究。
本文首先研究绝缘护套厚度和长度分别对击穿电压和沿面闪络电压的影响,基于此提出防鸟粪绝缘护套厚度和长度的配置方法,并搭建模拟鸟粪闪络的110 kV真型试验平台,验证配置方法的可行性。
真实鸟粪具有较大的电导率,即导电性较好,且在下落过程中由于重力的作用,往往呈现为细长状。研究表明,鸟粪下落过程中,间隙击穿过程所需的时间为微秒级,即可以认为在间隙击穿过程中,鸟粪处于静止状态[21],因此其可以等效为一根具有尖端的棒电极。由于本文主要研究绝缘护套的配置方案,需要在苛刻的条件下测试绝缘护套的绝缘性能,方可确保绝缘护套在实际应用中起到较好的防护效果,因此本文采用长度为40 cm、直径为1 cm、尖端为针电极的铜棒模拟下落过程中的鸟粪。为探究防鸟粪绝缘护套的最优配置方法,搭建如图1所示的试验平台。其中环氧树脂绝缘门型架构长度为2 m,宽度为0.8 m,高度为2.5 m,在门型架构上方放置金属网,以模拟输电杆塔的金属横担,其长度为1.2 m,宽度为1 m,导线为110 kV线路用钢芯铝绞线,根据试验要求,导线和护套的长度、铜棒与护套的相对位置均可以改变。
棒电极与护套及导线的空间位置如图2所示。试验过程中,为了探究鸟粪落点位置对绝缘护套击穿电压及沿面闪络电压的影响,需保证棒电极与导线的相对位置可调节。然后固定棒电极和导线,导线末端接工频试验变压器的高压侧输出,变压器的型号为YD30/200。
防鸟粪绝缘护套不仅要求具有良好的绝缘性能,还需满足长期工作在室外环境下的要求,因此防鸟粪绝缘护套使用的材料需满足绝缘性能优良、耐高低温、具有良好的物理机械强度等要求。故而,本文选用工程中常用的硅橡胶绝缘护套作为研究对象。对于绝缘护套的结构,卡扣式结构的绝缘护套在实际使用过程中方便拆卸,但同时卡扣凹陷区会成为绝缘护套的最薄弱区,大幅减弱绝缘护套本身的作用。防鸟粪绝缘护套的卡扣可以采用不同的形状,本文采用如图3所示的卡扣形状。该卡扣两侧的凹槽形状相同,且护套中没有曲率半径较小的结构,避免了由于几何结构引起的电场畸变。
试验前在用于110 kV线路的ACSR钢芯铝绞线上涂覆硅橡胶专用粘合剂,将绝缘护套包覆在钢芯铝绞线上,并用粘合剂涂刷护套卡扣部分,静置3天,保证卡扣的凹槽及凸棱处的粘合剂完全固化且粘接完好,包覆绝缘护套的导线如图4所示。本文中,护套厚度分别选择为2、3、3.5 mm。
由于鸟粪在空中下落的过程中,其运动特性较为复杂,对于大型鸟类而言,其排泄物在重力的作用下长度可以拉长至1~2 m,为了保证绝缘护套可以起到防鸟害的作用,在配置绝缘护套厚度时,需要考虑最极端的情况,即鸟粪-空气组合间隙中的空气间隙长度为0。
基于上述试验平台,本文首先研究了不同厚度下,含绝缘护套组合间隙的工频击穿特性。随着工频试验电压的升高,首先在棒电极尖端出现电晕放电,当电压升高到一定等级后,可观察到棒电极尖端与护套间有明显的电弧放电通道,如图5所示,此时会在绝缘护套表面出现滑闪现象。继续升高电压,当绝缘护套承受的电压超过其耐受电压时(该电压小于绝缘护套发生沿面闪络的电压),绝缘护套被击穿,如图6所示。
硅橡胶绝缘护套的厚度与击穿电压的关系如图7所示。由图7可知,在研究的厚度范围内,绝缘护套的击穿电压随其厚度的增加呈非线性增大的趋势。
通过曲线拟合,得出硅橡胶的击穿电压与厚度的关系如式(1)所示,其中U为击穿电压,x为护套的厚度。当护套的厚度大于2 mm时,该公式可以用做空气间隙长度为0时,绝缘护套击穿电压的估计。

在实际工况下,当空气间隙长度为0时,绝缘护套上承受的电压达到最大,即绝缘护套最容易被击穿,因此式(1)也可为防鸟粪绝缘护套厚度的配置提供参考。根据式(1),代入运行电压,即可得到对应的护套厚度值,取一定的裕度后,即可作为实际工程中绝缘护套厚度的配置方案。
为了给出不同电压等级下绝缘护套最小包覆长度的配置,本文首先定义极限沿面闪络距离(L),如图8所示,高压导线上的电压为确定值U0时,沿面闪络距离x的最大值即为极限沿面闪络距离L。由定义可知,极限沿面闪络距离越大,则绝缘护套的表面绝缘性能越差,需要的最小包覆长度越大。当获得LU0的对应关系后,则可以根据实际工况下的运行电压,推导出L的值,取一定的裕度后,即可获得绝缘护套的最小包覆长度。
为探究硅橡胶的极限沿面闪络距离与运行电压之间的关系,在上述试验平台上,首先调节导线与棒电极之间的相对位置,使棒电极下端贴于绝缘护套表面,护套表面的状态为污秽状态,污秽等级为b级。改变棒电极尖端距离护套边缘的距离,在保证绝缘护套发生沿面闪络的前提下,测量不同距离下对应的闪络电压。
以硅橡胶绝缘护套为试验对象,不同距离下对应的闪络电压测试结果如表1所示,每组试验中计算了闪络电压与沿面闪络距离的比值。由表1可知,随着沿面闪络距离的增加,闪络电压不断升高,但是闪络电压与闪络距离的比值呈下降的趋势,即护套表面单位长度上承受的电压值呈下降的趋势。当沿面闪络距离大于40 cm后,闪络电压与距离的比值平均值为0.88 kV/cm,如式(2)所示。

由上述试验结果可知,硅橡胶绝缘护套的表面单位长度承受的电压值具有尺寸效应,即当沿面闪络的距离越小时,单位长度承受的电压值越高,随着沿面闪络距离的增加,单位长度承受的电压值逐渐趋于稳定。
由上述研究可知,输电线路绝缘护套的防护效果主要由护套的厚度和包覆长度决定,其中护套的厚度主要由体击穿电压决定,包覆长度主要由极限沿面闪络距离决定,因此特定电压等级下的绝缘护套配置方案可以采用如图9所示的流程确定:设定U为输电线路的额定运行电压,首先根据式(1)配置绝缘护套的厚度,然后根据式(2)得到极限沿面距离,即为护套的包覆长度。
以110 kV输电线路为例,相电压约为63.5 kV,即U等于63.5 kV,根据上述配置方案流程,获得硅橡胶绝缘护套的配置方案见表2
根据表2的配置方案,应用于110 kV输电线路的防鸟粪绝缘护套,其厚度推荐使用6 mm;为了保证鸟粪下落过程中不出现沿面闪络现象,需保证L大于等于80 cm。
为了验证上述配置方案的可行性,在第1节试验平台的基础之上,搭建了110 kV真型模拟试验平台。首先,为了模拟实际中鸟粪下落的过程,需要人工配置模拟鸟粪液体,实际中鸟粪的体积在20~90 mL内,电导率在1.8~20.1 mS/cm内,肉食性鸟类的鸟粪多呈液态(或糊状),黏度一般在几百Pa·s,盐度一般在0.05%~1.36%内。本文采用鸡蛋、淀粉和NaCl的混合物模拟实际中的鸟粪,各成分的配比如表3所示,按照表中组分配置好以后,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,得到液体如图10所示,然后测量其关键参数,结果如表4所示。在上述配置方案下得到的液体,其电导率、黏度和盐度均与实际中鸟粪的参数相近,因此可以用来模拟实际中的鸟粪。
其次,为了模拟加压过程中的鸟粪喷射过程,本文定做了如图11所示的鸟粪喷射模拟装置,装置主要由鸟粪容器、气动推进连杆、空气压缩机等部分构成,其中空气压缩机的主要作用是提供高压气体,为气动推进连杆的运动提供源动力;空气压缩机中流出的气体,经过气流控制阀门可以控制气流的方向,进而控制气动推进连杆运动的方向。鸟粪容器的主要作用是储存模拟鸟粪液体,其主体结构为铝合金圆筒。连杆与气动推进杆相连,试验开始前,控制气动推进杆将活塞拉至图中的最左端,然后从注入口中注入模拟鸟粪液体。喷射口与导管相连,导管的另一端固定在鸟粪喷射的位置,然后在气动推进杆的作用下,容器中的鸟粪被挤压出喷射口,之后在预定的位置喷射出。
此外,为了更好地还原实际运行状况,试验中采用110 kV输电线路导线夹悬挂导线,试验中的导线为110 kV线路用ACSR钢芯铝绞线。由于实际运行中,鸟类排便的过程中鸟粪获得的初始动能很小,几乎为0,而在上述喷射装置的作用下,模拟鸟粪的初始速度较大,容易造成鸟粪在喷射而出的瞬间解体,无法形成连续下落的鸟粪,因此本文对鸟粪喷射口做了改进,即在导管的末端,安装漏斗,使得鸟粪沿着漏斗自然下落,在漏斗的下端固定接地端子,保证模拟鸟粪在下落过程中接地。
为了验证上述试验平台的可靠性,首先在裸导线工况下进行鸟粪闪络试验。试验过程中,首先将配置好的鸟粪液体注入气动推进装置中,调节漏斗与导线的相对位置,并固定好导气管,调节变压器使导线中的电压保持在63.5 kV(110 kV输电线路的额定相电压),然后启动气动推进装置,调节阀门,此时容器中液体被推送至导线上方的漏斗中,并沿着漏斗内壁自然下落,以模拟实际中鸟类排便的下落过程。观察是否出现放电现象,同时开启摄像机,全程记录试验过程。图12所示为裸导线工况下,由于鸟粪下落引发的放电现象,同时变压器跳闸,说明发生了击穿。由此说明上述试验平台可以用于模拟鸟粪下落过程中间隙放电特征的试验研究。
为了防止鸟粪下落过程均压环或者导线夹等金具发生放电现象,本文结合工程实际,采用了110 kV专用绝缘护套盒,其实物如图13所示,该护套盒由河北硅谷公司制造,由硅橡胶制作而成,可以将绝缘子末端、导线夹等金具包覆其中,其四周由橡胶钉固定。为了防止在护套盒缝隙中发生放电现象,在缝隙中均匀涂抹RTV胶;其两端与导线用绝缘护套相连,根据前述的研究基础,绝缘护套的卡扣形状选择如图3所示的形状;为了保证护套盒与导线用绝缘护套无缝连接,在其连接处用RTV胶进行粘连,静置12 h后进行试验。之后将带有绝缘护套盒和绝缘护套的导线固定在上述试验平台上。
配置污秽并均匀涂抹在护套表面,调节喷射口与导线的相对位置,测试绝缘护套的击穿特性以及沿面闪络特性,试验结果如表5所示,鸟粪下落过程中发生沿面闪络的现象如图14所示。
图14可知,当发生击穿时,在护套与导线的交界处出现明显的放电通道,证明在护套表面已经出现贯穿的放电通道,此时变压器也发出了跳闸的指令;同时试验过程中发现,当未发生沿面闪络或击穿时,由于鸟粪的存在,在鸟粪落点附近,护套表面出现了局部放电的现象,但是并未形成贯穿的放电通道。
试验过程中,绝缘护套始终未出现体击穿的现象,说明该配置方案可以有效避免由于鸟粪下落引起的护套体击穿;但是当鸟粪的落点位置接近护套边缘时(沿面距离小于70 cm),容易出现沿面闪络现象,这也是工程中需要重点防护的。由上述试验现象可知,本文得到的击穿电压与绝缘护套厚度的关系,以及沿面闪络电压与护套长度的关系在高电压等级下依旧适用,即本文提出的绝缘护套配置方法适用于高压输电线路。
本文为探究不同电压等级下架空线路绝缘护套的配置方案,首先研究了绝缘护套厚度和长度分别对击穿电压和沿面闪络电压的影响,基于此提出防鸟粪绝缘护套长度和厚度的配置方法,并搭建模拟鸟粪闪络的110 kV真型试验平台,最后验证了配置方法的可行性,得到如下主要结论:
(1)护套的体击穿特性决定护套的厚度,在额定运行电压下,护套的极限沿面闪络距离决定护套的长度。
(2)绝缘护套的击穿电压随其厚度的增加呈非线性增大趋势;随着沿面闪络距离的增加,闪络电压不断升高,护套表面单位长度上承受的电压值呈下降的趋势,当沿面闪络距离大于40 cm后,闪络电压与距离的比值平均值为0.88 kV/cm。
(3)基于输电线路的额定运行电压,根据式(1)配置绝缘护套的厚度,然后根据式(2)得到极限沿面距离,即为护套的包覆长度,分别取一定的裕度后,即可作为实际工程中绝缘护套厚度的配置方案。
