The key power equipment with the oil-pressboard insulation winding structure is prone to appear the problem of acetylene content exceeding the standard when putting into operation, and then partial discharge and arcing phenomena are produced. Therefore, the point discharge and arcing characteristics of oil-pressboard insulation were studied under switching impulse voltage and superimposing power frequency electrical stress. The discharge and arcing characteristics of different point defects were compared and analyzed, and the influence of the superimposed phase of impulse voltage and power frequency voltage was discussed. The results show that the arcing process of the defect model containing pressboard after breakdown can divide into high-frequency re-arcing stage, stable arcing stage, and re-arcing stage before the voltage restored. Among them, the high-frequency re-arcing stage has higher arcing frequency and lower recovery voltage. Under the switching impulse voltage, the pure oil gap defect model shows multiple breakdown, and the oil-pressboard composite insulation defect model shows that the pressboard breakdown directly and the oil pressboard breakdown successively, and the defect model type affects the discharge characteristics and arcing rule. The superposition phase affects the discharge characteristics and arcing law by affecting the electrical stress magnitude.

具有油纸绝缘绕组结构的关键电力设备在投运时容易出现乙炔超标问题,进而产生局部放电和燃弧现象。为此,本文研究操作冲击电压及其叠加工频电应力下油纸绝缘的尖端放电及燃弧特性,对比分析不同尖端缺陷的放电与燃弧特性,讨论冲击电压与工频电压叠加相位的影响。结果表明:含有纸板的缺陷模型击穿后的燃弧过程可分为高频重燃弧阶段、稳定燃弧阶段、电压恢复前的重燃阶段,其中高频重燃弧阶段具有较高的燃弧频次与较低的恢复电压;操作冲击电压下,纯油隙缺陷模型出现多次击穿,油纸复合绝缘缺陷模型出现纸板直接击穿和油纸先后击穿,且缺陷模型的类型会影响放电特性及燃弧规律;叠加相位则是通过影响电应力幅值来影响放电特性与燃弧规律。

具有油纸绝缘绕组结构的关键电力设备在投运时容易出现乙炔超标问题,进而产生局部放电和燃弧现象。为此,本文研究操作冲击电压及其叠加工频电应力下油纸绝缘的尖端放电及燃弧特性,对比分析不同尖端缺陷的放电与燃弧特性,讨论冲击电压与工频电压叠加相位的影响。结果表明:含有纸板的缺陷模型击穿后的燃弧过程可分为高频重燃弧阶段、稳定燃弧阶段、电压恢复前的重燃阶段,其中高频重燃弧阶段具有较高的燃弧频次与较低的恢复电压;操作冲击电压下,纯油隙缺陷模型出现多次击穿,油纸复合绝缘缺陷模型出现纸板直接击穿和油纸先后击穿,且缺陷模型的类型会影响放电特性及燃弧规律;叠加相位则是通过影响电应力幅值来影响放电特性与燃弧规律。

The key power equipment with the oil-pressboard insulation winding structure is prone to appear the problem of acetylene content exceeding the standard when putting into operation, and then partial discharge and arcing phenomena are produced. Therefore, the point discharge and arcing characteristics of oil-pressboard insulation were studied under switching impulse voltage and superimposing power frequency electrical stress. The discharge and arcing characteristics of different point defects were compared and analyzed, and the influence of the superimposed phase of impulse voltage and power frequency voltage was discussed. The results show that the arcing process of the defect model containing pressboard after breakdown can divide into high-frequency re-arcing stage, stable arcing stage, and re-arcing stage before the voltage restored. Among them, the high-frequency re-arcing stage has higher arcing frequency and lower recovery voltage. Under the switching impulse voltage, the pure oil gap defect model shows multiple breakdown, and the oil-pressboard composite insulation defect model shows that the pressboard breakdown directly and the oil pressboard breakdown successively, and the defect model type affects the discharge characteristics and arcing rule. The superposition phase affects the discharge characteristics and arcing law by affecting the electrical stress magnitude.

随着我国特高压工程的不断发展,对变压器与并联电抗器等关键设备的绝缘性能提出更高要求[1-5],特别是在投切暂态过程中,由操作冲击电压及其叠加工频的电应力导致的绝缘事故频发,其中最为典型的案例是百万伏并联电抗器投运时乙炔超标,导致设备内部出现放电现象,油纸绝缘性能受到影响,为设备的稳态运行留下安全隐患[6-9]。因此,研究操作冲击电压及其叠加工频电应力下油纸绝缘的放电特性具有重要意义。
目前,国内外学者针对油纸绝缘在雷电冲击电压下的击穿特性做了大量研究,包括标准雷电冲击电压与振荡型雷电冲击电压下的击穿特性对比[10]、电极类型对击穿特性的影响[11]、振荡频率对击穿特性的影响[12]等,获得了不同雷电冲击电压形式下的油纸绝缘伏秒特性与击穿概率分布,初步揭示了雷电冲击电压下的绝缘击穿机理。相比于雷电冲击电压,操作冲击电压作用下的油纸绝缘放电特性研究鲜有报道[13],而短时间作用的雷电冲击电压下的研究成果难以适用,特别是操作冲击电压所引发的连续局部放电(简称局放)与击穿重燃弧等特殊放电现象值得深入研究。此外,虽然国内外学者已经开展复杂稳态电应力(交直流复合电应力[14-15]、高频交流电应力[16]、高频方波电应力[17]等)环境下油纸绝缘放电特性与机理的研究,但操作冲击电压叠加工频电应力下的油纸绝缘放电特性研究仍是空白[18]
本文搭建冲击叠加工频电应力下油纸绝缘放电特性实验平台,研究操作冲击电压及其叠加工频电应力下5种油纸绝缘系统常见尖端缺陷的放电特性与燃弧规律,对击穿过程进行阶段划分并分析各阶段的放电特征,在考虑工频叠加电应力环境下探究冲击电压发生相位对放电特性的影响,以期为油浸式电力设备在操作暂态环境下的绝缘设计与状态评估提供参考。
操作冲击电压下油纸绝缘放电实验平台与冲击叠加工频电应力下油纸绝缘放电实验平台分别如图1图2所示,主要包含100 kV冲击电压发生回路、球隙触发控制回路、100 kV/10 kVA工频交流实验系统、测量装置以及保护元件。
利用倍压电路为主电容C1(9.69 μF)充电,Rf为波头电阻,Rt为波尾电阻,设置Rf=176 kΩ,Rt=400 kΩ,使冲击电压发生器输出标准操作冲击电压波形(250/2 500 μs),g1为放电触发球隙,g2为隔离球隙,避免工频电应力入侵冲击回路,C2表示试品,R1 (1 MΩ)与R2(5 kΩ)为限流保护电阻。两个分压器的比例均为1 000∶1,分压器1用于检测试品端所施加电压的变化;分压器2为球隙同步装置提供工频交流相位。为减少回路局放,实验元器件均用屏蔽线连接,接点均用铜箔包裹,所有实验均在高性能屏蔽室中开展,环境噪声小于5 pC,局部放电实验回路符合IEC 60270:2015规定[19]
高压球隙同步触发装置可实现交流电压任意相位叠加操作冲击电压的功能,且相位误差小于0.5%。局放信号采集装置如图3所示,由DPO4104B型皮尔森线圈(模拟带宽为1 GHz,采样率为 5 GS/s,灵敏度为1 mV)与数字示波器(工作频带为50 Hz~10 MHz,灵敏度为1 V/A)组成。
采用针板电极形式模拟极不均匀电场环境,共构建5种尖端缺陷:纯油隙缺陷、纸板绝缘缺陷、油纸复合绝缘缺陷、强垂直分量沿面缺陷与弱垂直分量沿面缺陷,缺陷模型的具体布置方式与尺寸如图4所示。
板电极与条形电极材质为黄铜,针电极材质为钨,其尖端曲率半径约为100 μm。针电极接高压,板电极与条形电极接地。实验用油为25#克拉玛依变压器油,纸板为魏德曼生产的厚度分别为1 mm与0.5 mm的纸板且被裁剪成7 cm×7 cm的正方形,纸板在110℃、50 Pa的条件下烘干48 h,然后在80℃、50 Pa的条件下浸油24 h[20-23]
在操作冲击电压下的放电实验中,施加的电应力幅值为各模型对应的50%击穿概率电压,如表1所示。操作冲击叠加工频电压下的放电实验中,冲击电压分量幅值仍为各模型的50%击穿概率电压(U50),工频分量幅值为各模型的局放起始电压 (UPDIV),如表1所示。叠加相位选取90°、180°、270°,分别研究工频正峰值、过零点、负峰值处叠加操作冲击电压下的油纸绝缘尖端缺陷放电特性。
实验中,获取放电作用下的操作冲击电压信号(后文统称电压信号)与放电引发的回路脉冲电流信号(后文统称放电信号),5种缺陷的不同工况各采集50组放电数据进行统计分析。
绝缘击穿状态下的操作冲击电压波形如图5所示。其中,在操作冲击电压起始时刻测得的脉冲信号为实验回路球隙放电引起的干扰信号。
图5(a)可知,操作冲击电压下纯油隙缺陷的击穿现象可描述如下:首次击穿之前通常会发生至少一次局放,局放产生的流注并未发展成贯通的放电通道,但其形成的残余电荷使击穿更容易发生;击穿一旦发生,冲击电压信号几乎跌落为零,此时油隙中形成持续电弧(平均持续时间为1.2 ms),此过程中由于电弧的不稳定演变,仍会在外回路引起微弱的放电脉冲信号;当电弧两端电压不足以维持其发展时,电弧逐渐熄灭,操作冲击电压幅值逐渐回升,在经历一段熄弧时间后(平均熄弧时间为0.9 ms),发生二次击穿,甚至出现更多的重复击穿,但实验发现纯油隙缺陷的重复击穿次数不超过4次。
图5(b)(e)可知,含有绝缘纸板的尖端缺陷模型在操作冲击电压作用下的击穿现象(首次击穿及其之后的发展过程)可分解为3个阶段:高频重燃弧阶段(A1)、稳定燃弧阶段(A2)、电压恢复前的重燃弧阶段(A3)。首次击穿之后伴随的高频重燃弧表明击穿通道初期极不稳定,其原因是:①放电通道初始碳化程度不足(电阻较大),当外施功率不足时出现类火花放电,而无法形成稳定电弧;②外电路电感作用引起的谐振使电弧电流出现过零点。当击穿稳定后进入A2阶段,放电通道的电阻作用使缺陷仍承受极低的残余电压,随着冲击电压的幅值不断降低,当其不足以维持稳定电弧时,又会转为类火花放电,经历一定的重燃弧现象后电弧彻底熄灭,这一阶段电弧重燃的主要原因是稳定放电之后产生的残余电荷的影响。
对于油纸复合绝缘缺陷,其击穿模式可分为两类:①连贯式击穿(图5(c)),即油隙击穿与纸板击穿连贯紧密,一气呵成,首次击穿时电压直接跌落为零;②非连贯式击穿(图6),即油隙先击穿,随后纸板击穿,在整体击穿(电压跌落为零)之前,电压幅值存在提前降低的现象,说明此时油隙中已经产生了较强烈的放电现象。其中,34组实验结果为连贯式击穿,占比为68%,因此可判定连贯式击穿为主要击穿模式。
为量化分析击穿后的燃弧规律,提取如下燃弧特征:A1、A2与A3的持续时间占比(PA1PA2PA3),表示各阶段在整个燃弧发展过程中的时长比例;A1、A3平均电压恢复幅值占比(PA1ravePA3rave),表示A1、A3中由多次不完全熄弧引起的电压恢复的平均幅值占50%击穿概率电压幅值的比例;A2残余电压(PA2r),表示A2中持续燃弧过程缺陷端口的平均电压幅值占50%击穿概率电压幅值的比例;A1、A3重燃弧频率(FA1aFA3a),表示A1、A3中单位时间内出现重燃弧的平均次数(频次/ms)。操作冲击电压下不同缺陷重燃弧区存在的特征量如图7所示。
图7(a)时间类特征量可知:纸板缺陷击穿过程中重燃弧现象占据主导,而复合缺陷中稳定燃弧现象占据主导。再对比纯油隙的击穿现象不难发现,复合缺陷内部击穿通道(电弧)极不稳定,纸板缺陷更早进入A3阶段,且PA3更大,约为复合绝缘缺陷的2倍,表明纸板内放电通道占比越大,电弧越不易维持稳定,这与纸内放电通道的不均匀电阻分布和电荷分布有关。沿面缺陷闪络过程中稳定燃弧现象占据主导,且无论在A1阶段还是A3阶段,弱垂直分量下的重燃弧现象时长占比更小,约为强垂直分量的7/10,闪络现象与纯油隙击穿现象相似。相比于纸板内部击穿类缺陷,沿面缺陷闪络过程具有更显著的稳定燃弧阶段。
图7(b)幅值类特征量可知:除了弱垂直分量沿面缺陷外,其余缺陷的PA3rave均比PA1rave大,是PA1rave的1.2~1.8倍,但由图5可知恢复电压最大值往往出现在A1阶段。PA1ravePA2rPA3rave在纸板缺陷、复合缺陷、强垂直分量沿面缺陷、弱垂直分量沿面缺陷中依次减小,由此可知,与油纸复合模型相比,纸板模型内部劣化通道中需更高的电压以激发二次击穿,与弱垂直分量相比,强垂直分量下需要更高的电压以激发沿面二次闪络,这是由于模型内部劣化通道二次击穿与PA3rave相关,在电压恢复速度一定时,恢复电压幅值越高,说明绝缘恢复速度越快,二次击穿所需电压越高。对比不同模型的PA2r可知,与纸板模型相比,油纸复合模型内放电通道电阻大于油中放电通道,与弱垂直分量相比,强垂直分量下的沿面放电通道电阻更大,这是由于回路中电阻是恒定的,燃弧通道内电阻与分到的电压呈正相关,因此PA2r越大,通道电阻越大。
图7(c)频次类特征量可知:在A1与A3阶段,复合绝缘缺陷中出现重燃弧的频次更高,这中由于复合绝缘缺陷的恢复电压幅值较低,每次不完全熄弧持续的时间较短,会出现更多次数的重燃现象。相比于弱垂直分量情况,强垂直分量沿面缺陷的重燃现象更加剧烈,其中恢复电压幅值与重燃频次约为弱垂直分量的2.00倍与1.25倍。此外,无论是恢复电压幅值还是重燃频次,均表明纸板内部放电通道比沿面放电通道更易产生重燃弧现象。
对上述实验现象的讨论如下:
(1)内部击穿类模型间的对比
图8为内部击穿类模型的放电示意图。针尖电极置于变压器油中,且变压器油的电气强度远小于油浸纸板,因此放电总是始于油中流注。从图8可以看出,对于油纸复合绝缘而言,油中流注贯通针电极与纸面间的整个油隙,并在油纸界面注入大量同极性电荷,同时在注入点附近畸变电场并诱发纸板内部的电树枝放电通道,最终导致击穿;对于纯纸板绝缘而言,针电极附近的微油隙最先产生电晕并形成短流注轰击纸面,从而引发纸板内部放电,这也是击穿点往往在针电极边缘处的原因。
模型击穿后便进入A1阶段,此时纸板内部放电通道由碳化通道部分(由电流烧蚀引起)与油腔/气腔部分(由纤维素断裂及纸板产气引起)组成,放电通道整体电阻仍然较大但碳化部分电阻较低(即电阻分布不均匀),导致击穿电流低且碳化位置分压低,容易在此处产生断弧。油纸复合绝缘中,强烈的油隙流注在油纸界面注入大量同极性电荷,加强纸板内部电场[24],使之即便出现断弧,也会在较低的恢复电压下快速重燃,因此油纸复合绝缘对应的PA1rave较低,而FA1a较高;相比之下,纸板绝缘中的针电极边缘短流注所注入的界面同极性电荷反而均匀了针尖附近的电场,使得电弧重燃需要更高的电压,同时高电压的建立需要更长的时间,因此纸板绝缘的PA1rave较高,而FA1a较低。纸板内部通道完全碳化(形成低电阻通道)所需的时间(即A1阶段的持续时间)与重复放电的频次和放电电压的乘积有关(近似总放电能量),对比上述两类模型的U50×PA1rave×FA1a不难发现,纸板模型的这一数值略高于油纸复合模型,因此纸板模型的PA1略小于复合绝缘模型。此外,PA1与纸板厚度无关是因为击穿之后的放电通道已经贯穿绝缘,其随后的进一步劣化并未有从上到下的发展趋势,而是整个通道同时劣化。
放电通道完全碳化后便可形成稳定的电弧,进入A2阶段。PA2r本质上反映了模型燃弧电阻与回路电阻的比值,而纸板厚度在一定程度上决定了纸内放电通道长度,即影响了放电主通道总电阻,因此纸板模型的PA2r几乎是复合绝缘模型的2倍。此外,在A2阶段的稳定燃弧过程中,油中电弧电离产生的大量电荷有助于进一步维持电弧发展,因此油纸复合绝缘的PA2更大,甚至占据主导。
当外施电压幅值下降到不足以维持稳定放电时,将进入A3阶段。由于复合绝缘模型更晚进入A3阶段,导致其PA3ravePA3较纸板模型更低,但同样由于界面电荷作用,使其FA3a更高。
(2)沿面闪络类模型间的对比
图9为沿面闪络类模型的放电示意图。沿面缺陷模型中,时间类特征、幅值类特征、频次类特征均表明电场强垂直分量条件下具有更明显的重燃弧现象,而弱垂直分量条件下具有更明显的稳定燃弧现象。
图9可以看出,具有强垂直分量的沿面模型中,当发生闪络形成沿面电弧后,大量的空间电荷会在电场强垂直分量作用下积累于油纸界面,形成迁移率较慢的陷阱电荷(特别是在针尖附近),一方面均匀了针尖处的电场,另一方面抑制了后续沿面流注的发展[25],不仅使沿面电弧容易熄灭,也使重燃弧所需的电压更高(即PA1rave更高)。而在弱垂直分量的沿面模型中,沿面电弧产生的自由电荷难以被纸板陷阱捕获,因此,自由电荷一方面更容易轰击纸板形成二次电子(未受到陷阱电荷的阻碍作用),另一方面有助于电弧续流,导致其电弧不易熄灭,所以PA1FA1a均较小。
强垂直分量作用下的沿面流注在A1阶段虽然难以持续,但界面陷阱电荷的注入与抽离仍然会对界面绝缘造成损伤,使其进入A2阶段。然而,同样是因为界面陷阱电荷的阻碍作用,使其A2阶段的持续时间较短(即PA2较小),更为迅速地进入A3阶段,同时也增大了油纸界面等效电阻,使其PA2r更大。
弱垂直分量作用下的沿面电弧更容易续流,因此会更晚地进入A3阶段,导致其PA3ravePA3更小,同时由于不易断弧而使其FA3a更小。
(3)沿面闪络类模型与内部击穿类模型对比
相比于内部击穿类模型,沿面闪络类模型的重燃弧现象更不明显(电弧更加稳定),体现在PA1PA3PA1ravePA3raveFA1aFA3a更低,而PA2更高。分析其可能的原因如下:①纸板内部击穿产生的气泡容易切断放电通路;②纸板内部电树通道比沿面流注通道更难维持,当电弧断开电压恢复时,电树通道中难以及时电离产生新的电荷,且陷阱电荷(电子与空穴)通过能级跃迁的方式形成的续流难以维持,而在沿面放电过程中,电压恢复后可在油中电离产生大量电荷以维持等离子体放电通道,因此沿面模型的燃弧更加稳定。
在操作冲击叠加工频电应力实验中,纸板绝缘缺陷与油纸复合绝缘缺陷均未发生击穿,因此仅分析其余3种缺陷模型的击穿现象与燃弧规律,其余3种模型的击穿电压波形如图10所示。其中,操作冲击电压起始时刻测得的脉冲信号仍为球隙放电干扰信号。
图10可知,纯油隙缺陷模型的击穿燃弧过程依旧无法划分阶段,且与单纯操作冲击电压作用下类似:①在稳定燃弧过程中外电路上检测到较大的脉冲信号,推测是由电弧电流不稳定引起的;②在燃弧过程中有可能出现少次数的电弧不完全熄灭且重燃现象,叠加电应力下的重燃现象不超过2次,且容易出现在90°叠加情况下,其原因是在180°与270°叠加后的电应力幅值较低,油隙电弧一旦开始熄灭便不易再次重燃。沿面缺陷模型在闪络后出现的燃弧过程同样分为高频重燃弧阶段、稳定燃弧阶段、电压恢复前的重燃阶段。
此外,叠加冲击电压所引起的放电完全恢复后工频电应力仍然受到较强的畸变作用,但工频电压的畸变并未引起新的击穿或闪络现象。叠加工频电应力下不同缺陷重燃弧区存在的特征量如表2所示。由表2可知,叠加电应力作用下沿面缺陷闪络过程的特征量规律与单纯操作冲击电压下的一致,这里不再赘述,只分析叠加相位对特征量的影响规律。
A1阶段:随叠加相位的增大,无论是强垂直分量情况还是弱垂直分量情况,PA1raveFA1a均减小10%~25%,但两类模型的PA1却分别减小和增大。对于强垂直分量情况,随叠加相位的增大,闪络时刻由工频作用积累的瞬态界面电荷逐渐减少(在270°甚至积累了与过电压极性相反的界面电荷),因此随相位的增大,界面电荷对电弧的阻碍作用减弱,电弧不易熄灭(FA1a较小)或在较低的电压下恢复(PA1rave较小),且更容易进入稳定阶段(PA1较小)。此外,随叠加相位的增大,闪络时刻的叠加电压逐渐降低,闪络形成的沿面流注头部在较弱的背景电场下不易扩散而较为集中,因此电弧更容易产生或维持(相比高背景电场下的流注头部更为扩散,增加了其等效曲率半径,反而不利于流注的发展),这也是弱垂直分量条件下PA1raveFA1a均减小的可能原因,但其PA1增大的原因及机理有待进一步研究。
A2阶段:随叠加相位的增大,无论是强垂直分量情况还是弱垂直分量情况,PA2均增大10%左右,但PA2r几乎不变。其可能的原因是高幅值电压下稳定电弧的电荷(流注)扩散范围更大(电场更加均匀),其放电通道中的强场电离反而需要更高的电压维持,A2阶段外回路几乎占据所有分压,使电弧端口电压极低,故而导致高幅值电压下(叠加相位靠前)更容易熄弧进入A3阶段。当然,高幅值电压下的电弧热效应(热电离)更强烈,有利于维持电弧,但考虑到暂态击穿过程的持续时间,认为电弧热效应的差异并未充分体现。
A3阶段:随叠加相位的增加,无论是强垂直分量情况还是弱垂直分量情况,PA3PA3raveFA3a均减小5%~25%。低幅值下的沿面流注电荷密度较低,当电压降低后,流注容易消散,因此电弧容易熄灭,且熄灭后因外施电压较低而不易重燃(即使可以重燃,也需要经历较长的流注发展时间),故而使PA3PA3raveFA3a均减小。
未发生击穿或闪络时,缺陷模型承受的操作冲击电压波形与放电脉冲信号如图11所示,其中操作冲击电压起始时刻的脉冲仍为干扰信号。由图11可知,操作冲击电压下的局部放电可能出现在波头,也可能出现在波尾;可能仅发生一次放电,也可能出现放电序列。当放电幅值较大时,甚至会在操作电压信号上叠加高频脉冲,其位置与放电脉冲信号位置一致。
对于油纸复合绝缘缺陷,其局部放电模式可分为两类:①油隙放电类(图11(c)),即油隙并未完全击穿,仅发生电晕或流注放电;②油隙击穿类(图12),即油隙完全击穿但纸板并未击穿,此时不仅能测得高频的放电脉冲信号,也能观测到操作冲击电压在放电时刻出现的微小电压降落。
为探寻操作冲击电压下不同缺陷模型的局放特性,提取如下特征量:平均放电幅值(Udave),表示单次冲击作用下所产生全部放电的平均幅值;平均放电间隔(Tdave),表示单次冲击作用下产生两次放电的平均时间间隔;平均放电频次(Fdave),表示单次冲击作用下共产生放电的频次;单次冲击作用下波头局放占比(Phd),表示单次冲击作用下局放发生在波头处的频次占全部放电频次的比例;单次冲击作用下波尾局放占比(Ptd),表示单次冲击作用下局放发生在波尾处的频次占全部放电频次的比例。不同缺陷的平均放电幅值与平均放电间隔如图13所示,波头波尾放电概率及放电频次如表3所示。
图13表3可知,不同模型的放电特性存在较大差异:纯油隙模型的Udave与纸板绝缘模型几乎相等,且Phd最大,但TdaveFdave分别约为纸板绝缘模型的2倍与11/20;纸板绝缘模型相比于油纸复合绝缘模型,前者的UdaveTdave分别约为后者的2.15倍与2/5,且后者在波头放电的概率较前者增大了9.5%,Fdave约为前者的72%;在沿面模型中,强垂直分量下的UdavePhd分别为弱垂直分量下的4.00倍与3.28倍,但弱垂直分量下的TdaveFdave分别约为强垂直分量下的4倍与2倍;将所有模型对比后发现,纯油隙、纸板、油纸复合绝缘模型较沿面模型的Udave更大,且Fdave介于强垂直分量与弱垂直分量之间。
对各类模型在操作冲击电压下的局部放电特性规律及其机理进行简单讨论如下:
(1)内部击穿类模型的放电特性
纯油隙模型、纸板模型、油纸复合模型在操作冲击电压下均呈现高幅值短间隔的放电模式。相比之下,纸板模型的放电幅值最高、间隔最短、放电频次最大。纯油隙模型与油纸复合模型中均以针尖处电晕放电或短流注放电为主(忽略图12所示的特殊情况),而纸板模型中以针尖附近微油隙击穿放电为主,击穿后对油纸界面进行充电并注入大量电荷,因此放电量幅值更高,然而,由于微油隙流注放电及其转变为的类沿面放电具有方向随机性(由电极表面粗糙状态、纸面陷阱分布、放电发展随机性等因素引起),需要经历多次不同方向的放电才能建立起稳定的界面屏蔽电荷并阻碍微油隙中放电的发展,因此纸板模型中会在短时间内出现多次高幅值放电。此外,同样是以电晕放电或短流注放电为主的纯油隙模型与油纸复合模型,其放电量差异较大,这是由于在较快的前沿电压作用下,油隙因其相对介电常数小而更容易分压,导致油纸复合绝缘中油隙分压较高(针尖电场更强),电离产生的空间电荷扩散范围更广,均匀了针尖电场,反而不利于放电的发展(即使放电演变过程中电离产生的电荷量较少,放电幅值较低)。
针尖电晕(或短流注)类放电更容易发生在波头,说明其放电时延较短。假设模型产生有效电子的概率相同(放电统计时延近似相等),那么电晕(或短流注)放电比微油隙流注放电具有更短的放电形成时延,在一定程度上说明其放电范围更小或发展速度更快。
(2)沿面闪络类模型的放电特性
相比于强垂直分量情况,弱垂直分量沿面模型在操作冲击电压下的局部放电呈现低幅值、多次数、长间隔的模式。低幅值是因为其放电过程中并未对油纸界面进行充电,注入电荷较少;多次数是因为没有界面电荷屏蔽作用,可在较低电压下(波尾)再次发生放电,长间隔则是由于在低电压幅值下发生放电,需要经历更长的电荷消散时间。
弱垂直分量沿面模型的放电容易发生在波尾,是因为波尾持续时间长,为长间隔放电提供了条件;强垂直分量沿面模型的放电容易发生在波头,是因为波头电压变化速度快,容易使电极与界面屏蔽电荷层之间形成新的电位差。
在分析操作冲击电压叠加工频电应力的局放数据时发现其波形与操作冲击电压下的波形相似,仅在相位发生改变后,其特征量的变化才较为明显,故此处重点研究相位变化对局放产生的影响,各缺陷模型的放电特征量如表45所示。
表45可知,叠加相位对放电特征量的影响规律如下:所有缺陷情况下随着相位的增加,UdaveFdave减小了12%~54%,Tdave增大了6%~199%,且Ptd增大了11.7%~41.9%。随叠加相位的增大(90°~270°),电应力幅值降低,导致针尖处的电场强度降低,其引发的放电不仅电荷量较低且发展速度更慢,因此UdaveFdave减小(局部放电程度降低),且波尾出现放电的趋势越来越明显。
然而,与击穿(闪络)时的情况不同,工频电压下产生的瞬时界面电荷并未对局部放电产生促进作用,其原因如下:局部放电过程中外施电压并未因短路而跌落,相比于外施电压产生的背景电场,界面电荷引起的电场畸变可忽略,因此局部放电程度的强弱主要取决于外施电压幅值;而在击穿闪络过程中,外施电压降低至电弧残余电压,回路电流成为维持电弧的关键,而界面电荷(瞬时内)对电弧续流的贡献不可忽略。
本文探究了极不均匀电场中5种典型油纸绝缘缺陷模型在操作冲击电应力及其叠加工频电应力下的放电特性燃弧规律,得到如下主要结论:
(1)操作冲击电压下纯油隙尖端缺陷击穿后,其燃弧阶段仍会激发高频放电脉冲信号,并有一定概率出现不超过两次的电弧重燃现象;含有纸板的缺陷模型击穿后的燃弧过程可分为高频重燃弧阶段、稳定燃弧阶段、电压恢复前的重燃阶段。
(2)纸板缺陷的燃弧过程中反复重燃弧占据主导,其余模型则是稳定燃弧占据主导;与电压恢复前的重燃阶段相比,高频重燃弧阶段的恢复电压幅值较低但重燃频次更高;沿面放电重燃弧现象较弱,燃弧残余电压较低。
(3)油隙缺陷、纸板绝缘缺陷、油纸复合缺陷容易产生高幅值短间隔的放电现象,其中含有油隙的缺陷形式易在波头产生放电;沿面缺陷易产生低幅值长间隔的放电现象,强垂直分量作用下易在波头产生放电,弱垂直分量作用下易在波尾产生放电。
(4)叠加相位的不同使电应力幅值不同,较低的电应力幅值使电压恢复前的重燃阶段的重燃弧现象减弱,也使未击穿情况下的局部放电程度减弱。
