The 110 kV epoxy resin dry type transformer has the phenomenon of flashover in the airway on the high voltage side due to its high electric field intensity. The high voltage side coil of transformer was modeled and simulated by finite element simulation software in this paper, and the standard lightning impulse was applied to verify the lightning impulse. According to the simulation results, the causes of flashover were analyzed and the field strength distribution at the airway was optimized. The results show that the electric field distribution is improved by adding a specific medium to the corresponding area inside the epoxy resin. At the same time, by changing the relative dielectric constant and position of the medium, the maximum field strength at the airway is reduced by 8.75% under the restriction of field strength inside the transformer, which meets the field strength requirement of the high-voltage side airway of the dry-type transformer to inhibit flashover.

110 kV环氧树脂干式变压器,由于高压侧气孔通道处电场强度较高,存在气孔通道闪络现象。本文利用有限元仿真软件对变压器的高压侧线圈进行建模仿真,并施加标准雷电波进行雷电冲击验证,依据仿真结果,进行闪络原因分析和气道处场强分布的优化研究。结果表明:通过向环氧树脂内部相应区域添加绝缘介质的方法,改善了电场分布,同时通过改变介质的相对介电常数和位置的措施,在变压器内部场强的制约下,使气道处的最大场强降低了8.75%,满足了干式变压器高压侧气道抑制闪络的场强要求。

110 kV环氧树脂干式变压器,由于高压侧气孔通道处电场强度较高,存在气孔通道闪络现象。本文利用有限元仿真软件对变压器的高压侧线圈进行建模仿真,并施加标准雷电波进行雷电冲击验证,依据仿真结果,进行闪络原因分析和气道处场强分布的优化研究。结果表明:通过向环氧树脂内部相应区域添加绝缘介质的方法,改善了电场分布,同时通过改变介质的相对介电常数和位置的措施,在变压器内部场强的制约下,使气道处的最大场强降低了8.75%,满足了干式变压器高压侧气道抑制闪络的场强要求。

The 110 kV epoxy resin dry type transformer has the phenomenon of flashover in the airway on the high voltage side due to its high electric field intensity. The high voltage side coil of transformer was modeled and simulated by finite element simulation software in this paper, and the standard lightning impulse was applied to verify the lightning impulse. According to the simulation results, the causes of flashover were analyzed and the field strength distribution at the airway was optimized. The results show that the electric field distribution is improved by adding a specific medium to the corresponding area inside the epoxy resin. At the same time, by changing the relative dielectric constant and position of the medium, the maximum field strength at the airway is reduced by 8.75% under the restriction of field strength inside the transformer, which meets the field strength requirement of the high-voltage side airway of the dry-type transformer to inhibit flashover.

干式变压器具有优异的防火防爆能力,在人口密集区,例如商场、车站等场所的配电系统被广泛使用[1-2]。目前,大部分的干式变压器电压等级为35 kV,也有少部分110 kV的小容量干式变压器,但其已经无法满足城市快速发展的需求[3],因此提高干式变压器的电压等级及其相应容量势在必行。干式变压器的固体绝缘材料使用的是环氧树脂,环氧树脂具有良好的化学性能、电气性能和力学性能,因此应用十分广泛。干式变压器为了解决散热的问题,在绝缘层之间预留了散热的气孔通道,但这会影响到其绝缘能力。通常固体介质的介电常数比气体介质的大,由于固体介质的表面状况存在不确定性(例如干、湿、污等),沿固体介质表面的电场将被严重改变,导致绝缘介质被击穿之前,在介质表面有可能已经发生闪络现象,其中雷击闪络现象尤为频发[4-6]
为了防止干式变压器环氧树脂发生沿面闪络,各国学者针对影响环氧树脂沿面闪络电压的因素和提高沿面闪络电压的方法进行了研究。根据相关研究,环氧树脂的闪络电压与气体压强呈正相关,且随着气体压强的不断增大,闪络电压呈现饱和趋势,同时闪络电压与微水含量呈负相关[7]。使用大气压冷等离子体射流(APPJ)硅沉积技术、等离子体氟化改性技术、合理改变环氧树脂的表面粗糙度、对环氧树脂表面进行等离子体梯度刻蚀,都可以提高环氧树脂沿面闪络电压[8-13]。R SARATHI[14]研究了不同含量纳米粒子环氧树脂样品的表面放电和闪络电压,发现闪络电压随着纳米粒子含量的升高呈先增大后减小的趋势。S ARDIANTO[15]对环氧树脂绝缘子泄漏电流和闪络特性进行了研究,得出环氧树脂绝缘子的预闪络与泄漏电流幅值和泄漏电流波形中总谐波含量的增加密切相关,环氧树脂绝缘子在清洁条件下性能良好,但在污染条件下性能明显下降[16]
国内外学者主要是针对环氧树脂材料本身的物理特性开展相关研究,提高其闪络电压,本文针对抑制以环氧树脂为主绝缘的干式变压器散热通道的闪络现象进行研究,通过向高场强区域添加不同相对介电常数的介质以改变该区域电场的分布。
本文采用有限元分析法[17],利用Comsol软件进行仿真计算。由于变压器线圈的高度对称性,建立模型时,选择二维轴对称模型,相对于三维建模,无论是建模难度还是计算难度都大幅降低。采用 AutoCAD软件对干式变压器的高压侧线圈进行建模,再导入Comsol,设置好各种参数后,对其施加标准雷电冲击全波电压进行仿真计算,标准雷电冲击全波电压波形如图1所示。波前时间t 1和半峰值时间t 2按照国家标准规定的雷电冲击电压波形参数设定,峰值误差在3%以内,t 1=1.2 μs,误差在30%以内,t 2=50 μs,误差在20%以内。根据研究的干式变压器的电压等级(110 kV),电压峰值U设为500 kV。
这种特殊结构的干式变压器,它的每一相并不是一个单独用环氧树脂浇注的绕组,而是把两组分别浇注的绕组进行串联。同时每一个单独浇注的绕组是由两个完全对称的线圈并联,高压引出线和接地引出线都在浇注体的中间,这样可以增加变压器的容量,其示意图如图2所示。
图2中,R1和R3是并联在一起且完全相同的线圈组,为进线端;R2和R4是并联在一起且完全相同的线圈组,为出线端。这4个线圈组共同构成变压器的高压侧。在建模时,只需对R1和R2或者R3和R4部分进行建模即可。它们内部的具体结构如图3所示。
图3中,A是进线端,N是出线端,矩形内部是浇注的环氧树脂。建模后导入到Comsol中的模型如图4所示。
对模型施加的激励电压依据国标规定,并进行相应参数计算后设定为:U[exp(-0.014 659t·106)-exp(-2.468 9t·106)][18],激励电压波形如图5所示。
依据所施加的激励电压计算的最大电场分布如图6所示。从图6可以看出,与出线端相比,进线端的气孔承受了较大的电场,电场集中分布在靠近铁芯的第1条高压气道内,并且越接近环氧树脂与空气的接触面,电场强度越大。之后计算出空气域内最大电场的位置如图7所示。从图7可以看出,在坐标(822.5,4 422.0)的位置上出现了最大电场,其值为1.315 kV/mm,图中电场分布极不均匀,电场线密集,电场过高的区域在图中分别标记为区域A、B、C,本文主要针对这些区域进行优化和方案改进。
不同的材料具有不同的电导率以及相对介电常数,电导率和相对介电常数又会对材料周围的电场分布和电场强度产生影响。本文采用添加不同属性的介质涂层的方式来改变电场。
首先对标记出的3个区域进行涂层覆盖,改变涂层的电导率,得到电导率(σ)与气孔区域最大电场强度(E max)的关系如表1所示。
表1可以看出,电导率的变化并未对电场分布产生明显的影响,所以下面研究相对介电常数的变化对电场分布的影响。
改变涂层的相对介电常数,得到相对介电常数(ε r)与气孔区域最大电场强度(E max)的关系如表2所示。从表2可以看出,当涂层覆盖到分界面时,相对介电常数的变化也不会对电场分布产生明显的影响。
将涂层覆盖到绝缘材料内部,也就是让环氧树脂完全包裹涂层介质,如图8(区域C)所示,左面是环氧树脂完全包裹介质,右面是空气。把介质右面的边与空气分界面的距离记为d,如图8中所示。对区域A、区域B做同样的处理。
当增大被包裹介质的相对介电常数时,气孔区域和变压器内部固体区域的最大场强随之改变,经仿真后得到d=1 mm时相对介电常数(ε r)与气孔区域最大场强(E max)和变压器内部固体区域最大场强(E in-max)的关系如图9所示。本文研究变压器内部固体区域最大场强,是为了避免变压器线圈浇注部分因过高的场强而有可能产生局部放电现象。从图9可以看出,随着ε r的增加,气孔通道内的场强E max呈先减小后增大的趋势;当ε r=15时,E max降到最小,其出现的位置和大小如图10所示。
继续增大ε r,所添加绝缘介质周围较密集的电场线就会穿出环氧树脂进入空气中,导致最大电场的位置发生改变,同时数值也会变大,如图11所示。所以,当d=1 mm时,ε r最大只能取15,此时的最大电场可降低到1.270 kV/mm。
继续增大d,当d分别为3、5、6 mm时,ε rE maxE in-max的关系如图1214所示。
图12可知,当d=3 mm,ε r取31时,此时的最大电场可降低到1.222 kV/mm。由图13可知,当d=5 mm,ε r取46.5时,此时的最大电场可降低到1.200 kV/mm。由图14可知,当d=6 mm,ε r取55.5时,此时的最大电场可降低到1.192 kV/mm。
综上所述,当d=6 mm、ε r=55.5时,气孔区域最大场强为1.192 kV/mm,此时对应的变压器内部场强为3.902 kV/mm。环氧树脂在浇注过程中有可能会出现气隙的情况,气隙相较于固体环氧树脂来说更容易发生局部放电,一旦在线圈附近有气隙出现,在变压器长期运行中,3.902 kV/mm的场强极易引发局部放电现象。
d=5 mm、ε r=46.5时,气孔区域最大场强为1.200 kV/mm(如图15所示),此时对应的变压器内部固体区域场强最大值为3.419 kV/mm(如图16所示),该数值相对安全,即使有气隙出现,也不易引发局部放电现象[19]。此时,相比于未添加任何介质时的最大场强1.315 kV/mm,降低了8.75%。整个模型中的场强最大值出现在变压器内部(如图16所示),其值为3.419 kV/mm。而干式变压器使用H级绝缘材料,其极限工作温度在180℃,该温度下环氧树脂的电气强度为24 kV/mm[20-22]。因此,经过改良后的绝缘结构将不会存在击穿问题,其绝缘强度满足变压器的要求。
(1)环氧树脂内加入绝缘介质可以改变其电场分布,通过改变加入绝缘介质的相对介电常数,可以对变压器的场强分布进行调控,相对介电常数越大,改善效果越明显。
(2)所添加绝缘介质的相对介电常数受介质与气孔的距离以及变压器内部场强的限制,当介质的相对介电常数增大到一定程度时,气孔通道中的最大场强增大且位置发生改变,同时会使变压器包裹线圈的固体环氧树脂区域的场强增加,若场强增大区域处存在气隙,将有可能引发局部放电。
(3)当所添加绝缘介质与气孔通道的距离为5 mm、其相对介电常数为46.5时,既能够最大效率优化电场的分布,又不易引发变压器内部产生局部放电。
