To investigate the partial discharge behaviors of typical insulation defects under normal operating temperatures, DC cross-linked polyethylene cables were taken as the objects, three kinds of defects such as bubbles, protrusions, and scratches were introduced to the cables. High-frequency current signals were collected at 70℃ to analyze their discharge pulse characteristics, and the change laws of partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV) and extinction voltage (PDEV) were tested within the temperature range of 40-80℃. The results show that the PD behavior of different defects at the same temperature are significantly different, the protrusion defects exhibit the highest discharge pulse repetition rate, whereas the bubble and scratch defects show larger pulse amplitudes. Spectral analysis reveals that the frequency band of discharge signal from protrusion defect is broader and the energy distribution is wider. Temperature elevation significantly reduces the PDIV and PDEV for the three kinds of defects, among which bubble and protrusion defects are more sensitive to temperature, while scratch defects show a smaller change with temperature. Additionally, the difference between PDIV and PDEV of bubble defects is the largest, and the discharge sustainability is the strongest.

为研究典型绝缘缺陷在正常工作温度下的局部放电行为,本文以直流交联聚乙烯电缆为对象,分别引入气泡、尖端和划痕3种缺陷,在70℃条件下采集高频电流信号,分析其放电脉冲特征,并在40~80℃温区内测试其起始放电电压(PDIV)与熄灭电压(PDEV)的变化规律。结果表明:不同缺陷在相同温度下的局部放电行为明显不同:尖端缺陷具有最高的放电脉冲重复率,气泡缺陷和划痕缺陷则表现出幅值更大的放电脉冲;频谱分析显示,尖端缺陷放电信号的频带更高,能量分布更广。温度升高导致3种缺陷的PDIV与PDEV明显降低,其中气泡与尖端缺陷对温度更敏感,而划痕缺陷随温度变化幅度较小。此外,气泡缺陷的PDIV与PDEV差值最大,放电维持能力最强。

为研究典型绝缘缺陷在正常工作温度下的局部放电行为,本文以直流交联聚乙烯电缆为对象,分别引入气泡、尖端和划痕3种缺陷,在70℃条件下采集高频电流信号,分析其放电脉冲特征,并在40~80℃温区内测试其起始放电电压(PDIV)与熄灭电压(PDEV)的变化规律。结果表明:不同缺陷在相同温度下的局部放电行为明显不同:尖端缺陷具有最高的放电脉冲重复率,气泡缺陷和划痕缺陷则表现出幅值更大的放电脉冲;频谱分析显示,尖端缺陷放电信号的频带更高,能量分布更广。温度升高导致3种缺陷的PDIV与PDEV明显降低,其中气泡与尖端缺陷对温度更敏感,而划痕缺陷随温度变化幅度较小。此外,气泡缺陷的PDIV与PDEV差值最大,放电维持能力最强。

To investigate the partial discharge behaviors of typical insulation defects under normal operating temperatures, DC cross-linked polyethylene cables were taken as the objects, three kinds of defects such as bubbles, protrusions, and scratches were introduced to the cables. High-frequency current signals were collected at 70℃ to analyze their discharge pulse characteristics, and the change laws of partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV) and extinction voltage (PDEV) were tested within the temperature range of 40-80℃. The results show that the PD behavior of different defects at the same temperature are significantly different, the protrusion defects exhibit the highest discharge pulse repetition rate, whereas the bubble and scratch defects show larger pulse amplitudes. Spectral analysis reveals that the frequency band of discharge signal from protrusion defect is broader and the energy distribution is wider. Temperature elevation significantly reduces the PDIV and PDEV for the three kinds of defects, among which bubble and protrusion defects are more sensitive to temperature, while scratch defects show a smaller change with temperature. Additionally, the difference between PDIV and PDEV of bubble defects is the largest, and the discharge sustainability is the strongest.

随着直流输电技术的发展,XLPE因其优异的绝缘性能和成熟的加工工艺,已广泛应用于高压直流电缆中。然而,电缆在实际运行中不可避免地存在多种微观缺陷,如绝缘体内的气泡、电极边缘的尖端结构或由施工过程引入的表面划痕,这些微观缺陷的电场畸变极易引发局部放电现象,进而导致空间电荷积聚、电树枝生长,甚至击穿失效[1-3]。为此,准确识别缺陷类型与掌握其放电行为对高压电缆的状态评估和寿命预测至关重要。
温度是影响局部放电起始与发展过程的关键外部因素[4-6]。在电缆运行过程中,绝缘材料常处于40~80℃的环境中,其电导率、电气强度及界面物理特性均随温度升高而变化[7-9]。因此,研究不同缺陷在高温条件下的放电起始电压与熄灭电压演化规律,有助于深入理解绝缘材料在极端环境下的老化机制与击穿风险,从而为高可靠性电气设备的设计与运行提供理论支持与技术依据。
已有的研究多聚焦于单一缺陷形态或恒定温度条件下的局部放电行为,针对不同缺陷在多温度条件下局放特性差异的系统对比仍相对不足。同时,现有研究通常将放电脉冲特征,如频谱分布、脉冲幅值和重复率,与起始放电电压和熄灭放电电压分别讨论,尚缺少二者之间关联关系的综合分析。Zhang Y X等[10]研究了直流电压下硅橡胶中的电树枝引发特性,发现随着温度升高,不同缺陷样品的电树枝引发机理存在差异且电树枝的引发电压呈现指数级下降;Chen L等[11]通过对气泡缺陷电缆进行建模分析验证了腔体处的电场分布主要由温度决定;A D Fatta等[12]研究表明温度会显著增加局部放电活动频率,且随着温度升高,放电量与幅值都显著增加;Chen Y等[13]研究表明直流电压下局部放电的发展过程可分为初始阶段、发展阶段和严重劣化阶段;其中初始阶段放电活动较弱且发展缓慢;发展阶段放电在短时间内迅速增强,表现出较高的放电强度;严重劣化阶段单次放电活动可能有所减弱,但放电影响区域进一步扩大,并且正极性直流放电强度普遍大于负极性直流放电强度。李岩等[14]指出XLPE绝缘在不同温度下的局部放电特性受其微观极化行为与界面电荷迁移影响显著,温度升高会提高局部放电的发生概率;马鑫等[15]进一步揭示了交联聚乙烯电缆中尖端缺陷局放特性受温度影响显著,尖端场强集中易导致提前放电;此外,刘一帆[16]通过温度场建模指出温度分布不均匀将加速绝缘内部缺陷发展与局部放电活跃程度。尽管上述研究均揭示了温度与缺陷对局放特性的影响机制,但大多集中于单一缺陷形态、单一温区或单一分析手段,缺少系统对比多种缺陷在多温区下的PDIV局部放电起始电压(PDIV)/局部放电熄灭电压(PDEV)变化规律及放电脉冲时频特征的研究,更未将脉冲重复率、频谱、幅值等与PDIV/PDEV进行关联耦合分析,难以为工程实际提供清晰且可辨识的缺陷分类依据与预警机制。
鉴于此,本文以10 kV电缆中常见的气泡、尖端与划痕3种典型缺陷为研究对象,基于高频电流互感器(HFCT)采集放电信号,从时域与频域两个维度深入分析3种缺陷的放电脉冲特性,同时测试各缺陷在40~80℃范围内的PDIV与PDEV。研究结果有助于从放电特征与电压响应的双重视角理解缺陷演化行为,为高压直流电缆的绝缘在线监测与智能诊断提供理论支撑。
本实验选用10 kV直流XLPE电缆作为研究对象,分别引入3种典型缺陷如图1所示。
图1可以看出,气泡缺陷表现为电缆绝缘层内有微孔,该缺陷是一个直径约为1.5 mm的球形空气腔,位于半导体层向电缆轴芯约2 mm处。制造该缺陷过程包括去除外屏蔽层和一部分绝缘层,然后进行绝缘恢复,在这个过程中,微孔被有意地保留下来;尖端缺陷表现为从铜芯电极延伸到绝缘层的锥形突起,高度为1 mm,底部尖端曲率半径为0.3 mm。该缺陷是通过将电缆剥离到导体上,塑造高度为1 mm的锥形尖端,然后恢复绝缘层和内屏蔽层而产生的,最后恢复隔热层和其他部分;划痕缺陷则是在电缆绝缘层中人为刻蚀出一条沿着电缆方向,深度为1 mm、长度为10 mm的划痕。该缺陷制作过程为将电缆绝缘层与屏蔽层剥除后,在绝缘层表面刻划出大小符合要求的划痕,随后恢复屏蔽层和绝缘层。
局部放电测试系统如图2所示,包括高压直流电源、限流保护电阻、待测电缆样品、高频电流互感器(HFCT)、恒温油浴系统、示波器及配套数据采集系统。HFCT安装于电缆接地引线上,以非侵入方式实时监测放电脉冲信号,传感器带宽覆盖100 kHz~30 MHz,具备较高的灵敏度与抗干扰能力[17]。信号采集使用示波器,采样率设为250 MS/s,单次采样窗口1 ms,每次采集称为一屏,每组数据共计采集250万个数据点即10屏,采集时长为10 ms。局部放电数据的采集在70℃的恒温环境中进行,以模拟电缆在正常运行下的热负荷工况;而不同温度(40 、50 、60 、70 、80℃)下的PDIV与PDEV测试则采用循环油浴升温控制方式进行,恒温油浴装置如图3所示[18-20]
本研究的局部放电检测与校准遵循IEC 60270:2025相关要求,以直流或交流电压进行局放测量,并给出了测量回路与仪器;电缆本体的局放测试方法参照IEC 60885-3:2015相关要求,两者共同确保测量回路、耦合/带宽与校准的一致性与可比性。PDIV/PDEV的测量在40~80℃的恒温油浴中进行,采用缓慢升压法,步长为0.5 kV,每级保压 1 min,HFCT稳定检测到重复性放电脉冲时的电压记为PDIV,随后小幅过压后缓降至放电完全消失时的电压记为PDEV;各温度点重复3次测量并取平均值,以反映随机性与统计性。为确保结论可靠性,每种缺陷设置独立样本3份,在每个温度点分别完成3次重复测量(即每种缺陷每个温度点得到9次观测),用于计算均值与离散度,并以误差棒形式呈现。正式测试前,采用标准脉冲校准器对HFCT-示波器检测回路进行标定。标定时,向测试回路注入已知表观放电量为q0的校准脉冲,并记录示波器端对应的脉冲电压响应幅值U0。根据标定结果得到本测试系统的换算系数为q0/U0,单位为pC/mV。本文试验中标定得到的换算系数为6.05 pC/mV。因此,后续示波器采集得到的放电脉冲电压幅值均为经该标定系数换算后的表观放电量。
本章基于70℃条件下3种典型缺陷的局部放电行为展开深入讨论,结合时域波形、频谱特征以及40~80℃温区内的PDIV/PDEV变化规律,从物理机制、信号特征与工程识别3个角度,系统分析气泡、尖端、划痕缺陷的局部放电差异。在实验过程中仅考虑单一尺寸的气泡、尖端、划痕缺陷,以方便控制变量,突出温度因素对不同缺陷类型的影响。缺陷尺寸综合考虑制作难度以及前期预实验中的局部放电结果制定。需要指出,缺陷尺寸的变化会显著影响电场分布与放电特性,气泡尺寸增大会降低其击穿电压并增加PDIV下降幅度,尖端曲率半径的减小会进一步增强局部电场集中效应,划痕深度和长度的增加均会改变沿面放电路径的形成概率。尽管缺陷尺寸变化会影响放电时的绝对数值,但不同缺陷对温度的敏感性和放电模式主要由其几何形态、电场分布及放电机理决定,这一物理基础具有一定的普适性。因此,在尺寸变化的情况下,温度升高导致的PDIV/PDEV整体下降的趋势和机理判断仍具有参考价值。
针对气泡缺陷样品、尖端缺陷样品和划痕缺陷样品开展局部放电测试,结果如图46所示。从图4可以看出,气泡缺陷样品的放电活动呈现明显的动态演化过程。在实验初期(0~3 ms),气泡内部尚处于相对完整的绝缘状态,放电主要集中于气泡壁面附近的弱场区域,导致最初检测到的平均放电幅值较低,仅为27.3 pC,单屏内平均放电次数为2.3次。实验初期气泡缺陷样品放电幅值波动性较小,标准差为±6.7 pC,表明初始放电主要受限于气隙尺寸、电场分布均匀性及电离启动条件。
随着施加电压时间的增加,气泡缺陷内部开始经历典型的放电劣化累积过程。一方面,反复放电造成气泡内壁产生微观烧蚀与击穿通道扩展,部分气体介质可能因放电热效应被离解或逸散,导致有效放电路径长度逐步缩短,从而使得放电易发性增强。另一方面,在高温条件下气泡内部压力增大,进一步加剧了气隙边界处电场的集中效应,促使放电幅值显著提升。在实验中期(3~7 ms),气泡缺陷样品的平均放电幅值提升至34.5 pC,最大放电幅值达到了57.8 pC,放电频次亦增至每屏4.7次,同时放电幅值标准差扩大至±9.2 pC,显示出放电强度波动性增强,部分脉冲能量显著高于实验初期水平。进入实验后期(7~10 ms)后,放电发生频率略有回落,平均幅值下降至31.8 pC,最大放电幅值维持在52.6 pC,放电频次亦降至每屏3.9次,幅值标准差回落至±7.1 pC。从上述内容可知,气泡缺陷样品在长时直流应力及热激活条件下的放电演化过程呈现出“先增强、后缓解”的典型特征。实验前期的放电活性增强主要归因于放电通道扩展、电场进一步畸变及热气体动力学作用,而后期活性的逐渐减弱则可能受到空间电荷积聚所导致的电场屏蔽效应抑制,同时局部碳化沉积降低了界面电阻,部分稳定了放电路径,降低了新的高能量放电脉冲的发生概率。整体而言,气泡缺陷放电属于绝缘内部典型的击穿性放电,其放电特征兼具能量积累与空间电荷反馈调控特性,易在运行中长期隐匿积累,最终形成突发性击穿风险[21]
图5可以看出,尖端缺陷样品的放电具有“先剧烈,后平稳”的演变规律。由于尖端几何结构导致局部电场高度集中,施加电压初期即触发密集的电子雪崩电离过程,放电幅值和脉冲重复率迅速攀升至峰值[22],单个脉冲的能量释放剧烈且幅值波动性大。持续施加直流电压,尖端部位逐渐发生放电烧蚀和几何钝化,尖端附近累积的空间电荷对外加电场形成屏蔽效应[23],使后续放电强度和频次逐步下降并趋于稳定。尖端缺陷放电初期表现为强烈的电晕放电,早期局放强度极高但持续时间较短,在尖端形貌改变和空间电荷双重调制后转入平稳状态,因此尖端缺陷是直流电压下需重点警惕的早期高风险缺陷类型。
图6可以看出,划痕缺陷样品的放电表现出沿面放电持续累积且增强的特性。由于实验初期划痕区域尚未发生明显的电化学劣化,初期放电仅局限于划痕凹槽边缘电场轻微畸变处[24-25],放电幅值和频次均较低且波动甚小。随着电应力作用时间的增加,沿面电晕放电被逐渐触发,反复放电在划痕边缘形成碳化导电通道,放电触发阈值不断降低,放电幅值和次数随之持续攀升。整个试验周期内划痕缺陷的放电强度未出现衰减,反而不断累积且增强,放电幅值波动性也维持在较低水平,且仅随累积能量释放而略有增加。划痕缺陷样品放电物理机制体现为典型的“电蚀-导电带生长-通道扩展”正反馈过程:高温加速了绝缘表面的热降解和导电产物沉积,沿面放电通道逐步延展,进一步加剧局部场强畸变,使局放更易发生。相比气泡缺陷和尖端缺陷,划痕缺陷的初期局放并不显著,但后期发展势头强劲,在长时间电应力下易演变为沿面闪络或电痕贯穿等绝缘失效模式。
为进一步量化比较上述3种缺陷在70℃条件下的时域放电差异,本文对气泡、尖端和划痕缺陷在放电前期、中期和后期的平均放电幅值、最大放电幅值、单屏平均放电频次及放电幅值标准差进行了统计,结果见表1。从表1可以看出,不同缺陷的放电时域特征具有明显差异:尖端缺陷在放电前期表现出最高的单屏平均放电频次和较大的放电幅值,说明其前期放电活性较强;气泡缺陷在放电中期平均放电幅值和最大放电幅值均有所升高,体现出内部气隙放电的增强过程;划痕缺陷的单屏平均放电频次随时间延长持续增加,表明其沿面放电通道具有逐步发展的累积特征。
尖端缺陷在70 ℃条件下产生的局部放电脉冲频度最高,近似连续的电晕放电使其平均幅值相对较小;气泡缺陷和划痕缺陷则是单个脉冲幅值更大,但放电发生频率相对较低。就放电随时间的演化趋势而言,尖端缺陷的放电强度由前期剧烈迅速衰减至后期平稳,气泡缺陷经历中前期显著增强后略有回落,而划痕缺陷则呈全程持续增强且未见饱和的累积过程。这些差异源于缺陷形态及放电介质所对应的放电机理不同:尖端缺陷几何电场高度集中,易形成稳定的电晕放电;气泡缺陷为绝缘体内部气隙放电,空间电荷积聚对其放电具有明显的负反馈调制作用;划痕缺陷属于沿面爬电放电,碳化导电带的正反馈生长使其放电强度不断上升。
表1可知,3种缺陷在单屏平均放电频次、放电幅值及放电幅值离散程度方面表现出明显差异。尖端缺陷的单屏平均放电频次最高,放电呈现较连续的电晕放电特征;气泡缺陷的单屏平均放电频次低于尖端缺陷,但单个脉冲幅值较大,表现出内部气隙放电的高能量特征;划痕缺陷在初期放电较弱,随着沿面放电通道的发展,其单屏平均放电频次和放电幅值逐渐增加,体现出一定的累积性。总体来看,尖端缺陷更易在电压施加初期产生单屏内数量较多的放电脉冲,气泡缺陷具有较突出的单脉冲能量特征,而划痕缺陷则表现为随电应力作用时间延长而逐步发展的沿面放电特征。上述差异说明,单屏平均放电频次、放电幅值及其随时间的变化趋势可作为区分不同缺陷类型的重要特征参数,并为后续结合PDIV/PDEV的温度响应开展综合诊断提供依据。
3种缺陷在不同温度下PDIV与PDEV的变化趋势如图7所示。
图7可知,随着温度由40℃升高至80℃,3种缺陷的PDIV均呈下降趋势,说明温度升高会降低绝缘缺陷处局部放电的起始阈值。其中,以室温下PDIV为基准计算相对下降率,气泡缺陷和尖端缺陷的PDIV下降幅度较大,表明二者对温度变化更为敏感;划痕缺陷的PDIV下降幅度相对较小,说明其起始放电过程受温度影响较弱。其原因在于,气泡缺陷中气体介质的击穿特性受温度影响明显,温升会增强气体分子热运动并降低电离阈值;尖端缺陷处局部电场高度集中,高温条件下电子发射和电荷迁移过程增强,易导致放电提前发生;而划痕缺陷主要表现为沿面放电,其起始过程更多受表面状态和沿面通道形成条件影响,因此PDIV随温度变化相对平缓。
除PDIV外,PDEV同样能够反映缺陷放电维持能力的差异。由图7可见,随着温度升高,3种缺陷的PDEV整体也呈下降趋势,说明高温环境不仅会促使局部放电提前发生,也会使放电在较低电压下仍能维持。不同缺陷之间,气泡缺陷和尖端缺陷的PDEV随温度变化较为明显,表明二者放电维持过程对温度变化较敏感;划痕缺陷的PDEV变化相对平缓,但在高温条件下,沿面放电通道及表面电导的变化可能增强其放电持续性。综合PDIV与PDEV变化可知,温度升高会同时降低局部放电的起始阈值和熄灭阈值,其中气泡缺陷和尖端缺陷表现出更强的温度敏感性,划痕缺陷则更多体现为沿面通道逐步发展的持续放电特征。
进一步比较PDIV与PDEV之间的差值可以看出,不同缺陷的放电维持能力存在差异。PDIV与PDEV差值越大,说明放电一旦被触发后越不易熄灭,缺陷处的放电维持能力越强。气泡缺陷由于内部气隙击穿后会形成局部电荷积聚和微放电通道,其放电维持能力较强;尖端缺陷虽然起始放电电压较低,但受空间电荷屏蔽和尖端烧蚀钝化影响,后续放电可能逐渐趋于稳定;划痕缺陷则与沿面碳化通道的发展密切相关,在较高温度下可能表现出更明显的持续放电风险。因此,单独分析PDIV只能反映缺陷放电的起始难易程度,而结合PDEV及二者差值,能够进一步判断不同缺陷在热环境下的放电维持能力和绝缘劣化风险。
为消除基值差异对比较带来的偏差,本文以归一化斜率(Srel)作为温度敏感性的主指标,并辅以区间PDIV相对降幅进行交叉验证,其公式如式(1)所示。

根据40~80℃温区线性拟合估计,气泡缺陷与尖端缺陷的Srel均约为-1.60%/℃,划痕缺陷为-1.20%/℃;对应PDIV相对降幅分别约为64%(气泡缺陷)、64%(尖端缺陷)与48%(划痕缺陷)。由此可见,温度敏感性排序为气泡缺陷与尖端缺陷较高且相近,划痕缺陷相对较低。需要说明的是,若以绝对斜率(kV/℃)比较,受起始PDIV基值影响较大,可能与相对降幅给出的排序不一致,因而不宜单独用于敏感性判别。本文据此统一采用归一化斜率与相对降幅的一致口径来表述温度敏感性。
为解释温度升高后PDIV和PDEV下降的原因,本文从热激励电离过程出发进行分析。局部放电的起始和维持本质上与载流子获得足够能量并触发电离有关。温度升高时,载流子热运动增强,越过等效电离能垒的概率增大,因此缺陷处达到放电条件所需的外施电压降低。该热激励过程可用Arrhenius关系描述,因此将局部放电阈值与电离过程难易程度结合起来,可用如下方程描述PDIV/PDEV随温度的变化趋势[26-27],如式(2)所示。

式(2)中:V(T)是在绝对温度T下的局部放电阈值电压;C是常数;Ea是活化能;kB是玻尔兹曼常数。
根据Arrhenius方程,温度升高将增加电离速率,从而降低电离阈值,使得放电更容易发生。温度升高时,材料内的电子碰撞频率增加,电离过程加速,导致放电起始电压显著降低,尤其是在气泡缺陷和尖端缺陷中更为明显。这一趋势与Arrhenius方程预测的温度效应相符:随着温度升高,热激活因子exp(-Ea/kT)增大,载流子更易获得足够能量触发电离过程,从而导致PDIV显著下降。该机理解释了气泡缺陷与尖端缺陷降幅更为剧烈,而划痕缺陷变化相对平缓的差异。
考虑本文测试温区为40~80℃,温度范围相对有限,指数关系在该区间内可近似为线性变化。为便于比较不同缺陷的温度敏感性,本文采用带截距的一次模型对各缺陷的PDIV和PDEV数据进行拟合:在绝对温度基础上以带截距线性模型V(T)=a+kT拟合PDIV/PDEV数据。为此,一方面从阈值-速率互逆的角度出发,并结合Arrhenius方程进行线性拟合,以lnV~1/T的直线回归求得(CEa),其决定了指数曲线在数据温区内的形状,另一方面,带截距线性模型在离散温点Ti上的最小二乘解法如式(3)和式(4)所示。

式(3)~(6)中:Vi为第i个温度点下测得的局部放电阈值电压,可表示PDIV/PDEV;Ti为第i个测试温度点对应的绝对温度,单位为K;n为参与拟合的温度点数量;T¯为各温度点绝对温度的平均值;V¯为对应PDIV或PDEV测试值的平均值;k为线性拟合斜率,表示温度每升高1 K时PDIV或PDEV的变化量;a为线性拟合截距,表示拟合直线在电压轴上的截距。
由前文分析可知,气泡缺陷的局部放电行为对温度十分敏感,为了深入解释这一现象,图8展示了气泡缺陷中气体放电的典型演化过程。
图8可以看出,气泡内局部放电大致经过两个阶段:随着外施直流电压作用时间的延长,气腔内的电场强度Er逐步增强,并且在电场E的作用下,气泡内的电荷沿着电场方向进行定向运动,形成了与电场方向相反的电场,抵消外施电场的作用,这也解释了为什么局放发生的电压高于构建电场所需要的电压。由于气体相对介电常数远低于固体绝缘,气泡内易出现显著的电场畸变与集中。当内部场强升高至气体击穿阈值时,气泡缺陷进入放电初期,瞬间触发电子雪崩,形成贯穿气泡的微等离子导电通道,导致气泡内部电压迅速下降。在此过程中产生的大量电荷(电子与正离子)部分复合,剩余部分电荷则沉积在气泡内表面,标志着局部放电的发生。受此影响,放电通道周围局部温度急剧上升,气泡内气体发生热膨胀,进一步降低了气体介质的电气强度,使得放电在短时间内呈现出强化趋势。结合图4分析可知,气泡缺陷放电初期脉冲幅值高、重复频率快。此阶段气泡放电的发展主要受到电场畸变以及热气体动力学驱动,放电通道可在气泡内部快速拓展。当放电过程结束后,在直流电场的作用下,其中未发生复合的电荷受恒定电场力的作用继续沿着电场方向进行规律运动,继续促进气泡缺陷内部电场进一步畸变,导致缺陷中放电行为持续发生。
为定量描述气泡缺陷放电前后电场和电路特性变化,本文采用三电容等效模型[28]对气泡缺陷的放电过程进行分析,如图9所示。将气泡以外的完整绝缘区域等效为电容C1,气泡上下方介质等效为电容C2,气泡视作介电常数极低的电容C3,其等效电容Ceq可以表示为式(7)。

图9可以看出,C2C3串联构成支路,并与并联的C1共同承担外界电压,由于气泡尺寸远小于电缆绝缘整体尺寸,且气体介质介电常数比固体更低,因此C3的电容值有限,同时C2对应的绝缘厚度较大且截面积受气泡尺寸影响,其电容值比C3更小。相较之下,覆盖其余完好绝缘的大电容C1则数值最大。在外施电压升高过程中,C2C3串联等效电容值显著小于C2,使得该支路分配到的电荷较少但电压升高更快,尤其是C2极小导致气泡内部电压能够迅速逼近击穿阈值,即在放电发生前,气泡内部承担了主要的电场压降[29],该电压UC2+C3可由式(8)表示。

由于C3<<C2,可以推得UC3UC2+C3,即电压降大部分施加在气泡缺陷上,这正是其易发生放电的根本原因。当放电发生时,C3等效为短路,其两端原先积累的电荷Q=C3·UC3以脉冲形式释放并注入系统,引发C1C2支路电场重新分布。放电结束后残留在气泡壁面的电荷密度σs将在腔体内部形成对外加电场的屏蔽效应,其剩余电场强度Eresidual可由式(10)表示。

式(10)中,ε0为空气的介电常数。
该模型解释了气泡缺陷放电过程中的电压演化规律与放电维持特性,对分析温度变化下的放电动态具有了良好的理论支持。
从工程诊断角度看,尖端缺陷具有最低PDIV和较宽的频谱分布,适合通过超高频与高频脉冲结合检测技术识别;气泡缺陷的高幅、低频、高能脉冲适合以局部放电所释放的能量和冲击性作为识别指标;而划痕缺陷的低幅高频密集脉冲适合通过连续干扰类特征识别,并与表面电导模型结合进行多因子诊断。PDIV/PDEV的温度响应曲线可为运行中热负荷状态下的绝缘预警提供可靠指标,尤其对于气泡类缺陷,其在高温下大幅提前放电的特性提示应加强热环境控制。
综上所述,3种缺陷在放电模式、温度响应和脉冲信号方面具有清晰可分辨性。通过融合脉冲特征提取、频谱分析与PDIV/PDEV温区响应,可构建一套面向实际电缆绝缘状态识别的完整诊断参数体系,为后续缺陷识别算法设计与状态评估策略奠定坚实基础。
本文围绕气泡、尖端与划痕3种典型绝缘缺陷,系统开展了70℃恒温下的局部放电脉冲信号采集分析,并在40~80℃温区内测量了起始放电电压与熄灭放电电压,主要得到以下结论:
(1)3种缺陷在恒定温度下的局部放电脉冲具有明显差异性。气泡缺陷放电幅值大、脉冲稀疏,频谱高频能量集中,体现出典型的内部放电特性;尖端缺陷则表现为中幅度、高重复率放电,具有较宽频带分布,归属电晕型局放;划痕缺陷脉冲密集但幅值较低,频谱以中低频为主,呈现沿面放电的典型模式。这一差异可为缺陷类型识别提供多维信号依据。
(2)温度对3种缺陷的PDIV与PDEV影响显著,其中气泡缺陷和尖端缺陷对温升更为敏感,PDIV平均降幅超过60%;而划痕缺陷对温度的敏感程度相对较低,起始电压下降幅度较小。高温下,划痕缺陷放电维持能力增强,表现为PDEV与PDIV差值显著增加,表明沿面缺陷在热应力作用下可能形成稳定导电路径,对绝缘状态构成更持久的威胁。
(3)结合脉冲时频特性与PDIV/PDEV响应特征,可构建面向典型缺陷识别的综合诊断参数体系。本研究提出将信号重复率及PDIV/PDEV温度斜率作为3类核心特征,实现对缺陷物理形态的间接判别,并为局部放电智能识别算法训练提供高质量数据标签与判据。
