With the increases of voltage level and main insulation thickness of high-voltage cable, the thermodynamic operating conditions of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) main insulation have become more complex. High-temperature thermal elongation performance is the key to evaluating the thermodynamic properties of XLPE. However, the mechanism research on the differences in thermal elongation performance of different XLPE samples remains insufficient. This paper aimed to comprehensively elucidate the underlying mechanism of thermal elongation performance differences of XLPE high voltage cables under different atmospheres. The thermal elongation performance of three kinds of domestic and international XLPE samples were measured under air, nitrogen, and vacuum atmospheres, and their differences in cross-linking density were analyzed. The cross-linking network structure of XLPE was characterized through gel content and molecular chain structure, and the thermal-oxidative ageing characteristics of XLPE were discussed combined with gel content, carbonyl content, and oxidation induction time. The results show that the high-temperature thermal elongation performance of XLPE is determined by its cross-linking network structure and thermal-oxidative ageing resistance. The XLPE with higher cross-linking density and better thermal-oxidative ageing resistance exhibits lower thermal elongation and permanent elongation. The thermal elongation test under air atmosphere will induce the thermal-oxidative ageing reaction of XLPE, resulting in the reduction of XLPE gel content and the increase of carbonyl content, which will destroy the cross-linked network structure, making the thermal elongation and permanent elongation of XLPE slightly higher. Conversely, the thermal elongation tests under vacuum or nitrogen atmospheres can prevent the damage of thermal-oxidative ageing to cross-linking network, and reflect the true crosslinking degree and thermodynamic properties of XLPE. This work can provide a more effective theoretical basis and testing method for assessing the thermodynamic performance of XLPE.

随着高压电缆电压等级和主绝缘厚度的增加,交联聚乙烯(XLPE)主绝缘承受的热力学工况愈发复杂,高温热延伸性能是评估XLPE热力学特性的关键,然而针对不同XLPE试样热延伸性能差异的机理研究尚不充分。本文旨在全面揭示不同XLPE高压电缆在不同氛围下高温热延伸性能差异的内在机理,分别在空气、氮气和真空氛围下测试3种国内外XLPE的热延伸性能,并分析其交联密度的差异,通过凝胶含量和分子链结构表征XLPE的交联网络结构,结合凝胶含量、羰基含量和氧化诱导期讨论XLPE的热氧老化特性。结果表明:XLPE的高温热延伸性能是由其交联网络结构和耐热氧老化性能综合决定的,交联密度高且耐热氧老化性能好的XLPE表现出更低的高温热延伸率和较低的永久伸长率。在空气氛围下的热延伸试验会引起XLPE发生热氧老化反应,造成XLPE凝胶含量降低、羰基含量增加,即会破坏交联网络结构,使得XLPE的热延伸率和永久伸长率偏高,而真空或氮气氛围下的热延伸试验可以避免热氧老化对交联网络结构的破坏,能够反映XLPE的真实交联程度和热力学性能。本研究可为XLPE热力学性能的评估提供更有效的理论依据与试验方法。

随着高压电缆电压等级和主绝缘厚度的增加,交联聚乙烯(XLPE)主绝缘承受的热力学工况愈发复杂,高温热延伸性能是评估XLPE热力学特性的关键,然而针对不同XLPE试样热延伸性能差异的机理研究尚不充分。本文旨在全面揭示不同XLPE高压电缆在不同氛围下高温热延伸性能差异的内在机理,分别在空气、氮气和真空氛围下测试3种国内外XLPE的热延伸性能,并分析其交联密度的差异,通过凝胶含量和分子链结构表征XLPE的交联网络结构,结合凝胶含量、羰基含量和氧化诱导期讨论XLPE的热氧老化特性。结果表明:XLPE的高温热延伸性能是由其交联网络结构和耐热氧老化性能综合决定的,交联密度高且耐热氧老化性能好的XLPE表现出更低的高温热延伸率和较低的永久伸长率。在空气氛围下的热延伸试验会引起XLPE发生热氧老化反应,造成XLPE凝胶含量降低、羰基含量增加,即会破坏交联网络结构,使得XLPE的热延伸率和永久伸长率偏高,而真空或氮气氛围下的热延伸试验可以避免热氧老化对交联网络结构的破坏,能够反映XLPE的真实交联程度和热力学性能。本研究可为XLPE热力学性能的评估提供更有效的理论依据与试验方法。

With the increases of voltage level and main insulation thickness of high-voltage cable, the thermodynamic operating conditions of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) main insulation have become more complex. High-temperature thermal elongation performance is the key to evaluating the thermodynamic properties of XLPE. However, the mechanism research on the differences in thermal elongation performance of different XLPE samples remains insufficient. This paper aimed to comprehensively elucidate the underlying mechanism of thermal elongation performance differences of XLPE high voltage cables under different atmospheres. The thermal elongation performance of three kinds of domestic and international XLPE samples were measured under air, nitrogen, and vacuum atmospheres, and their differences in cross-linking density were analyzed. The cross-linking network structure of XLPE was characterized through gel content and molecular chain structure, and the thermal-oxidative ageing characteristics of XLPE were discussed combined with gel content, carbonyl content, and oxidation induction time. The results show that the high-temperature thermal elongation performance of XLPE is determined by its cross-linking network structure and thermal-oxidative ageing resistance. The XLPE with higher cross-linking density and better thermal-oxidative ageing resistance exhibits lower thermal elongation and permanent elongation. The thermal elongation test under air atmosphere will induce the thermal-oxidative ageing reaction of XLPE, resulting in the reduction of XLPE gel content and the increase of carbonyl content, which will destroy the cross-linked network structure, making the thermal elongation and permanent elongation of XLPE slightly higher. Conversely, the thermal elongation tests under vacuum or nitrogen atmospheres can prevent the damage of thermal-oxidative ageing to cross-linking network, and reflect the true crosslinking degree and thermodynamic properties of XLPE. This work can provide a more effective theoretical basis and testing method for assessing the thermodynamic performance of XLPE.

交联聚乙烯(XLPE)具有优异的电气绝缘性能和热力学性能,被广泛用作高压电缆主绝缘材料[1-2]。近年来,国家大力推进深远海风电和柔性输电技术,高压电缆的支撑作用愈发突出,亟需提高高压电缆的电压等级和主绝缘的厚度,但这会导致XLPE主绝缘承受的热力学工况发生显著变化[3-4],因此对XLPE绝缘材料的高温热力学性能进行有效评估具有重要意义。
当前用来评估XLPE高压电缆高温热力学性能的试验较多,如热延伸、变温机械拉伸和动态热机械分析试验等[5-7]。考虑到试验的便捷性和有效性,通常选择热延伸试验作为评估XLPE高温热力学性能的主要手段,试验结果包含热延伸率和永久伸长率两个特征参数[5,8]。高温热延伸试验中XLPE需要同时承受高温和负荷的垂直拉力作用,以往的研究认为,热延伸率和永久伸长率低的材料具有良好的热力学性能,并且热力学性能与XLPE的交联网络强度密切相关[9-10],因此,热延伸试验通常也是评估XLPE交联程度的重要方法。
已有大量研究对XLPE高压电缆开展了热延伸试验,研究内容主要集中在XLPE热延伸参数的定量对比。文献[11]对比了北欧化工和陶氏化学XLPE的热延伸性能;文献[12-13]分析了国产与进口220 kV XLPE高压电缆热延伸性能的差异,结果表明国产进口试样的热延伸性能都满足高压电缆绝缘材料标准要求;文献[14]研究表明国产500 kV XLPE高压电缆在高温下抗形变能力弱于进口材料,认为可能是由于国产基料交联程度较低所致。也有部分研究讨论了添加剂对XLPE热延伸性能的影响,文献[15-16]认为抗氧剂种类和含量会对XLPE的凝胶含量和热延伸性能产生影响,但凝胶含量随抗氧剂配方的变化与热延伸性能的变化呈非线性关系;文献[17-19]分析了复合抗氧剂配方对XLPE热延伸性能的影响,结果表明抗氧剂种类和含量可以在降低XLPE交联程度的同时保持其热延伸性能,说明热延伸性能仅取决于其交联程度的说法是存在局限性的,由此推测空气氛围下的XLPE高温热延伸性能可能受热氧老化反应的影响。以往的研究均未深入分析XLPE热延伸性能差异的内在机制,以传统热延伸试验方法来评价XLPE交联程度和热力学性能可能会存在一定误差。
基于此,本文选取国内外3种XLPE高压电缆绝缘材料,全面分析其高温热延伸性能的差异与机理,并提出一种测试高温热延伸性能的有效试验方法。在空气和真空氛围分别测试XLPE的热延伸性能,并结合旋转流变仪测试剪切储能模量、表征材料弹性响应和交联密度计算,探讨XLPE热延伸性能的差异。通过凝胶含量、分子链结构分析XLPE交联网络结构对热延伸性能的影响,进一步通过凝胶含量、傅里叶红外光谱和氧化诱导期分析XLPE耐热氧老化性能对热延伸性能的影响,进而全面揭示不同XLPE在不同测试氛围下的高温热延伸性能差异与机理。该研究可为XLPE高压电缆交联程度和热力学性能的有效评估提供理论依据。
选择3种高压电缆绝缘用交联聚乙烯绝缘料,分别命名为进口A、进口B和国产C。其中,进口A是500 kV电压等级的进口电缆绝缘料,密度为0.922 g/cm3;进口B是220 kV电压等级的进口电缆绝缘料,密度为0.921 g/cm3;国产C是220 kV电压等级的国产电缆绝缘料,密度为0.924 g/cm3
将3种绝缘料均匀放入厚度为1 mm的不锈钢模具内,再将模具放至在平板硫化机上,在120℃下预热5 min,然后在180℃、15 MPa下热压15 min后,水冷至室温,得到3种XLPE试样。将获得的XLPE试样放在真空恒温70℃环境下脱气16 h备用。
醇洗3种未经处理的绝缘料以获得低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),用来测试其分子链结构。醇洗方法如下:用平板硫化机将电缆绝缘料在115℃下热压5 min后制得厚度为0.1 mm的薄片,再将试样剪成尺寸为10 mm×10 mm的薄片,将其放入装有无水乙醇的三口烧瓶中,在70℃油浴中恒温加热且磁力搅拌6 h后,使用无水乙醇清洗试样5次,再将试样放入70℃的真空干燥箱中干燥12 h,得到纯化的LDPE基料试样。
热延伸试验:在厚度为1 mm、长度为75 mm的哑铃状XLPE试样上标记长度为20 mm的工作区间,记为l0。将试样悬挂至特殊量架上,在试样下方加装0.2 MPa的砝码,再放入200℃的烘箱(空气/真空)中,静置15 min,测量工作区间的长度,记为l1。移除砝码,静置冷却后,测量工作区间的长度,记为l2。每个试样同时测试5组,取平均值,热延伸率(η)和永久伸长率(μ)可由式(1)和式(2)计算。

剪切储能模量测试:将试样放入旋转流变仪测试盘中,设置转子和测试盘的间隙为1.0 mm。盖上保温设备,用氮气吹扫后,迅速升温至200℃,保持1 min后开始测试,至剪切储能模量数值稳定时结束测试,应变设置为0.5%,转速为0.5 r/s,采样间隔为60 s。
凝胶含量测试:选择不锈钢滤网折成网包(质量记为m0),再称取质量约为0.3 g的试样放入网包中(质量记为m1),封口后放入装有二甲苯溶剂的回流冷凝器-圆底烧瓶中,在140℃下回流萃取10 h,再将网包取出并在140℃真空条件下干燥6 h(质量记为m2),试样凝胶含量(Gel)的计算方法如式(3)所示。

分子链结构测试:将凝胶渗透色谱仪与示差折光仪、双角度激光光散射仪和黏度检测器进行联用,测试温度为160℃,进样体积为200 μL,流速为1.00 mL/min,溶剂由三氯苯和2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基-苯酚混合而成。试样在160℃下溶解4 h后过滤再进行测试,得到试样的数均分子量、重均分子量、分子量分布和长链支化度。
傅里叶红外光谱仪测试:采用Nicolet iS 50型傅里叶红外光谱仪,选择反射模式,分辨率设置为0.4 cm-1,考虑到羰基的特征峰波数为1 712 cm-1,测试波数设置为1 650~1 850 cm-1
氧化诱导期测试:采用Mettler-Toledo Disco-very DSC 2500型差示扫描量热仪,称取质量约为0.5 mg的试样,通入氮气,将测试温度从30℃升至200℃,并保持5 min,然后关闭氮气同时注入氧气,直至热流曲线出现较明显的放热峰时结束测试。
高温热延伸性能是描述XLPE高压电缆绝缘热力学特性的重要指标,根据GB/T 2951.21—2008相关要求,XLPE绝缘材料热延伸率小于175%,冷却后永久伸长率小于15%为合格。本文测试了3种XLPE试样在空气氛围下的热延伸率和永久伸长率,结果如图1所示。从图1可以看出,进口A、进口B和国产C试样的热延伸率分别为57%、85%和74%,永久伸长率分别为1%、5%和2%,均符合国标要求,这表明3种XLPE高压电缆的热力学性能均满足基本要求。
热延伸率是表征材料在高温、受力状态下抗变形能力的重要参数,由图1可知,3种XLPE试样热延伸率从小到大的顺序为进口A、国产C、进口B,即进口A的高温抗变形能力最强,而进口B最弱。永久伸长率反映材料在经历高温、应力作用后发生的不可逆塑性变形程度,由图1可知,3种XLPE试样永久伸长率从小到大的顺序为进口A、国产C、进口B,即进口A在经历高温、应力作用后发生不可逆塑性变形程度最低,而进口B最高。3种XLPE试样的热延伸性能数据存在明显的差异,表明不同XLPE试样的热力学性能是存在差距的。
考虑到高温热延伸性能通常也是评价XLPE交联程度常用且直观的指标,基于图1中的数据,由式(4)~(6)计算得到3种XLPE试样的交联密度[20],计算结果如图2所示。

式(4)~(6)中:v为交联密度,mol/cm3Mc为相邻两个交联点间的平均分子量,g/mol;Mn为数均分子量,g/mol;ρ为材料密度;σ为应力,取值为0.2 MPa;λ为应变,λ=l1/l0R是气体常数,其值为8.314 J/(mol·K);T为测试温度,取值为473 K;A为与材料网络结构相关的参数。
图2可以看出,进口A、进口B和国产C的交联密度分别为3.74×10-5、3.25×10-5、3.39×10-5 mol/cm3
交联密度是指单位体积内交联聚合物内部交联键的数量,交联密度越大,说明单位体积内的交联键越多,即交联程度越高。而交联聚合物内部的交联网络是由化学交联点和物理缠结点共同构成的,已有研究表明,XLPE的交联密度与剪切储能模量(G)成正比,如式(7)所示[20-21]

基于此,测试3种XLPE试样在氮气氛围下的剪切储能模量,结果如图3所示。从图3可以看出,进口A、进口B和国产C的剪切储能模量分别为4.12×105、3.73×105、3.20×105 Pa。
根据式(7),取长时松弛稳定时的剪切储能模量进行计算,得到在氮气保护下3种XLPE试样的交联密度分别为4.18×10-5(进口A)、3.60×10-5(进口B)、3.41×10-5 mol/cm-3(国产C)。
对比空气和氮气氛围下XLPE试样的交联密度可知,同一XLPE试样的交联密度数值大小存在明显差异,其原因可能是两种测试方法的测试环境不同,热延伸率的测试环境为空气氛围,而剪切储能模量的测试环境为氮气氛围。
为了进一步确定其原因,在真空条件下测试3种XLPE试样的热延伸率和永久伸长率,结果如图4所示。从图4可以看出,3种XLPE试样的热延伸率从小到大的顺序为进口A、进口B、国产C;经测量,3种XLPE试样的永久伸长率均为0。再根据式(4)~(6)计算真空氛围下3种XLPE试样的交联密度,结果如图4所示。
图4可以看出,进口A、进口B和国产C试样的交联密度分别为4.31×10-5、3.85×10-5、3.69×10-5 mol/cm3,均明显高于空气氛围下测试的XLPE试样交联密度,但与氮气氛围下测试的XLPE试样交联密度相近。
对比前述测试结果可知,3种XLPE试样的热延伸性能存在明显差异,并且由真空氛围下测试的热延伸率计算得到的3种XLPE试样交联密度数值大小和规律与由氮气氛围下测试的剪切储能模量计算得到的交联密度具有一致性,但与由空气氛围下测试的热延伸率计算得到的3种XLPE试样交联密度存在差异,并且真空氛围下测试的热延伸率低于空气氛围下测试的,这也证明了测试环境对XLPE的高温热延伸性能测试结果存在影响。
不同XLPE试样的高温热延伸性能存在差异,并且在不同测试环境下,XLPE试样也表现出不同的热延伸率和永久伸长率,为了进一步分析不同XLPE试样的高温热延伸性能差异的内在机理,本节从交联网络结构和耐热氧老化性能两个方面展开讨论。
热延伸试验在高温和恒定负荷下进行,即在外力作用下,XLPE内部网络发生变化而产生热延伸的现象。XLPE的网络结构由化学交联和物理缠结组成,为了更加准确地分析XLPE的网络结构,通过凝胶含量表征其化学交联,通过分子链结构表征其物理缠结。
凝胶含量越高,越有利于形成较强的网络结构,进而保证较低的热延伸率和永久伸长率[13-14]。因此,测试不同XLPE试样热延伸试验前的凝胶含量,结果如图5所示。从图5可以看出,进口A、进口B和国产C的凝胶含量分别为85%、82%、84%,表明3种XLPE试样的凝胶含量相差不大,并且与图2图3对比可知,3种XLPE试样的凝胶含量与交联密度的变化规律也不一致,故需要考虑物理缠结的作用。
物理缠结是聚合物长链通过分子间相互作用形成的三维互锁结构,其形成与分子链长度、支化度有关。已有研究表明,重均分子量越大,越有利于形成物理缠结,这是由于更高的分子量增加了链间的缠结可能性;长链支化度越高,在一定范围内越有利于物理缠结的形成,这是由于长链支化会增加分子链的空间位阻,迫使主链采取更卷曲的构象,增加链段间接触机会,促进链间缠结;当分子的重均分子量相近时,分子量分布越宽,相对分子量大的分子链会加强链间的缠结;而当分子量分布越宽,重均分子量越大时,其相对分子量小的分子链越多,会削弱链间物理缠结作用[22]
基于此,测试3种LDPE基料的分子结构,如表1所示。由表1可知,进口A的重均分子量和分子量分布与进口B的相近,但进口A的长链支化度明显高于进口B,故进口A的物理缠结强度高于进口B。尽管国产C的重均分子量明显高于进口B,但国产C的分子量分布很宽且长链支化度很低,导致国产C的长链支化均匀性差,相对分子量小的分子链较多,会显著削弱链间物理缠结作用,故进口B的物理缠结强度高于国产C。综上可知,3种LDPE试样的物理缠结强度大小顺序为进口A、进口B、国产C。
综合前述化学交联和物理缠结分析表明,进口A的交联网络结构最强,即交联密度最高,而国产C的较弱,这表明进口A应具有较好的热延伸性能,国产C的热延伸性能较差,该结论与真空氛围下3种XLPE试样的热延伸性能规律具有一致性,与通过剪切储能模量得到的测试结果也具有同步性,但与空气氛围下3种XLPE试样的热延伸性能规律存在差异。
热延伸试验是在200℃的高温下进行,极有可能因热氧老化造成网络结构的破坏,进而影响XLPE试样的热延伸性能参数。因此,进一步针对3种XLPE试样的耐热氧老化性能进行分析。
分别测试3种XLPE试样在空气和真空氛围下热延伸试验后的凝胶含量,结果如图6所示。从图6可以看出,空气氛围下进口A、进口B和国产C的凝胶含量分别为80%、74%、81%,而真空氛围下进口A、进口B和国产C的凝胶含量分别为85%、82%、83%。
对比图5可知,经过热延伸试验后,空气氛围下3种XLPE试样的凝胶含量均有明显下降,其中进口B的下降最明显(下降8%),而真空氛围下3种XLPE试样的凝胶含量基本无变化。结合图1所示的永久伸长率数据(进口A为1%,进口B为5%,国产C为2%)分析可知,在空气氛围下,凝胶含量下降幅度越大,其永久伸长率越高。这表明,凝胶含量变化规律与XLPE试样的永久伸长率变化规律具有一致性。
测试3种XLPE试样在空气和真空氛围下热延伸试验后的傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR),如图7所示。波数为1 712 cm-1是羰基的特征峰[23]
图7可以看出,空气氛围下的3种XLPE试样均存在明显的羰基特征峰,其中进口B的特征峰强度最强,表明其羰基含量最高,说明进口B的耐热氧老化性能最差,国产C的羰基特征峰强度最弱,表明其羰基含量最低,说明国产C的耐热氧老化性能最好。而真空氛围下3种XLPE试样的羰基特征峰无明显差异。
结合凝胶含量和FTIR的测试结果,充分证明了空气氛围下进行的热延伸试验会因热氧老化使得XLPE的网络结构发生改变。化学交联是支撑物理缠结的关键,由于热氧老化破化了XLPE内部化学结构,导致其物理缠结变弱,进而使得交联程度下降,这也是3种XLPE试样热延伸性能在不同环境下表现出差异的重要原因。
为了准确评估3种XLPE试样的耐热氧老化性,测试其氧化诱导期,结果如表2所示。
表2可以看出,进口A、进口B和国产C的氧化诱导期分别为12.6、9.4、10.3 min,这进一步表明进口A的耐热氧老化性能最佳,进口B的耐热老化性能最差,该结论与前述FTIR的结果一致。此外,对比空气和真空氛围下热延伸试验后3种试样的氧化诱导期,发现空气氛围下XLPE试样的氧化诱导期下降明显,而真空氛围下XLPE试样的氧化诱导期仅略微下降,这也表明不同测试氛围确实会对XLPE的热延伸试验产生影响,即热氧老化性能会影响XLPE的热延伸性能。
结合前述交联密度和耐热氧老化性能分析,进口A具有高交联密度和耐热氧老化性能,故进口A在空气和真空氛围下的高温热延伸性能都最佳。但空气氛围下,国产C的高温热延伸性能优于进口B,而真空氛围下,进口B的高温热延伸性能优于国产C,为了进一步揭示其原因,绘制高压电缆XLPE高温热延伸性能差异与机理的示意图,如图8所示。图8清晰地揭示了环境因素(氧气)对XLPE绝缘料长期性能的决定性影响,即在空气中进行热延伸试验时,氧气的存在会导致物理缠结破坏,从而造成材料隐性的交联失效;而在氮气或真空氛围中,材料能够保持其原始的交联网络结构,展现出真实的本体性能。
图4可知,进口B的交联密度略大于国产C。在真空氛围下,由于排除了热氧老化的干扰,材料表现出本征性能,因此进口B的高温热延伸性能优于国产C。然而,结合图7的红外光谱数据与图8的微观机理示意图可知,国产C的实际耐热氧老化性能明显优于进口B。图7显示,在空气氛围下老化后,进口B的羰基特征峰强度显著高于国产C,表明其氧化降解更严重。图8进一步解释了这一现象,在空气氛围及热应力共同作用下,进口B的内部物理缠结网络更容易遭到破坏,导致交联失效。因此,在空气氛围的实际应用中,考虑到热氧老化的决定性作用,综合交联密度和耐老化稳定性,国产C的高温热延伸性能优于进口B。
结合前述分析和图8可知,当在氮气/真空氛围下进行热延伸试验时,测试结果取决于XLPE试样的交联网络结构,交联网络结构包括其化学交联和物理缠结,这由电缆绝缘料的配方决定。XLPE试样的凝胶含量越高、物理缠结越强,其热延伸性能越好,而且氮气/真空氛围下试验后的XLPE试样凝胶含量不发生明显改变,说明高温和负荷作用仅破坏了其物理缠结和分子链的柔顺性,因此永久伸长率均为0,充分证明氮气/真空氛围下进行高温热延伸试验能够直接反映XLPE试样的真实交联程度和热力学性能。
本文全面揭示了不同XLPE高压电缆在不同气氛下高温热延伸性能的差异及其机理结论如下:
(1)XLPE的高温热延伸性能是由其交联网络结构和耐热氧老化性能综合决定的,进口A的交联密度高且耐热氧老化性能好,因此其高温热延伸率和永久伸长率均较低。
(2)空气氛围下的热延伸试验中XLPE会发生热氧老化反应,使其凝胶含量下降、羰基含量增加,XLPE交联网络结构被破坏,导致其热延伸率和永久伸长率偏高,表明空气氛围下的传统热延伸试验结果受到了热氧老化的显著影响,无法直接用于评估XLPE的真实交联程度。
(3)采用真空或氮气氛围进行热延伸试验可以避免热氧老化对XLPE交联网络结构的破坏,热延伸性能参数与交联密度呈正相关,能够真实反映XLPE的热力学性能和交联程度,更加符合高压电缆XLPE的实际运行工况。
