In order to investigate the effects of degassing treatment on the electrical tree growth and discharge evolution in DC cable insulation, and to clarify the affecting mechanism of degassing treatment in the critical breakdown process of electrical tree, taking cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) samples with different degassing time as research objects, on the basis of partial discharge (PD) experiment data, the dynamic evolution processes of electrical tree growth rate and discharge magnitude were quantified by combining derivative analysis and adaptive threshold method, and the critical breakdown characteristics were identified by counting mutation point. The results show that degassing treatment can significantly delay electrical tree growth, reduce discharge activity, and increase the breakdown threshold. In short-time degassed samples, charges tend to accumulate more rapidly and trigger electrical tree expansion immediately, and the electrical tree growth and the discharge evolution are synchronous. However, when degassing is sufficient, the processes of trap capturing charges and energy accumulation become more prominent, and the discharge shows significant lag in driving electrical tree propagation, and drives the rapid evolution close to breakdown through phased accumulation–release mode. The proposed analytical method can effectively improve the identification accuracy of breakdown point, providing a theoretical basis for the insulation optimization and health monitoring of DC cables.

为研究脱气处理对直流电缆绝缘中电树枝生长与放电演化的影响,明确其在电树枝临界击穿过程中的作用机制,本文以不同脱气时间的交联聚乙烯(XLPE)样品为研究对象,基于局部放电实验数据,结合导数分析与自适应阈值法,量化电树枝生长速率与放电量的动态演化过程,并通过统计突变点识别击穿临界特征。结果表明:脱气处理可显著延缓电树枝生长,降低放电活跃性,并提高XLPE的击穿阈值。短时脱气样品中电荷更易快速积累并即时触发电树扩展,电树枝生长与放电演化呈同步性;而脱气充分时,陷阱捕获电荷与能量积累过程更突出,放电对电树枝扩展表现为明显滞后,并以阶段性积累—释放方式驱动临近击穿的快速演变。本研究所提出的分析方法可有效提升击穿点识别精度,为直流电缆的绝缘优化与健康监测提供理论依据。

为研究脱气处理对直流电缆绝缘中电树枝生长与放电演化的影响,明确其在电树枝临界击穿过程中的作用机制,本文以不同脱气时间的交联聚乙烯(XLPE)样品为研究对象,基于局部放电实验数据,结合导数分析与自适应阈值法,量化电树枝生长速率与放电量的动态演化过程,并通过统计突变点识别击穿临界特征。结果表明:脱气处理可显著延缓电树枝生长,降低放电活跃性,并提高XLPE的击穿阈值。短时脱气样品中电荷更易快速积累并即时触发电树扩展,电树枝生长与放电演化呈同步性;而脱气充分时,陷阱捕获电荷与能量积累过程更突出,放电对电树枝扩展表现为明显滞后,并以阶段性积累—释放方式驱动临近击穿的快速演变。本研究所提出的分析方法可有效提升击穿点识别精度,为直流电缆的绝缘优化与健康监测提供理论依据。

In order to investigate the effects of degassing treatment on the electrical tree growth and discharge evolution in DC cable insulation, and to clarify the affecting mechanism of degassing treatment in the critical breakdown process of electrical tree, taking cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) samples with different degassing time as research objects, on the basis of partial discharge (PD) experiment data, the dynamic evolution processes of electrical tree growth rate and discharge magnitude were quantified by combining derivative analysis and adaptive threshold method, and the critical breakdown characteristics were identified by counting mutation point. The results show that degassing treatment can significantly delay electrical tree growth, reduce discharge activity, and increase the breakdown threshold. In short-time degassed samples, charges tend to accumulate more rapidly and trigger electrical tree expansion immediately, and the electrical tree growth and the discharge evolution are synchronous. However, when degassing is sufficient, the processes of trap capturing charges and energy accumulation become more prominent, and the discharge shows significant lag in driving electrical tree propagation, and drives the rapid evolution close to breakdown through phased accumulation–release mode. The proposed analytical method can effectively improve the identification accuracy of breakdown point, providing a theoretical basis for the insulation optimization and health monitoring of DC cables.

直流电缆在高压输电系统中的应用日益广泛,其绝缘性能的稳定性直接关系到电网的安全运行[1-3]。然而,在长期直流电场作用下,电缆绝缘材料内部易因空间电荷积累、局部电场畸变及微观缺陷的共同作用产生不可逆的电树枝现象[4-6]。电树枝一旦贯穿形成导电通道,将迅速引起绝缘击穿,威胁输电系统可靠性。已有研究表明,交联气体副产物是空间电荷的重要捕获中心,若不及时脱气,这些副产物在电场中可产生更多陷阱,加速电树枝生长;相反,适当脱气可降低陷阱密度、延缓电树枝生长,但过度脱气又可能出现能量集中,导致低频高能量放电突增。因此,探明电树枝演化的临界击穿点,并量化脱气工艺对“空间电荷-放电-击穿”链条的调控规律,是提升故障预警能力、优化运维策略的关键[7-9]
近年来,关于电树枝生长及其放电演化的研究主要集中在实验研究、数值模拟及物理机理分析等方面。在实验研究方面,WANG H H等[10]对电树枝形态、生长速率及放电特性进行了系统研究,发现电树枝的生长通常经历初始萌生、加速扩展及稳定扩展阶段,并受温度、电场、材料杂质等因素影响。W YABUUCHI等[11]通过实验观察不同电场强度下的电树枝生长过程,发现交联聚乙烯(XLPE)材料中电树枝的生长与其交联程度密切相关。在数值模拟方面,S M ROWLAND等[12]基于有限元分析(FEM)研究了空间电荷累积对电树枝扩展的影响,结果表明局部电场畸变是加速电树枝生长的主要因素之一。D L Z CAETANO等[13]采用蒙特卡洛方法对电树枝的演化过程进行模拟,揭示了随机缺陷与局部电场之间的相互作用。在物理机理分析方面,钟琼霞等[14]通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)仪检测XLPE脱气0、24、72  h后的副产物,并用电声脉冲法(PEA)检测空间电荷,发现脱气可减少α-甲基苯乙烯等极性杂质,降低深陷阱密度,提升载流子迁移率,显著抑制电极处异极性电荷积累与电场畸变,阐明了“副产物-陷阱-电荷”耦合机理。然而,现有研究主要关注电树枝的生长过程,而对电树放电演化及其与击穿点之间的定量关系研究较少,尤其缺乏精确的击穿预测方法。
鉴于目前对脱气处理在直流电缆电树枝演化过程中的调控机制尚缺乏系统研究,本文以脱气时间为主要控制变量,基于局部放电检测实验数据,采用导数分析与自适应阈值方法,定量研究脱气处理对电树枝生长速率、放电行为及击穿临界点的影响规律。相比传统方法,本文所提出的数值分析手段有望更精准地识别放电突变节点,并揭示其与电树枝长度演化的内在联系,从而为电缆的绝缘性能评估与故障预警提供关键技术支撑。
为研究脱气处理对电树枝生长及放电特性的影响,制备脱气0、1、2、3、5、7、14 d的7组样品。样品原料为上海石油化工股份有限公司生产的DJ200型低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)粒料,选用φ30双螺杆挤出机对绝缘粒料进行熔融塑化挤出,挤出机沿绝缘粒料传送方向分为3个控温区,温度依次设置为85、115、120℃,螺杆转速为15 r/min。在挤出之初,由机头流出的熔融材料包含未良好塑化的白色不透明颗粒,对此类性状的熔融材料需丢弃处理,并保持挤出机在设定的工艺参数下持续稳定运行,随着设备对绝缘粒料的加热和剪切作用趋于稳定,熔融后的绝缘粒料逐渐转变为均一透明的状态。将塑化后的熔融材料注塑到模具中,经平板硫化机热压成型得到尺寸为100 mm×100 mm、厚度约为300 mm的XLPE片材,并裁切制成40 mm×20 mm×5 mm的长方体样品。
为了确保实验过程中能准确观测电树枝的生长状况,提高实验一致性,对每块试样的表面采用高精度砂纸进行打磨,以去除表面杂质,并保证样品底部与接地电极良好接触,减少界面不均匀性对实验结果的影响。将试样放置在70℃恒温环境下加热以释放内部应力,并利用气动扎针装置将针尖曲率半径为5 μm的锰钢针电极插入试样,确保扎针过程稳定、无机械损伤。针电极插入深度控制在针尖距样品底部2.5 mm,以保证各组样品的电场分布一致,为后续实验提供可比性数据。参考《电缆绝缘材料生产工艺技术规程》及文献[4,15]将脱气时间设置为0、1、2、3、5、7、14 d。实验前期(1~3 d)取小间隔用于观察气体初始挥发过程对电树枝演化的敏感性,实验后期(5~14 d)采用指数式间隔用于研究长时脱气对放电抑制与空间电荷积累的持续作用。
电树枝生长与局部放电检测实验平台如图1所示,主要由恒温油浴系统、高压直流电源、局部放电检测系统、工业相机及图像分析软件组成。实验过程中,将1.1节制备的样品固定于接地平台上,并将整个实验装置放入恒温油浴箱内,以减少环境因素对实验的影响,同时防止沿面闪络及电晕放电干扰实验结果。实验采用高压直流电源提供稳态直流电场。针电极通过高压引线与电源连接,接地端通过低阻抗铜带连接实验平台,以确保电场稳定并减少外部干扰。电树枝生长过程通过高分辨率工业相机(MER2-160-227U3M/C型,2 560×2 048像素,帧率为50 fps)实时观测,并利用图像处理软件测量电树枝长度。实验过程中,通过精确调整样品位置及工业相机放大倍率,确保针尖位于观测画面中央,提高图像采集的精度和一致性。
电树枝生长实验采用阶梯升压法,以控制电场强度并准确捕捉电树枝生长过程。实验设定起始电压为0 V,并以500 V/s的升压速率逐步提升至35 kV。当电压稳定后,启动示波器进行局部放电信号采集,并同步记录放电强度、放电次数及其时间信息,以分析放电模式与电树枝生长的关系。图像采集系统采样间隔为0.5 s,并利用图像处理软件测量对应时间的电树枝生长长度,实现电树枝生长过程的定量分析。
参考国家电网±110  kV直流配网工程中常用10  kV直流电缆的绝缘设计裕度(通常为额定电压的3~4倍),结合实验设备安全裕度及XLPE样品的耐压特性,确定35  kV作为针板电极间最大施加电压,以保证电树枝生长过程可控且具有代表性。
利用图像采集装置记录电树枝生长过程,并通过对比电树枝长度与针板间距长度的比值,计算不同时间点对应的电树枝生长长度,绘制其随时间变化的曲线,结果如图2所示。实验过程中,发现脱气7 d和14 d的样品在长时间加压下未发生击穿,也未出现明显的电树枝生长现象,这表明脱气可以抑制电树枝的生长,经过长时间脱气处理的XLPE材料具有较好的绝缘性能[15]。从图2可以看出,在最终发生击穿的5个样品(脱气0、1、2、3、5 d)中,电树枝的生长可主要划分为两个阶段,即电树枝引发阶段和电树枝快速生长阶段[16]
在电树枝引发阶段,其生长速率较慢,肉眼难以观察到明显的生长现象[17],其平均生长速率小于15 μm/s。例如,脱气1 d样品的电树枝长度从0 s的167 μm增长至34 s的600 μm,平均生长速率为12.7 μm/s;脱气2 d样品的电树枝长度从0 s的185 μm增长至361 s的772 μm,平均生长速率为1.6 μm/s。
分析可知,电树枝的初始生长速率与局部电场分布及空间电荷积累密切相关。在电树枝引发阶段,由于针尖电极附近的电场强度较高,部分电荷通过肖特基发射或场致发射进入聚合物内部,并在电场作用下形成陷阱态空间电荷。这些空间电荷在局部电场作用下缓慢迁移,并逐步增强电树枝通道中的局部电场强度,使得电树枝在特定位置逐步扩展。
在电树枝的快速生长阶段,电树枝的生长速率显著提高,平均速率由初始的<15 μm/s急剧跃升至>20 μm/s,且从生长至击穿的时间缩短至100 s以内。高速相机观测发现,在此阶段,电树枝的生长模式由初期的丛状分叉逐渐向单支纵向延伸转变,如图3所示,这一变化与局部电场强度的定向增强密切相关。例如,在脱气2 d的样品中,电树枝在400 s时长度为1 296 μm,而在500 s时已迅速增长至2 000 μm,计算得出该阶段的平均生长速率为23.5 μm/s,表明此时电树枝的纵向扩展能力显著增强。图像分析结果进一步表明,随着生长速率的提升,电树枝的分叉密度逐渐降低,由引发阶段的丛状分支结构向单支主干结构演变[18-19]
电树枝的这种形态变化主要受直流电场稳定作用的影响。由于电树枝引发具有一定的随机性与差异性,其初始生长方向往往沿着局部电场分布较强的路径扩展,形成丛状分叉结构。在电树枝引发阶段,电荷主要在针电极尖端处积聚,使得电树枝的生长形态较为分散。然而,在长期直流电场的作用下,电场方向稳定且不发生改变,电场力始终作用于竖直方向,导致电荷在聚合物内部被陷阱捕获并逐步积累,进而增强空间电荷效应。随着空间电荷的累积,释放的能量主要集中在电场方向,使得电树枝的生长逐渐偏向纵向扩展。此外,受电子释放所带来的局部能量冲击,聚合物分子链的断裂多发生在沿电场方向的区域,从而进一步促进电树枝的单一方向生长。这一过程最终导致电树枝呈现出明显的纵向扩展趋势,并在短时间内接近击穿阈值。
在直流电压作用下,电树枝的引发与针尖附近的空间电荷积累密切相关。当直流电压加载至针电极时,针电极表面会形成高度不均匀的局部电场,在该电场的作用下,电荷通过肖特基发射或场致发射的方式从针尖注入至聚合物内部。这些电荷在进入聚合物后,会经历多次散射,其中一部分被陷阱捕获并形成空间电荷。在局部电场的驱动下,空间电荷持续聚集,一旦能量释放,它们便通过辐射与非辐射跃迁将能量转移给导带电子,使电子转化为高能“热电子”。这些热电子增强了载流子的碰撞电离作用,进而促使聚合物分子链发生断裂[20]
聚合物分子链在断裂的过程中,会产生高活性的自由基,自由基的存在进一步加剧了聚合物的降解,使得针尖附近聚合物的低密度区不断扩大。与此同时,电荷入陷所产生的热电子以及电荷脱陷释放的能量对周围区域产生轰击效应,形成新的微观放电路径,并诱导细微电树枝萌生。该过程在电场作用下不断循环,使电树枝沿着局部电场最强的方向逐步延伸,最终形成宏观可见的电树枝结构,并在特定条件下演变为绝缘击穿通道,导致材料失效。
本实验通过对比不同脱气时间(0~7 d)XLPE样品的电树枝长度和放电量,系统研究电树枝长度与放电量的动态关联特性,结果如图4所示。从图4可以看出,电树枝生长与放电量变化呈现显著的同步性与滞后性特征。其中,同步性是指电树枝长度的显著变化与放电量的显著变化在时间上几乎同时发生,表现为两条曲线的拐点高度对齐;而滞后性则是指放电量的突增相对于电树枝长度的演化存在明显延迟,即电树枝已持续增长但放电量长期维持低位,直至某一时刻才集中增强。
以脱气3 d为例,电树枝由154 μm快速增长至2 500 μm的同时,放电量也由75.0 pC持续增大至1 077.5 pC,二者在时间轴上呈现同向、同速、同节点突变的耦合演化。进一步按电树枝生长过程细分可见:0~600 s为初始阶段,电树枝缓慢生长且放电量维持低位;600~700 s进入加速阶段,电树枝生长速率显著提升,放电量几乎同步跃升至更高水平;700~800 s为临近击穿阶段,电树枝长度突破2 000 μm的同时放电量陡增并最终击穿。这种同步性意味着短时脱气条件下残留挥发性组分更易参与微孔环境的形成,使局部电场强化与导电通道扩展更容易同步发生,从而使放电活动能够实时响应电树枝的拓展,并在击穿前期呈现明显的放电量突增特征[21]
与之相对,在脱气5 d的样品实验中,电树枝在较长时间内保持稳定生长:0~800 s阶段电树枝以约4.2 μm/s的速率缓慢增长,相比脱气1 d样品,其速率下降约67%;放电量仅在200.0~300.0 pC内小幅波动,即使电树枝长度已生长至793 μm,放电量仍维持在250 pC附近,未出现与生长同步的显著跃迁;然而在1 150 s之后,放电量发生突增,升至1 077.5 pC,表明局部电场在电荷逐步积累后发生剧烈重构,进而把电树枝推入击穿临界状态。这一现象表明,在脱气5 d的样品中,电树枝生长初期的局部放电活性较低,可能是由于材料内部的挥发性副产物已大部分脱出,电树枝通道的微观结构更加均匀,减弱了空间电荷对局部电场的畸变作用[22]
为量化脱气对绝缘失效阈值的影响,本文以击穿时间与临界击穿长度表征失效临界状态。其中,击穿时间为直流加载至最终击穿的持续时间。相比未脱气样品的击穿时间(约600 s),脱气5 d样品的击穿时间延长至约1 300 s,说明其失效临界过程被显著推迟。结合图像统计,发生击穿的样品在放电突增前对应的电树枝长度主要集中在1 200~1 600 μm,可视为材料进入不可逆加速劣化前的临界区间。
为了进一步探究放电量与电树枝长度的动态关联性,对原始数据进行标准化处理[23]。采用Z-score标准化方法消除量纲差异确保电树枝长度L(t)与放电量Q(t)的数据具有相同采样频率,如式(1)所示。针对实验数据时间戳不匹配的问题,由于电树枝长度与放电量的采样时间戳存在偏差(图像采集间隔0.5 s,放电量采样间隔0.1 s),采用分段线性插值法对齐数据。具体方法为:以放电量时间序列为基准,将电树枝长度数据按时间窗口(0.5 s)分段,在每段内通过线性插值计算对应时刻的长度值,最终生成同步时间序列,该处理方式有助于更准确地揭示电树枝生长与放电量的动态关系,并验证放电突增点与电树枝击穿的临界条件。

式(1)中:Ln(t)为标准化后的电树枝长度;Qn(t)为标准化后的放电量;L(t)为电树枝长度;Q(t)为放电量;μL为电树枝长度平均值;σL为电树枝长度的标准差;μQ为放电量平均值;σQ为放电量的标准差。
为量化电树枝长度与放电量的动态关联性,进一步采用交叉相关函数(cross-correlation function, CCF)分析二者的时滞相关性[24],计算公式如式(2)所示。

式(2)中:τ为滞后时间;N为时间序列长度。通过遍历ττ∈[-T, T](本实验取T=600 s),计算不同滞后时间下的相关系数,并取峰值对应的τmax作为最大滞后时间。T=600 s覆盖了实验观测到的放电突增周期范围(200~700 s),可确保充分捕捉时滞效应。
通过计算电树枝长度与放电量的交叉相关函数曲线,确定二者之间的时间滞后关系。结果表明,脱气5 d样品的CCF曲线在τ=480 s处达到峰值0.85,表明放电量的变化对电树枝生长的最大影响大约滞后480 s。这说明在脱气5 d的样品中,放电能量的积累与电树枝的实际生长之间存在显著的时间延迟,表明电荷陷阱作用较强,电树枝扩展受局部电场缓慢增强的影响。
采用相同的方法计算脱气3 d样品的CCF曲线,发现其峰值出现在τ=0 s,表明放电能量的释放与电树枝的生长几乎是同步进行的。这一现象说明,在短时脱气样品(例如脱气3 d)中,残留的交联副产物形成的微孔结构导致电荷积累速率较快,局部电场能够实时增强,因此无需较长的能量积累阶段即可直接促使电树枝快速生长。
上述结果表明,脱气时间通过影响材料内部交联副产物的气体残留,显著改变了电树枝生长与放电量的动态耦合模式。短时脱气样品倾向于产生高频低幅值的放电,而长时脱气样品则倾向于产生低频高能量突增的放电。这种不同的放电行为与电树枝生长速率的演变密切相关。此外,未击穿样品的放电模式(图4(g))进一步验证了这一结论,说明优化脱气工艺可以有效降低局部放电活性,提高绝缘材料的长期可靠性。这一发现对直流电缆的工程应用提供了重要参考,有助于通过调控脱气工艺来优化XLPE绝缘性能,提高电缆的运行安全性。
将连续监测的局部放电量-时间曲线中,放电量在极短时间(本实验不超过 5 s)内突然从原本相对平稳的水平跃升到显著更高的数值,且这一跃升幅度至少达到该时间段平均值的两倍以上,并连续出现两个以上采样点的现象定义为放电突增。实验数据显示,脱气时间较长的样品(例如脱气14 d)中,放电突增事件呈现明显的周期性特征。具体而言,脱气14 d样品在放电时间达到5 000 s后,放电突增事件的间隔稳定在200~300 s,呈现出明显的周期性特征。这种现象符合“电荷积累-击穿释放”理论,即在长时间的直流电场作用下,局部电荷密度逐步增大至一定阈值后,引发短暂的局部击穿,随后放电通道发生自修复,使得系统重新进入新一轮的电荷积累阶段[25]
为进一步分析放电突增行为与脱气时间之间的关系,本文统计了不同脱气时间样品的放电突增参数,并归纳于表1中。从表1可以看出,放电突增的幅值、频率及周期性均与脱气时间呈现显著的非线性关系。随着脱气时间的延长,局部电荷积累模式发生变化:短时脱气样品由于残留的交联副产物较多,导致电荷更容易在微孔结构中分散,从而形成较为随机的高频低幅值放电模式;而长时脱气样品内部结构更致密,空间电荷积累过程更具规律性,因此表现出低频高幅值的周期性突增特征。这种非线性关系表明,脱气时间不仅影响电树枝的生长速率和放电特性,还显著改变了空间电荷的演化模式,进而影响绝缘材料的击穿机制[26-27]
表1还可以看出,随着脱气时间的增加,样品的放电突增行为发生显著变化。在最终发生击穿的样品中,脱气0 d样品的放电平均突增幅值为82.0  pC,而脱气5 d样品的放电平均突增幅值升高至1 077.5  pC。这一现象表明,脱气时间的延长直接影响局部放电的积累特性。随着脱气时间的增加,交联聚乙烯(XLPE)材料内部的交联副产物及水分逐步脱出,减少了聚合物分子中的残留物,使材料的离子雪崩发生概率降低。同时,气体和水分的脱出使材料的微孔结构减少,使得电树枝通道内部的能量积累更加集中,从而导致单次放电事件释放的能量显著增强,表现为突增幅值的大幅提升。
同时,实验数据显示,放电突增的频率随脱气时间的增加总体上呈现下降趋势。脱气0 d样品的突增频率为5.2次/100 s,而脱气5 d样品的突增频率下降至0.8次/100 s。这一现象与汤逊放电理论相符,即随着脱气时间的延长,材料内部的挥发性气体减少,导致局部电场均匀性提高,抑制了微放电通道的形成,使放电事件的频率降低。
对于未击穿样品(脱气7 d、14 d),其平均放电突增幅值与突增频率未发生明显变化,可能的原因是实验过程中外部条件较为稳定,而周期性的差异可能与电树枝形貌的不一致有关。总体而言,放电突增的低频高幅值特征可作为击穿临界状态的重要预警信号。当电缆绝缘材料的放电量突增超过500 pC时,表明局部绝缘可能已经发生劣化,应及时进行状态监测。此外,通过结合放电事件的时间间隔变化,可进一步判断绝缘劣化的加速程度。当放电突增的间隔明显缩短时,表明绝缘材料的绝缘性能正快速劣化,需要采取预防措施。
基于实验结果分析,对于中压电缆的绝缘优化,推荐采用5 d脱气工艺,以平衡绝缘性能与制造成本。脱气5 d能够有效降低局部放电活性,减少高频微放电的发生,同时避免长时间脱气可能导致的高能放电突增,从而提高电缆的绝缘稳定性。
根据前文分析可知,脱气过程通过降低材料内的残留气体含量,削弱气体电离对局部放电的抑制作用,从而影响放电特性。具体而言,脱气0 d样品的放电量为30.0 pC,而脱气5 d样品的放电量升高至875.0 pC,表明脱气后材料的局部电场能量释放效率显著提升。这种变化可能也与XLPE结构的致密化有关,即随着脱气时间的增加,交联副产物的挥发减少了材料内部的微孔结构,使得局部放电更容易在高电场区域发生[24]。此外,持续放电作用会导致材料碳化及聚合物分子链的断裂,形成不可逆的微观缺陷。结合脱气7 d和14 d样品的放电波动特征及频率增加现象进行分析,可知放电过程中局部缺陷的积累效应使得放电事件间隔逐渐缩短,并伴随更剧烈的放电现象[28]
放电量的非连续突增现象是电树枝演化过程中的核心特征,其物理本质可归因于空间电荷的积累与击穿的动态循环。在长时脱气样品中,放电突增现象尤为显著,表现出高度的时间依赖性。例如,在脱气5 d样品的放电量在1 100~1 200 s内从122.5 pC急剧跃升至875.0 pC,并发生击穿;脱气7 d样品的放电量在5 000~5 500 s内从238 pC突增至538.75 pC,而脱气14 d样品的放电量基线稳定在173.0 pC,但在3900 s处出现瞬时波动。
这一现象可归因于脱气后材料内部陷阱密度的降低。在脱气过程中,交联副产物和挥发性气体减少,使得浅陷阱对电荷的捕获能力下降。电荷在电树枝分叉界面或局部缺陷处聚集,并在直流电场的作用下缓慢积累。当局部电场强度超过材料的电气强度时,会诱发雪崩电离,导致放电量的瞬时跃升。随之而来的电荷快速释放使局部电场强度短暂恢复至稳态,随后进入新一轮的积累-击穿循环。放电突增事件的多次发生通常出现在电树枝生长接近击穿的临界阶段,因此可视作绝缘劣化的前兆信号。
短时脱气能够有效减少电树枝引发阶段的初始放电量,但长时脱气可能导致局部电场的高度集中,从而增加放电突增的频率和幅值,并缩短放电间隔。因此,建议采用阶梯式脱气策略,在保证交联副产物有效脱出的同时,避免材料结构过度致密而引发高场聚焦效应。此外,引入纳米填料(如SiO2或Al2O3)可提高材料的陷阱密度,有效抑制空间电荷的积累,从而降低放电突增的风险[25]。结合修正模型L(t),可通过监测放电量突增的频率与幅值,实时预判电树枝生长的临界点,为绝缘故障预警和工程应用提供理论依据。
直流条件下电树枝的生长与局部放电特性呈现出显著的非线性演化特征,具体表现为:生长速率随时间非均匀变化、放电量在短时间内剧烈波动、放电突增时间间隔不等,甚至在部分样品中出现提前击穿或异常停滞现象。这种非线性趋势与空间电荷的积聚过程密切相关,进一步放大了样品间电树枝生长与放电演化关键表征量的响应差异。尤其在电树枝引发阶段至快速生长阶段之间的过渡阶段,小幅的局部结构差异或气体残留都可能诱发放电阈值的突变,从而导致实验样本之间出现表观上的“数据分散性”。然而,统计多个重复实验后可以观察到,尽管每组样品在数值上的绝对值存在差异,但其整体趋势(如放电突增对应于树枝长度临界区间、电树枝由多分支向单支主干转变等)表现出良好的一致性。
此外,局部放电与电树枝长度之间的关系曲线往往呈指数型或分段线性增长,其“突跃点”位置并不固定,反映出击穿前材料内部状态的复杂变化。为此,在数据处理过程中采用归一化与交叉相关函数进行分析(见2.2节),消除非线性增长速率带来的干扰,提取出具有代表性的同步趋势,从而揭示“放电突增-电树枝加速-临界击穿”之间的本质关联。
因此,直流条件下的“非线性-分散性”并非噪声或实验误差,而是材料响应机制复杂性的体现,亦是本研究脱气调控有效性的重要验证手段。
本文通过系统实验与数值分析,研究了脱气处理对直流电缆XLPE绝缘材料中电树枝生长、局部放电演化及临界击穿点的影响,主要得出以下结论:
(1)脱气可通过减少交联副产物,有效延缓电树枝引发,还可以抑制电树枝的生长,经过长时间脱气处理的交联聚乙烯(XLPE)材料具有较好的绝缘性能。
(2)脱气处理可提高XLPE材料的绝缘失效阈值,延长其在直流应力下的稳定工作时长。结合局部放电统计结果可知,脱气后放电活动整体趋于低频化,放电突增往往需要更长的电荷/能量积累过程才被触发,从而减缓局部放电对绝缘的渐进式破坏积累,提升了材料的长期运行稳定性。
