The differential bipolar repetitive impulsive voltage was used to simulate the impulse width modulated electrical stress environment of inverter-fed motor. The effects of impulse width, dead zoon time, and impulse frequency on the partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV) test results of enameled twisted pair wires and random wound inverter-fed motor stator winding were studied. Based on the electric field distribution of insulation under bipolar impulsive voltage and gas discharge theory, the influence mechanism of impulse voltage parameters on PDIV was analyzed. The results show that the impulse width is correlated with the generation of initial electrons, leading to a negative correlation between PDIV test results and impulse width. The changes in residual charges and spatial electric field distribution on the insulation surface caused by short dead time may be a reason for the positive correlation between PDIV and dead time. Due to the weak influence of impulse frequency on initial electron generation and electric field distribution, the correlation between PDIV and impulse frequency is low.

采用差分双极性重复脉冲电压模拟变频电机脉宽调制电应力环境,研究了脉冲宽度、死区时间和脉冲频率对漆包绞线对和散绕变频电机定子绕组局部放电起始电压(PDIV)测试结果的影响,并基于双极性脉冲电压下绝缘的电场分布和气体放电理论分析了脉冲电压参数对PDIV的影响机制。结果表明:脉冲宽度与初始电子的产生相关,导致PDIV测试结果与脉冲宽度呈负相关;短死区时间造成的绝缘表面剩余电荷和空间电场分布的变化是PDIV与死区时间呈正相关的可能原因;由于脉冲频率对初始电子产生和电场分布的影响较弱,PDIV与脉冲频率的相关性低。

The differential bipolar repetitive impulsive voltage was used to simulate the impulse width modulated electrical stress environment of inverter-fed motor. The effects of impulse width, dead zoon time, and impulse frequency on the partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV) test results of enameled twisted pair wires and random wound inverter-fed motor stator winding were studied. Based on the electric field distribution of insulation under bipolar impulsive voltage and gas discharge theory, the influence mechanism of impulse voltage parameters on PDIV was analyzed. The results show that the impulse width is correlated with the generation of initial electrons, leading to a negative correlation between PDIV test results and impulse width. The changes in residual charges and spatial electric field distribution on the insulation surface caused by short dead time may be a reason for the positive correlation between PDIV and dead time. Due to the weak influence of impulse frequency on initial electron generation and electric field distribution, the correlation between PDIV and impulse frequency is low.

电机始终是交通电气发展过程中电驱动系统的核心部件。作为电机的重要安全屏障,绝缘系统可靠性直接决定电驱动系统的安全[1]。在变频器输出的高频陡峭脉冲电压作用下,变频电机存在端部过电压和内部绕组电压分布不均的问题。在高频高压、正/负极性快速变化的重复脉冲及恶劣工作环境影响下,绝缘中一旦产生气隙缺陷并且满足起始放电条件,电机中易出现放电,放电过程中会冲击绝缘材料有机分子链,加速电机绝缘系统的老化。
对此,国际电工技术委员会(IEC)出台了相关标准,指出在电机投入运行前应使用重复脉冲电压对其进行绝缘测试。对于I型电机,实际运行电压应始终小于其局部放电起始电压(PDIV),以保证在全寿命周期内不出现局部放电[2]。在不同参数(极性、上升时间、脉冲宽度、脉冲频率)的脉冲电压激励下,电压在电机绕组中的分布规律复杂,并且电压可能会影响局部放电的时-频统计特性,给PDIV的检测带来困难,进而影响电机绝缘性能评估的准确性。因此,有必要通过实验和理论研究,分析重复脉冲电压对电机绕组的放电影响规律,从而为PDIV检测中脉冲参数的选择和测试准确性的提升提供重要依据。
已有研究表明,脉冲信号的上升时间会影响逆变设备产生的脉冲过电压和电压在绕组中的分布特性,进而改变局部放电幅值和频域分布特性[3-4]。此外,短上升时间引起的过电压振荡可能会超过击穿电压,引发放电,从而影响PDIV测量值[5]。电压频率的增加会提高局部放电的重复率,促进放电和绝缘缺陷进一步发展,但对PDIV测量值影响很小[6]。此外,有研究表明温度和气压也会影响PDIV测试结果[7-8]。综上,虽然已有研究探究了诸多因素对不同绝缘试样PDIV值的影响,但研究对象多为绞线对等容性试样,较缺乏双极性脉冲下电机定子绕组绝缘PDIV随脉冲宽度、死区时间、频率等参数的变化规律报道[9]。由于单极性脉冲与电机定子实际承受的电应力有一定差别,若使用单极性脉冲进行PDIV测试,可能得到不准确的PDIV测试结果,从而导致电机绝缘性能评估结果不准确。
针对以上问题,本研究以散绕变频电机为实验对象,观察差分双极性脉冲下定子绕组PDIV随脉冲宽度、死区时间和频率参数的变化,然后借助放电机理,分析脉冲宽度、死区时间和频率参数对电机绕组绝缘PDIV的影响机制。希望研究结果能为变频电机定子绕组PDIV测试中脉冲参数的选择和测试准确性的提升提供参考。
重复脉冲发生装置由信号发生器、高压开关模块、高压直流电源及高压电阻等组成,基于直流斩波电路和推挽式开关输出重复脉冲电压至电机定子试样。通过调节信号发生器触发信号参数变化,可改变脉冲宽度。
重复脉冲电压下PDIV测试平台如图1所示,通过信号发生器控制斩波电路逆变输出脉冲电压,并输送至电机定子绕组[10]。固定特高频天线距离待测试样品端部约10 cm,输出端接至带宽为2.5 GHz、采样率为20 GS/s的waverunner 8254型高速数字示波器的C3通道,并采用两组带宽为150 MHz、分压比1000∶1的PINTECH P6018A型高压探头提取重复脉冲发生器的输出信号,接至示波器C1、C2通道作为同步信号。
在高频逆变输出过程中,电力电子开关高速开断会产生严重的高频干扰,给重复脉冲电压下的PDIV测试带来较大困难。本文使用的高增益特高频(UHF)传感器如图2所示。通过添加微带巴伦实现阻抗匹配,并在辐射层上覆盖高介电常数介质,优化0.5~2.0 GHz的传感器性能,可以有效抑制上述高频干扰,保证重复脉冲电压下PDIV测试的灵敏度。重复脉冲发生装置的电力电子开断干扰主要集中在500 MHz以下,故采用截止频率为500 MHz的高通滤波硬件过滤0~500 MHz的信号,以减少放电监测中的干扰[11]
实验时需要在双极性脉冲方波下对试样进行PDIV测试,因此需要两套半桥斩波电路产生幅值相同而相位不同的脉冲,即可在绝缘试样上差分形成双极性脉冲,测试示意图如图3所示。图4为示波器上差分波形F1脉冲信号的示意图,本研究分别将C1、C2通道高电平时的F1波形称为正、负脉冲。单个脉冲的高电平持续时间称作脉冲宽度,当输入的两个正极性脉冲相位差α不小于脉冲宽度时,两脉冲间零电位持续时间即为双极性脉冲的死区时间,具体计算公式如式(1)所示。

式(1)中:Td为死区时间;Tw为脉冲宽度;f为脉冲频率。在图1所示的系统中,可以通过调节信号发生器的输入参数来直接改变输出脉冲的宽度和频率,通过调节相位差α来间接改变死区时间。
绝缘漆包绞线对结构较为简单且可以模拟电机绕组中的绝缘情况。本研究使用的圆绞线对如图5(a)所示,由两根漆包圆形导线相绞缠绕而成;矩形绞线对如图5(b)所示,由两根矩形漆包导线并列、在绝缘相靠处用绝缘捆扎线加以固定而成[12],漆包导线接线处均磨去外层绝缘漆以保障与测试电路良好接触。
本研究使用的Y90S-4型三相异步电动机额定功率为1.1 kW,额定电压为380 V,绝缘等级为B级,所用绝缘类型为漆包绝缘。拆除电机转子等与本研究无关的结构,保留完整的电机定子结构作为试样进行实验。
控制环境温度为20℃,相对湿度为80%,输入脉冲上升时间为100 ns。采用不同重复脉冲电压分别对电机定子试样的相间绝缘进行PDIV测试,取1、2、4 μs的脉冲宽度作为测试参数。低频下每组实验输入脉冲频率固定为50 Hz,取0、1、10、100、1 000 μs的死区时间作为测试参数;高频下每组实验输入脉冲频率固定为1 kHz,取0、1、10、100、500 μs的死区时间作为测试参数。
为防止电压快速升高导致电机绕组放电测试不准确,以20 V/s的升压速度缓慢升高电压直至出现第一次放电,此时停止升压并记录示波器脉冲信号电压峰及其峰值,即为测得的绝缘层PDIV值。
为模拟电机运行时定子相间绝缘所受电应力,在重复脉冲电压下进行相间绝缘PDIV测试接线,如图6所示。此时电机定子三相的中性点相接,电机绕组相接正脉冲,另外两相并联接负脉冲。为防止电机主绝缘提前放电干扰相间绝缘放电监测,机壳与地面绝缘处于悬浮状态。
在漆包绞线对两端接入差分双极性脉冲,测得50 Hz和1 kHz两种频率下两种绞线对在不同脉冲宽度和死区时间下的PDIV如图7所示。图中每个节点为5次试验测得的PDIV平均值,3条曲线分别表示输入1、2、4 μs脉冲宽度时的实验结果。
观察图7可知,在0~1 000 μs死区时间范围内,PDIV与死区时间总体上呈正相关。在50 Hz下无死区时间试验时,脉冲宽度对PDIV影响较大;在 1 kHz下,脉冲宽度对PDIV影响较小。
在1.2所述实验环境、频率为50 Hz的差分双极性脉冲下,改变脉冲宽度和死区时间,记录脉冲电压下电机相间绝缘局部放电信号频谱。
首先设定死区时间为0,脉冲宽度分别为1、2、4 μs,持续升高电压至单组实验条件的1.1倍PDIV,使绝缘稳定放电,记录示波器波形并对其进行傅里叶变换,得到不同脉冲宽度下的放电信号和频谱如图8所示。接着设定脉冲宽度为1 μs,死区时间分别为0、1、10 μs,重复上述步骤进行实验,得到不同死区时间下的放电信号和频谱如图9所示。由图89可知,输入差分双极性脉冲电压时,散绕变频电机局部放电信号频率集中分布在0.5~1 GHz,少部分分布在1.8~2.2 GHz,实验的两个变量对此分布均无显著影响。此外,放电幅值和放电位置等随脉冲宽度和死区时间变化不显著。对试样电机进行PDIV测试时有必要充分考虑以上放电能量集中分布特性,优化设计传感器以得到较高的信噪比。
按照1.2所述流程及1.3所述接线方式将差分双极性脉冲接入电机定子试样,分别在50 Hz和 1 kHz下测得不同脉冲宽度和死区时间下的PDIV如图10所示。图中每个节点为5次试验测得的PDIV平均值,3条曲线分别表示输入1、2、4 μs脉冲宽度时的实验结果。
观察图10可知,死区时间相同时,散绕变频电机的相间绝缘PDIV与双极性脉冲的脉冲宽度总体上呈负相关;脉冲宽度相同时,散绕变频电机的相间绝缘PDIV与双极性脉冲的死区时间呈正相关。
放电需要满足以下条件:①放电处电场强度超过起始放电场强;②出现激发电子崩的初始电子[13]
输入短脉冲时,在超过起始放电电压的高电平持续时间内初始电子有可能还未产生,因此未发生局部放电现象;需要继续升高电压,以增加碰撞电离和初始电子产生概率,进而形成放电。输入长脉冲时,高电平下有充分的时间激发初始电子产生,故PDIV测试结果与脉冲宽度呈负相关。
已有研究认为,电压频率的增加会引发空间电荷的积聚效应增强,初始电子的生成概率增加,并加速局部放电的演化过程[14-15]。本文使用的圆形和矩形绞线对在差分脉冲下的表面电荷分布如图11所示。从图11可以看出,虽然两者电场强度积分路径有所不同,但均呈现出“导体-绝缘层-气隙-绝缘层-导体”的电容结构。在使用两组不同绞线对进行实验时,高频脉冲下由于初始电子放电激发概率增加,相较于低频下,脉冲宽度对试样PDIV的影响减弱;而对电机定子进行相间绝缘PDIV测试时,其绕组负载虽具有一定的容性效应,但整体呈现感性,因此脉冲频率对实验结果的影响较小[16]
初始电子来源于绝缘间气隙自由电子或空气电离。基于舒曼准则可知,由初始放电电子激发的首次放电电子崩及后续流注发展需要满足式(2)

式(2)中:K为积分判据,积分不等式成立表示局部放电发生;d为沿着电场线积分路径的长度;αeff为等效电离系数,在相同大气压和温度条件下,只与电场模E(x)大小有关,在气隙中可以近似表达为式(3)

式(3)中:λe为电子平均行程长度,与分子间距a和分子密度ρ有关;qe为电子的电荷量;x为电子引发电子崩的最小运动距离,由空气分子电离能W和电场强度E决定[17]。在图11中的模型中,积分路径上的电场强度受到绝缘层表面电荷积累量的影响。已有研究认为场致发射、局部放电、固体介质夹层极化、电导率分布不均匀或非线性以及绝缘子表面存在金属微粒均能导致表面电荷积聚[18]。但本文研究的是首次放电过程,表面电荷积聚不会受到局部放电或电晕放电的影响,影响主要来源于其他途径,而绝缘层表面电荷衰减可以用指数模型式(4)来表示。

式(4)中:t为电荷衰减时间(此处即死区时间);Q(t)为经历衰减时间t时绝缘表面电荷残余量;Q0为表面区域上积累的初始电荷;τ为衰减时间常数,可以通过式(5)计算。

式(5)中,材料的厚度d、介电常数εr和体积电阻率ρv在同一试样中保持不变,加之在相同幅值脉冲下,表面区域上积累的初始电荷Q0也恒定不变,因此输入脉冲死区时间越长,表面电荷残余量越低,对电场分布影响越小,PDIV测量值越高。
实验采用第一次产生放电时的差分双极性脉冲峰峰值作为PDIV测量值,在短死区时间的脉冲作用下,当负脉冲输入时,正脉冲积累的表面电荷还未耗散,电压极性迅速翻转使绝缘两侧受到的电应力发生剧烈变化,诱导初始放电电子形成并引发局部放电[19-20]。故短死区时间下放电集中在第一个脉冲下降沿或第二个脉冲上升沿附近,如图12(a)所示。
在较长死区时间下进行脉冲试验时,正脉冲的表面电荷有时间充分耗散,需要继续升高电压,使单个脉冲的上升沿电压达到绝缘试样的PDIV值,才能激发初始电子生成。故长死区时间下放电分布在两个脉冲的上升沿处附近,从而得到较高的PDIV测量值,如图12(b)所示。
死区时间变化对起始放电产生影响的另外一种解释是:短死区时间下电压极性快速反转,增加了由碰撞电离电子崩转向流注放电的概率。但此猜测仍需进一步仿真和实验验证。
在频率为50 Hz与1 kHz、上升时间为100 ns的差分双极性脉冲下,对散绕变频电机的相间绝缘PDIV进行测试,得到以下结论:
(1)采用脉冲宽度为1~4 μs,死区时间为0~1 000 μs,频率分别为50 Hz、1 kHz的差分双极性脉冲对散绕变频电机定子进行PDIV测试时,PDIV结果与脉冲宽度呈负相关,与死区时间呈正相关,与脉冲频率相关性较弱。
(2)当50 Hz差分双极性脉冲输入绞线对试样时,其PDIV测量值随脉冲宽度变化幅度比1 kHz下的更大;而当差分双极性脉冲输入散绕变频电机定子试样时,脉冲频率对PDIV测试结果的影响很小。
(3)采用差分双极性脉冲对变频电机定子进行PDIV测试时,应考虑脉冲宽度和死区时间对放电的联合作用,采用具有短死区时间的长脉冲输入待测试样,测得的绝缘PDIV更为准确。
