Crepe paper is an essential insulating material for transformers and high-voltage cables. Currently, all high-performance crepe paper is imported. In order to realize the localization of crepe paper for high-end power equipment and improve the long-term reliability of crepe paper, it is urgent to carry out research on the physicochemical properties and performance improvement technology of crepe paper. The physicochemical and macroscopic properties of crepe papers from different manufacturers were tested and analyzed in this paper, and the key physicochemical parameters that affect the performance of crepe papers were extracted. Three functional groups were introduced into the cellulose systems through grafting modification, the properties of the cellulose systems before and after grafting modification were analyzed using Materials Studio software, and the effects of different functional groups on the various properties of the cellulose systems were investigated. The results show that the benzene ring has the most obvious improvement on the thermal properties of the cellulose system, the methylene long chain can improve the insulating properties of the cellulose system, and the benzene ring can improve the mechanical properties of the cellulose system.

绝缘皱纹纸是变压器和互感器及高压电缆等电力设备必须的绝缘材料,目前超(特)高压电力设备用高性能皱纹纸全部依赖进口,为实现高端电力设备用皱纹纸国产化以及提升皱纹纸长期可靠性,亟需开展皱纹纸理化特性及性能提升技术研究。本文开展了不同厂家皱纹纸理化性能测试与对比分析,提炼出影响皱纹纸性能的关键理化参数。通过接枝改性技术向皱纹纸纤维素体系中引入3种官能团,利用Materials Studio软件对改性前后纤维素体系的电、热、力学性能进行分析,探究了不同官能团对纤维素体系各项性能的影响。结果表明:苯环对纤维素体系热性能的提升最为明显,亚甲基长链能提高纤维素体系的绝缘性能,苯环能够提高纤维素体系的力学性能。

绝缘皱纹纸是变压器和互感器及高压电缆等电力设备必须的绝缘材料,目前超(特)高压电力设备用高性能皱纹纸全部依赖进口,为实现高端电力设备用皱纹纸国产化以及提升皱纹纸长期可靠性,亟需开展皱纹纸理化特性及性能提升技术研究。本文开展了不同厂家皱纹纸理化性能测试与对比分析,提炼出影响皱纹纸性能的关键理化参数。通过接枝改性技术向皱纹纸纤维素体系中引入3种官能团,利用Materials Studio软件对改性前后纤维素体系的电、热、力学性能进行分析,探究了不同官能团对纤维素体系各项性能的影响。结果表明:苯环对纤维素体系热性能的提升最为明显,亚甲基长链能提高纤维素体系的绝缘性能,苯环能够提高纤维素体系的力学性能。

Crepe paper is an essential insulating material for transformers and high-voltage cables. Currently, all high-performance crepe paper is imported. In order to realize the localization of crepe paper for high-end power equipment and improve the long-term reliability of crepe paper, it is urgent to carry out research on the physicochemical properties and performance improvement technology of crepe paper. The physicochemical and macroscopic properties of crepe papers from different manufacturers were tested and analyzed in this paper, and the key physicochemical parameters that affect the performance of crepe papers were extracted. Three functional groups were introduced into the cellulose systems through grafting modification, the properties of the cellulose systems before and after grafting modification were analyzed using Materials Studio software, and the effects of different functional groups on the various properties of the cellulose systems were investigated. The results show that the benzene ring has the most obvious improvement on the thermal properties of the cellulose system, the methylene long chain can improve the insulating properties of the cellulose system, and the benzene ring can improve the mechanical properties of the cellulose system.

高压电力设备用绝缘皱纹纸是耐热电工绝缘纸(基纸)经起皱工艺制得的具有褶皱形态的特种绝缘纸[1-2],主要用作变压器、互感器及高压电缆的绝缘层绕包材料,皱纹纸在长期运行中要承受高电压、高温以及持续机械应力的作用,因此需要具有良好的力学性能、绝缘性能和热稳定性[3-4]。目前,500 kV及以上电力设备用皱纹纸全部由明仕克、特尔瓦高斯基及魏德曼外企进口垄断,是电力领域的“卡脖子”问题[5-6]。随着我国超(特)高压输电技术的持续快速发展以及新能源大规模并网导致电力设备运行工况的复杂化,对皱纹纸的需求量越来越大,对其性能要求也越来越高。近年来,国内外学者对电力设备用皱纹纸的热稳定性和老化特性开展了研究[7-10],但皱纹纸未有明显的技术更新及迭代,热稳定性、绝缘性能和力学性能难以满足长期可靠运行需求。为实现皱纹纸国产化以及进一步提升皱纹纸可靠性,亟需开展皱纹纸理化特性以及性能提升技术研究。
本文首先开展皱纹纸的理化特性试验和性能试验,对比进口W皱纹纸与国产L皱纹纸的技术差异,筛选出影响皱纹纸性能的关键理化参数。然后,通过接枝改性手段分别向皱纹纸纤维素体系中引入3种官能团,应用Materials Studio软件对不同官能团改性后皱纹纸的电、热、力学性能进行分析,探究不同官能团对纤维素性能的影响因素,为皱纹纸的研发和选型提供理论指导。
皱纹纸的理化特性包括化学结构、微观形貌、定量和皱纹数等。
(1)化学结构
采用傅里叶变换红外光谱测试仪,通过全反射法对皱纹纸进行化学结构表征。
(2)微观形貌
采用SIRION 200型扫描电镜(SEM)对喷金后的试样进行测试,对不同皱纹纸纤维直径、孔隙率、纤维分布状态进行分析。测试条件为13 kV的加速电压、400倍和800倍的放大倍数。
(3)定量
根据JB/T 10441.2—2004[11]对不同皱纹纸进行定量测试,取试样测试中值为结果。根据式(1)计算试样定量。

(4)皱纹数
根据JB/T 10441.2—2004对不同皱纹纸进行皱纹数测试。
皱纹纸的性能包括抗张强度、电气强度、介电性能和热稳定性等。
(1)抗张强度
根据JB/T 10441.2—2004对不同皱纹纸进行抗张强度测试,根据式(2)计算皱纹纸的拉伸强度。

式(2)中:T s为试样拉伸强度,单位为kN/mm;F为试样承受的最大拉伸力,单位为N;b为试样宽度,单位为mm。
(2)电气强度
根据GB/T 1408.2—2016[12]对不同皱纹纸进行电气强度测试。
(3)介电性能
采用Alpha-A型宽频介电谱分析仪对不同皱纹纸开展介电性能测试,测试频率为10~107 Hz。
(4)热稳定性
采用Pyris6 TGA型热失重分析仪对皱纹纸纤维膜的热分解温度及分解速率进行测试。
W皱纹纸与L皱纹纸的红外光谱如图1所示,两种皱纹纸红外光谱吸收峰位置如表1所示。
图1表1可以看出,W皱纹纸和L皱纹纸均具有的官能团为甲基/亚甲基和酯基,W皱纹纸含有反式二取代烯烃而L皱纹纸不含反式二取代烯烃,L皱纹纸含有羟基而W皱纹纸不含有羟基。
两种皱纹纸的微观形貌分别如图2图3所示。从图23可以看出,W皱纹纸的短切纤维粗细均匀且呈扁圆形,分布整齐且紧密,没有分丝帚化,L皱纹纸短切纤维相对杂散且粗细不均,说明W皱纹纸的打浆度更高[13]
L无皱绝缘纸、L皱纹纸和W皱纹纸的定量测试结果见表2。从表2可以看出,在相同面积下W皱纹纸的质量最高,L皱纹纸比L无皱绝缘纸的质量高0.209 g。W皱纹纸的定量最大,为102.3 g/m2
两种皱纹纸的皱纹数测试结果如表3所示。从表3可以看出,W皱纹纸的皱纹数大于L皱纹纸,说明W皱纹纸的起皱度更好,这是由于起皱工艺差异引起的。
L无皱绝缘纸、L皱纹纸和W皱纹纸的横向拉伸强度、纵向拉伸强度对比如图4所示。
图4可以看出,L无皱绝缘纸拉伸强度最高,起皱后其拉伸强度大幅降低,这是由于起皱过程引起。W皱纹纸的拉伸强度高于L皱纹纸,且纵向拉伸强度大于横向拉伸强度,这是由打浆工艺的差别导致。另外,L皱纹纸含有亚甲基长链,W皱纹纸含有不饱和烯烃,而亚甲基长链的柔性大于不饱和烯烃,这也是两种皱纹纸拉伸强度差异的原因[14]
图5是W皱纹纸和L皱纹纸、L无皱绝缘纸的电气强度Weibull分布图。
图5可以看出,W皱纹纸的电气强度高于L皱纹纸的电气强度,分析是由于皱纹纸的打浆度不同以及L皱纹纸含有亚甲基长链共同造成的[15-16]
图6图7分别是W皱纹纸和L皱纹纸的介电常数、介质损耗因数随频率的变化曲线。
由图67可以看出,在低频下两种皱纹纸的介电常数和介质损耗因数都随频率升高而降低,频率大于104 Hz时降低速率趋于平缓。L皱纹纸的介电常数和介质损耗因数高于W皱纹纸,这是由于两种皱纹纸聚合物结构差异引起的[17],L皱纹纸含有亚甲基长链和羟基,在低频下亚甲基长链发生转向和羟基极化;而W皱纹纸含有的不饱和烯烃取代了羟基,降低了分子链的极化度。
W皱纹纸和L皱纹纸的热失重曲线如图8所示。由图8可以看出,两种皱纹纸的质量都随着温度的升高而减小,当温度高于300℃时,由于聚合物分子链主链开始分解,试样质量急速下降。
基于两种皱纹纸所含官能团的区别与宏观性能之间的差异,通过接枝改性手段分别向纤维素体系中引入两种皱纹纸含有的亚甲基长链和不饱和烯烃两种官能团以及现有皱纹纸不含的官能团:苯环。
根据操作可行性选择3种接枝单体:六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和甲基纳迪克酸酐(MNA),分别向纤维素分子链中引入亚甲基长链、苯环和不饱和烯烃。
皱纹纸的主要成分为纤维素,因此使用纤维素长链为参照组,向纤维素长链上接枝HDI、MDI和MNA单体。应用Materials Studio软件构建纤维素、HDI、MDI和MNA单体分子模型,如图9所示。
基于各单体结构,构建4种接枝纤维素单体聚合链模型,如图10所示,每个分子链包含10个葡萄糖分子。
利用Amorphous Cell模块构建不同接枝纤维素分子模型,如图11所示,每个模型均由5条分子链组成。
纤维素的热稳定性由分子结构决定,依赖于热应力对分子运动的影响[18]。本文选用玻璃化转变温度(T g)、热应力作用下纤维素的氢键和均方位移(MSD)3个动力学参数来评估纤维素体系的热稳定性。
4种纤维素分子模型的比体积随温度的变化曲线如图12所示。从图12可以看出,对4种模型的比体积-温度关系进行线性拟合,得到常规纤维素、HDI接枝纤维素、MDI接枝纤维素和MNA接枝纤维素的T g值分别为433.5、450.8、475.2、449.2 K。可见经接枝改性后的纤维素T g值均有提高,其中MDI接枝纤维素的T g值最高,较常规纤维素提高了9.6%。
4种纤维素分子模型氢键数量随模拟时间的变化曲线如图13所示。从图13可以看出,在整个仿真过程中MDI接枝纤维素和HDI接枝纤维素模型的氢键数量始终多于纤维素模型的氢键数量。纤维素体系中氢键数量越多,分子间作用力越强,分子结构越稳定。因此通过HDI和MDI对纤维素接枝改性能够向纤维素体系中引入更多氢键,有利于提高分子间作用力,但聚合物的热稳定性不仅仅取决于氢键数量。
仿真获得4种纤维素分子链的MSD如图14所示。从图14可以看出,MDI和MNA接枝改性后降低了纤维素分子链的运动,而HDI接枝改性后纤维素分子链运动更加剧烈。因此,MDI和MNA接枝改性可以提高纤维素的热性能。
皱纹纸通常在工频下工作,工频下介电常数主要由分子取向极化决定,而取向极化与分子体系的偶极矩波动紧密相关。基于分子动力学仿真模型的波动法[19-20],计算得到4种纤维素分子模型的介电常数如图15所示。从图15可以看出,4种模型的介电常数排序为:ε(HDI接枝纤维素)>ε(纤维素)>ε(MNA接枝纤维素)>ε(MDI接枝纤维素),MDI和MNA接枝改性会降低纤维素的介电常数,而HDI接枝改性使纤维素的介电常数稍有提高。
绝缘纸中的介质损耗主要由偶极子取向极化引起,仿真得到4种纤维素分子模型偶极矩随时间的变化曲线如图16所示,4种纤维素分子模型的体积、总偶极矩和极化率如表4所示。
图16表4可以看出,3种接枝改性均降低了纤维素分子的极化率。MDI和MNA接枝改性后极化率的变化趋势与介电常数的变化趋势一致,而HDI接枝改性后极化率的变化趋势与介电常数的变化趋势相反,因此若想进一步比较HDI接枝改性后的介质损耗还需从分子角度进行分析[21]
4种纤维素分子结构模型的未占位体积和占位体积分布见图17,自由体积分数平均值见表5。由图17表5可以看出,MDI和MNA接枝改性降低了纤维素体系的自由体积分数,而HDI接枝改性提高了纤维素体系的自由体积分数。分析其原因认为,MDI和MNA接枝改性向纤维素体系中引入苯环和不饱和烯烃,这两种官能团的旋转能力较差,从而降低了分子链的运动能力,同时纤维素体系自由体积分数的降低进一步使分子链运动受限,降低了纤维素体系的介质损耗。HDI接枝改性向纤维素体系中引入亚甲基长链,亚甲基长链较柔软、运动能力较强,同时纤维素体系自由体积分数的增大使得分子链运动空间增大,最终使得纤维素体系的介质损耗增大。
综合分析,4种结构模型纤维素体系的介质损耗从大到小依次为HDI接枝纤维素、纤维素、MNA接枝纤维素、MDI接枝纤维素。
皱纹纸的韧性和刚度直接影响绝缘材料的使用寿命。在模拟过程中,通过对平衡的纤维素体系施加微小的应力获得材料的弹性系数,基于弹性系数推导所有力学参量。
本文选取拉伸模量(E)和体积模量/剪切模量(K/G)表征纤维素体系的抗张强度和断裂伸长率,计算得到4种纤维素模型的EK/G表6所示。
表6可以看出,MDI接枝改性提高了纤维素的拉伸模量,而HDI和MNA接枝改性降低了纤维素的拉伸模量;MNA接枝改性提高了纤维素体积模量/剪切模量值,HDI和MDI接枝改性降低了纤维素的体积模量/剪切模量值。因此,MDI接枝改性使纤维素的刚性增大、韧性稍有减小,MNA接枝改性使纤维素的刚性减小、韧性增大,HDI接枝改性使纤维素的韧性和刚性同时减小,说明MDI接枝改性对纤维素的力学性能提升具有积极意义。
本文开展了不同皱纹纸理化性能测试与对比分析,提炼出影响皱纹纸性能的关键理化参数为耐热性、介电常数、介质损耗、刚性与韧性。然后通过HDI、MDI和MNA 3种接枝单体向皱纹纸纤维素体系中引入亚甲基长链、不饱烯烃和苯环3种官能团,仿真得到不同官能团对纤维素电、热、力学性能的影响,得到如下结论:
(1)热稳定性方面,MDI、MNA和HDI接枝改性对纤维素体系的耐热性能均有积极影响,其中MDI接枝改性效果最佳,说明苯环对纤维素体系的热性能提升最为明显。
(2)绝缘特性方面,MDI、MNA接枝改性会降低纤维素体系的介电常数和介质损耗,HDI接枝改性会提高纤维素体系的介电常数和介质损耗,说明亚甲基长链能提升纤维素体系的绝缘性能。
(3)力学特性方面,MDI接枝改性会使纤维素体系的刚性增大、韧性稍有减小,MNA接枝改性会使纤维素体系的刚性减小、韧性增大,HDI接枝改性会使纤维素体系的韧性和刚性同时减小,说明引入苯环引入能够提高纤维素体系的力学性能。
