In the partial discharge test and detection of power transformers, multi-source pulse overlap seriously affects the identification of partial discharge signals. In this paper, a clustering separation method of partial discharge signals based on multi-terminal pulse amplitude ratio was proposed. Firstly, the partial discharge test of 220 kV transformer was carried out, and the pulse overlapping phenomena in PRPD and T-F spectra under different test voltages were analyzed. Then, based on the propagation attenuation law of different types of pulses in transformer, a three-dimensional amplitude ratio pulse clustering separation method based on multi-terminal detection of transformer was proposed, and the method was realized by DBSCAN algorithm. Finaly, multi-terminal detection was carried out during the partial discharge test of 220 kV transformer, and the clustering separation and pulse source analysis of the pulse were carried out. The results show that utilizing the multi-terminal amplitude ratio clustering separation method can accurately divide the multi-source overlap pulses during partial discharge process in to interference pulse and two kinds of discharge pulse, and the initial location of the pulse source can be realized according to the amplitude ratio . The multi-terminal pulse amplitude ratio clustering separation method realizes the extraction of transformer partial discharge pulse, and its development and application will be conductive to improve the anti-interference capability and detection accuracy in transformer partial discharge testing.

对电力变压器进行局部放电试验与检测时,多源脉冲混叠严重影响着局部放电信号的识别。本文提出一种基于多端脉冲幅值比的局放信号聚类分离方法。首先,开展220 kV变压器局放试验,对不同试验电压下PRPD、T-F谱图中存在的脉冲混叠现象进行分析;然后,基于不同类型脉冲在变压器中的传播衰减规律,提出了基于变压器多端检测的三维幅值比脉冲聚类分离方法,并结合DBSCAN算法实现该方法;最后,在220 kV变压器局放试验过程中开展了多端检测,并对脉冲进行聚类分离与来源分析。结果表明:利用多端脉冲幅值比聚类分离方法能够将局放试验过程中的多源混叠脉冲准确分为干扰脉冲以及两类放电脉冲,并且可以根据幅值比实现脉冲源的初步定位。多端脉冲幅值比聚类分离方法实现了变压器局放脉冲的提取,其发展和应用将有利于提升变压器局部放电检测中的抗干扰水平和检测准确度。

对电力变压器进行局部放电试验与检测时,多源脉冲混叠严重影响着局部放电信号的识别。本文提出一种基于多端脉冲幅值比的局放信号聚类分离方法。首先,开展220 kV变压器局放试验,对不同试验电压下PRPD、T-F谱图中存在的脉冲混叠现象进行分析;然后,基于不同类型脉冲在变压器中的传播衰减规律,提出了基于变压器多端检测的三维幅值比脉冲聚类分离方法,并结合DBSCAN算法实现该方法;最后,在220 kV变压器局放试验过程中开展了多端检测,并对脉冲进行聚类分离与来源分析。结果表明:利用多端脉冲幅值比聚类分离方法能够将局放试验过程中的多源混叠脉冲准确分为干扰脉冲以及两类放电脉冲,并且可以根据幅值比实现脉冲源的初步定位。多端脉冲幅值比聚类分离方法实现了变压器局放脉冲的提取,其发展和应用将有利于提升变压器局部放电检测中的抗干扰水平和检测准确度。

In the partial discharge test and detection of power transformers, multi-source pulse overlap seriously affects the identification of partial discharge signals. In this paper, a clustering separation method of partial discharge signals based on multi-terminal pulse amplitude ratio was proposed. Firstly, the partial discharge test of 220 kV transformer was carried out, and the pulse overlapping phenomena in PRPD and T-F spectra under different test voltages were analyzed. Then, based on the propagation attenuation law of different types of pulses in transformer, a three-dimensional amplitude ratio pulse clustering separation method based on multi-terminal detection of transformer was proposed, and the method was realized by DBSCAN algorithm. Finaly, multi-terminal detection was carried out during the partial discharge test of 220 kV transformer, and the clustering separation and pulse source analysis of the pulse were carried out. The results show that utilizing the multi-terminal amplitude ratio clustering separation method can accurately divide the multi-source overlap pulses during partial discharge process in to interference pulse and two kinds of discharge pulse, and the initial location of the pulse source can be realized according to the amplitude ratio . The multi-terminal pulse amplitude ratio clustering separation method realizes the extraction of transformer partial discharge pulse, and its development and application will be conductive to improve the anti-interference capability and detection accuracy in transformer partial discharge testing.

电力变压器是变电站中的重要枢纽设备,其绝缘性能直接影响电力系统的安全运行。变压器局部放电(partial discharge,PD)试验作为交接试验中的重要一环,可以对变压器的绝缘状态进行有效评估[1-3]。然而,在变电站中的变压器进行局放试验时,由于试验电源变频谐振、引线及周围设备放电等现场脉冲型干扰的影响,测量结果会出现干扰脉冲、变压器外部设备放电脉冲以及变压器内部放电脉冲的混叠现象。为了从测量结果中提取出包含变压器局放信息的有效信号,有必要对脉冲的识别方法进行研究。
对于变压器局放信号的检测,GB/T 7354—2018规定了使用脉冲电流法测量局部放电的试验回路[4],主要利用30~900 kHz频段内的信号对局放信息进行分析。随着传感器技术的发展,为了更全面地提取局放信息,专家学者提出了高频率、宽频带的检测方法,文献[5]指出局放检测灵敏度在3~30 MHz带宽范围内与频率关系不大,便于获得PD信号的基本特征。由于单一的测量耦合点无法实现多源放电及脉冲干扰的有效区分,脉冲电流检测方法逐渐向多端检测发展,目前常用的检测端口包含高压套管末屏接地线、中性点接地线、铁芯接地线以及外壳接地线等[6-7]
局放脉冲的聚类分离是影响多信号源检测和识别技术的关键因素。文献[8-9]提出采用混合Weibull分布拟合谱图以提取特征参量对多脉冲源进行识别,并在后续工作中提取等效时长与等效频宽参量应用于混叠脉冲的分离。目前提取局放信号特征参量的方法大多基于时频分析法,文献[10]利用S变换提取了时频相似度作为特征参量;文献[11]采用等效时频熵算法提取高维特征量,构建了放电脉冲群的等效时频熵分类谱图;文献[12]应用数学形态学梯度运算表征时频域累积能量函数的上升陡度,提取了能量陡度作为分离参量。以上研究方法均取得了较好的分离效果,但是容易受到测试环境的影响,在对现场变压器进行局放试验时,可能无法有效区分出局放信号。
为了有效提取现场试验过程中变压器内部的局放信号,本文对220 kV电力变压器开展局部放电试验,分析局放脉冲混叠现象和脉冲传播衰减特性,从而提出基于四耦合端脉冲幅值比的聚类分离方法。
试验变压器选取国内某变电站尚未投运的220 kV三相变压器,联结方式为YNd11,变压器高压套管参数如表1所示。
依据变压器交接试验要求[13],依次对试验变压器的各相进行感应加压,采用变频电源从变压器低压侧加压,利用变压器自身的变压作用在高压侧感应出需要达到的试验电压,试验接线如图1所示。变压器高压套管末屏通过引出线接地,通过高频传感器测量接地线上的脉冲信号,高频传感器采集频段为100 kHz~35 MHz。
进行局放试验时,变频电源的实际输出频率为188.3、184.7、185 Hz(分别对应A、B、C三相)。将试验变压器变比调整为3.589,对变压器各相低压侧依次施加0.4Ur、1.2Ur、1.58Ur、1.8Ur、1.58Ur(降压阶段)以及1.2Ur(降压阶段)的试验电压(Ur为230/3 kV),加压流程与时间如图2所示[13]。低压侧施加的试验电压与高压侧感应电压的关系如表2所示。为了更直观地分析变压器PD试验中存在的脉冲混叠现象,本文在施加1.2Ur、1.58Ur以及1.8Ur共5个阶段期间对变压器的局放脉冲进行测量。
以变压器B相局部放电试验的结果为例,选取各试验电压下局放测量结果中的1 000组数据进行分析。各试验电压下的局部放电相位分布(PRPD)谱图如图3所示。
图3可以看出,测量数据中主要包括3类脉冲:第1类脉冲在相位分布上有明显的集中特性,分布宽度仅为0.3°~0.9°,因此第1类数据为场站内脉冲干扰[14];第2类脉冲的相位分布相对较为分散,分布宽度为30°~60°,该类数据可能为局部放电信息;第3类脉冲仅出现于试验电压升至66 kV时,相位分布在55°~100°以及240°~330°,在PRPD谱图上呈现为横条状,第3类数据可能为局部放电信息。从图3(c)还可以看出,试验电压为66 kV时两类放电的谱图特征在相位为240°~270°处混叠在一起,无法有效辨别相位为240°~270°处的放电脉冲属于单脉冲源还是多脉冲源,因此需要提取其他特征对脉冲进行分离。
不同类型脉冲的时域和频域信息往往呈现不同的特征,T-F谱图是利用时域时长和频域频宽实现不同类型脉冲的分离。单个脉冲的等效时长和等效频宽的提取方式如式(1)~(3)所示。

式(1)~(3)中:s(t)为采集得到的局放时间序列;t为采样时间,t[0,T]f为采样频率;s˜(t)为标准化处理后的局放时间序列;t0为标准化时间序列的时间重心;δTδF分别为单个时间序列的等效时长和等效频宽。
分别提取了升压过程中44、58、66 kV试验电压下脉冲的等效时频特征,并对提取后的T-F谱图进行聚类,分析结果如图4所示。
图4可以看出,T-F谱图中的脉冲被划分为3类:类1、类2以及类3。在44 kV试验电压下,类1和类2脉冲在T-F谱图中呈上下分布,表现为等效时长区分较明显。在PRPD谱图中,两类数据对应着相位集中分布的干扰脉冲。类3脉冲在T-F谱图中呈现高频宽特征,同其他两类数据左右分布。在PRPD谱图中,类3数据对应着相位分布较为分散的放电脉冲。当试验电压提升至58 kV和66 kV时, T-F谱图中3类脉冲的分布特征仍区分明显。但观察PRPD谱图发现,在相位为240°~270°的区域内出现3类脉冲混叠的现象,说明T-F聚类方法将部分放电脉冲识别为干扰脉冲。且观察图4(f)发现,该方法仍然无法对1.2节图3(c)中出现的两类放电脉冲进行有效区分。
3类脉冲的混叠现象说明部分多脉冲源数据在时域、频域上存在相似信息,无法利用基于等效时频提取的单一谱图特征实现脉冲的有效分离。
在变压器局部放电试验过程中,脉冲来源主要有两类:外部侵入脉冲以及内部局放脉冲。脉冲在由外部侵入变压器以及在变压器内部传播过程中会出现衰减现象,脉冲的衰减程度与脉冲源至测点的传播路径有关。文献[15]对变压器内部脉冲的传播特性进行分析,发现随着测点远离局放源,传感器检测到的信号幅值逐渐减小。
外部脉冲干扰主要通过低压套管、高压套管等部位侵入变压器内部,文献[16]分别在A、B、C相高压套管外部注入陡脉冲模拟侵入的干扰,观察采集到的脉冲幅值,发现该情况下高压绕组首末端的幅值比为11.03。
内部局放脉冲由于放电位置不同,其传输路径也不同。文献[16]利用注入陡脉冲分别模拟了高压绕组主绝缘放电以及纵绝缘放电,测得两种情况下高压绕组首末端幅值比分别为1.27、4.68。文献[17]将缺陷模型放置在三相高压套管下端与高压绕组连接处以模拟高压绕组首端局部放电,发现在绕组末端采集的信号幅值明显小于首端,首末端幅值比为6。
不同类型脉冲在由脉冲源传播到各测点后的脉冲幅值不完全相同,测点间的幅值比也有差异。利用变压器多个位置上部署的高频传感器可组成脉冲幅值检测阵列,选取同一脉冲源传输到多个测点的脉冲幅值比进行脉冲分离。
对于电力变压器局部放电检测,常用的测点有变压器外壳接地线、高压绕组中性点接地线、高压套管末屏接地线等。利用同步检测技术采集同一脉冲传输到各测点的信号数据,数据格式如式(4)所示,并根据式(5)提取变压器各脉冲数据的幅值比特征。

式(4)~(5)中:Ai分别为各测点传感器测量的同步脉冲幅值序列;aii为同一脉冲传输到各测点的信号幅值;m为测点数量;n为各测点的同步脉冲数量;AMP为提取的幅值比集合,ampi-1为第i-1维幅值比序列。
在提取局部放电脉冲识别的特征量后,部分差异较大的特征簇可以直接分辨出来,但是差异较小的特征簇无法直接识别,需要利用聚类分析算法对局放脉冲特征进行进一步识别。局放信号识别中常用的聚类分析算法有模糊C均值聚类算法、K均值聚类(K-Means)算法、基于密度的噪声应用空间聚类(DBSCAN)算法等[18-20],其中DBSCAN算法能够适用于不同大小、形状以及类型的簇聚类,且可以自动确定聚类簇数。
DBSCAN算法通过定义邻域半径r以及密度阈值MinPts作为初始参数,利用信号分布密度将数据点分为不同簇,算法流程如图5所示。若以某个数据点为中心,其半径r区域内包含的数据点达到密度阈值,则该中心点为核心点。DBSCAN算法逐个判断每个数据点是否为核心点,并将核心点及邻域点判定为簇,若不同簇中存在的数据点密度相连,则将这些簇聚成一类,最终实现每个数据点的归类处理。
利用DBSCAN算法对提取的幅值比特征进行聚类并标记每个数据点所属类型,用以回溯该数据点的原脉冲信息,这样就可以完成对各测点脉冲的聚类处理。
依据图1图2进行局部放电试验,综合传感器布点限制以及展示效果等因素,选择电容分压器接地线、各相低压绕组接地线、各相高压套管末屏接地线以及高压绕组中性点接地线作为高频测点,如图6所示。上述4个测点可分别测量低压绕组首末端、高压绕组首末端处的脉冲信号。本文在局部放电试验过程中,采用多端同步测量技术对4端的高频脉冲进行同步采集,并记录各脉冲的采集时间。
仍以变压器B相局部放电试验的结果为例,分别提取58 kV和66 kV试验电压下4端的同步脉冲数据,组成4×n维同步脉冲幅值序列,其中n为4个测点的同步脉冲数量。利用式(5)计算出3×n维脉冲幅值比集合AMP,即高压绕组首端/低压绕组首端、高压绕组首端/高压绕组末端以及低压绕组首端/低压绕组末端。最后利用DBSCAN算法对三维脉冲幅值比进行聚类分离处理。
图7为试验电压为58 kV时各脉冲的三维幅值比聚类分离结果。从图7可以看出,58 kV试验电压下脉冲在三维幅值比谱图中被分为2类,且2类脉冲区分明显。将两簇脉冲对应至4个测点的PRPD谱图中,如图8所示。
图4中58 kV的数据和图8中的数据是同源数据,但两处数据有所差异,其原因在于图8中使用的是4个测点经同步系统筛选后的数据,较图4中单个测点的数据量有所降低。同图4(c)(d)相比,三维幅值比聚类分离结果中干扰脉冲和放电信号区分明显,类1数据对应着具有明显相位特征的干扰脉冲,类2数据对应着相位分布在240°~270°区间内的放电脉冲,干扰脉冲与放电的误判现象几乎不存在。
对于脉冲更复杂的66 kV试验电压,三维幅值比聚类分离结果如图9所示。从图9可以看出,66 kV试验电压下脉冲在三维幅值比谱图中被分为3类,且3类脉冲区分明显。将3类脉冲对应至高压套管末屏测点的PRPD谱图中,如图10所示。从图10可以看出,类1脉冲的相位分布同44 kV、58 kV相同,为同一干扰脉冲。类2脉冲的相位集中在240°~270°区间内,和58 kV试验电压下的类2脉冲特征相同,为同一放电信号。类3脉冲对应着66 kV试验电压下新出现的脉冲类型,其相位主要分布在60°~120°以及250°~330°区间内。同图4(e)图4(f)相比,三维幅值比聚类分离方法可将放电混叠脉冲进行有效分离,且结果中干扰脉冲与放电几乎不存在误判现象。
图10(a)中的聚类分离结果反映至T-F谱图中,结果如图11所示。从图11可以看出,各类脉冲的T-F谱图分布混叠在一起。
综合上述聚类分离结果,对比基于T-F的聚类方法,多端脉冲三维幅值比聚类分离方法能够对各试验电压下的干扰脉冲以及放电脉冲进行有效分离,并且可以对不同类型混叠放电脉冲进行准确区分。
观察图4以及图10中各测点的PRPD谱图,其中类1脉冲具有明显的相位信息,相位集中在40°、130°、220°以及320°左右,4簇脉冲相位间隔为70°~110°。观察图9中该脉冲(类1)的幅值比分布发现,该类脉冲在低压绕组首端处的幅值大于高压绕组首端,说明该脉冲靠近低压绕组。而低压绕组首端幅值又远大于低压绕组末端,说明脉冲从低压绕组首端传入测点。结合相位信息[21-22]推测该脉冲为变频电源内整流器动作产生。
对于图9中的两类放电脉冲(类2、类3),低压首端幅值均大于高压首端幅值,而高压绕组首端脉冲幅值均大于或等于末端,根据脉冲传播衰减特性可以判断两类放电脉冲来源于低压绕组。对比低压绕组首末端幅值,类3放电脉冲首末端幅值比与类1脉冲干扰接近,说明类3脉冲源位于变压器外靠近低压绕组首端的位置。类2放电脉冲的低压绕组首末端幅值相近,说明类2脉冲源在低压绕组中部。
利用测量信号的幅值比信息可以实现变压器内局部放电源的初步定位,缩小局放源定位范围,为进一步精确定位创造条件。
本文探究了电力变压器局部放电试验中出现的脉冲混叠现象,通过研究脉冲的幅值衰减特性,提出了基于变压器多端检测的三维幅值比脉冲聚类分离方法,利用现场测试数据验证了该方法的有效性,取得的研究成果如下:
(1)对现场变压器进行局部放电试验过程中,66 kV试验电压下变压器内出现了另一类局部放电信号。提取等效时长、等效频宽特征发现,55 kV和66 kV试验电压下部分干扰脉冲和放电脉冲的等效时长和等效频宽的值相近,在PRPD谱图中表现为脉冲在240°~270°的相位区域内出现混叠现象。
(2)利用现场变压器局部放电试验中高、低压绕组首、末端4测点的测量数据对三维幅值比脉冲聚类分离方法进行验证。结果表明基于三维幅值比的脉冲聚类分离方法可以准确识别变压器的局放信号和干扰脉冲,并能有效区分混叠放电脉冲。
(3)利用幅值比特征信息可以对变压器局放脉冲源进行初步定位。本文中66 kV试验电压下的局放源有两类,其三维幅值比特征具有明显差异。根据幅值比信息,初步推断局放位置分别在变压器内部低压绕组上以及变压器外部靠近低压绕组首端处。
