At present, there is a lack of effective liquid repair materials for ablation defects in the buffer layer of high-voltage cables, resulting in the inability to timely and effectively eliminate the hidden dangers of ablation defects in high-voltage cable lines. In this paper, acrylic based buffer layer ablation defect liquid repair materials were prepared and repair experiments were conducted on actual ablation defects in cable buffer layer. The repair effect of carbon black content in repair solution on the electrical properties of the buffer layer was studied. The results show that when the mass fraction of carbon black in the repair solution coating is 20%, the volume resistivity of the repaired buffer layer decreases to the level of new buffer layer and basiclly remains unchange with temperature. Based on the characterization of micro morphology, it is analyzed that the repair solution forms a carbon black coating on the fiber surface of the buffer layer, covering the original uneven coating and non-conductive particles. At the same time, the continuous water blocking powder layer formed by ablation on the inner side of the non-woven fabric is repacked by the carbon black coating, rebuilding the electrical connection of the buffer layer, thus effectively repairs the erosion defects of the buffer layer.

目前高压电缆缓冲层烧蚀缺陷缺乏有效的液体修复材料,导致高压电缆线路的烧蚀缺陷隐患无法被及时有效消除。本文制备了丙烯酸基缓冲层烧蚀缺陷液体修复材料,并对实际电缆缓冲层烧蚀缺陷进行了修复实验,研究了修复液中炭黑含量对缓冲层电性能修复效果的影响。结果表明:修复液涂层中炭黑质量分数为20%时,修复缓冲层的体积电阻率降低至新缓冲层的水平,且基本不随温度改变。结合微观形貌的表征,分析认为修复液在缓冲层的纤维表面重新形成炭黑涂层,使得原本不均匀的涂层与不导电颗粒物被涂层包覆,同时无纺布内侧烧蚀形成的连续阻水粉层重新被炭黑涂层覆盖,重建了缓冲层的电气连接,从而有效修复了缓冲层烧蚀缺陷。

目前高压电缆缓冲层烧蚀缺陷缺乏有效的液体修复材料,导致高压电缆线路的烧蚀缺陷隐患无法被及时有效消除。本文制备了丙烯酸基缓冲层烧蚀缺陷液体修复材料,并对实际电缆缓冲层烧蚀缺陷进行了修复实验,研究了修复液中炭黑含量对缓冲层电性能修复效果的影响。结果表明:修复液涂层中炭黑质量分数为20%时,修复缓冲层的体积电阻率降低至新缓冲层的水平,且基本不随温度改变。结合微观形貌的表征,分析认为修复液在缓冲层的纤维表面重新形成炭黑涂层,使得原本不均匀的涂层与不导电颗粒物被涂层包覆,同时无纺布内侧烧蚀形成的连续阻水粉层重新被炭黑涂层覆盖,重建了缓冲层的电气连接,从而有效修复了缓冲层烧蚀缺陷。

At present, there is a lack of effective liquid repair materials for ablation defects in the buffer layer of high-voltage cables, resulting in the inability to timely and effectively eliminate the hidden dangers of ablation defects in high-voltage cable lines. In this paper, acrylic based buffer layer ablation defect liquid repair materials were prepared and repair experiments were conducted on actual ablation defects in cable buffer layer. The repair effect of carbon black content in repair solution on the electrical properties of the buffer layer was studied. The results show that when the mass fraction of carbon black in the repair solution coating is 20%, the volume resistivity of the repaired buffer layer decreases to the level of new buffer layer and basiclly remains unchange with temperature. Based on the characterization of micro morphology, it is analyzed that the repair solution forms a carbon black coating on the fiber surface of the buffer layer, covering the original uneven coating and non-conductive particles. At the same time, the continuous water blocking powder layer formed by ablation on the inner side of the non-woven fabric is repacked by the carbon black coating, rebuilding the electrical connection of the buffer layer, thus effectively repairs the erosion defects of the buffer layer.

交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘电缆电气性能优良、制造工艺成熟,是电网的核心电力设备之一,在城市电网建设中起着至关重要的作用[1-2]。电缆长期运行过程中发生的故障是研究者普遍关注的问题[3-5]。近些年,高压XLPE电缆缓冲层烧蚀故障频繁出现,成为危害高压电缆安全稳定运行的主要隐患之一。据统计,故障电缆多为国产皱纹铝护套高压电缆,服役时间远低于其设计使用寿命[6]。目前国内运行的皱纹铝护套高压电缆存量较高,存在安全隐患并且增加了运维成本。因此,研究高压电缆缓冲层烧蚀缺陷修复技术,对于消除存量电缆的安全隐患、降低运维成本具有重要的意义。
根据相关研究,可将缓冲层烧蚀机理分为局部放电致烧蚀以及电流热效应致烧蚀[7],缓冲层与铝护套之间电气接触能力下降是引发缓冲层烧蚀的主要原因。缓冲层受潮后阻水粉吸水、铝护套发生电化学腐蚀,生成白色粉末状高阻物质,导致缓冲层的局部电阻显著增大[8]。缓冲层电阻率增大将导致缓冲层的局部分压过高,引起局部放电,导致局部电流密度增大,温度升高,缓冲层的导电纤维过热熔断[9-13]。缓冲层烧蚀持续积累到一定程度后,进一步向绝缘屏蔽层与主绝缘发展,最终导致电缆击穿事故。在烧蚀故障发生的早期,可以通过向烧蚀电缆缓冲层中注入导电修复液,恢复缓冲层的导电能力,从而消除电缆烧蚀隐患。
国内已经初步开展了高压电缆缓冲层烧蚀缺陷修复技术的研究。宋鹏先等[14]提出了一种基于石墨粉体注入的XLPE电缆缓冲层修复装置及修复方法,采用高压气流携带石墨粉体注入交联聚乙烯电缆缓冲层中。曲国安等[15]提出了一种针对阻水缓冲层烧蚀缺陷的液体修复剂以及修复液加注设备,该修复液的主要成分为聚二甲基硅氧烷、石墨、二氧化硅和硅烷偶联剂。凌颖等[16]采用双组分AB加成型硅胶作为基材,填充合适的纳米导电填料,制备了一种电缆缓冲层烧蚀故障的导电修复液,并且在实验室条件下,使缺陷电缆局放量在1.5U0U0=64 kV)下降低了20 pC。宋鹏先等[17]设计了一种基于电容电流分析的电缆缓冲层修复效果测量装置,通过测量缓冲层修复前后的电容电流变化率,建立了一种数学模型评估修复效果。然而,目前缺少对缓冲层烧蚀液体修复机理的研究,已有研究的有效性与可靠性未得到检验,并且缺乏对烧蚀缺陷修复效果的可靠检测与评价方法。
本文以阻水缓冲层制造时所使用的丙烯酸树脂[18]为基体,填充导电炭黑,制备一种高压电缆缓冲层烧蚀故障修复液,对实际故障电缆拆解的烧蚀缓冲层进行修复实验。结合缓冲层电性能的表征以及修复液电化学腐蚀性测试,验证修复液对烧蚀缓冲层的修复效果,分析缓冲层烧蚀修复的机理,证明电缆烧蚀故障修复技术的可行性。
丙烯酸树脂,工业纯,巴斯夫股份公司;导电炭黑,工业纯,特密高石墨有限公司;聚氨酯分散剂,工业纯,施锐助剂;乙酸乙酯,分析纯,麦克林试剂。
将丙烯酸树脂溶于乙酸乙酯,形成丙烯酸树脂溶液,将上述溶液、导电炭黑和分散剂混合,使用真空脱泡搅拌机搅拌,制得缓冲层烧蚀缺陷的修复液。
将新缓冲层与实际烧蚀电缆拆解得到的烧蚀缓冲层置于恒温干燥柜中,在25℃下静置24 h,取出后制备直径为100 mm的试样。将烧蚀缓冲层浸泡于不同比例的修复液中,待充分浸润后,取出放入烘箱中在50℃下烘干,制得修复缓冲层试样。
采用HIOKI 3532-50 LCR型阻抗分析仪测试不同温度下缓冲层的体积电阻率与介电常数,测试频率为50 Hz,采用JB/T 10259—2014规定的电极,每种试样测试3个有效数据后取平均值。
采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM,SU3500型,HITACHI)表征缓冲层修复前后微观形貌的变化。
丙烯酸树脂涂料是类型最多、综合性能最全、通用性最强的一类合成树脂涂料[19]。丙烯酸树脂涂料具有许多突出的优点,如优异的耐候性和耐热性、耐腐蚀、附着力良好等[20-21]。在缓冲层的制造过程中,一般使用以丙烯酸树脂乳液为基体的半导电胶对组成缓冲层的蓬松棉与无纺布进行浸渍,烘干后在纤维表面形成导电涂层,使缓冲层具有导电性能[18,22-23]。因此本文中修复液选择丙烯酸树脂为基体,与原有涂层成分相近,具有更好的相容性。
在制备的修复液体系中,丙烯酸树脂作为载体,具有粘结和成膜作用,对缓冲层的聚酯纤维具有很好的附着能力。而丙烯酸树脂以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主体以保持涂层硬度,以适量的丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯等与之共聚以使涂层具有柔韧性。以乙酸乙酯作为溶剂,将丙烯酸树脂溶于乙酸乙酯形成溶液,可在常温下挥发成膜。炭黑作为导电填料,通过聚氨酯分散剂均匀分散于液体之中,可得到低黏度的导电修复液。使用修复液浸渍缓冲层,待乙酸乙酯挥发后,在缓冲层的纤维表面形成丙烯酸树脂-炭黑复合导电涂层,对缓冲层的导电性能进行修复。
导电炭黑占丙烯酸树脂-炭黑涂层的质量分数是影响修复缓冲层导电能力的主要因素,修复缓冲层试样的体积电阻率随导电炭黑质量分数的变化如图1所示。从图1可以看出,随着涂层炭黑质量分数的升高,修复缓冲层试样的体积电阻率逐渐降低。在涂层炭黑质量分数为5%~10%时,修复缓冲层试样的体积电阻率快速下降;在涂层炭黑质量分数为10%~20%时,试样的体积电阻率下降速度变缓;在炭黑质量分数大于20%时,试样的体积电阻率趋于稳定。这种现象符合“渗流作用”理论[24],当导电涂料中的导电粒子填充量低于渗流临界值时,载流子的移动通道被绝缘聚合物所阻塞,此时涂层的电阻由绝缘聚合物所决定。当达到渗流临界值时,导电粒子相互接触而构成导电网络,涂层的电阻明显下降。当炭黑质量分数大于20%时,在涂层中形成了完整的导电网络,涂层的电阻主要由导电炭黑本身的导电性决定,此时增加炭黑的质量分数,对涂层的导电性能影响较小。图2是修复液黏度随炭黑质量分数的变化。从图2可以看出,随着修复液中炭黑质量分数的增加,修复液黏度大幅上升。这不利于修复液的制备与应用[25]
图1还可以看出,当涂层中炭黑质量分数低于20%时,修复缓冲层试样的体积电阻率随温度升高而逐渐增大。这是因为当涂层中炭黑质量分数较低时,导电网络不够紧密,由于丙烯酸树脂的热膨胀系数较炭黑更大,温度上升时,炭黑粒子之间接触间隙增大,导致涂层的电阻上升。当涂层中炭黑质量分数超过20%,形成足够紧密的导电网络后,涂层的导电性能在不同温度下趋于稳定。
图3为修复缓冲层相对介电常数随炭黑质量分数的变化规律。从图3可以看出,试样的相对介电常数在炭黑质量分数为5%~20%时快速增长,之后趋于稳定。在不同温度下,修复缓冲层的相对介电常数基本保持稳定。
根据修复缓冲层体积电阻率随涂层中炭黑质量分数的变化规律,选择涂层炭黑质量分数为20%的修复液进行烧蚀缓冲层的修复,并与新缓冲层、烧蚀缓冲层进行对照试验。新缓冲层、烧蚀缓冲层和修复缓冲层的体积电阻率与相对介电常数随温度的变化规律分别如图4图5所示。
图4可以看出,在温度为20~100℃时,烧蚀缓冲层的体积电阻率比新缓冲层和修复缓冲层高2~3个数量级,且随着温度的升高而减小。从图5可以看出,新缓冲层、烧蚀缓冲层与修复缓冲层的相对介电常数随温度的变化不大。相比于新缓冲层,烧蚀缓冲层的相对介电常数大幅下降。由于烧蚀发生后会生成高阻物质,阻碍载流子沿炭黑涂层移动,并且纤维导电网络在电流热效应下发生熔断,造成了烧蚀缓冲层的体积电阻率上升。
图45还可以看出,修复后缓冲层的体积电阻率降低至新缓冲层的水平,并且随温度的变化较小。修复缓冲层的相对介电常数大幅上升,超出原有的水平。研究表明缓冲层体积电阻率增大,介电常数减小,会导致电缆缓冲层的电场强度升高,进而导致局部放电。缓冲层电阻的升高还会加剧电流热效应致烧蚀。使用导电修复液对烧蚀缓冲层进行修复,可以使烧蚀缓冲层的电阻率降低至新缓冲层的水平,并且大幅提高缓冲层的相对介电常数,恢复缓冲层的导电能力,从而实现对高压电缆烧蚀故障的修复。
图6为新缓冲层、烧蚀缓冲层、修复缓冲层导电纤维的微观形貌,烧蚀缓冲层和修复缓冲层纤维表面的颗粒物如图7所示。从图6可以看出,新缓冲层的纤维表面光滑,炭黑导电涂层均匀分布;烧蚀缓冲层的纤维表面粗糙,纤维直径减小,炭黑涂层分布不均匀;修复缓冲层的导电纤维表面重新涂覆了炭黑导电涂层,将原本不均匀的涂层包覆,纤维直径增大。从图7(a)可以看出,烧蚀缓冲层纤维表面附着有颗粒物,这可能是阻水粉析出以及电化学腐蚀产生的高阻物质,其会阻碍导电纤维之间的电气连接,由此降低了缓冲层的导电能力。从图7(b)可以看出,修复缓冲层纤维表面的不导电颗粒物被炭黑涂层包覆,因此修复后导电纤维表面的导电通道被重新建立,增强了缓冲层的导电能力。
从中间揭开缓冲层,观察缓冲层无纺布内侧的微观形貌,如图8所示。从图8可以看出,在新缓冲层无纺布内侧,阻水粉呈团簇状被导电涂层粘结在无纺布纤维上,同时可以观察到密集的纤维被涂层粘结在一起。而在烧蚀缓冲层的无纺布内侧,可以观察到连续覆盖着阻水粉。阻水粉吸水后大幅膨胀,破坏了原有的导电涂层,形成的阻水粉层阻碍了无纺布层与蓬松棉层的电气连接。在修复缓冲层无纺布内侧,观察到阻水粉重新被炭黑涂层覆盖,从而重建了缓冲层内部的电气连接。
(1)导电涂层中炭黑质量分数为5%~10%时,修复缓冲层试样的体积电阻率随炭黑质量分数的增加快速下降;炭黑的质量分数低于20%时,试样的体积电阻率随温度的升高而增大;炭黑的质量分数高于20%时,试样的体积电阻率趋于稳定并且随温度基本不变。烧蚀缓冲层的体积电阻率相较于新缓冲层升高2~3个数量级,选择涂层炭黑质量分数为20%的修复液进行修复后,修复缓冲层的体积电阻率降低至新缓冲层的水平。
(2)烧蚀缓冲层的纤维表面炭黑涂层分布不均匀,在纤维表面附着有颗粒物,可能是阻水粉析出以及电化学腐蚀产生的高阻物质;经修复后缓冲层的纤维表面重新涂覆了炭黑,原本不均匀的涂层与不导电颗粒物被涂层包覆。因此修复后导电纤维表面的导电通道重新建立,增强了缓冲层的导电能力。在烧蚀缓冲层的无纺布内侧观察到连续覆盖着阻水粉,经修复后缓冲层的阻水粉重新被炭黑涂层覆盖,从而重建了缓冲层内部的电气连接。
