The partial discharge ultrasonic signal attenuates severely on power transformer equipment shell, resulting in larger differences in the partial discharge signals received by different positions of sensors, which greatly affects its measurement accuracy and detection efficiency in field application. In this paper, a partition model of oil-immersed power transformer was built using finite element simulation software, the partitioning rule of partial discharge ultrasonic signal on the main surface of oil tank was obtained, and the transformer spatial sound pressure and partition sound pressure distribution maps were formed. On the basis of monitoring point optimization method of Pearson correlation coefficient and K-means clustering, the monitoring points with the best sensitivity of spatial sound pressure and partition sound pressure were preferably selected and compared. The results show that the average detection efficiency of the A-level monitoring points is 86.0%, which realizes the efficient detection of transformer partial discharge and provides a new method for selecting the placement points of ultrasonic sensors.

局部放电超声波信号在电力变压器设备外壳上衰减严重,导致不同位置传感器接收的局部放电信号存在巨大差异,极大地影响了其在现场应用时的测量精度和检测效率。为此,本文采用有限元仿真软件建立油浸式电力变压器分区模型,得到局部放电超声波信号在油箱主面的分区规律,并形成变压器空间声压和分区声压的分布图谱。基于Pearson相关系数与K-means聚类的监测点位优化方法,优选出空间声压与分区声压敏感度最佳的监测点位,并进行对比测试。结果表明:A等级监测点的平均检测效率为86.0%,实现了变压器局部放电的高效检测,为超声波传感器布置点位的选择提供了新方法。

局部放电超声波信号在电力变压器设备外壳上衰减严重,导致不同位置传感器接收的局部放电信号存在巨大差异,极大地影响了其在现场应用时的测量精度和检测效率。为此,本文采用有限元仿真软件建立油浸式电力变压器分区模型,得到局部放电超声波信号在油箱主面的分区规律,并形成变压器空间声压和分区声压的分布图谱。基于Pearson相关系数与K-means聚类的监测点位优化方法,优选出空间声压与分区声压敏感度最佳的监测点位,并进行对比测试。结果表明:A等级监测点的平均检测效率为86.0%,实现了变压器局部放电的高效检测,为超声波传感器布置点位的选择提供了新方法。

The partial discharge ultrasonic signal attenuates severely on power transformer equipment shell, resulting in larger differences in the partial discharge signals received by different positions of sensors, which greatly affects its measurement accuracy and detection efficiency in field application. In this paper, a partition model of oil-immersed power transformer was built using finite element simulation software, the partitioning rule of partial discharge ultrasonic signal on the main surface of oil tank was obtained, and the transformer spatial sound pressure and partition sound pressure distribution maps were formed. On the basis of monitoring point optimization method of Pearson correlation coefficient and K-means clustering, the monitoring points with the best sensitivity of spatial sound pressure and partition sound pressure were preferably selected and compared. The results show that the average detection efficiency of the A-level monitoring points is 86.0%, which realizes the efficient detection of transformer partial discharge and provides a new method for selecting the placement points of ultrasonic sensors.

局部放电(partial discharge,PD),以下简称为“局放”,已经成为变压器绝缘劣化的主要原因[1-3],有效地检测局放可以及时发现变压器内部存在的绝缘缺陷,是保证变压器安全运行的关键,对减少电力事故、提高供电可靠性具有重要意义[4-7]。在诸多变压器局放检测方法中,超声法被认为是最成熟的方法之一,具有检测灵敏度高、抗电磁干扰能力强、信噪比高等优势[8-9],在变压器局放检测中发挥着重要作用。
对已投入运行的电力变压器而言,超声法主要是通过在设备外壳上安装超声波传感器来检测局放信号。但由于局放超声波信号在变压器内受绕组、铁心等影响会发生折反射现象,其幅值在传播过程中有较大的衰减[10],不同位置的传感器接收的局放信号存在较大的差异,直接影响着检测灵敏度、特征参数计算和局放定位结果。因此,有必要优化传感器的监测点位,提高传感器的感知能力[11],从而实现变压器内部缺陷的准确检测和快速分析。
目前,国内外学者在变压器局放超声波传播特性和传感器优化布局方面做了一些研究。在变压器局放超声波传播特性方面,S N MEITEI等[12]利用有限元软件构建三相变压器二维平面模型,通过仿真得出在变压器内部声速越快的区域声压梯度越大的规律。在此基础上,B HAMIDREZA等[13]构建三相变压器三维模型,仿真发现当局放源在绕组内部时,超声波信号的折反射和衰减更为严重。薛建议等[14]、王赞等[15]通过有限元法对特高压GIS局放超声波传播特性进行分析,结果表明随着传感器到局放源距离的增加,局放超声波信号近似呈指数规律衰减,在经过盆式绝缘子时,衰减更为严重。齐伟强等[16]对变压器局放声压的空间分布和时间分布进行研究,结果表明在变压器内超声波信号传播路径越长,信号幅值衰减越严重。高超飞等[17]、于雷等[18]利用COMSOL软件构建三相变压器模型,对局放超声波信号在变压器内的传播路径进行研究,发现声波初始波峰可以用来分析信号的传播路径,而后面的波峰是经过多次折反射的声波混叠产生的,不能用来判断声波传播路径。上述理论研究确定了超声波在变压器内部的折反射现象、传播路径及信号衰减,为变压器局放的在线监测提供了重要参考,也为超声波传感器的优化监测方案提供了理论依据。
在传感器分布优化方面,段昊等[19]设计了超声-高频电流检测系统,通过在变压器上联合布置超声和高频电流传感器进行局放检测。马君鹏等[20]、律方成等[21]分别设计了9阵元、16阵元共形方形超声阵列传感器,王国利等[22]设计了13阵元L型超声阵列和25阵元十字型超声阵列虚拟扩展使阵元分别达到97个和193个,在局放检测时对噪声有较好的抑制效果。但是,以上方法并未通过局放传播特性给出传感器的优化布局方案。针对检测现场而言,需要在油箱面上找到局放信号较强的区域,优化传感器监测点位,解决超声波法逐点检测的问题[23]。因此,确定变压器油箱面不同位置超声波信号的衰减特性,根据接收超声波信号的强弱对监测区域划分等级仍需进一步探究。
本研究首先采用有限元仿真软件建立油浸式电力变压器模型并对油箱主面进行分区,对变压器内不同位置的局放源进行声场仿真,对比分析各个区域超声波信号的差异。然后,将各个分区声波的时域信号进行快速傅里叶变换,计算各分区信号与局放源信号的频谱相关系数,构建Pearson相关系数数据集,通过K-means聚类算法将区域划分等级,从而确定变压器局放的最佳监测点位。最后,通过实验测试证明该方法的可行性。
局放超声波信号受铁心、绕组以及壳体等部件的影响,在变压器内的传播路径复杂[24]。如图1所示,局放超声波信号传播时主要存在4种现象:①内部直射,当局放源在变压器油中时,部分超声波信号会沿直线传播至外壳;②内部反射,当超声波信号传播至绕组和外壳时,会发生反射的现象;③内部折射,超声波信号传播至绕组和外壳等固体介质时,会发生折射的现象;④波型转换,超声波信号发生折射时会在介质中发生波型转换,纵波会在固体介质中分型出横波,并沿介质继续传播。
超声波信号在变压器内的传播过程中由于散射、折射以及其他物质对声波的吸收,其能量衰减非常严重,主要衰减形式有散射衰减、粘滞衰减、热传导衰减和扩散衰减。总衰减系数a为散射衰减系数as、粘滞衰减系数aη、热传导衰减系数aζ之和[25],如式(1)所示。

由于超声波信号在变压器内的多路径传播及能量衰减现象,在油箱外壳上不同位置传感器接收的信号有很大差异,当传感器靠近绝缘缺陷时,声压信号强,而远离绝缘缺陷时,声压信号弱。为了探究在不同位置局放源的作用下变压器油箱外壳上超声波的传播特性,筛选传感器的最优检测区域,需要构建油浸式变压器简化模型并对监测面进行区域划分。以变压器中心点为原点建立三维坐标系,变压器油箱简化为长方体,内部充满变压器油,铁心简化为圆柱体,铁扼简化为长方体,高低压绕组简化为双层螺旋结构,如图2所示。
变压器各结构材料的属性见表1,简化模型的详细尺寸见表2
在划分区域时,要充分考虑其空间差异性,如果单元面积太大,将会导致区域检测灵敏度降低,准确度不高;如果单元面积过小,将会导致区域间的信号相近,差异性不足,检测时传感器利用率低。因此,确定合适单元区域是十分重要的。图3为局部放电监测示意图。根据图3可知,d0点是局放源到监测面最短的距离,传感器位于d0点时,其声压峰值最大,随着监测点位向两边平移,声压峰值逐渐减小。d0点的声压峰值为Pd0dn点的声压峰值为Pdn,定义声压峰值比γPdnPd0之比,如式(2)所示。

图4为声压峰值比随距离的变化。从图4可知,随着监测点位向两边平移,传感器与局放源的距离增大,声压峰值比γ逐渐减小。当dn为10 cm时,声压峰值比γ为0.500 2,相比d0点,dn点的声压峰值衰减50%左右。当dn大于10 cm时,声压峰值衰减更大。因此,取dn=10 cm为单元区域的边界点,即单元区域边长为20 cm。基于此通过上述计算,将变压器简化模型油箱的xoz面划分为[5×11]区域,如图5所示。
首先,将采集到的超声波时域信号进行快速傅里叶变换,得到各频率的成分xi,j,f并进行归一化处理,归一化公式如式(3)所示。

式(3)中:i为局放源编号;j为分区编号;f为整数倍频;xi,j,minxi,j,max为整数倍频f对应的最小幅值和最大幅值;x*i,j,fxi,j,f归一化后的幅值。
皮尔逊(Pearson)相关系数是使用最广泛的相关性统计量[26],因此选用Pearson相关系数进行研究。归一化后各分区超声波信号X*i,j,f与局放源超声波信号Y*j,f的Pearson相关系数ρi,j,f计算公式如式(4)所示。

式(4)中:k为1 000 Hz的整数倍频;y*i,j,fY*j,f在频率f处的幅值;μx*i,j,fx*i,j,f的均值;μyi,j,f*y*i,j,f的均值。
K-means聚类是有效的无监督学习方法,能够在无任何先验认知的条件下挖掘数据对象的相似性,达到数据分组的目的[27],步骤如下:
(1)首先从Pearson相关系数ρi,j,f的数据集中随机选取1个样本点为聚类中心,计算每个数据和当前聚类中心之间的距离,用D(x)表示;然后,计算每一个数据作为下一个聚类中心的概率为P(x),如式(5)所示;最后选择最大的概率值对应的数据作为下一个簇中心。不断重复上述步骤,初始化K个聚类中心。

(2)计算每个数据与各个初始聚类中心之间的欧氏空间距离,并将每个数据分配到距其最近的聚类中心。欧氏空间距离计算公式如式(6)所示。

式(6)中:n为数据集属性维度;xkyk分别为xy的第k个属性特征。
(3)根据每个数据分配结果,计算每一簇所有数据的中心,得到新的聚类中心。不断重复上述操作,直到满足准则函数为止。
局放脉冲是一种快速脉冲信号,高斯脉冲是研究局放瞬变场常用的激励源[28]。因此,本文选择高斯脉冲作为仿真的局放源模型,高斯脉冲信号时域表达形式如式(7)所示。

式(7)中:A=1 m3/s,为局放脉冲幅值;f0=20 kHz,为局放脉冲频率;t0=50 μs,为脉冲达到峰值需要的时间;t为时间。
局放脉冲声源的时域波形如图6所示。
为实现对变压器局放故障的全方位检测,降低漏检率,提高检测效率,需要在仿真过程中充分考虑局放所有可能出现的位置。根据文献[9-15]的研究结果,变压器局放多发生于固体绝缘材料表面缺陷、内部的气隙及油中气泡处。因此,将10个局放源分别设置在铁心、铁扼、高低压绕组匝间、高低压绕组间的油道及变压器油中,具体位置如图7所示,详细坐标见表3
以PD5源为例,分析变压器空间声压分布和分区声压分布规律,求解时间设置为2 000 μs。
从等值面和多切面两种方式观察得到变压器局放空间声压的时变结果如图8所示。从图8(a)可以看出,局放超声波信号以球面波的波阵面形式向四周传播,在传播时间为100~200 μs时声压幅值快速增大,在传播时间为200 μs时信号已经传播至变压器右侧箱面,在传播时间为500~900 μs时变压器内部空间声压分布迅速发生变化,逐渐充满整个变压器,但是声压幅值逐渐衰减,在传播时间为900 μs后声压幅值变化不明显。声波在铁中的传播速度大约是在油中的3.67倍,在铜中的传播速度大约是在油中的3.42倍,从500~700 μs声压幅值的变化过程可知,在传播时间为700 μs时声波已经覆盖油箱面,而内部声波刚穿过油道还未覆盖1号绕组,因此声速越快的区域声压梯度及变化幅度越大。
在变压器内部设置5个x方向观察平面,得到声压在每个平面上的时变过程如图8(b)所示。在传播时间为100 μs时,对比等值面和多切面图,可以发现局放超声波信号以球面波形式向外部传播过程中,内部声压幅值大约是边缘声压的1 000倍。在传播时间为500~900 μs时,每个平面靠近油箱外壳的声压幅值均小于平面内部声压,说明超声波信号在外壳面上发生折射、反射使声压幅值大幅衰减,而且远大于其在油中的衰减程度。
以各分区的中心点为观测点,观测点测得的超声波信号等效为其分区的超声波信号,从纵向和横向两个方向探究各分区声压的差异性,结果如图9图10所示。从图9可以看出,31~35区开始接收信号的时间大致为176、145、224、267、352 μs,但开始时信号幅值都较小。31~33区均在第2个波形出现最大峰值,34区在第3个波形出现最大峰值,35区则在第4个波形出现最大峰值。其中32区距PD5源最近,声压峰值最大,为3.17×107 Pa;35区距PD5源最远,声压峰值为1.12×107 Pa,在间隔3个分区后,声压最大峰值衰减了64.7%。
31区无绕组影响,32区有绕组影响,对比31区和32区的超声波信号可知,31区第2个波形峰值为3.16×107 Pa,第3个波形峰值为2.91×107 Pa,后者相较于前者衰减了7.91%;然而,32区第2个波形峰值为3.17×107 Pa,第3个波形峰值为1.52×107 Pa,后者相较于前者衰减了52.1%。上述结果表明,距局放源越近,声压波形最大峰值越早出现且数值越大;随着传播距离的增加,超声波信号折反射现象越复杂,导致信号衰减程度越大;最后,各区域后面的声压波形由于直达波、折反射波的叠加影响变得更加复杂。
图10可以看出,27~47区的声压峰值分别为2.90×107、3.17×107、1.05×107、1.22×107、0.94×107 Pa,37区相较于32区的声压峰值衰减了66.9%,42区相较于32区的声压峰值衰减了61.5%。因此,横向分区之间超声波信号声压峰值的衰减程度更大,主要是因为37、42分区在2号与3号绕组中间对应的油箱面附近,两个绕组折反射现象使声波叠加效果更强,分区之间幅值相差更大。
通过对变压器局放空间声压分布及纵向、横向分区声波信号对比分析可知,各个分区监测到的超声信号衰减结果不同。因此,优选传感器布置区域对提高局放信号的检测效率有重要意义。
每个局放源放电后,将各分区采集到的超声波时域信号进行快速傅里叶变换,得到各频率的成分。经过计算,各分区在0~10 kHz间的频谱能量平均占到全频段总能量的99.2%。因此,选取0~10 kHz的频谱数据进行归一化处理,消除分区中心采样点代替分区超声波信号所造成的倍数差异。通过计算并对比各分区超声波信号和局放源信号归一化后的频谱成分占比,探究分区超声波信号和局放源信号之间的关系。以PD1、PD2源为例,PD1源对应选取编号1、6两个距局放源较近和编号28、50两个距局放源较远的分区;PD2源对应选取编号9、13两个距局放源较近和编号24、40两个距局放源较远的分区,对比分析结果见图11
图11可以看出,各分区采集的超声波信号和局放源信号归一化后的频谱成分占比具有一定的相关性:分区距局放源越近,其相关性越强,表征能力越强;分区距局放源越远,其相关性越弱,表征能力越弱。因此,可以通过频谱相关性分析的方法,计算各分区的相关系数,研究各分区信号对局放源的表征能力。
本研究设置10个不同位置的局放源,每个分区都能与10个局放源间计算得到10个Pearson相关系数,代表各分区采集的超声信号与局放源信号之间的频谱相关性,取其均值为该分区的Pearson相关系数均值。Pearson相关系数均值能反映各分区采集的超声波信号对局放源信号的表征能力,各分区相关系数均值如图12所示。由于频谱均为正值,相关系数均值在0~1范围内,其数值越大,表征能力越强;反之,数值越小,表征能力越弱。从图12可以看出,在变压器两个面交界处的分区,超声波容易发生折反射现象,声波幅值衰减明显,相关系数较小,表征能力较差;在绕组边缘且靠近绕组间油道的分区,发生折反射概率相对较小,超声波信号衰减程度小,其相关系数较大,与仿真结果相符。
通过计算,当K=6时,所有参与K-means聚类的指标变量均呈现出显著性(p<0.05),在一定程度上说明本次聚类分组效果较好。1~6组的最终聚类中心值分别为0.83、0.77、0.68、0.73、0.71、0.80,根据最终聚类中心值的大小,将各分区从高到低分为A、B、C、D、E、F 6个等级,分区等级如图13所示。
图13可以看出,在变压器两个面交界处的分区等级较低,靠近绕组间油道的分区等级较高,同仿真结果定性分析和Pearson相关系数定量分析结果相符合,说明该分区的分级结果具有一定的合理性。需要说明的是,该分区等级具有整体性,等级的高低是针对监测变压器内所有可能出现的局放源而言。变压器内发生局放的位置是不确定的,针对某个位置的局放源,距离较近的分区信号最强,但并非该分区等级变强。
通过空间声压分布、分区声压分布、Pearson相关系数计算及K-means聚类分级综合分析可知:无绕组影响的分区相关系数比有绕组影响的分区大,且等级高;靠近绕组间油道的分区等级较高;在变压器两个面交界处的分区相关系数较小,等级较低。
因此,超声波传感器布置点位可以遵循以下原则:①应充分考虑变压器外壳对超声波折反射影响,传感器布置位置尽量远离变压器两个面的交界处;②为了对变压器进行全方位监测,提高监测效率,至少使用4个传感器联合监测,同时要保持传感器分散布置于A、B等级区域。
为了进一步验证本文所提监测点位优化策略的有效性,利用实验室研发的局放在线监测装置进行分区信号检测,局放在线监测装置的采样频率为60 MHz,装置实物图如图14所示。
实验按照PD5源的位置模拟局放信号,分别在27、32、35、47区的中点放置超声波传感器进行采样并通过示波器观察,各分区超声波信号如图15所示。
图15可以看出,纵向分区方面,对比32、35区超声波信号波形图,32区距局放源最近,最大信号峰值为6.64 V,35区距局放源最远,最大信号峰值为2.44 V,相较于前者信号峰值衰减了63.3%。横向分区方面,对比27、32、47区超声波信号波形,27区最大信号峰值为5.20 V,47区最大信号峰值为0.98 V,47区最大信号峰值相较于27区衰减了81.2%,相较于32区衰减了85.2%,信号衰减程度更大,实测结果与仿真结果相符。
按照分区等级表,设置3种超声波传感器布置方案。方案一,选择5个A等级区域;方案二,选择5个B等级区域;方案3,选择5个C等级区域。在变压器内随机100个位置进行模拟局放实验,分别统计各种方案的检测效率,结果见表4
表4可知,方案一的检测效率(86.0%)要明显高于方案二(64.0%)和方案三(37.0%),但是将超声波传感器全部放在A级区域,仍会有一定的漏检率。结果表明通过K-means聚类对油箱外壳分区划分等级能提高传感器的检测效率。
本研究基于变压器局放传播特性及监测点位的优化方法进行了相关仿真和实验研究,主要得到以下结论:
(1)通过对局放超声波传播特性和油箱面声压衰减特性仿真,分析了变压器不同位置外壳区域对超声信号的影响规律。纵向分区对比发现,离局放源最近区域间隔3个分区时,采样信号峰值衰减了64.7%;横向分区对比,有绕组影响时超声波信号的衰减程度更大;距局放源越近,声压波形最大峰值越早出现且数值越大;随着传播距离的增大,各区域声压波形由于直达波、折反射波的叠加影响变得更复杂。
(2)通过频谱相关性分析方法研究,Pearson相关系数能够反映出各分区超声波信号对局放源的表征能力,经计算可知变压器两面交界处折反射现象严重,会影响此处超声波信号的频谱特征,不宜布置超声波传感器。
(3)基于K-means聚类算法对Pearson相关系数数据集进行分组,将变压器油箱xoz面划分为A、B、C、D、E、F 6个等级分区。分别在A、B、C等级区域放置传感器进行对比测试,A等级区域平均检测效率为86.0%,远高于B等级和C等级区域。该优化方法对超声波传感器的布置点位具有一定的参考价值。
