The mechanical properties of insulation pressboard are key factors in modeling the structure of transformer windings. The operating transformer winding is subjected to periodic electromagnetic forces, and the static stress-strain test results cannot characterize the dynamic mechanical properties of insulation pressboard. In this paper, an asymmetric hysteresis model was proposed to study the dynamic mechanical properties of the insulation pressboard under periodic electromagnetic forces, and the model includes not only linear damping and stiffness coefficients, but also nonlinear dynamic stiffness. In the experiment, a pneumatic vibration exciter was used to simulate the amplitude and frequency of the electromagnetic force, and the stress-strain data of the insulation pressboards under different clamping forces was obtained. A multi-objective optimization algorithm based on NSGA-II algorithm was used to train the model parameters. The results show that the stiffness and damping of the insulation pressboard are closely related to the clamping force, and the oil-immersed pressboard has obvious damping characteristics. As the clamping force increases, the dynamic stiffness of the insulation pressboard decreases during the loading and unloading processes. Compared with the amplitude of periodic electromagnetic force, the frequency of periodic electromagnetic force has more significant effect on the mechanical characteristics of insulation pressboard.

绝缘垫块的机械特性是变压器绕组结构建模的关键因素。运行变压器绕组受到周期电磁力作用,静态的应力-应变测试结果无法表征绝缘垫块的动态机械特性。针对周期电磁力下绝缘垫块的动态机械特性,本研究提出了一个非对称的滞回模型,该模型不仅包含线性的阻尼和刚度,还包含非线性的动态刚度。在实验中,利用气动激振器模拟电磁力的幅值和频率,获取不同压紧力下绝缘垫块的应力-应变数据,并利用基于NSGA-II算法的多目标优化算法训练模型参数。结果表明:绝缘垫块的刚度和阻尼均与压紧力存在密切关系,且油浸垫块具有较明显的阻尼特征。随着压紧力的增大,加压和减压过程中绝缘垫块的动态刚度幅值减小。与周期电磁力的幅值相比,其频率对绝缘垫块机械特性的影响更显著。

绝缘垫块的机械特性是变压器绕组结构建模的关键因素。运行变压器绕组受到周期电磁力作用,静态的应力-应变测试结果无法表征绝缘垫块的动态机械特性。针对周期电磁力下绝缘垫块的动态机械特性,本研究提出了一个非对称的滞回模型,该模型不仅包含线性的阻尼和刚度,还包含非线性的动态刚度。在实验中,利用气动激振器模拟电磁力的幅值和频率,获取不同压紧力下绝缘垫块的应力-应变数据,并利用基于NSGA-II算法的多目标优化算法训练模型参数。结果表明:绝缘垫块的刚度和阻尼均与压紧力存在密切关系,且油浸垫块具有较明显的阻尼特征。随着压紧力的增大,加压和减压过程中绝缘垫块的动态刚度幅值减小。与周期电磁力的幅值相比,其频率对绝缘垫块机械特性的影响更显著。

The mechanical properties of insulation pressboard are key factors in modeling the structure of transformer windings. The operating transformer winding is subjected to periodic electromagnetic forces, and the static stress-strain test results cannot characterize the dynamic mechanical properties of insulation pressboard. In this paper, an asymmetric hysteresis model was proposed to study the dynamic mechanical properties of the insulation pressboard under periodic electromagnetic forces, and the model includes not only linear damping and stiffness coefficients, but also nonlinear dynamic stiffness. In the experiment, a pneumatic vibration exciter was used to simulate the amplitude and frequency of the electromagnetic force, and the stress-strain data of the insulation pressboards under different clamping forces was obtained. A multi-objective optimization algorithm based on NSGA-II algorithm was used to train the model parameters. The results show that the stiffness and damping of the insulation pressboard are closely related to the clamping force, and the oil-immersed pressboard has obvious damping characteristics. As the clamping force increases, the dynamic stiffness of the insulation pressboard decreases during the loading and unloading processes. Compared with the amplitude of periodic electromagnetic force, the frequency of periodic electromagnetic force has more significant effect on the mechanical characteristics of insulation pressboard.

变压器作为电网中电能传输的核心设备,在运行过程中受到电、热和机械应力的作用,导致其内部绕组易产生机械结构故障[1]。目前,变压器绕组的状态检测通常采用短路阻抗法和频率响应法[2]。作为一种新兴的在线检测方法,振动法[3-5]在变压器故障诊断领域受到了广泛关注,且在结构状态在线监测方面具有传统方法不具备的优势,例如振动法可在带电状态下实现结构健康监测。但目前绕组结构的非线性建模仍不够完善,缺乏对周期力下绝缘垫块动态机械特性的研究。
在大型电力变压器绕组中,绝缘垫块通常均匀分布在两个线饼之间,其主要作用是电气绝缘和机械支撑。研究者们针对绝缘垫块机械特性与老化程度的关系开展了大量研究[6-7]。文献[8]通过对绝缘垫块施加冲击载荷并分析自由振动衰减响应来测量垫块的动态应力-应变。文献[9]通过循环加压的方式分析了垫块含水量对应力-应变曲线的影响,证明了绝缘垫块在加压和减压过程的应力-应变可用指数方程表示。文献[10]对经不同预处理的绝缘垫块进行压缩实验,并分析卸载后压缩应变值的变化,得出绝缘垫块的厚度与压缩应变成反比,且卸载后绝缘垫块产生的永久变形与加载产生的压缩应变值成正比。文献[11]通过加速老化实验研究老化程度对绝缘垫块机械特性的影响,结果表明绝缘垫块的弹性模量随着老化程度的增加逐渐降低。
绝缘垫块的非线性机械特性是绕组结构建模的关键。当变压器处于运行状态时,绕组在电磁力的作用下产生稳态响应。雷勇等[12]从微观结构角度探究绝缘垫块的机械特性,并研究了绝缘垫块机械特性与变压器轴向压紧力的关系。汲胜昌等[13]对变压器绕组在稳态运行条件下的振动特性进行了仿真计算,结果表明随着压紧力的增加,绝缘垫块的机械特性随之变化,绕组振动特征也随之发生变化。刘宝稳等[14]基于绝缘垫块的非线性特征对绕组的轴向动力学进行了分析。
然而,现有研究普遍采用周期压缩实验来获取绝缘垫块的机械特性,无法正确表征绝缘垫块在周期电磁力下的非线性应力-应变。针对以上不足,本研究对周期电磁力下绝缘垫块的动态机械特性开展理论建模和实验验证,分析压紧力、油浸状态、周期电磁力频率和幅值对绝缘垫块应力-应变的影响。
大型电力变压器的绕组结构如图1所示,绕组由均匀分布的线饼和绝缘垫块组成。为了研究绕组的振动特性,可将绕组结构简化为一个多自由度模型,其中线饼用质量块表示,绝缘垫块简化为阻尼和刚度的组合。
现有研究通常将绝缘垫块等效为无阻尼的非线性弹簧,通过循环加压得到绝缘垫块的应力-应变特性,用式(1)描述[15]

上述方法既没有考虑绝缘垫块应力-应变的滞回特性,也没有考虑阻尼系数。对于运行中的变压器,绕组电流i为正弦波,可由式(3)表示。

作用在任意线饼上的电磁力(f )与绕组电流的平方成正比,如式(4)所示。

由于我国电网频率为50 Hz,电磁力的主要成分频率为100 Hz,在直流偏磁状态下,电流中存在直流成分,根据电流与电磁力的关系可知,电磁力也包含50 Hz分量。根据电磁力数值仿真[16],对于额定电流下的110 kV变压器,如果位于绕组端部的线饼电磁力幅值超过100 N,则累积效应会导致作用在绝缘垫块上的应力大于0.02 MPa。正常条件下,由压紧力引起的绝缘垫块静态应力约5.0 MPa,此时,周期电磁力引起的附加应力变化可以忽略。而当压紧力引起的绝缘垫块静态应力下降到0.5 MPa以下时,周期电磁力作用下应力和应变的非线性关系不能忽视。
绝缘垫块可简化为刚度和阻尼的线性组合,通过对其施加周期激励力σ(t)得到位移响应ε(t),其简化关系可以建模为式(5)

线性模型较简单,但不能处理周期激励下的非线性滞回力。将式(1)在静态工作点(ε0σ0)处进行泰勒展开,得到式(6)

在此基础上,考虑加压和减压过程的非对称性,完整的非对称滞回模型可表示为式(10)。上标“+”和“”分别代表加压过程和减压过程。在(11)中,动态刚度用双曲正切函数表示,瞬时速度用于判断是加压过程还是减压过程。

式(10)~(11)中:无量纲参数B+B-A+A-控制动态刚度的非线性程度和幅值;k+k-c+c-,分别表示加压和减压过程的动态刚度和阻尼。对于给定应力-应变数据,需要识别模型参数X = {k+, c+, A+, B+, k-, c-, A-, B-}。
给定实测的应力和应变数据,需要通过多目标优化算法识别式(10)~(11)中的8个模型参数。NSGA-II算法是应用范围最广的一种多目标遗传算法。该算法的核心是协调各个目标函数的关系,找出使得各个目标函数尽可能达到极值的最优解。本研究需要最小化式(12)式(13)中定义的两个目标函数。O1是应力估计误差的均方根,O2是最大应力的估计误差。

式(12)中:N为样本数;σi为实测应力值;σ^i为模型输出的应力值。
对于多目标优化问题,引入Pareto最优集以获得覆盖所有目标的最优解,也被称为非支配解的集合。假设X1和X2是两个不同个体,如果O1(X1) < O1(X2)且O2(X1) < O2(X2),则X1支配X2。如果个体不受任意其他个体支配,那么这是一个非支配解。非支配排序遗传算法是解决多目标优化问题的有效方法。
图2为NSGA-II算法的流程图。首先,初始化由第一代个体组成的种群。然后执行群体排序过程,根据Pareto支配规则将所有个体分类到不同的等级中。在该步骤中,通过精英策略从整个种群中选择最佳个体,其数量在预定范围内。如果迭代数(Gen)小于预定的最大迭代数,则通过遗传操作继续创建子群体,并再次计算子群体的目标函数。在模型训练中,配置输入参数的上限和下限,实现高效搜索。虽然群体大小和最大迭代次数的增加能够提高模型精度,但是当群体数量大于最佳参数时,性能提升有限。
图3为精英选取后的个体排序。Rank 1的个体是非支配集,用于构成Pareto最优前沿。在非支配解中,拐点通常是最优解,可以等效为Pareto前沿的凸起。I DAS[17]提出了一种标准边界交叉法(NBI)来选择最佳拐点。首先将Pareto最优前沿的端点连在一起,形成一个个体最小凸包(CHIM),然后通过沿法线方向找到离CHIM直线最远的Pareto最优前沿上的点。图3中,虚线表示CHIM,红点表示近似拐点。
实验装置如图4所示。测量对象是堆叠的绝缘垫块,其高度为30 mm。液压顶提供静态压紧力,其作用类似于绕组结构的压紧螺栓。为了模拟绕组压紧力的变化过程,实验中将垫块应力从0.5 MPa增大到4.5 MPa。气动激振器用于模拟动态电磁力。在实验过程中,气动激振器FP-12-M和FP-25-M分别用来产生100 Hz和50 Hz的正弦周期力。
通过不同气压、不同激振器和不同绝缘垫块尺寸(长×宽)的组合来调节绝缘垫块上的不同动态应力,具体配置如表1所示。其中,大绝缘垫块、中绝缘垫块和小绝缘垫块的尺寸分别为40 mm×30 mm、30 mm×30 mm和20 mm×30 mm。表中频率和动态应力表示目标动态应力的频率和幅值。
在实验中,分别利用应力传感器和激光位移传感器采集绝缘垫块的应力和应变,并通过采样频率为10 kHz的数据采集卡记录应力和应变信号。位移传感器分辨率为0.5 μm。应力传感器的测量范围为0~5 kN。
对于大型电力变压器,绝缘垫块浸没在绝缘油中。为了验证绝缘油对绝缘垫块机械特性的影响,将垫块分为两组:油浸绝缘垫块和干式绝缘垫块。干式绝缘垫块采用新的垫块,并放入105℃烘箱中干燥5 h。油浸绝缘垫块在矿物绝缘油中浸泡10 d以上。此外,所有实验都在室温下进行。
以1.0 MPa静态压紧力下的小尺寸油浸绝缘垫块为例,其在100 Hz激励力下的应变和应力时域波形如图5所示。实验中,使用截止频率为600 Hz的低通滤波器消除高频噪声。应变和应力均可视为频率为100 Hz的正弦波。需要注意的是,实测应力包含金属盘的惯性力。
不同压紧力下干式绝缘垫块和油浸绝缘垫块的应力-应变曲线分别如图6图7所示。0.5 MPa和4.0 MPa是两个典型值,分别代表松动和标准压紧力。从图6图7可以看出,由于气动激振器提供的是相同幅值和频率的激励力,所有绝缘垫块的滞回曲线具有相同的应力峰峰值(约0.07 MPa)。相比之下,应变峰峰值随压紧力的增大而快速减小。值得注意的是,当应变变化小于0.1%时,位移的测量会受限于传感器精度和环境噪声,测试结果准确度受到影响。
在实验数据基础上,利用NSGA-II算法训练模型参数,数据集采用油浸绝缘垫块的应力和应变数据,并以线性模型的训练过程为例。根据1.4中介绍的NSGA-II算法,模型参数设置如下:种群规模为128,最大迭代次数为150,交叉率为0.7,变异率为0.4。图8比较了不同压紧力下的Pareto最优前沿,并给出了二维空间中目标函数值O1O2的关系,图中最佳参数点为曲线的拐点。
针对线性模型,图9分析了绝缘垫块阻尼和刚度随压紧力的变化趋势。从图9可以看出,干式绝缘垫块和油浸绝缘垫块在机械特性上存在较大差异。对于干式绝缘垫块,随压紧力的增大,其阻尼变化并不显著,刚度在机械特性中起主导作用。因此,在工程应用中干式绝缘垫块可简化为无阻尼的弹簧。相比之下,随压紧力的增大,油浸绝缘垫块的阻尼变化较显著,其在实际变压器绕组建模中不可忽略。下文以油浸绝缘垫块为主要研究对象。
针对0.5 MPa压紧力下油浸绝缘垫块的应力-应变数据,图10对比了非对称滞回模型与线性模型的识别结果。从图10可以看出,非对称滞回模型的识别结果几乎与实验数据重合,而线性模型的识别结果与实验数据存在差异。其原因是线性模型无法有效处理垫块在加压和减压过程中的非线性动态刚度。图中非对称滞回模型的参数如下:A+=4.0×106B+=1.1×10-5k+=3.4×107 Pa,c+=1.7×104 Pa,A-=3.2×106B-=1.2×10-5k-=3.2×107 Pa,c-=1.5×104 Pa。但由于线性模型具有物理意义明确、易于训练的优点,因此仍适用于工程应用。
根据实验数据训练非对称滞回模型参数,再通过式(11)重构加压和减压过程中的非线性动态刚度。图11比较了不同压紧力下的动态刚度Δk。0.5 MPa、2.0 MPa和4.0 MPa是3个典型的压紧力数值。从图11可以看出,0.5 MPa下的动态刚度数值较大,且动态刚度随应力幅值增加呈现饱和特征。4.0 MPa 下的动态刚度幅值较小,可认为在该压紧力下绝缘垫块的刚度基本体现为静态刚度。2.0 MPa下的动态刚度数值处于0.5 MPa和4.0 MPa下的动态刚度之间。在加压和减压过程中,动态刚度曲线存在差异,该差异在压紧力较大的场景下较显著。
动态刚度体现了绝缘材料的非线性特征,非对称滞回模型中相关参数A+A-B+B-随压紧力的变化如图12所示。其中,系数A体现了动态刚度的幅值特征,系数B体现了模型的非线性特征。从图12可以看出,随着压紧力的增大,动态刚度幅值逐渐减小,在加压和减压过程中其非对称性变得显著。根据tanh函数的数学特性,当压紧力小于1.0 MPa时,系数B快速增大,这表明系统的非线性特征变得显著。这种非对称和非线性的动态刚度特征可为绕组压紧力的状态评价提供诊断信息。
幅值和频率是电磁力的两个主要属性。在上述实验中,气动激振器产生的动态应力的幅值和频率均保持不变。对于运行中的变压器而言,电磁力会随负载发生变化,并且还包含一些谐波分量,因此需要研究动态应力的幅值和频率对油浸绝缘垫块机械特性的影响。在保持气动激振器不变的情况下,通过改变绝缘垫块的面积来调节应力幅值,参照表1中的绝缘垫块规格。图13比较了不同尺寸油浸绝缘垫块在0.5 MPa 压紧力下的应力-应变特征。采用线性模型计算得到小、中、大绝缘垫块的刚度分别为3.2×107、3.4×107、3.2×107 Pa,阻尼分别1.6×104、1.5×104、1.7×104 Pa。
表2列举了不同压紧力下动态应力幅值对非对称滞回模型参数的影响,并选取了绕组建模中最关注的刚度和阻尼。绝缘垫块的面积越大,表示动态应力幅值越小。从表2可以看出,不同尺寸的绝缘垫块不仅具有相近的模型参数,而且在加压和减压过程中呈现一致的不对称性。考虑到测量误差,可认为周期力的幅值对绝缘垫块的机械特性影响较小。
电磁力中50 Hz成分对研究变压器的直流偏磁现象意义重大。为了比较不同频率下的应力-应变特征,选取并分析了50 Hz和100 Hz激励力下的位移响应。图14比较了油浸绝缘垫块在0.5 MPa压紧力和不同频率下的应力-应变曲线,曲线包围的面积(滞回面积)表示一个周期内的损耗,损耗越大,阻尼越大。从图14可以看出,100 Hz下的阻尼明显大于50 Hz下的阻尼。基于线性模型的拟合结果,100 Hz激励力下的刚度和阻尼分别为3.2×107 Pa和1.6×104 Pa。相比之下,50 Hz激励力下的刚度和阻尼更小,分别为1.9×107 Pa 和0.62×104 Pa。
图15比较了不同压紧力下激励力频率对绝缘垫块刚度和阻尼的影响。从图15可以看出,激励力频率的增加会使刚度和阻尼同时增大,其中阻尼的增幅远大于刚度的增幅。这证明绝缘垫块的机械特性不仅与压紧力有关,还与周期激励力的频率密切相关。
本文针对变压器稳态运行中电磁力作用下的绕组结构,研究了绝缘垫块在周期力作用下的机械特性,提出了绝缘垫块的非对称滞回模型,探究了压紧力和激励力对绝缘垫块机械参数的影响,主要得到以下结论:
(1)在周期电磁力作用下,当绝缘垫块压紧力小于1.0 MPa时,加压和减压过程中动态刚度的非线性较显著。随着压紧力的增大,动态刚度呈现明显的非对称性。因此,动态刚度的非线性和非对称性特征可作为绕组压紧力状态的评价指标。
(2)绝缘油对绝缘垫块的机械特性有重要影响。油浸绝缘垫块的刚度和阻尼均比干式绝缘垫块大。随着压紧力的增大,油浸绝缘垫块和干式绝缘垫块的刚度均呈增大趋势。与油浸绝缘垫块相比,干式绝缘垫块的阻尼可忽略。
(3)绝缘垫块的机械特性需考虑周期电磁力的频率和幅值。周期电磁力的幅值对绝缘垫块的刚度和阻尼影响较小。相比之下,周期电磁力频率的增加会使刚度和阻尼变大,其中阻尼变化更显著。因此,在绕组建模中必须考虑激励频率对绝缘垫块机械特性的影响。
