In order to improve the toughness and oil absorption of wet-processed insulating parts such as insulation molding parts and angle rings, strengthen the process operability in the assembly process, and thus improve the operation reliability of transformer, the performance of the cotton pulp composite insulating paper with different raw material ratio was studied. The cotton pulp ratio of the cotton pulp composite insulating paper was determined, and then the finished product was processed and their performance was tested. The results show that the comprehensive performance of the cotton pulp composite insulating paper with 25% volume fraction of cotton pulp is the best, and the corner ring and insulating parts produced by the cotton pulp composite insulating paper have better flexibility and oil absorption.

为提高绝缘成型件、角环等湿法加工绝缘件的韧性及吸油性,加强其装配过程中的工艺可操作性,从而提升变压器的运行可靠性,对不同原料配比棉浆复合绝缘纸的性能进行研究,确定棉浆复合绝缘纸的棉浆比例,然后加工成成品并进行性能测试。结果表明:掺入棉浆体积分数为25%的棉浆复合绝缘纸综合性能最好,使用该原料配比制备的棉浆复合绝缘纸生产的角环、绝缘成型件具有较好的柔韧性及吸油性。

为提高绝缘成型件、角环等湿法加工绝缘件的韧性及吸油性,加强其装配过程中的工艺可操作性,从而提升变压器的运行可靠性,对不同原料配比棉浆复合绝缘纸的性能进行研究,确定棉浆复合绝缘纸的棉浆比例,然后加工成成品并进行性能测试。结果表明:掺入棉浆体积分数为25%的棉浆复合绝缘纸综合性能最好,使用该原料配比制备的棉浆复合绝缘纸生产的角环、绝缘成型件具有较好的柔韧性及吸油性。

In order to improve the toughness and oil absorption of wet-processed insulating parts such as insulation molding parts and angle rings, strengthen the process operability in the assembly process, and thus improve the operation reliability of transformer, the performance of the cotton pulp composite insulating paper with different raw material ratio was studied. The cotton pulp ratio of the cotton pulp composite insulating paper was determined, and then the finished product was processed and their performance was tested. The results show that the comprehensive performance of the cotton pulp composite insulating paper with 25% volume fraction of cotton pulp is the best, and the corner ring and insulating parts produced by the cotton pulp composite insulating paper have better flexibility and oil absorption.

绝缘材料性能的稳定性直接影响着变压器的运行寿命,电力变压器高压绕组到铁轭间的电场分布是变压器电场分布的重要考核部分。由于铁轭的不对称性,该处电场也是不对称电场,因此绝缘角环及绝缘成型件在端部电场中起到关键作用[1-3]
目前,国内主要绝缘件生产厂家均采用100%进口未漂硫酸盐针叶木浆为原材料,通过磨浆、湿抄等工艺制成湿纸坯,最终制成绝缘成型件。该类型的绝缘成型件具有较好的电气性能与力学性能,但其柔韧性和吸油性较差,不随形,在装配过程中,尤其在出线角环装配环节具有一定的工艺难度,影响装配尺寸,易出现折断等情况[4]。国内外学者对纤维素绝缘纸的性能调控进行了大量研究[5-10],刘贵德[10]通过对纸业展会和瑞士魏德曼提供给西安变压器股份有限公司的成型绝缘件材料和实物进行观察,发现其中含有白色添加物。棉纤维具有扁平带状、不透明、扭曲、明显条纹、上尖下圆、细胞壁薄等特性;针叶木浆纤维具有扁平带状、细胞壁薄、中腔宽、壁上有纹孔等特性,通过对比纤维形态确定白色添加物为棉浆,初步认为棉浆的加入有利于提高绝缘成型件的柔韧性和吸油性。
本文利用实验室搭建的绝缘纸板制造平台,对针叶木浆掺入不同配比的棉浆进行研究,分析不同原料配比下棉浆复合绝缘纸的各项性能指标,明确棉浆复合绝缘纸原料的最优配比,并对棉浆复合绝缘纸加工的出线角环成品进行性能测试。
选取甲基纤维素质量分数为98%且耐折度大于1 500次的棉浆粕与针叶木浆为原材料,通过实验室绝缘纸板制造平台制备试样。具体步骤如下:①将棉浆与木浆分别浸泡12 h,并完成疏解、磨浆,通过调整磨浆时间和磨浆压力等参数,将两种浆料打磨至叩解度为32°~35°SR,磨浆过程中两种浆料质量分数控制为3.8%~4.5%;②将磨好的湿浆料通过去离子水调整至质量分数为3%,然后将两种浆料按不同体积比例进行混合,棉浆混合体积分数为22%~28%;③将混合后的纸浆悬浮液充分搅拌均匀,倒入抄造设备中,再次均匀混合后静置脱水,得到湿纸坯;④将湿纸坯小心转移至导热良好的试验热压机中,利用热压设备进行抽真空热压,热压温度为110℃,真空度为100 Pa,热压时间为10 min,得到干燥的棉浆复合绝缘纸,做好标记后置于干燥皿内密封保存,以供后续试验使用。
将棉浆复合绝缘纸试样悬挂在压力为1 kPa、温度为(10±5)℃的真空箱中24 h,然后缓慢解除真空,在干燥器中冷却试样并称量每片试样的质量m1,再次将试样悬挂在真空箱内,将温度升高至70~90℃,压力降低至1 kPa以下,保持至少1 h。然后将符合IEC 60296:2003要求并已预热至70~90℃的变压器油以足够慢的速度注入真空箱内的试样中,并确保真空箱压力维持在1.5 kPa以内。当试样被变压器油完全淹没时,缓慢解除真空并关闭加热。试样在油中浸渍6 h后取出,并用吸油纸吸干余油,称量试样的质量m2,按式(1)计算试样的吸油率w

电气强度按照GB/T 1408.1—2016相关要求进行测试。每种试样测量5次,取中值作为电气强度最终结果。
抗张强度按照GB/T 12914—2008相关要求,采用CMT-5504型电子万能试验机进行测试,根据标准规定,将试样剪切至宽度为(15±0.1)mm,长度为200 mm,对每种试样测量10次,取中值作为抗张强度最终结果。
撕裂指数为纸张的撕裂度与其定量的比值。根据GB/T 455—2002相关要求,采用爱利门道夫撕裂度仪进行检测,检测前试样按照GB/T 10739—2002相关要求进行温湿处理。每种试样检测5次,取平均值作为撕裂指数最终结果。
表1为不同原料配比棉浆复合绝缘纸试样的基础理化性能。从表1可以看出,随着棉浆含量的增加,棉浆复合绝缘纸的紧度不断降低,厚度、水分含量、灰分、水萃取液pH值及收缩率没有明显的规律性变化。
由于棉浆本身的紧度比木浆的紧度小,随着棉浆含量的提高,棉浆复合绝缘纸的紧度不断降低;而其他理化性能参数主要与绝缘纸的生产工艺有关,本研究中试制工艺均控制在同一水平,并且棉浆的含量变化较小,故其他理化性能参数变化较小。表中各棉浆复合绝缘纸试样的紧度均小于普通绝缘纸正常值,这是由于实验室抽真空热压时,压力远小于绝缘纸生产时的压力,此处仅做变化趋势参考。
吸油率直接影响油纸绝缘系统整体的安全性,不同原料配比棉浆复合绝缘纸试样的吸油率测试结果如图1所示。
图1可以看出,棉浆复合绝缘纸的吸油率随掺入棉浆含量的增加而持续上升。这是由于绝缘纸的吸油率与其孔隙率成正比,与毛细管阻力成反比,棉浆纤维较木浆纤维具有更小的纤维直径和更大的纤维长度,棉浆的添加使复合材料的孔隙率更大、毛细管阻力更小。
电气强度是绝缘材料重要的电气性能指标之一,其体现绝缘材料的绝缘能力,电气强度越大,绝缘能力越强。对掺入不同原料配比棉浆复合绝缘纸在油中的电气强度进行测试,结果如图2所示。从图2可以看出,棉浆复合绝缘纸在油中的电气强度随掺入棉浆含量的增加而上升,但上升至最大值后,油中电气强度随着棉浆含量的继续增加而下降。当棉浆的体积分数为25%时,棉浆复合绝缘纸的油中电气强度最大,为57.9 kV/mm。
由前文可知,随棉浆含量的增加,棉浆复合绝缘材料的吸油率提高。在击穿试验中,试样为油纸复合绝缘系统,由于变压器油的介电常数约为复合绝缘纸的一半,根据交流电场下复合绝缘的场强分布与介电常数成反比,可以得出吸油率更高的复合绝缘纸电气强度也更高[11];同时由于棉浆纤维较木浆纤维具有更大的长径比,成型后绝缘纸中含有更多的纤维间隙,根据固体击穿理论,固体绝缘材料的本征电气强度与载流子数量和晶格缺陷有关,棉浆纤维的特性使棉浆复合绝缘纸有可能形成更多的导电通道,更易发生本征击穿,因此具有更低的电气强度。基于以上两个原因,棉浆复合绝缘纸的电气强度呈现随棉浆掺入含量的增加先上升后下降的规律。
抗张强度是体现绝缘纸力学性能的重要指标之一,其反映绝缘纸的抗拉伸性能,抗张强度越大,绝缘纸的抗拉伸性能越好。对棉浆复合绝缘纸进行抗张强度测试,结果如图3所示。从图3可以看出,棉浆复合绝缘纸的抗张强度随着掺入棉浆含量的增加而持续下降。当棉浆体积分数为22%时,棉浆复合绝缘纸的抗张强度为45.62 MPa;当棉浆体积分数为28%时,抗张强度为41.86 MPa。抗张强度主要受纤维本身强度和纤维结合强度的影响[12],由于棉浆纤维本身的强度约为木浆纤维的一半,而在相同的打浆、抄造和热压条件下,纤维的结合强度几乎不会受到影响,因此随棉浆掺入含量的增加,棉浆复合绝缘纸的抗张强度减小。
撕裂指数主要反映材料的抗撕裂强度,不同原料配比棉浆复合绝缘纸试样的撕裂指数测试结果如图4所示。
图4可以看出,棉浆复合绝缘纸的撕裂指数随掺入棉浆含量的增加没有明显的变化规律,撕裂指数在18.025~21.359 mN·m2/g间波动,其中当棉浆体积分数为24%时,棉浆复合绝缘纸的撕裂指数最小,为18.025 mN·m2/g;当棉浆体积分数为25%时,撕裂指数最大,达到21.359 mN·m2/g。纸张的撕裂强度受纤维长度、纤维强度、纤维数量、纤维的结合强度等多种因素影响,棉浆的掺入对各个因素均会产生一定的影响,且纸张撕裂度测试的不确定度较大[13],故可认为本研究中棉浆复合绝缘纸的撕裂强度在一定水平内波动,可能是棉浆掺入含量变化较小,不能体现出规律性的变化。
制作成型件时,线圈中部引出线所使用的成型件一侧围在线圈上,形状为开口圆弧形,半径为R,另一侧为筒型,直径为d,烘干脱模后,半径R易发生变化,示意图如图5所示。
通过对实验室制作的绝缘成型件检测结果分析,当棉浆体积分数为25%时,棉浆复合绝缘纸的各项性能指标较好。利用相同的中部引出线用绝缘件成型模具,采用两种不同的上料方式,对比以棉浆体积分数为25%的棉浆复合绝缘纸以及100%木浆的绝缘纸为原材料生产的成型绝缘件脱模后的变形量,结果如表2所示。
由于湿纸坯在抄造过程中会有纤维取向的情况,纤维主要沿湿纸坯纵向排列,这会导致绝缘纸的纵向和横向收缩率产生差异。从表2可以看出,棉浆的掺入可以有效减小绝缘成型件脱模后的变形量;在上料方式为横向沿直径切线方向时,变形量最小,仅为8.2%,较100%木浆绝缘纸成型件的变形量(17.6%)降低了53.4%,更加便于产品的安装使用。
利用本研究工艺制备的棉浆体积分数为25%的棉浆复合绝缘纸来生产成型件,并对其进行测试。结果发现,所得棉浆复合绝缘纸成型件的外观无异常,经X光检测其内部无分层开裂情况,根据JB/T 8318—2007《变压器用成型绝缘件技术条件》对其进行综合性能测试,结果如表3所示。
表3可以看出,棉浆复合绝缘纸成型件的各项检测指标均符合标准要求,其中抗张强度达到了34.78 MPa,伸长率为3.82%,油中电气强度为26.78,吸油率为75.50%。表明棉浆复合绝缘纸生产的成型件在满足标准要求的同时具有更好的柔韧性及吸油性,可加强装配过程中的工艺可操作性,提升变压器的运行可靠性。
(1)随着棉浆掺入含量的增加,棉浆复合绝缘纸的紧度不断降低,厚度、水分含量、灰分、pH值及收缩率没有明显的规律性变化。
(2)随着棉浆掺入含量的增加,棉浆复合绝缘纸的吸油率不断上升,抗张强度不断下降,电气强度在棉浆体积分数为25%时达到最大,而撕裂指数不受棉浆掺入量的影响。
(3)使用棉浆复合绝缘纸生产的绝缘成型件脱模后变形量明显优于100%木浆绝缘纸生产的绝缘成型件,且上料方式为横向沿直径切线方向时,其变形量最小,各项性能均满足标准要求,同时具有更好的柔韧性和吸油性。
综上,掺入棉浆体积分数为25%的棉浆复合绝缘纸板综合性能最好,使用该原料配比制备的棉浆复合绝缘纸生产成型件能够提升其柔韧性及吸油性,加强其装配过程中的工艺可操作性,从而提升变压器的运行可靠性。
