Compared with mineral insulating oil, natural ester has the advantages of higher ignition point, better degradability, and can delay the thermal ageing rate of insulating paper, so natural esters are receving extensive attention as liquid insulating medium for extending the life of transformers or improving short term overload capacity. In this paper, we used rapeseed oil, which accounted for a large proportion of cooking oil in China, to prepare rapeseed oil based natural esters, and the accelerated thermal ageing characteristics of insulating paper with different water contents in rapeseed oil based natural ester and mineral oil were investigated. The effect of oxygen on the accelerated thermal ageing characteristics of insulating paper in the two different insulating liquids was studied. The experimental results show that at the same temperature, water content is the main factor affecting the thermal ageing rate of insulating paper, and oxygen will reduce the inhibitory effect of rapeseed oil based natural esters on the thermal ageing rate of insulating paper with low water content. Combined with the measured data of specific strength and degree of polymerization of insulating paper during thermal ageing in insulating liquid, a kinetic model of cellulose decomposition reaction rate of insulating paper considering the influence of water content and oxygen was established. The model can be used to predict the thermal ageing process of insulating paper in insulating liquids.

天然酯较矿物绝缘油具有燃点高、可降解性好并且能延缓绝缘纸热老化速率等优点,作为提升变压器寿命或短时过载能力的液体绝缘介质正受到广泛关注。本文选取我国食用油中占比较大的菜籽油作为基油制备天然酯绝缘液,通过试验比较不同含水量绝缘纸在菜籽油基天然酯和矿物油中的加速热老化特性,并研究了氧气对绝缘纸在两种不同绝缘液中的加速热老化特性的影响。结果表明:在相同温度下,含水量是影响绝缘纸热老化速率的主要因素,氧气会降低菜籽油基天然酯对低含水量绝缘纸热老化速率的抑制作用。结合绝缘纸在绝缘液热老化过程中比强度与聚合度的实测数据,导出得到考虑含水量和氧气影响的绝缘纸纤维素分解反应数学模型,应用该模型可以对绝缘纸在绝缘液中的热老化过程和寿命进行预测。

天然酯较矿物绝缘油具有燃点高、可降解性好并且能延缓绝缘纸热老化速率等优点,作为提升变压器寿命或短时过载能力的液体绝缘介质正受到广泛关注。本文选取我国食用油中占比较大的菜籽油作为基油制备天然酯绝缘液,通过试验比较不同含水量绝缘纸在菜籽油基天然酯和矿物油中的加速热老化特性,并研究了氧气对绝缘纸在两种不同绝缘液中的加速热老化特性的影响。结果表明:在相同温度下,含水量是影响绝缘纸热老化速率的主要因素,氧气会降低菜籽油基天然酯对低含水量绝缘纸热老化速率的抑制作用。结合绝缘纸在绝缘液热老化过程中比强度与聚合度的实测数据,导出得到考虑含水量和氧气影响的绝缘纸纤维素分解反应数学模型,应用该模型可以对绝缘纸在绝缘液中的热老化过程和寿命进行预测。

Compared with mineral insulating oil, natural ester has the advantages of higher ignition point, better degradability, and can delay the thermal ageing rate of insulating paper, so natural esters are receving extensive attention as liquid insulating medium for extending the life of transformers or improving short term overload capacity. In this paper, we used rapeseed oil, which accounted for a large proportion of cooking oil in China, to prepare rapeseed oil based natural esters, and the accelerated thermal ageing characteristics of insulating paper with different water contents in rapeseed oil based natural ester and mineral oil were investigated. The effect of oxygen on the accelerated thermal ageing characteristics of insulating paper in the two different insulating liquids was studied. The experimental results show that at the same temperature, water content is the main factor affecting the thermal ageing rate of insulating paper, and oxygen will reduce the inhibitory effect of rapeseed oil based natural esters on the thermal ageing rate of insulating paper with low water content. Combined with the measured data of specific strength and degree of polymerization of insulating paper during thermal ageing in insulating liquid, a kinetic model of cellulose decomposition reaction rate of insulating paper considering the influence of water content and oxygen was established. The model can be used to predict the thermal ageing process of insulating paper in insulating liquids.

酯基绝缘油是分子中具有酯键(-COO-)的绝缘液,根据分子结构,大致分为合成酯、天然酯和植物油改性酯3种类型,其中大部分是以植物种子提取的植物油为基础油合成的脂肪酸酯[1]。天然酯比矿物油具有更高的相对介电常数,与绝缘纸的介电常数更接近,从而能改善油浸纸绝缘中油隙的场强分布[2]。文献[3]报道了变压器在高温运行下,天然酯的运动黏度会急剧降低,从而可以改善变压器在短时过负载工况下的冷却性能。此外,天然酯不仅具有矿物绝缘油无法比拟的生物降解特性,还具有高闪点和延缓绝缘纸老化速率等特性[4]。采用天然酯作为绝缘液的变压器在海外已有20余年的运行经验。近年来国内基于大豆油、菜籽油等原料加工的天然酯绝缘液正在迈向商业化应用[5-6]。据统计,海外使用天然酯作为绝缘液的变压器已超过50万台,IEC发布了变压器中关于天然酯质量和运维的相关标准[7-8]。而国内也正在加速开展天然酯绝缘液的生产和应用相关的标准化工作,预计未来将扩大应用范围[9]
在氮气密封下,绝缘纸在单酯绝缘油中的热老化寿命较矿物绝缘油中长,而在空气密封下,两者较为接近。天然酯对于极性物质(尤其是酸性物质)的结合能力优于矿物油,一定程度上延缓了绝缘纸的老化。油-纸绝缘系统含水量较高时,绝缘液与绝缘纸之间的水分转移可以忽略不计,绝缘液与绝缘纸中含水量的变化趋势趋于一致。天然酯能通过吸收水分、消耗水分和水解保护等方式减少绝缘纸中的水分含量,从而使绝缘纸老化速度减缓,且天然酯中微水含量最大值随老化温度升高而增大[10]
使用天然酯抑制绝缘纸热老化对变压器的寿命延长是有利的。但变压器的密封类型和运行环境不同,绝缘纸氧化和水解的相互作用过程也不相同。因此,有必要将氧气和绝缘纸中的含水量与油浸绝缘纸老化相关的关键因素作为参数来检验天然酯对绝缘纸的热老化抑制作用。考虑到我国油菜籽与大豆的产量相当,与西方国家相比菜籽油在我国食用油中的占比更高,本文选取菜籽油基天然酯作为试验对象,考虑绝缘纸在菜籽油基天然酯(以下简称天然酯)和矿物油中热老化的环境因素(氧气、绝缘纸含水量),通过试验研究天然酯在不同环境因素下对绝缘纸的热老化抑制效果。
试验油样为克拉玛依25#矿物油和菜籽油基天然酯(VinsOil公司),试验纸样为魏德曼新型绝缘纸。
将绝缘纸卷成条状放入50 mL样本瓶中,经真空干燥(100 Pa,90℃,48 h)后用硫酸调湿法将绝缘纸的含水量调节至设定值。将脱水并经饱和吸气(空气和氮气各120个样本)的油样注入样本瓶(油与纸的质量比为20∶1),再用耐高温密封圈和铝盖加以密封。氮气密封样本瓶的注油和密封均在氮气置换的通风柜操作。将制备好的样本瓶置于不锈钢罐中,分别在放置空气密封样本瓶和氮气密封样本瓶的不锈钢罐中充入空气和氮气,再将不锈钢罐用氟橡胶垫圈密封。最后在恒温箱中进行加热,定时从不锈钢罐中取出样本瓶,放入25℃的恒温箱中静置24 h后取出绝缘纸,进行比强度、绝缘液含水量和酸值的测定。表1为油纸绝缘加速热老化的条件。
油中含水量采用 AQ-300型微量水分测量仪(HIRANUMA公司)依据 GB/T 7600—2014进行测量;油浸纸的含水量(初始值为0.5%)按照DL/T 449—2015采用AQ-300型微量水分测量仪(HIRANUMA公司)进行测量;拉伸强度按照GB/T 12914—2018采用34SC-05型材料试验机(Instron公司)进行测量;酸值采用COM-A19型自动滴定仪(HIRANUMA公司)依据GB/T 264—1983进行测量。
绝缘纸的比强度是反映其寿命的重要参数,一般认为比强度降至其初始值的50%时,即认为绝缘纸到达寿命终点。比强度σ随时间t的变化如式(1)所示。

式(1)中:A为常数,纤维素绝缘纸取值为180;B为表征温度、含水量和活化能对老化速率影响的系数,是温度的指数函数。
绝缘纸的聚合度(DP)是表征纤维素分子链长短的参数。纤维素链的裂解是由-CH2-OH打断糖苷键引发的,在进一步引发糖苷键断裂之前,端基会重新排列,产生左旋葡聚糖[11]。该机制表明纤维素的降解是通过形成左旋葡聚糖链端基,然后裂解形成左旋葡聚糖分子,从而降低纤维素的聚合度[12]
与纤维素多糖链末端附近的断裂相比,链中间的糖苷断裂对聚合度的影响更大。如果链长与比强度相关,则可以通过聚合度表征绝缘纸的强度,即绝缘纸的老化状况及其最终寿命。由于DP测试样本比较容易从变压器中采得,DP更常用于衡量绝缘纸的寿命。为了将比强度换算为聚合度,根据阿伦尼乌斯(Arrhenius)方程的不定积分形式可得式(2)

式(2)中:ρ为聚合度;k1是纤维素分子键断裂的初始速率;k2k1的变化率,k1k2随温度变化的规律符合Arrhenius方程。
式(2)中聚合度ρ积分可得:

式(3)的通解可表达为式(4),即绝缘纸在热老化过程中聚合度与比强度的换算关系式。

式(4)中,k3是常数,不随温度等试验条件变化,仅取决于绝缘纸的材料。
根据含水量为0.5%的天然酯绝缘油浸纸在空气密封下进行120℃热老化的试验数据,拟合得到式(4)的曲线如图1所示,其中k1=20 000,k2=4,k3=225。图23中125℃预测值下的聚合度均是通过公式(1)计算得出比强度后,由公式(4)换算得到的理论聚合度。
大多数聚合物的分解反应速率随温度每升高 2℃~25℃而加倍,具体温度取决于分解物的活化能。而油浸纸的热老化温度每升高 6~10℃,其寿命减半。在油中老化的纤维素活化能为85~120 kJ/mol[13]。本文采用的绝缘纸平均活化能为118 kJ/mol。
当加速老化温度高于140℃时,绝缘纸分解速率增加的原因主要是纤维素的热解。当加速老化温度低于140℃时,绝缘纸分解速率增加的主要原因则是纤维素的水解。即式(1)中正比于活化能的指数因子B和反映环境的参数A变化,绝缘纸的分解速率均将显著增加。
图2为空气密封下不同含水量的绝缘纸在120、130、140℃加速热老化下的聚合度随时间的变化。从图2可以看出,空气密封下,由于氧气参与油浸绝缘纸的热老化反应,尽管天然酯抑制了绝缘纸的水解反应,然而老化速率仍未能降低。从图2(a)(c)中各组老化曲线的斜率可见,随着绝缘纸含水量的增加,绝缘纸热解、水解和氧化反应造成的聚合度下降速率均增大。这表明在空气密封下,绝缘纸在绝缘液中的分解反应机制具有协同效应,绝缘纸的含水量不是影响老化速率的唯一因素。
图3为在氮气密封下,不同含水量的绝缘纸在120、130、140℃下经历加速热老化后的聚合度随时间的变化。
通过图3图2比较可以发现,天然酯中绝缘纸在氮气密封下的老化速率普遍低于矿物油,随绝缘纸的含水量由0.5%、2%升至4%,天然酯与矿物油中绝缘纸因热老化造成的聚合度下降速率差异逐渐减小。根据图3(c)中140℃下的试验结果,通过阿伦尼乌斯方程计算可知,绝缘纸在天然酯中的纤维素分解反应速率常数约为矿物油中的60%。由此可见,氮气密封条件下天然酯在高温高湿条件下抑制绝缘纸老化的效果更明显。在空气密封下由于氧气的协同作用,导致绝缘纸的老化比在氮气密封下更严重。对比图2(a)图3(a),氧气密封下的纤维素分解反应速率常数(125℃下)约是氮气密封下的一倍。而在氧化反应因素较小的氮气密封下,温度和水分(绝缘纸水解)对绝缘纸热老化的影响占主导,从老化特性曲线的分段斜率上表现为天然酯中绝缘纸的老化以热解为主。
基于氮气密封下含水量为4%的绝缘纸的加速热老化试验结果(聚合度降至200即认为绝缘纸到达寿命终点),通过阿伦尼乌斯公式计算得到在最高绕组温度95℃下的绝缘纸寿命,结果发现在天然酯中的绝缘纸寿命较矿物油中延长了约2倍。但要注意变压器在实际运行中绕组的温度和绕组绝缘纸中的含水量是随运行条件变化的,该计算未考虑这些因素,因此不能简单地用该方法预测变压器的绝缘寿命。
随着温度升高,绝缘纸中的含水量越高,则由绝缘纸迁移到绝缘液中的水分越多。天然酯的高吸湿性使油-纸间的水分平衡在高温下向油倾斜的概率较矿物油大,使得绝缘纸中的水分更易迁移到天然酯中,从而抑制了绝缘纸的水解。因此在氮气密封下(图3)温度和绝缘纸的含水量越高,天然酯中的绝缘纸聚合度下降速率越缓慢。
与氮气密封相比,空气密封下天然酯对低温低含水量的绝缘纸老化抑制作用不明显。这是因为低含水量的绝缘纸可向天然酯迁移的水分本来就有限,加之空气中的氧气使得绝缘纸的氧化反应被促进,因此天然酯吸湿性强的优势在低含水量绝缘纸的热老化抑制中难以得到有效发挥,使得天然酯与绝缘纸之间的水分迁移效果在高含水量绝缘纸中更为显著。
采用式(1)式(4)可计算出含水量为0.1%的绝缘纸在天然酯绝缘液中的寿命:在80℃下寿命为500年,在90℃下寿命为150年,在100℃下寿命为50年。而油中若含有0.5%的水,绝缘纸的寿命会缩短:在80℃下寿命为70年,在90℃下寿命为30年,在100℃下寿命为15年。
图2(a)图3(a)的试验和计算结果可见,在含水量为0.5%、老化温度为120℃的条件下,氧气会加速绝缘纸在天然酯和矿物油中的老化速率。但随着含水量和老化温度的增加,氧气对绝缘纸老化速率的影响逐渐减弱。
结合式(1)可知,绝缘纸的潜在氧化将极大地影响指数前因子A,在氮气密封下绝缘纸和绝缘液中的任何残余氧气都会显著影响参数AB。比较图2(a)图3(a)中125℃预测值的斜率可见,氮气密封下(绝缘液中的氧气含量可保持在2 000 mg/L以下)绝缘纸的分解速率是空气密封下(绝缘液中的氧气含量可达30 000 mg/L)的50%。若采用半透膜等措施将氧气含量降低到300 mg/L以下,理论上可将绝缘纸的分解速率降低一个数量级。因此,隔绝氧气对延长天然酯中的绝缘纸寿命十分重要。
本文通过试验比较了不同含水量绝缘纸在矿物油和天然酯中的加速热老化特性,并考虑了氧气对天然酯抑制绝缘纸热老化的影响。基于试验结果建立了温度、含水量和氧气协同作用下绝缘纸纤维素在热老化过程中分解反应的数学模型,最后对绝缘纸的寿命进行了预测,得到如下结论:
(1)不同含水量绝缘纸的比强度试验数据显示,氧气会降低菜籽油基天然酯对低含水量绝缘纸热老化速率的抑制作用。在氮气密封下,与矿物油相比,绝缘纸的含水量和温度越高,天然酯对绝缘纸的热老化抑制作用越显著。
(2)基于加速热老化试验数据,结合阿伦尼乌斯方程得到了比强度与聚合度的关系式。应用该关系式能实现天然酯中绝缘纸热老化后比强度值与聚合度值之间的换算,使不同测试方法取得的数据可以进行比较。
