The natural ester insulating oil transformer has advantages such as green environmental protection and strong overload capacity, which is an important development direction for the high-voltage and large capacity power transformer. The compatibility between insulating oil and insulating paint has a significant impact on the transformer design and operation maintenance. In this paper, the vegetable insulating oil and insulating paint materials were conducted thermal ageing experiments, and the compatibility between insulating oil and six commonly used insulating paint materials for power transformers was studied. The characteristic changes in the kinematic viscosity, moisture content, acid value, dielectric loss, breakdown voltage, and gas chromatography of natural ester insulating oil before and after thermal ageing were observed and analyzed. The results show that the structural integrity and functional stability of the insulating paint sheet remain good. Except for the kinematic viscosity, the physicochemical and electrical properties of the natural ester insulating oil have changed after ageing, but there is no significant deterioration. The dissolved gas content increases significantly after thermal ageing, and the gas chromatography results show good compatibility between insulating oil and insulating paint.

天然酯绝缘油变压器具有绿色环保、过载能力强等优势,是高压大容量电力变压器的重要发展方向,其中绝缘油与绝缘漆材料的相容性对变压器设计与运维具有重要影响。本文对天然酯绝缘油-绝缘漆材料开展热老化试验,研究天然酯绝缘油与6种电力变压器常用绝缘漆的相容性,观察并分析热老化前后天然酯绝缘油的运动黏度、水分含量、酸值、介质损耗、击穿电压以及气相色谱等特性的变化。结果表明:热老化后绝缘漆片的结构完整性和功能稳定性保持良好;除运动黏度外,热老化后天然酯绝缘油的理化与电气特性均有所改变,但未出现明显劣化;油中溶解气体含量在热老化后增加明显,气相色谱结果显示油-漆的相容性良好。

天然酯绝缘油变压器具有绿色环保、过载能力强等优势,是高压大容量电力变压器的重要发展方向,其中绝缘油与绝缘漆材料的相容性对变压器设计与运维具有重要影响。本文对天然酯绝缘油-绝缘漆材料开展热老化试验,研究天然酯绝缘油与6种电力变压器常用绝缘漆的相容性,观察并分析热老化前后天然酯绝缘油的运动黏度、水分含量、酸值、介质损耗、击穿电压以及气相色谱等特性的变化。结果表明:热老化后绝缘漆片的结构完整性和功能稳定性保持良好;除运动黏度外,热老化后天然酯绝缘油的理化与电气特性均有所改变,但未出现明显劣化;油中溶解气体含量在热老化后增加明显,气相色谱结果显示油-漆的相容性良好。

The natural ester insulating oil transformer has advantages such as green environmental protection and strong overload capacity, which is an important development direction for the high-voltage and large capacity power transformer. The compatibility between insulating oil and insulating paint has a significant impact on the transformer design and operation maintenance. In this paper, the vegetable insulating oil and insulating paint materials were conducted thermal ageing experiments, and the compatibility between insulating oil and six commonly used insulating paint materials for power transformers was studied. The characteristic changes in the kinematic viscosity, moisture content, acid value, dielectric loss, breakdown voltage, and gas chromatography of natural ester insulating oil before and after thermal ageing were observed and analyzed. The results show that the structural integrity and functional stability of the insulating paint sheet remain good. Except for the kinematic viscosity, the physicochemical and electrical properties of the natural ester insulating oil have changed after ageing, but there is no significant deterioration. The dissolved gas content increases significantly after thermal ageing, and the gas chromatography results show good compatibility between insulating oil and insulating paint.

变压器是电网的重要组成部分之一,担负着电压变换与能量传输的重任。绝缘材料对于保证变压器的安全性和使用寿命至关重要,其中绝缘油是电力变压器的关键材料之一,对保持绝缘性能和延长变压器使用寿命起着重要作用。近年来,天然酯绝缘油变压器因具有过载能力强、防火安全性高以及环保性能好等特点,得到了广泛的研究和应用[1-3],尤其是对于特殊环境下的应用领域,如海上风电变压器、移动式变电站、牵引整流变压器、水电站励磁变压器(发电机变压器)等。研究表明,天然酯绝缘油比矿物油具有更高的闪点及燃点、更好的安全防火性能和电气绝缘特性,同时拥有优异的天然降解能力,还可以有效延长变压器绝缘材料的寿命[4]。总体上,天然酯在环保、完全生物降解性和无毒性上远胜矿物油,具备碳平衡的可持续性。绝缘油与其他变压器材料的相容性是影响变压器绝缘性能的关键因素[5]。I ATANASOVA-HOHLEIN[6]阐述了测试材料相容性的必要性以及材料不相容导致的系列后果,指出不相容的材料可能会影响绝缘油的介电性能,从而影响绝缘油的理化与电气绝缘性能,或产生特征气体,干扰油中气体的分析判断。巩智利等[7]对油冷型电动汽车电机用绝缘材料漆包圆线、漆包扁线、浸渍树脂、橡胶密封材料与自动变速箱油(ATF)的相容性进行了研究,结果表明漆包圆线、漆包扁线、浸渍树脂与ATF具有良好的相容性,而丙烯酸酯橡胶在试验过程中性能劣化明显,不符合密封材料的性能要求。M MUZIK等[8]研究了电缆扎带、橡胶垫片等材料与菜籽油基天然酯绝缘油的相容性,讨论了油品的介电常数、电阻率、耗散系数、黏度的变化,证明了不同变压器材料与菜籽油基油之间存在不同的相互作用,指出设计使用新型绝缘液之前,所有使用的材料都需要进行材料相容性测试。因此,在选择变压器绝缘油时,必须考虑变压器材料与绝缘油之间的相容性,绝缘油与绝缘材料的相容性决定了变压器的绝缘性能。已有研究表明,天然酯绝缘油与特定类型的绝缘漆具有良好的相容性[9-10],但有关天然酯绝缘油与多种类型绝缘漆的相容性研究仍有限,特别是高电压大容量电力变压器使用了多种绝缘漆材料,远远超出了以往研究的种类范围。因此,天然酯绝缘油与变压器生产中常用的各种绝缘漆材料之间的相容性还需要进一步研究。
为了研究绝缘油与绝缘材料的相容性,对不同绝缘漆(R407防锈漆、环氧富锌底漆、丙烯酸酯面漆、浅绿色环氧酯底漆、片散内胆漆、环氧云铁中间漆)的老化特性进行研究。将天然酯绝缘油放置在一个模拟油漆的绝缘系统中,研究不同油漆组合的热老化特性,考察100℃下老化164 h后绝缘漆和绝缘油的性能变化情况,并测试绝缘油的运动黏度、含水量、酸值、介质损耗因数、击穿电压、气相色谱等参数。
本文使用的绝缘漆为R407防锈漆、环氧富锌底漆、丙烯酸酯面漆、浅绿色环氧酯底漆、片散内胆漆、环氧云铁中间漆。试验中绝缘漆的接触面积为60 cm2,使用的天然酯绝缘油用量为750 mL。表1为每个样品编号对应的绝缘漆。
按照ASTM D5282-2020和ASTM D3455-2002中的相关规定,试验所用的绝缘油体积与固体材料接触面积的比例与变压器正式运行过程中的一致,绝缘漆片的表面积(cm2)与绝缘油的体积(mL)之比为1∶12.5。天然酯绝缘油与绝缘漆之间的相容性试验流程如图1所示。
首先将所有试验材料按照要求进行脱水脱气处理,将过滤后的天然酯绝缘油置于90℃、50 Pa的真空干燥箱中烘焙24 h,将绝缘漆片放入90℃、50 Pa的真空干燥箱中干燥脱水16 h;然后将干燥后的绝缘漆片浸在干燥的天然酯绝缘油中,置于60℃、50 Pa的真空干燥箱中进行浸油48 h,再将绝缘油与绝缘漆片放入密封罐中进行抽真空充氮气处理;最后将密封罐放入恒温老化箱内进行相容性老化试验,温度设置为100℃,测试周期为164 h。测试周期结束后,将样品冷却至室温,分别按照GB/T 7600—2014《运行中变压器油水分含量测定法(库仑法)》、GB/T 265—1988《石油产品运动黏度测定法和动力黏度测定法》、GB/T 5654—2007《液体绝缘材料工频相对介电常数、介质损耗因数和体积电阻率的测量》、GB/T 28552—2012《变压器油、汽轮机油酸值测定法(BTB法)》、GB/T 507—2002《绝缘油介电强度测定法》和GC-9560-HD型变压器油专用色谱仪对绝缘油的含水量、黏度、介质损耗因数、酸值、击穿电压、气相色谱进行测试。
天然酯绝缘油和绝缘漆片在100℃下热老化164 h前后的运动黏度如图2所示,其中0#表示空白对照组,即该组只有绝缘油老化,未放入绝缘漆片。从图2可以看出,测试前后天然酯绝缘油的运动黏度变化不明显,表明在100℃下热老化164 h条件下,绝缘漆片对天然酯绝缘油运动黏度的影响较小,这与文献[11]的试验结果较为一致。
天然酯绝缘油和绝缘漆片在100℃下热老化164 h前后的含水量如图3所示。从图3可以看出,随着试验的进行,大部分试验组的含水量都有所增加,其中2#的水分含量基本与空白对照组0#相同,其余试验组的水分含量较空白对照组的少。与空白对照组相比,4#的含水量增加幅度较小,说明浅绿色环氧酯底漆与天然酯绝缘油的相容性较好。值得注意的是,6#的含水量较老化前的试验样本的含水量有所减少,可能的原因是6#的环氧云铁中间漆漆膜相较于其他绝缘漆漆膜吸水率更高,可将天然酯绝缘油中的水分束缚在漆膜表面,使得油漆绝缘组合中的大部分水分转移到绝缘漆膜中,从而导致油-漆绝缘组合的绝缘油中水分含量降低[12]
天然酯绝缘油和绝缘漆在100℃下热老化164 h前后的酸值如图4所示。从图4可以看出,空白对照组(0#)的酸值增加了0.02 mgKOH/g,1#、3#、5#的酸值增加了0.01 mgKOH/g,4#、6#酸值无变化,2#的酸值增加了0.02 mgKOH/g。这说明热老化处理对天然酯绝缘油的酸值有一定的影响,可能是由于油分子降解或氧化反应导致酸值升高。与空白对照组相比,在天然酯绝缘油体系中加入绝缘漆片后,除2#外,其他试验组的酸值与对照组相比略低,这可能是绝缘漆片的加入在一定程度上减缓了油分子的降解及氧化,从而使得绝缘油的酸值增加幅度较小。
天然酯绝缘油的主要成分是甘油三酯,在高温下会逐渐水解成甘油和游离脂肪酸。不饱和链断裂会形成过氧化物和自由基,进一步生成短链脂肪酸、醛、酮等物质,导致酸值升高。但油液中游离脂肪酸与绝缘漆表面存在扩散平衡关系,这可能导致油液中游离脂肪酸含量下降,同时游离脂肪酸与绝缘漆表面的羟基结合发生酯交换反应,降低了酸值,由此产生的脂肪酸酯附着在绝缘漆膜表面,进一步延缓了固体材料的老化分解,抑制了酸值的增加。此外,试验结果还表明,不同试验组的酸值增加幅度存在差异,这可能与绝缘漆与天然酯绝缘油在不同组合下的相容性有关。综上所述,2#中的环氧富锌底漆与天然酯绝缘油的相容性略差于其他试验组。
图5为天然酯绝缘油和绝缘漆片在100℃下热老化164 h前后的介质损耗因数。从图5可以看出,在相容性方面,各试验组表现出不同的性能,其中2#的介质损耗因数大于空白对照组,其余试验组的介质损耗因数均小于空白对照组,且6#的绝缘油介质损耗因数最小,说明6#的绝缘组合相容性较好。
击穿电压是评价系统绝缘状态的重要性能指标。图6为热老化164 h前后天然酯绝缘油的击穿电压。从图6可以观察到,热老化后各试验组的击穿电压都有所下降,说明绝缘系统的绝缘性能变差。其中4#和6#的击穿电压下降最显著,说明浅绿色环氧酯底漆和环氧云铁中间漆与天然酯绝缘油相容性较差。相比之下,2#、5#在热老化后天然酯绝缘油的击穿电压下降较小,说明环氧富锌底漆片散内胆漆与天然酯绝缘油具有更好的相容性,但结合图5可以发现,2#的介质损耗因数却较大,这可能是因为测量介质损耗因数时浸入了部分水分。综上所述,绝缘系统的绝缘性能受绝缘材料与植物油相容性的影响,某些类型的绝缘材料可能表现出较好的相容性。
在老化试验前后,采用气相色谱法分析绝缘油中气体含量的变化。碳氢化合物、碳氧化合物和氢气的含量与变压器的各种内部故障有关[11-12]。加热老化164 h前后天然酯绝缘油中溶解气体的气相色谱如图7所示。从图7可以看出,热老化会导致更多的气体释放,其中3#中的CH4、C2H6和C2H4含量均高于其他试验组。此外,3#和5#中的CO含量显著高于其他试验组,2#和4#中的H2含量显著高于其他试验组,各组CO2的含量无显著差异。说明这些试验组的绝缘材料可能对油中放电产生的气体有一定的促进作用。而1#和6#中的各气体浓度变化较小,这可能是由于R407防锈漆和环氧云铁中间漆与天然酯绝缘油的相容性较好,绝缘漆产气量较少。天然酯绝缘油的相容性较好,绝缘漆产气量较少。总之,气相色谱的结果进一步证明了绝缘材料和天然酯绝缘油之间的相容性对绝缘系统性能的重要性。
图8为热老化164 h前后天然酯绝缘油的变化情况。从图8可以看出,绝缘油最初呈淡黄色,在热老化164 h后,空白油样的颜色发生了轻微的变化,颜色变得稍微深一些。而油-漆体系中天然酯绝缘油的颜色在老化后颜色较之前略深,但仍保持透明。这可能是由于在长期的老化过程中,一些老化产物从绝缘漆中脱落并溶解在油中,造成油色稍微变暗。但由于老化时间较短,颜色变化不明显,说明在热老化164 h后,油漆体系结构没有发生明显的变化,也没有出现明显的脱落和杂质颗粒,进一步证明了天然酯绝缘油与试验中使用的各类绝缘漆具有良好的相容性。
图9为绝缘漆片样品在热老化164 h前后的变化情况。从图9可以看出,绝缘漆片样品在老化164 h后外观稍亮、光滑,且光泽度更高,表面更光滑,这可能是由于绝缘油中溶解的气体或老化产物填充了绝缘漆片样品的微观孔隙。且各绝缘漆片样品表面没有发现损坏、划痕或起泡的迹象,说明绝缘漆在长时间老化后仍能保持结构的完整性。
通过天然酯绝缘油和绝缘漆片样品的加速热老化试验,研究天然酯绝缘油与变压器中涉及的常用绝缘漆的相容性。结果发现天然酯绝缘油老化164 h后在酸值方面表现出显著的稳定性,在老化过程中绝缘漆膜表面未观察到明显的劣化,并且保持了结构的完整性和功能的稳定性。在老化性能方面,环氧云铁中间漆和浅绿色环氧酯底漆漆与天然酯绝缘油的相容性较好。
