In order to improve the ageing resistance of insulating paper in oil-immersed transformer, three kinds of common silane coupling agents were selected to modify the insulating papers by immersing. The obtained samples were subjected to the combined thermal ageing test of oil paper at 130℃ for 35 days, and the tensile strength, permittivity, and breakdown voltage of the insulating papers were measured periodically. The results show that all the three kinds of silane coupling agents can improve the ageing resistance of insulating paper, the insulating paper modified by 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane almost maintains the original three-dimensional network structure of cellulose during the thermal ageing process, and it exhibits the optimal mechanical strength, dielectric properties, and breakdown resistance.

为提升油浸式变压器中绝缘纸的抗老化性能,选取3种常见硅烷偶联剂作为改性剂,通过浸泡的方式对绝缘纸进行改性,然后将所得样品在130℃下进行35天的油纸联合热老化试验,定期取样测量绝缘纸的抗张强度、介电常数和击穿电压。结果表明:3种硅烷偶联剂均能提升绝缘纸的抗老化性能,其中经3-氨基丙基-三乙氧基硅烷改性的绝缘纸在热老化过程中几乎保持了原本纤维素的三维网状结构,具有最高的机械强度、介电性能和抗击穿能力。

为提升油浸式变压器中绝缘纸的抗老化性能,选取3种常见硅烷偶联剂作为改性剂,通过浸泡的方式对绝缘纸进行改性,然后将所得样品在130℃下进行35天的油纸联合热老化试验,定期取样测量绝缘纸的抗张强度、介电常数和击穿电压。结果表明:3种硅烷偶联剂均能提升绝缘纸的抗老化性能,其中经3-氨基丙基-三乙氧基硅烷改性的绝缘纸在热老化过程中几乎保持了原本纤维素的三维网状结构,具有最高的机械强度、介电性能和抗击穿能力。

In order to improve the ageing resistance of insulating paper in oil-immersed transformer, three kinds of common silane coupling agents were selected to modify the insulating papers by immersing. The obtained samples were subjected to the combined thermal ageing test of oil paper at 130℃ for 35 days, and the tensile strength, permittivity, and breakdown voltage of the insulating papers were measured periodically. The results show that all the three kinds of silane coupling agents can improve the ageing resistance of insulating paper, the insulating paper modified by 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane almost maintains the original three-dimensional network structure of cellulose during the thermal ageing process, and it exhibits the optimal mechanical strength, dielectric properties, and breakdown resistance.

电力是国民经济发展的基础,而变压器作为电能传输和配送过程中的核心设备,其安全和稳定性直接关系到电网供电的可靠性。当前电力系统所使用的变压器可依据绝缘介质分为干式与油浸式。干式变压器以空气或其他阻燃性气体(如SF6)作为绝缘介质,具有良好的防火性,但工艺复杂且造价高,目前仅应用在电压等级低于35 kV的场所。油浸式变压器采用油-纸复合绝缘机制,工艺简单且造价低廉,广泛应用于各等级的电力系统。然而在变压器长期的运行过程中,绝缘油-纸会不断受到温度和电磁场的影响,其散热、绝缘及灭弧性能均会有不同程度的下降[1-3],同时缠绕在变压器上的绝缘纸也会发生脆化和脱落,导致严重的安全隐患甚至出现绝缘击穿等重大事故。虽然劣化的绝缘油可以通过更换新油或过滤等操作解决,但与变压器缠为一体的绝缘纸却难以更换。虽然目前很多变压器厂尝试采用植物油替代矿物油以提升浸泡在其中的绝缘纸的寿命[4-5],但在长期使用过程中绝缘纸各方面性能的降低依然难以忽视。
变压器通常使用的油浸纸俗称牛皮纸,其主要成分是天然纤维素,在20世纪90年代以来被广泛用在油浸式电力设备中。然而,天然纤维素在变压器运行过程中容易发生热降解、氧化反应和水解[6-7],导致聚合度减小、机械强度降低,影响变压器的运行安全。目前针对变压器绝缘纸的改性方法可以分为化学改性和物理改性两大类。化学改性就是使用更加稳定的化学基团替换纤维素链上的极性羟基基团,重新设计纤维素的链结构,从而增强纤维素分子的稳定性[8-10]。而物理改性主要是通过掺杂热稳定剂和纳米粒子对绝缘纸进行改性,不会对纤维素链本身的化学性质产生影响[11-13]。闫斌[14]通过将纤维素乙酰化,研究了丙烯氰胺修饰纤维素对绝缘纸耐久性能的影响,结果表明纤维素乙酰化可以降低绝缘纸中的含水量,延长油纸绝缘系统的寿命。廖瑞金等[15]研究了双氰胺对纤维素绝缘纸热稳定性和击穿特性的影响,发现添加双氰胺的绝缘纸抗老化性能和热稳定性得到了明显的提升。吕程[16]制备出含有纳米TiO2的新型纤维素绝缘纸,发现当TiO2的质量分数为3%时,绝缘纸的击穿电压大幅提高。
烷氧基硅烷由于其能在水解后通过Si-O-Si键缩聚成一种三维结构的包覆层,广泛应用于木材、棉织物或纺织品表面以提升其耐热性、耐久性和抗张强度[17-18]。受此启发,本研究将纤维素绝缘纸浸泡在3种不同改性基团的烷氧基硅烷中,使其表面形成带有特定基团的包覆层以提高纸张的力学、绝缘和疏水性能。随后经热老化试验,测试样品的抗张强度、接触角、介电常数和击穿电压,并通过微观形貌表征和化学基团鉴定分析改性绝缘纸性能提升的机制。
本研究使用的主要试剂与材料信息如表1所示。
将整张绝缘纸裁剪成尺寸为10 cm×40 cm的样品,然后分别浸泡在500 mL浓度为0.1、0.2、0.5、1.0 mol/L的甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MMS)、苯基三乙氧基硅烷(PES)和3-氨基丙基-三乙氧基硅烷(AES)的无水乙醇溶液中,并加入5 mL正硅酸四丁酯作为催化剂,浸泡时间为5 d。
首先将植物油放入60℃的恒温真空干燥箱中烘干24 h以去除其本身所含的氧气和水分。然后把3种不同硅烷偶联剂处理改性后的绝缘纸浸没在500 mL的植物油中,在130℃下分别老化7、14、21、28、35 d。最后取出绝缘纸并用无水乙醇清洗表面的残余油渍,洗净之后放入40℃的恒温电烘箱中烘干以备后续测试使用。
采用光学偏光显微镜(日本OLYMPUS公司BX53M型)观察绝缘纸老化前后纤维结构,测试模式为明场透射。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(日本电子株式会社JSM-7800F型)观察绝缘纸表面形貌和元素分布。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(日本岛津公司IRAffinity-1S型)对改性前后的绝缘纸进行结构分析,采用KBr压片法制样。采用智能电子拉力机(济南兰光机电技术有限公司XLW(PC)型)对绝缘纸的抗张强度进行测试,测试温度为25℃,相对湿度为50%,试样宽度为10 mm,厚度为0.12 mm,原始标距为20 mm,拉伸速度为5 mm/min,每种样品测试不少于5次,结果取平均值。采用视频光学接触角测量仪(德国Kruss公司DSA10型)对绝缘纸的疏水性能进行测试,每滴液体含水5 μL,每种样品测试不少于3次,结果取平均值。采用电感电容电阻(LCR)高精度测量仪(日本HIOKI公司IM3536型)对绝缘纸的介电常数进行测试,测试温度为20℃,电压为1 V,频率为50 Hz,每种样品测试不少于3次,结果取平均值。按照GB/T 507—1986采用平板圆形电极对绝缘纸的击穿电压进行测试,试样直径为25 mm,厚度为6 mm,电源工频为50 Hz,每种样品测试不少于3次,结果取平均值。
甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MMS)作为常见的烷氧基硅烷,其在钛酸正丁酯的催化作用下可以形成Si-O-Si键而聚合为三维网络结构包覆在纤维素上,从而大幅提高绝缘纸的抗张强度、疏水性和绝缘性[19-20],因此本研究选用其作为改性剂。图1是未改性绝缘纸和不同浓度MMS溶液改性的绝缘纸老化前后的偏光显微镜图像。对比图1(a)(b)可以看出,未改性的绝缘纸在老化35 d后,纤维素形成的网状结构明显发生损坏,孔隙增多且变大,并且每根纤维的轮廓不再明显。而经过MMS改性的绝缘纸,其表面被Si-O-Si键所形成的三维网状结构包覆,纤维的完整度和强度得到了一定的提升,当MMS溶液的浓度为0.5 mol/L时,绝缘纸的纤维结构得到最好的保持。
图2是不同浓度PES溶液改性的绝缘纸老化前后的偏光显微镜图像。
图2可以看出,在热老化试验后,浸泡过0.1 mol/L和0.2 mol/L PES溶液的绝缘纸表面纤维发生了明显的分解,尽管在图2的(e)~(h)中能看出一定的纤维形貌,但与用相同浓度MMS改性的绝缘纸相比,其纤维结构保持的并不完好。
选用含氨基的硅烷偶联剂作为改性剂的思路基于-NH2的存在会使硅烷偶联剂与纤维素上的羟基通过氢键发生作用,从而加强硅烷偶联剂在绝缘纸中的渗透能力。图3是不同浓度AES溶液改性的绝缘纸老化前后的偏光显微镜图像。从图3(a)(d)可以看出,AES改性绝缘纸的纤维颜色更深,边界轮廓更明显,这表明此时绝缘纸被硅烷包覆的效果更好。尤其是在热老化35 d后,经浓度为0.2 mol/L的AES溶液改性的绝缘纸纤维轮廓依然明显,并且没有明显的孔隙产生。
为了更加清晰地看出AES对绝缘纸改性的效果,本研究通过场发射扫描电子显微镜对改性前后的形貌进行了表征。图4是浸泡在0.2 mol/L的AES中的绝缘纸与未改性绝缘纸老化前后的SEM图像对比。从图4可以看出,未改性的绝缘纸在老化35 d后,其纤维素之间的轮廓变得模糊,并且出现了针状的小孔,这无疑会对绝缘纸的机械强度和绝缘性能产生影响。但经过AES改性的绝缘纸在老化后依然具有轮廓分明的网状结构,这与以上光学显微镜所得到的结果是一致的。
为了进一步确认改性成功,本研究对AES改性绝缘纸和未改性绝缘纸进行SEM能谱分析。图5是AES改性绝缘纸和未改性绝缘纸表面的元素分布对比,表2是各元素相应的含量汇总。从图5表2可以看出,相比于未改性绝缘纸可忽略不计的硅元素含量,AES改性绝缘纸表面含有大量的Si元素,这说明在纤维素大分子上存在相当数量的Si-O-Si键,这与文献[18]的研究结果是一致的。此外,氨基硅烷改性绝缘纸表面的N元素含量也有显著提高,说明在Si-O-Si三维网络表面接枝了部分-NH2基团。以上两点说明将绝缘纸浸泡在AES溶液中一定时长后,纤维素分子会与氨基硅烷充分反应而达到改性的目的。
图6是经浓度为0.2 mol/L不同硅烷偶联剂改性的绝缘纸和未改性绝缘纸的红外光谱图。从图6可以看出,3 560、2 896、1 604、1 373 cm-1处的吸收峰分别归属于O-H的伸缩振动、C-H的对称伸缩振动、吸附水O-H的弯曲振动、C-H的弯曲振动,与典型天然纤维素的红外光谱一致[21]。1 060 cm-1处的吸收峰归属于Si-O-Si,表明经不同硅烷偶联剂改性后的绝缘纸上已经形成相应的包覆层[22]。位于780 cm-1和890 cm-1处的弱吸收峰归属于C-H的面外弯曲振动峰,是由苯环单取代所引起。最后815 cm-1处的弱吸收峰归属于N-H的变形振动,表明AES水解后与绝缘纸纤维素成功结合[23]
变压器在长期的运行过程中不但受到电场、热等因素的影响,还会受到各种应力的作用,因此在老化过程中绝缘纸力学性能的长久保持就显得十分关键,抗张强度是反映该性能的重要指标。图7是经不同浓度的3种硅烷偶联剂改性前后绝缘纸抗张强度随老化时间的变化。
图7可以看出,硅烷偶联剂可以显著提升绝缘纸的抗张强度,尤其是当浓度为0.2 mol/L时,AES改性绝缘纸的初始抗张强度达到最高56 MPa且在老化35 d后依然保持70%的强度。但当硅烷浓度继续升高时,其抗拉伸能力反而变差,并且当浓度达到1.0 mol/L时,样品表面出现一些白色的斑点。推测这可能是因为负载在纸张表面的Si-O-Si基团过多,结聚成了肉眼可见的斑点。这种结聚会使得纤维保护层变脆、开裂,因此在一定程度上降低样品的力学性能。
水分对变压器的安全运行有着巨大危害,它不仅会降低绝缘纸的击穿强度,还会使纤维素发生水解导致其聚合度降低。因此为了表征绝缘纸的防水能力和油纸浸润性,本研究用视频光学接触角测量仪对不同硅烷偶联剂改性绝缘纸进行了测试。图8是未改性绝缘纸与0.2 mol/L硅烷偶联剂改性绝缘纸与水或植物油的接触角测试结果。
图8可以看出,与未改性绝缘纸相比,3种硅烷偶联剂处理过的绝缘纸均表现出更大的水接触角,这表明其具有更好的疏水性,尤其是经AES改性的绝缘纸,其水接触角达到了最大61.5°,此结果与其特有的氨基基团-NH2有关。氨基的加入首先使得水分子在纤维素中的扩散系数降低,减缓了水分子的渗透;其次氨基会先于纤维素和水分子生成铵根离子,从而减小了水对纤维素的影响[24-25]。从图8还可以看出,3种硅烷偶联剂改性后的绝缘纸均表现出更小的油接触角,这表明其对植物油具有更好的浸润性。值得注意的是,最小油接触角同样还是出现在AES改性绝缘纸上,这表明AES改性绝缘纸与植物油结合效果最好。
为了说明硅烷偶联剂改性绝缘纸的电气性能,本研究对其进行了介电常数和击穿电压测试。图9是经不同浓度的3种硅烷偶联剂改性前后,绝缘纸介电常数随老化时间的变化。从图9可以看出,各样品的介电常数随老化时间延长呈不同程度的下降趋势,这是由于老化过程中绝缘纸纤维素链中共价键的断裂以及链间氢键的消失,导致纤维素分解剥落,而纤维素断链极易沿电场方向极化而定向排列,一旦其贯穿于电极间则会引起泄漏电流增大、局部电场变强,进而削弱纸张的介电性能[26-29]。从图9还可以看出,经不同浓度的硅烷偶联剂改性后,AES改性绝缘纸均表现出最高的介电常数,并且当浓度为0.2 mol/L时,其老化前后的介电常数均为最高,分别为1.49×10-12 F/m和1.31×10-12 F/m。此外,在该浓度下改性绝缘纸的介电常数随老化时间呈现出较为平稳的下降速率,表明其具有更可靠的电气性能。
图10是经不同浓度的3种硅烷偶联剂改性前后绝缘纸的击穿电压随老化时间的变化情况。从图10可以看出,4种绝缘纸样品的击穿电压随老化时间的变化趋势基本一致,其中硅烷偶联剂改性绝缘纸的击穿电压均高于未改性绝缘纸。值得注意的是,当硅烷偶联剂浓度较低(0.1 mol/L和0.2 mol/L)时,MMS改性绝缘纸表现出最高的击穿电压;而当硅烷偶联剂浓度较高(0.5 mol/L和1.0 mol/L)时,AES改性绝缘纸的击穿电压大幅反超前者,并且随老化时间延长也呈现出稳定的线性下降,不再出现某时间段内击穿电压骤降的现象。这是由于烷氧基硅烷水解后形成的Si-O-Si三维网络包覆层使得纤维大分子链被强化,从而更难分解和断裂,使得绝缘纸抗击穿能力变强。此外,氨基的引入强化了纤维素链端的极性,进而提高了绝缘纸表面整体的介电性能。因此采用这种具有高介电性能的绝缘纸包裹变压器可以更好地维护整个绝缘体系的稳定性,进而降低实际工作过程中的安全隐患和成本。
(1)采用3种硅烷偶联剂对绝缘纸进行改性后,绝缘纸的机械强度和电气性能都得到显著提升。
(2)经3-氨基丙基-三乙氧基硅烷改性的绝缘纸,在人工加速热老化过程中几乎保持了原始纤维素的三维网状结构,同时还拥有最优的力学和电气性能。这是由于一方面是氨基可以通过氢键与绝缘纸纤维素相结合,增强氨基硅烷对纤维素的包覆,从而可以更好地保护绝缘纸在老化过程中不受破坏;另一方面,氨基的加入会使水分子在纤维素中的扩散系数降低,并先于纤维素和水分子发生反应,从而减缓了水分子的渗透,提高了绝缘纸的绝缘、介电性能。
