The general properties, viscosity-temperature relationship, storage stability, and heat resistance of ELAN 3322-300 HV1 epoxy impregnating resin were systematically studied. Winding bar and coil samples were made to simulate the insulation structure of high voltage motor, and their electrical performance was tested. The class H insulation structure was conducted thermal ageing tests. The results show that the ELAN 3322-300 HV1 epoxy impregnating resin has low curing volatile and good storage stability, its temperature index is 211, and its temperature classification is class H. The winding bar and coil samples after impregnating have excellent electrical insulation performance and thermal ageing resistance, and the temperature index of class H insulation structure is 182. The ELAN 3322-300 HV1 epoxy impregnating resin is suitable for VPI insulation treatment of class F and H high voltage motor.

本文对环保型ELAN 3232-300 HV1环氧浸渍树脂的常规性能、黏温特性、储存稳定性和耐热性能进行了检测与研究。制备了模拟高压电机绝缘结构的线棒和线圈试样,对线棒和线圈试样进行了电气性能检测,并对H级绝缘结构进行了热评定试验。结果表明:环保型ELAN 3232-300 HV1环氧浸渍树脂的固化挥发份低、贮存稳定性好,热重点斜法温度指数为211,耐温等级为H级;浸漆后的线棒和线圈试样具有优异的电气绝缘性能和耐热老化性能,H级绝缘结构的温度指数为182。该环保型ELAN 3232-300 HV1环氧浸渍树脂适用于F级、H级高压电机绝缘结构的VPI绝缘处理。

本文对环保型ELAN 3232-300 HV1环氧浸渍树脂的常规性能、黏温特性、储存稳定性和耐热性能进行了检测与研究。制备了模拟高压电机绝缘结构的线棒和线圈试样,对线棒和线圈试样进行了电气性能检测,并对H级绝缘结构进行了热评定试验。结果表明:环保型ELAN 3232-300 HV1环氧浸渍树脂的固化挥发份低、贮存稳定性好,热重点斜法温度指数为211,耐温等级为H级;浸漆后的线棒和线圈试样具有优异的电气绝缘性能和耐热老化性能,H级绝缘结构的温度指数为182。该环保型ELAN 3232-300 HV1环氧浸渍树脂适用于F级、H级高压电机绝缘结构的VPI绝缘处理。

The general properties, viscosity-temperature relationship, storage stability, and heat resistance of ELAN 3322-300 HV1 epoxy impregnating resin were systematically studied. Winding bar and coil samples were made to simulate the insulation structure of high voltage motor, and their electrical performance was tested. The class H insulation structure was conducted thermal ageing tests. The results show that the ELAN 3322-300 HV1 epoxy impregnating resin has low curing volatile and good storage stability, its temperature index is 211, and its temperature classification is class H. The winding bar and coil samples after impregnating have excellent electrical insulation performance and thermal ageing resistance, and the temperature index of class H insulation structure is 182. The ELAN 3322-300 HV1 epoxy impregnating resin is suitable for VPI insulation treatment of class F and H high voltage motor.

近年来,随着全球性的环境污染问题日益凸显,全社会整体环保意识逐步增强,各国政府纷纷出台了更严格的环保措施。我国也在持续加大生态环境保护力度,制定和实施日渐严格的环保政策,并在工业经济发展中大力倡导绿色制造理念。高压电机的生产制造在我国工业经济中具有举足轻重的地位,因此其生产过程能否真正实现绿色制造,对我国工业经济发展和环境保护事业具有非常重要的意义[1-3]
目前在高压电机制造中,为保证产品的绝缘性能,通常选用少胶绝缘结构,该结构必须与真空压力浸渍(VPI)工艺相配合使用[4-5]。当前市场上的高压电机浸渍树脂按其化学组成主要分为环氧-酸酐体系、环氧-苯乙烯体系、聚酯亚胺-乙烯基甲苯体系等[6]。其中环氧-酸酐体系虽然电气性能优异,但酸酐易吸潮,造成树脂黏度增大,且烘烤过程中用到的胺促进剂及挥发的酸酐都会对人体和环境造成危害。以苯乙烯或乙烯基甲苯为活性稀释剂的浸渍树脂无论是生产过程,还是电机线圈浸漆过程,都会产生大量挥发性有机化合物(VOC),危害浸漆车间操作工人健康的同时还会对环境造成污染,难以适应新形势下环保性能的要求[7-10]。此外,少胶绝缘结构中的少胶云母带多采用环氧树脂作为胶粘剂,选用不饱和聚酯类浸渍漆则可能存在因不饱和聚酯与环氧胶粘剂兼容性不好而导致绝缘层内分层的问题。所以要想保证电机绝缘性能优异且实现电机产品的绿色制造,必须采用低挥发性、无毒、无刺激性气味的环保型浸渍树脂。
ELAN 3232-300 HV1环保型环氧浸渍树脂是采用环氧树脂稀释于高沸点活性稀释剂制备而成,传统不饱和聚酯的活性稀释剂苯乙烯及乙烯基甲苯,其沸点分别为145℃和170℃。而该树脂用到的高沸点活性稀释剂三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯,常压下沸点高于300℃,5 mm汞柱压强下沸点为170℃。因此,室温下高沸点活性稀释剂气味更小,高温烘烤固化挥发份更少。同时该环保型环氧浸渍树脂添加了特种潜伏性固化剂及其他助剂,具有无刺激性气味、固化挥发份低、电气性能优异等优点。本文对该树脂的基本性能、黏温特性、贮存稳定性及其与云母带的相容性进行研究。按照高压电机实际绝缘结构制作模拟试样并测试其绝缘性能,验证该浸渍树脂在高压电机产品上推广应用的可行性。
环氧浸渍树脂ELAN 3232-300 HV1;TBR铜带;玻璃布补强云母带5442-1,尺寸为0.15 mm×25 mm;聚酯薄膜补强云母带5446-1D,尺寸为0.14 mm×25 mm;透气性保护带J611;高低阻防晕带;四氟乙烯薄膜带;无碱玻璃丝带ET100等材料。
DV2T型旋转黏度计,Brookfield公司;GT-S型凝胶时间测试仪,GEL Instrument AG公司;TD-SMART型数字式介质损耗因数及电容测试系统,Doble Lemke公司;恒温试验烘箱,重庆颢源环境试验设备有限公司;小型VPI设备,沈阳国机真空技术有限公司;JTGN-150型击穿电压测试仪,上海杰智电工科技有限公司;DDX9121b型多通道局部放电测试仪,Tettex公司。
高压电机绝缘结构模拟线棒试样分为6 kV和10 kV两种类型,6 kV线棒试样在TBR铜带上采用两层玻璃布补强云母带(5442-1)与两层聚酯薄膜补强云母带(5446-1D)半叠包混包结构,单边绝缘厚度为1.0 mm;10 kV线棒试样采用4层玻璃布补强云母带(5442-1)与4层聚酯薄膜补强云母带(5446-1D)半叠包混包结构,单边绝缘厚度为2.0 mm。线棒包扎主绝缘后,模拟实际电机绝缘结构进行防晕处理和保护带包扎,然后包扎聚四氟乙烯带并安装浸漆夹具。将完成上述处理的线棒试样先在100℃预烘2 h,然后在室温下真空VPI罐中抽真空2 h。之后真空输入25℃的环氧浸渍树脂,加压至0.6 MPa,保压3 h。破压后,取出线棒试样进行10 min滴漆,然后放入165℃的烘箱中烘焙固化10 h。固化完成后冷却至室温,拆除浸漆夹具和聚四氟乙烯带,对试样直线中部包裹铝箔作为测试电极。
浸渍树脂的性能测试中,外观、密度、凝胶时间、贮存稳定性和固化挥发份的检测按照GB/T 15022.2—2017[11]进行;黏度按照GB/T 24148.4—2009[12]进行测试;粘结强度按照 GB/T 11028—1999[13]进行测试;电气强度按照 GB/T 1408.1—2016[14]进行测试;介质损耗因数按照GB/T 1409—2006[15]进行测试;黏温特性采用旋转黏度计进行测定;树脂的耐热等级评定按照JB/T 1544—2015[16]进行。
绝缘结构的性能测试中,介质损耗因数按照JB/T 7608—2006[17]分别在常态和热态(155℃)条件下进行测试;击穿电压按照JB/T 12685—2016[18]和GB/T 1408.1—2016进行测试;绝缘结构的电热老化试验按照GB/T 17948.3—2017[19]和GB/T 11026.1—2016[20]进行。
浸渍树脂的常规性能检测结果见表1。从表1可见,该浸渍树脂在烘焙固化过程中产生的挥发份,相比于稀释剂采用苯乙烯或乙烯基甲苯的树脂体系更低[6],仅有1.54%。其固化后的电气绝缘性能优异,常态下的介质损耗因数为0.42%,在155℃和180℃下的介质损耗因数分别保持在0.57%和0.89%。采用螺旋线圈法测试树脂的室温粘结强度,其值达到189 N,在180℃下仍有45 N。综上所述,该浸渍树脂具有良好的力学性能和电气性能,同时还具备低固化挥发份的特点,满足高压电机用绝缘浸渍树脂的一般要求和环保要求。
黏度是表征浸渍树脂是否具备良好流动性和渗透性的重要指标,通常随温度的变化而改变,这种黏度与温度之间关系的特征被称为黏温特性[10]图 1为ELAN 3232-300 HV1浸渍树脂的黏度-温度关系曲线图。从图1可以看出,浸渍树脂的黏度随温度的升高而减小,在25℃下的黏度约为290 mPa·s,该温度下可满足目前常见的4~12层云母带绕包结构的线圈浸渍要求。当温度达到40℃时,黏度的变化趋势变缓,当温度达到50℃(工件浸漆温度通常在50℃左右)时,黏度约为50 mPa·s,如果线圈绝缘很厚或结构较为致密,则可通过升高树脂的温度或定子进罐时的温度,调整浸漆保压时间来实现完全浸透的效果。综上所述,该浸渍树脂具有良好的流动性和黏温特性,这将确保浸渍树脂在VPI处理时能够渗透到少胶云母带中,从而保证电机定子整体浸漆效果,提高绝缘质量。
良好的贮存稳定性对于高压电机浸渍树脂来说非常重要,其直接关系到高压电机定子绕组的浸漆安全和稳定使用,是控制定子绕组质量的关键因素之一。贮存稳定性通常采用树脂在一定温度下贮存一定时间后黏度的增长倍数来表征[21]。将树脂密封在玻璃瓶中放置在60℃烘箱内一定时间,取出冷却至25℃后测试其黏度。图2为黏度增长倍数与60℃下放置时间的关系。从图2可以看出,随着贮存时间的延长,树脂的黏度呈小幅增长趋势,贮存4天后黏度增长0.16倍,达到一般要求的0.5倍以下。即使在60℃下贮存16天,该树脂的黏度增长仍然不超过0.3倍,说明该树脂具有非常良好的贮存稳定性。
耐热性能是绝缘树脂十分重要的性能之一,可用耐热等级来表征,通常采用点斜法耐热性评定试验对树脂的耐热等级进行评定。热失重试验时先将样品在200℃下预烘48 h,然后加工成100~200目的粉末,再取8~20 mg在常压干燥空气中以5℃/min的升温速度进行试验,热失重结果见表2。恒温点老化试验的老化温度为260℃,诊断性能为粘度强度,失效终点为粘结强度下降至22 N。恒温点老化试验结果见表3
表2试验结果计算得到表观热裂解活化能Ep=116 926.60 kJ/mol,热寿命斜率B=6 106.78。由表3试验结果计算得到失效时间t260℃=1407 h。将数据代入热重点斜法热寿命方程,得到热重点斜法温度指数TI=211。由此可知,ELAN 3232-300 HV1能够满足F级、H级高压电机绝缘结构耐热性能的要求。
为验证树脂与少胶云母带的兼容性,采用国内某厂家生产的以环氧树脂为胶粘剂的少胶云母带(5442-1和5446-1D)制备线棒试样进行6 kV和10 kV电机绝缘结构的验证试验。两组线棒试样的介质损耗因数及击穿电压测试结果见表4
表4可见,按照产品工艺制作的两种6 kV和10 kV电机绝缘结构的线棒,在常态下的介质损耗因数增量(tanδ0.6Un-tanδ0.2Un)/2)较小(均小于0.25%),且热态介质损耗因数低,击穿电压高,说明浸渍树脂浸渍透彻,绝缘层内部无气隙,能够满足高压电机对浸漆树脂的要求。
电机绝缘结构热评定试验按照相关试验标准,选取合适的老化温度进行单点热老化试验。试样在密闭烘箱里老化,烘箱内有适宜的换气,使聚集在试样表面的分解产物不会完全除去。老化温度为245℃,老化时间为72 h。热老化分周期后,每个线圈试样都要经受机械应力试验、潮湿试验、耐压试验[8]。机械应力试验采用振动台试验,振幅的峰-峰值选择为0.3 mm,振动的频率为50 Hz,该条件下的加速度约为1.5 m/s²,试验持续进行1 h。潮湿试验中试样应在能够产生可见凝露的环境中至少保持48 h,试样的温度范围为15~35℃。常规耐压试验需进行对地工频耐压试验,试验电压选择23 kV,持续1 min,试验时不发生击穿或闪络则判断试样合格,对失效试样测量绝缘电阻,作为进一步失效判定。试样失效时间与热力学温度的关系符合阿伦尼乌斯方程,如式(1)所示。

式(1)中:τ为寿命;T为热力学温度;A为常数;B为斜率。
将热老化试验结果(寿命的对数-绝对温度的倒数)线性回归分析,画出热寿命图如图3所示,在回归线上求出τ为20 000 h时对应的热力学温度,即为绝缘结构的温度指数。得到绝缘结构的热寿命方程为lgτ= -8.91+6 016.99/T,线圈试样绝缘结构的温度指数为182。
(1)从浸渍树脂的性能来看,ELAN 3232-300 HV1环氧浸渍树脂的常规性能优异、气味小、固化挥发份低(实测值为1.54%),具有良好的环保性能,满足电机定子绿色制造的环保要求;具有良好的力学性能、电气性能和贮存稳定性,满足高压电机定子线圈的真空压力浸漆(VPI)工艺要求;具有较好的耐高温性能,温度指数达到211,适应用于F级、H级高压电机绝缘结构。
(2)从模拟线棒试样的电气性能来看,两组不同电压等级的线棒试样,常态介质损耗因数增量均小于0.25%,热态介质损耗因数低,击穿电压分别大于42 kV和70 kV,说明其所代表的绝缘结构能够满足高压电机定子线圈的技术条件。
(3)从线圈试样的热评定试验结果来看,采用ELAN 3232-300 HV1浸渍的H级绝缘结构温度指数达到182,满足H级高压交流电机的使用要求。
