The dissolved gas monitoring method in oil is an important method for transformer fault diagnosis and operational status evaluation. A spectral analysis method of gas in transformer oil based on single gas chamber vacuum degassing was presented in this paper, and the principle and structure of the dissolved gas monitoring device in transformer oil based on this method were introduced. Due to the different temperature and pressure in the gas chamber during each detection, temperature and pressure compensation experiments were required, which verified the effectiveness of the temperature and pressure compensation method. Finally, the mixed gas was analyzed quantitatively by the designed device. The results show that the spectral analysis method of gas in oil based on single chamber vacuum degassing designed in this paper has a good effect, which verifies the feasibility of the design scheme. Compared with the common infrared spectroscopy methods for monitoring gas content, this scheme does not require nitrogen as the background gas, reducing the operating costs and improving the automation level of device.

油中溶解气体监测法是一种重要的变压器故障诊断与运行状态评估方法。本文提出了一种基于单气室真空脱气的变压器油中气体光谱分析法,介绍了基于此方法的变压器油中溶解气体监测装置的原理与结构。由于每次检测时气室内的温度和压强不同,需要进行温度压强补偿实验,实验验证了温度压强补偿方法的有效性。最后利用设计的装置对混合气体进行了定量分析实验。结果表明:本文设计的基于单气室真空脱气的油中气体光谱分析法具有良好的效果,验证了设计方案的可行性。与常见的红外光谱法监测气体含量的方案相比,本方案不需要氮气作为背景气体,降低了运行成本,提高了装置的自动化程度。

油中溶解气体监测法是一种重要的变压器故障诊断与运行状态评估方法。本文提出了一种基于单气室真空脱气的变压器油中气体光谱分析法,介绍了基于此方法的变压器油中溶解气体监测装置的原理与结构。由于每次检测时气室内的温度和压强不同,需要进行温度压强补偿实验,实验验证了温度压强补偿方法的有效性。最后利用设计的装置对混合气体进行了定量分析实验。结果表明:本文设计的基于单气室真空脱气的油中气体光谱分析法具有良好的效果,验证了设计方案的可行性。与常见的红外光谱法监测气体含量的方案相比,本方案不需要氮气作为背景气体,降低了运行成本,提高了装置的自动化程度。

The dissolved gas monitoring method in oil is an important method for transformer fault diagnosis and operational status evaluation. A spectral analysis method of gas in transformer oil based on single gas chamber vacuum degassing was presented in this paper, and the principle and structure of the dissolved gas monitoring device in transformer oil based on this method were introduced. Due to the different temperature and pressure in the gas chamber during each detection, temperature and pressure compensation experiments were required, which verified the effectiveness of the temperature and pressure compensation method. Finally, the mixed gas was analyzed quantitatively by the designed device. The results show that the spectral analysis method of gas in oil based on single chamber vacuum degassing designed in this paper has a good effect, which verifies the feasibility of the design scheme. Compared with the common infrared spectroscopy methods for monitoring gas content, this scheme does not require nitrogen as the background gas, reducing the operating costs and improving the automation level of device.

电力变压器是电力系统重要组成部分之一,其安全稳定运行保障了电力供应的可靠性与稳定性[1]。因此需对变压器的运行状态进行监测,防止重大经济损失甚至安全事故的发生。目前电力系统内的大型变压器多采用油浸式变压器[2],在运行过程中由于会发生过热[3]、放电、氧化等情况,变压器油中会产生故障特征气体。对变压器油中溶解气体进行分析成为变压器故障诊断的主要方法之一[4-5]
目前,变压器油中溶解气体分析方法主要有气相色谱法[6-7]、光声光谱法[8-9]、拉曼光谱法[10-11]以及红外光谱法等,其中气相色谱法应用最为广泛,具有分析速度快、灵敏度高、准确性高等优点。同时,气相色谱法也有缺点,一是操作相对复杂,二是成本较高。气相色谱法所需的色谱柱容易被污染,会造成测量结果不准确,所以色谱柱需要定期标定或者更换,同时气相色谱法需要载气,导致气相色谱法运行维护成本较高。
红外光谱法具有检测速度快、不消耗样品气体、新增检测气体成本低等优势[12],与气相色谱法相比,维护成本大幅降低,因此红外光谱法成为变压器油中溶解气体在线监测领域的研究热点,但该方法也存在一些问题。例如光谱仪在长期工作中由于光源温度变化、动镜位置变化、分束器位置变化等,测得的光谱会发生基线偏移、畸变的情况,对气体定量分析造成影响[13]。根据不同类型的基线偏移,国内外学者提出了诸多校正光谱基线的方法,例如分段比校正法[14]、小波变换法[15]、多项式拟合法[16]、稳健局部回归估计法等,但这些方法都有自身的局限性。消除光谱基线偏移和畸变的最有效方法仍然是在扫描样品前扫描背景光谱,对于需要长期重复工作的在线监测任务来说,每次扫描样品前用氮气清洗气室扫描背景,一是消耗氮气提高了运行维护成本,二是考虑到变压器油中溶解气体含量有限,若按照常规的气室与外界大气压相通的方案,脱出来的气体难以充满气室,进而无法得到准确的气体含量。为此,文献[11]提出了双气室切换分时光谱读取法,这种方法虽然可获得准确的光谱数据,但是气室切换机械故障可能会影响机器的稳定性。
针对以上问题,本文提出一种基于单气室真空脱气的油中溶解气体红外光谱分析法,利用真空泵将气室内压强抽至0.02 MPa,以此作为背景扫描得到背景光谱,再将脱出来的气体送至真空气室中扫描得到样品光谱,利用气体定量分析模型分析光谱数据得到气体浓度[17-19],该方法解决了光谱基线偏移和畸变以及每次使用氮气清洗气室扫描背景造成成本增加的问题。
本文提出了基于单气室真空脱气的油中气体光谱分析法,基于此方法设计的监测系统包括3部分:变压器油气分离部分、红外光谱气体检测部分、数据处理部分。图1为设计的变压器油中溶解气体在线监测装置系统的结构图。
油气分离部分由脱气装置与变压器油箱组成,脱气装置是油气分离部分的核心,为自主设计生产,脱气装置内部含有脱气罐、真空泵、油泵、气泵、氢气传感器、电磁阀、液位传感器、压力传感器等部件。脱气装置的功能是从变压器油箱中抽取变压器油,分离出油中溶解气体并送至气室中进行红外光谱扫描。脱气装置内部结构如图2所示。
脱气装置工作方式为:首先清理气室,避免上一次的气体对本次检测造成干扰,打开电磁阀V5、V6、V7、V8,其余电磁阀关闭,此时气室和脱气罐相通,打开真空泵,气室和脱气罐内的气体被抽出,当压力传感器1示数为0.02 MPa时,关闭真空泵,关闭所有电磁阀,气室清洗完成,此时脱气罐和气室内压强均为0.02 MPa;真空泵关闭后等待10 s,红外光谱仪扫描气室作为背景;扫描完毕后,打开电磁阀V1、V4,其余电磁阀关闭,油泵开始工作,从变压器油箱中抽取变压器油,变压器油从脱气罐上方喷嘴喷入脱气罐中,直到脱气罐内上方液面传感器检测到液位时油泵停止工作,进油量为500 mL;开始油气分离,由于脱气罐内压强较低,变压器油中溶解气体会被分离至脱气罐上方,气泵工作将上方气体送至脱气罐底部从脱气罐底部冒出,带动油中溶解气体析出,加速油中气体的分离,300 s后气体分离完毕,关闭气泵,打开电磁阀V5、V7,其余电磁阀关闭,气体收集缸活塞运动,将分离出的气体收入气体收集缸中;打开电磁阀V8,其余电磁阀关闭,气体收集缸活塞运动,将气体送入气室中,2 s后关闭电磁阀V8,此时气室内充满用于本次检测的油中溶解气体,压力传感器2示数为此时气室内压强,用于对气体定量分析结果的修正;气体分离完毕,需将脱气罐内变压器油返回变压器油缸中,打开电磁阀V2、V3,其余电磁阀关闭,油泵工作,将脱气罐中油送回变压器油箱中,当脱气罐下方液位传感器检测不到液位时,说明脱气罐中油已经排净,油泵停止工作,整个脱气流程结束。
红外光谱气体检测部分由红外光谱仪和气室组成,光谱仪选用PerkinElmer公司的Spectrum Two型便携式光谱仪。由于监测的油中溶解气体在400~4 000 cm-1波数范围内均具有较强的吸收谱,将光谱仪波数范围设置为400~4 000 cm-1,分辨率设置为1 cm-1。气室为双锥形气室,结构如图3所示。双锥形气室相比圆柱形气室体积更小,对于检测样品含量较少的油中溶解气体更为适用,气室两端窗片选用氟化钙材质的窗片,并做了加厚处理,保证窗片可以承受真空脱气后外界空气施加的压力。
数据处理部分由嵌入数据通讯单元、设备控制单元、气体定量分析单元的控制器组成。主控制器选用研华公司的ARK-1220L型工控机,具有体积小、综合性能强的特点,负责控制光谱仪并分析光谱数据、与副控制器通讯;副控制器选用stm32系列单片机,负责控制脱气装置,可连接温湿度传感器等监测环境状态,并发送数据给主控制器。
数据处理部分的核心是气体定量分析模型,建立气体定量分析模型,首先要进行每种检测气体特征变量的选择,特征变量主要有峰高、峰面积、峰率等,本文使用了TR正则化[20]进行特征变量的提取,然后选择1种建模方法。常见的建模方法有主元回归法[21]、偏最小二乘法[17]、神经网络法[22]、支持向量机法[23]等,本文需要检测的6种油中溶解气体在检测范围内特征变量值与气体浓度呈近似线性关系,故使用偏最小二乘法进行光谱定量分析建模[17],该方法适合于线性问题,同时该方法具有一定的非线性逼近能力。
基于单气室真空脱气的油中气体光谱分析工作流程如图4所示,具体工作流程:首先脱气装置工作,内部真空泵对气室抽真空至压强为0.02 MPa;扫描气室得到背景单波图;接着脱气装置抽取变压器油进行油气分离,得到的气体送至气室中进行扫描得到样品单波图,同时根据压强和温度传感器示数计算温度压强补偿系数;最后利用气体定量分析模型分析光谱数据得到气体浓度。
脱气装置每次进行油气分离时进油量为500 mL,由于不同的油样中含气量[24]存在差别,故每次分离出的气体量不同,导致每次分离出的气体送入气室后,气室内压强也不同,由于气体定量分析模型是按气体处于20℃、1个标准大气压的环境下分析气体的体积分数,同一体积分数的气体在不同的温度和压强环境下光谱的吸光度也不同,若不做任何处理直接用分析模型分析,得到的气体体积分数一定是错误的,故此时需要计算温度压强补偿系数,将由分析模型得到的不同压强和温度环境下的气体体积分数乘上补偿系数,转换成温度为20℃、1个标准大气压下的环境下,即可得到正确的气体体积分数。本实验的目的是验证用温度压强系数补偿后的气体体积分数的准确性。
将某体积分数的气体送至气室内,设气体分子量为n,气室内压强为P,气室内温度为T,相同体积分数的气体在气室内温度为20℃、气压为1个标准大气压时的气体分子量为n1,气室体积为V,则根据理想气体状态方程PV=nRT可得关系式(1)

本实验选用乙烷在波数为2 952.25 cm-1处的吸光度进行实验。首先采集了不同浓度的乙烷在温度为20℃、1个标准大气压环境下波数为2 952.25 cm-1处的吸光度,随后采集与之对应浓度的乙烷在温度为25℃、压强为0.08 MPa环境下波数为2 952.25 cm-1处的吸光度,由式(2)计算得到补偿系数,将25℃、0.08 MPa环境下的吸光度乘以补偿系数,与20℃、1个标准大气压环境下对应气体浓度的吸光度进行比较,验证温度压强补偿方法的可行性。
根据式(2)计算得到补偿系数为1.288 2。温度为25℃、压强为0.08 MPa环境下的吸光度再乘以补偿系数后,与温度为20℃、1个标准大气压环境下的吸光度对比如表1所示。从表1可以看出,乙烷浓度为99.5×10-6时,相对误差为1.250%,其余3种浓度情况下相对误差均小于0.01%,4种气体浓度下的误差均在允许范围内,说明这种温度气压补偿方法效果良好。
对于设计的基于单气室真空脱气的油中气体光谱分析装置,需在实验室内做标准气体浓度测定实验。标准气体组分包括甲烷、乙烷、乙烯、乙炔、一氧化碳、二氧化碳等特征气体,各组分浓度如表2所示。
混合组分气体的吸收光谱如图5所示。从图5可以看出,光谱图没有发生基线漂移与畸变现象,利用装置对标准气体进行多次实验,得到各种气体的浓度结果如表3所示。
表3的数据可以看出,混合气体的各组分浓度测量结果存在一定的误差,高浓度组分误差相对较小,如二氧化碳和甲烷,最大相对误差在1%左右,低浓度组分最大相对误差较大,最大相对误差最大的组分是乙炔,单次测量最大相对误差达到了9.9%。在与变压器油中溶解气体检测精度的行业标准对比时,需要将测量结果转换为油中气体含量,根据GB/T 7595—2008相关规定,500 kV变压器运行中绝缘油含气量应不大于3%[25],发生故障时,变压器油中溶解气体含量会上升,按照油气比为10∶1,脱气装置的脱气效率为0.8计算折算到油中的各组分气体最大误差,则将上述测量结果的最大误差乘以0.125,得到折算到油中的各组分气体最大误差如表4所示,相对误差不变。与国家电网有限公司企业标准[26]中规定的各组分气体测量误差要求对比,可知测量结果均满足测量误差限值(A级)的要求。
(1)针对变压器的运行状态监测和故障预警问题,本文提出了一种基于单气室真空脱气的油中气体光谱分析方案,本方案有效地解决了红外光谱法气体定量分析存在的光谱基线漂移和畸变的问题,相比于每次测量重新充入氮气扫描背景,在变压器油中溶解气体在线监测需要长时间不间断工作的环境下,此方案大幅降低了运行成本,提高了自动化程度。
(2)本文提出的方案经标准气体实验,对变压器油中6种特征故障气体的光谱分析发现,在气体浓度较高时,光谱分析结果准确;在气体浓度较低时,光谱分析结果相对偏大。将检测结果折算到油中气体浓度后可知误差在允许范围内,准确度可以达到行业标准,表明此方案可以很好的应用在基于红外光谱法的变压器油中溶解气体在线监测装置中,作为诊断变压器运行工况和发现潜伏性故障的有效方法之一。
