In order to improve the insulation ability of the three media interaction area of basin insulator, the reasons of the accumulation of foreign body, and the flashover along the basin insulator surface induced by the structure design defect of the three media interaction area was analyzed from the composition of three media interaction area, the movement characteristics of foreign body and the typical discharge phenomenon. Through electric field simulation, the influence of grounding shielding electrode, the flange thickness of basin insulator, and the distance between the grounding shielding electrode and the busbar cylinder flange on the electric field intensity in the low potential three interaction area were studied, the variation law of electric field in the high potential three interaction area with tilting angle and three media interaction area width of basin insulator were given. The calculation method of the thickness of the high voltage side of grounding shield electrode to prevent resin through failure and the criterion of electric field check in the three media interaction area were presented. The results show that the reasonable structure design of three media interaction area with high and low potential can effectively inhibit the surface flashover induced by foreign matter accumulation.

以提高盆式绝缘子三交区绝缘能力为出发点,从三交区构成、异物运动特性及典型放电现象分析了三交区结构设计缺陷导致异物聚集并诱发盆式绝缘子沿面闪络的原因。通过电场仿真,研究接地屏蔽电极、盆式绝缘子法兰处厚度及接地屏蔽电极与母线筒体法兰距离对低电位三交区电场强度的影响,给出高电位三交区电场随盆式绝缘子底部倾斜角度、三交区宽度的变化规律,提出接地屏蔽电极高压侧防止树脂贯通破坏厚度的计算方法及三交区电场校核判据。结果表明:合理的高、低电位三交区结构设计可有效抑制异物聚集诱发的盆式绝缘子沿面闪络。

以提高盆式绝缘子三交区绝缘能力为出发点,从三交区构成、异物运动特性及典型放电现象分析了三交区结构设计缺陷导致异物聚集并诱发盆式绝缘子沿面闪络的原因。通过电场仿真,研究接地屏蔽电极、盆式绝缘子法兰处厚度及接地屏蔽电极与母线筒体法兰距离对低电位三交区电场强度的影响,给出高电位三交区电场随盆式绝缘子底部倾斜角度、三交区宽度的变化规律,提出接地屏蔽电极高压侧防止树脂贯通破坏厚度的计算方法及三交区电场校核判据。结果表明:合理的高、低电位三交区结构设计可有效抑制异物聚集诱发的盆式绝缘子沿面闪络。

In order to improve the insulation ability of the three media interaction area of basin insulator, the reasons of the accumulation of foreign body, and the flashover along the basin insulator surface induced by the structure design defect of the three media interaction area was analyzed from the composition of three media interaction area, the movement characteristics of foreign body and the typical discharge phenomenon. Through electric field simulation, the influence of grounding shielding electrode, the flange thickness of basin insulator, and the distance between the grounding shielding electrode and the busbar cylinder flange on the electric field intensity in the low potential three interaction area were studied, the variation law of electric field in the high potential three interaction area with tilting angle and three media interaction area width of basin insulator were given. The calculation method of the thickness of the high voltage side of grounding shield electrode to prevent resin through failure and the criterion of electric field check in the three media interaction area were presented. The results show that the reasonable structure design of three media interaction area with high and low potential can effectively inhibit the surface flashover induced by foreign matter accumulation.

气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)因结构紧凑、可靠性高、维护工作量小、检修周期长、配置灵活等优点,自上世纪90年代开始,在高压输电系统中得到广泛应用。根据国家电网公司十四五现代能源体系规划,要求深化电力体制改革,构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统,明确了新型电力系统在实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标中的基础地位。开关厂正在积极布局太阳能发电、光伏发电、海上风电等清洁能源领域的同时,在现有技术基础上通过GIS设备小型化减少SF6气体使用量,并与未来发展的环保气体技术相结合,降低了制造成本。盆式绝缘子作为GIS中主要的高压导体支撑部件[1-3],因结构紧凑使其内部电场值较高,当局部电场不合理时极易造成盆式绝缘子的绝缘损坏,引发GIS故障。因此,盆式绝缘子的绝缘设计直接关系到GIS的整体绝缘水平[4-8]
在盆式绝缘子设计过程中,更多焦点集中在利用遗传算法、粒子群算法等优化方法获得理想的型面结构,改善盆式绝缘子沿面切向电场分量、电极表面电场模值,达到提高绝缘性能的目的[9-13]。对于低电位母线筒体法兰、高电位高压屏蔽电极与盆式绝缘子构成的三重连接部位(金属-气体-绝缘子,简称三交区)的研究相对较少,主要体现在以下两个方面:一是缺少高、低位三交区许用场强校核判据;二是三交区结构设计对防金属异物闪络的影响研究较少[14-18]
本文针对某一电压等级交流GIS用盆式绝缘子,分析了三交区构成、异物运动特性及异物聚集诱发沿面闪络的原因,开展高、低位三交区结构配合设计,重点讨论了接地屏蔽电极、盆式绝缘子法兰处厚度H及接地屏蔽电极与母线筒体法兰距离L对低位三交区电场强度的影响,提出了接地屏蔽电极高压侧防树脂贯穿厚度计算方法和三交区电场校核判据。针对高位三交区,重点讨论了盆式绝缘子中心导体与高压屏蔽电极配合对其电场的影响,分析了低位三交区电场随盆式绝缘子底部倾斜角度α、宽度W的变化规律。通过对盆式绝缘子三交区贴附异物、试品分组方法进行雷电冲击对比试验,证明了合理的高、低电位三交区结构设计对异物有着良好的屏蔽效应,为GIS设备小型化、高可靠性和设备制造提供参考。
盆式绝缘子典型结构如图1所示,主要由盆子中心导体、环氧树脂浇料、接地屏蔽电极、盆子金属法兰等构成。盆子金属法兰因屏蔽信号的原因会给局放测试装置设计带来干扰[13],但可避免因母线伸缩装置设置不合理产生盲板力对盆式绝缘子的破坏。接地屏蔽电极可改善母线筒体法兰处的电位线走势,降低此处电场数值。盆式绝缘子三交区主要有低电位三交区“A部”、“B部”和高电位三交区“C部”、“D部”。
通过对GIS产品出厂耐压试验、现场交接试验及现场运行中盆式绝缘子放电问题进行统计,梳理出三交区典型放电如图2所示。从图2可以看出,放电起始位置始于盆式绝缘子高电位的中心导体处,根部有明显放电圆点,呈树枝状发展,止于盆式绝缘子对接处的母线筒体法兰。经检查,盆式绝缘子表面无磕碰、划伤痕迹。经X射线探伤检测,盆式绝缘子内部在浇注过程中无杂质、气隙等微小缺陷,排除因零部件质量缺陷导致的放电。
产生上述放电主要有两方面原因,一是盆式绝缘子本身绝缘设计裕度不足,导致沿面切向电场数值超标,但随着仿真技术、优化方法的发展,产品设计基本能获得最优解;二是三交区结构设计不合理,该部位电场强度直接关系到盆式绝缘子防金属异物闪络能力。
对于低电位三交区“A部”、“B部”,当盆式绝缘子于图1位置逆时针旋转90°运行时,在交流电压下,母线筒体底部金属异物竖起,会随电压波形轴向移动,如图3所示,金属微粒运动到盆式绝缘子处停止,在三交区聚集,从而诱发盆式绝缘子沿面闪络。对高电位三交区“C部”、“D部”,因盆式绝缘子水平工况运行并不被所有用户接受,在盆式绝缘子于图1位置逆时针旋转90°运行时,高位三交区处于悬空,由于高压静电吸附作用,同样会聚集少量异物,同时盆子中心导体与高压屏蔽电极对接处出现磕碰、划伤以及对接面加工倒棱不规整,会增大盆式绝缘子沿面闪络风险。基于上述推测,GIS中、高场强的盆式绝缘子击穿概率较大,与实际工程现象吻合。
三交区异物诱发盆式绝缘子沿面闪络的原因在于,此处结构设计不能对异物起到屏蔽作用,同时在设计过程中也缺少三交区电场强度校验标准。查阅有关文献,对低电位三交区“A部”、“B部”通常按支撑绝缘件的壳体表面允许场强进行校核,对高电位三交区“C部”、“D部”按高压屏蔽电极允许强度进行电场校核,该处理方式不能完全解决盆式绝缘子三交区异物诱发的沿面闪络。
对于盆式绝缘子低电位三交区“A部”、“B部”,接地屏蔽电极的作用至关重要,如图1所示。该接地屏蔽电极配合母线筒体法兰,在低电位三交区“A部”、“B部”构成局部范围的屏蔽坑。
接地屏蔽电极的存在,使盆式绝缘子凸面侧三交区“B部”电场强度由28.16 kV/mm降到5.79 kV/mm,凹面侧“A部”三交区电场强度由21.69 kV/mm降到5.95 kV/mm,如图4所示。对比无接地屏蔽电极时凸、凹面侧三交区最大电场强度值,凸面侧三交区最大电场强度28.16 kV/mm大于凹面侧的21.69 kV/mm,为接地屏蔽电极宜靠近盆式绝缘子凸面侧设计提供了依据。
接地屏蔽电极对三交区保护程度与电极直径、盆式绝缘子法兰处厚度H及接地屏蔽电极与母线筒体法兰距离L有关。接地屏蔽电极直径一般为12~18 mm,设计盆式绝缘子法兰处厚度H时,在满足盆式绝缘子凸面侧“B部”三交区电场强度前提下,厚度H对凹面侧“A部”三交区电场的影响如图5所示。从图5可以看出,盆式绝缘子法兰处厚度H由66 mm增加到76 mm时,凹面侧三交区最大电场强度由5.95 kV/mm增加至7.92 kV/mm。由于缺少盆式绝缘子三交区电场校核判据,厚度H的大小取决于各开关厂对三交区电场强度的接受程度。根据设计经验,推荐盆式绝缘子三交区按许用场强为6 kV/mm进行校验。
低电位三交区“A部”电场值随L的变化如图6所示,可以看出,接地屏蔽电极与母线筒体法兰距离L由10 mm增加至18 mm,凹面侧三交区最大电场强度由6.82 kV/mm减小至5.38 kV/mm,同时也可以改善凸面侧三交区电场强度的大小。在盆式绝缘子最优形状比的前提下,随着距离L增加,环氧树脂浇料高压侧在雷电冲击电压下,防止贯通破坏的最小厚度d减小,容易发生盆式绝缘子高压侧贯穿炸裂,d的校验值可按式(1)进行计算。

对于盆式绝缘子高电位三交区“C部”、“D部”,重点关注高压屏蔽电极与盆式绝缘子中心导体配合设计,一方面可以降低高电位三交区电场值,另一方面考虑长期带电运行时控制局部放电的需要,降低盆式绝缘子中心导体电场有利于减缓盆式绝缘子的老化性能。特别在550 kV及以上超高压电网中,随着雷电冲击电压与工频运行电压比值越来越小,盆式绝缘子中心导体电场设计难度成倍加大。
图7为盆式绝缘子中心导体电场值与高电位三交区形状关系图。从图7可以看出,案例一中盆式绝缘子中心导体高度低于高压屏蔽电极最大直径5 mm,高电位三交区深度浅,盆式绝缘子中心导体最大电场值为17.018 kV/mm,该电场值通常不会引起绝缘子内部击穿和沿面放电,但会使中心导体局放增大,加速绝缘件劣化。案例二中中心导体高度低于高压屏蔽电极最大直径27 mm,左、右两侧高压屏蔽电极构成深坑,高电位三交区深度深,盆式绝缘子中心导体位于深坑中,受益于良好的深坑屏蔽作用,最大电场值为13.572 kV/mm,该数值满足工频运行相电压下3 kV/mm的要求。
高电位“C部”、“D部”电场强度大小不仅受高压屏蔽电极与盆式绝缘子中心导体配合关系的影响,还与盆式绝缘子底部倾斜角度α、三交区宽度W有关,如图8图9所示。从图89可以看出,靠近高压屏蔽电极侧、高压屏蔽电极根部及靠近盆式绝缘子侧三交区电场强度随倾斜角α增大而减小,当倾斜角α小于6°时,最大电场强度超过6 kV/mm。靠近高压屏蔽电极侧电场强度随三交区宽度W增加而减小,高压屏蔽电极根部及靠近盆式绝缘子侧三交区电场强度随宽度W增大而增大,但靠近盆式绝缘子侧三交区电场强度变化幅度相对较大。通过电场计算还发现,改变盆式绝缘子底部倾斜角度α、三交区宽度W也会影响盆子中心导体电场值,高电位三交区绝缘设计过程中应重点关注。
为验证盆式绝缘子高、低电位三交区异物的影响,采用E、F、G 3组共6种试品进行对比试验,每组三交区设置贴附异物和不贴附异物结构各5只。E组试品高电位三交区深度为15 mm,对应图7中案例一,F组试品高电位三交区深度为35 mm,对应图7中案例二,G组试品与F组试品相同,但异物贴附于低电位三交区处,试品及异物贴附如图10所示。
分别对3组6种试品进行正负极性雷电冲击各15次试验,结果如图11所示。高电位三交区贴附异物的E组试品在负极性雷电冲击电压为1 182 kV下放电,高电位三交区无贴附异物的E组试品、高电位三交区贴附异物和无贴附异物的F试品、低电位三交区贴附异物和无贴附异物的G组试品,全部完成±1 675 kV雷电冲击电压考核。解体检查高电位三交区贴附异物的E组试品,盆式绝缘子沿面发生贯穿性放电,位置起始于异物贴附处,如图12所示,E组试品因高电位三交区结构浅,对异物屏蔽效果不佳,易发生异物诱发发电。
(1)从盆式绝缘子结构、三交区放电现象及母线筒体底部异物运动特性,分析了三交区结构设计有缺陷时,聚集的异物可诱发盆式绝缘子沿面闪络。
(2)根据电场仿真结果,盆式绝缘子接地屏蔽电极可显著降低低电位三交区“A部”、“B部”电场强度,并得到盆式绝缘子法兰处厚度H、接地屏蔽电极与母线筒体法兰距离L变化对低电压位三交区“A部”、“B部”电场强度的影响规律。
(3)盆式绝缘子中心导体可利用左、右两侧高压屏蔽电极配合降低其电场强度,并得到盆式绝缘子倾斜角度α、三交区宽度W对高电位“C部”、“D部”电场强度的影响规律。
(4)通过对盆式绝缘子试品分组、分类进行雷电冲击试验,表明低电位三交区“A部”、“B部”和高电位三交区“C部”、“D部”合理化结构设计可有效抑制异物聚集诱发的盆式绝缘子沿面闪络。
