In order to study the influence of semi-conductive shielding materials on the charge transport behavior in insulation, we selected three different types of semi-conductive shielding materials made in and out of China to cooperate with the same insulation, and trial-produce a shield-insulation-shield sandwich structure sample by simulating the actual cable structure, and conducted high-field conductance tests and space charge measurements. The results show that the introduction of the shielding layer changes the conduction mode inside the insulation. Compared with the pure insulation sample, the charge injection of the insulation sample with shielding layer increases significantly. The insulation-shielding interface of the imported shielding material sample has a stronger ability to inhibit charge injection, and the charge injection degree is weaker. The measurement of the space charge of each sample shows the impact of charge injection on the degree of space charge accumulation inside the insulation, the space charge accumulation of the shielding material sample made in China is more serious, while that of the imported sample is lower. It is needed to concern the impedance mismatch problem caused by the particularity of the sample structure in the measurement of space charge.

为研究半导电屏蔽材料对高压XLPE电缆绝缘中电荷输运行为的影响,本研究选用国内外3种不同型号的半导电屏蔽材料配合同一XLPE绝缘,模拟实际电缆结构试制了屏蔽-绝缘-屏蔽的三明治结构试样,并对其进行高场强电导测试以及空间电荷测量。结果表明:屏蔽层的引入使绝缘内部的电导方式发生了改变。相较于纯XLPE绝缘试样,含屏蔽层配合的绝缘试样电荷注入明显增加,其中进口屏蔽料配合的试样绝缘-屏蔽界面对电荷注入的抑制能力较强,电荷注入程度较弱。电荷注入会对空间电荷在绝缘内部的积聚程度产生影响,其中,含国产屏蔽料配合的试样的空间电荷积聚较为严重,含进口屏蔽料配合的试样空间电荷积聚程度较轻。此外,空间电荷测量还需要注意因试样结构的特殊性带来的阻抗不匹配问题。

为研究半导电屏蔽材料对高压XLPE电缆绝缘中电荷输运行为的影响,本研究选用国内外3种不同型号的半导电屏蔽材料配合同一XLPE绝缘,模拟实际电缆结构试制了屏蔽-绝缘-屏蔽的三明治结构试样,并对其进行高场强电导测试以及空间电荷测量。结果表明:屏蔽层的引入使绝缘内部的电导方式发生了改变。相较于纯XLPE绝缘试样,含屏蔽层配合的绝缘试样电荷注入明显增加,其中进口屏蔽料配合的试样绝缘-屏蔽界面对电荷注入的抑制能力较强,电荷注入程度较弱。电荷注入会对空间电荷在绝缘内部的积聚程度产生影响,其中,含国产屏蔽料配合的试样的空间电荷积聚较为严重,含进口屏蔽料配合的试样空间电荷积聚程度较轻。此外,空间电荷测量还需要注意因试样结构的特殊性带来的阻抗不匹配问题。

In order to study the influence of semi-conductive shielding materials on the charge transport behavior in insulation, we selected three different types of semi-conductive shielding materials made in and out of China to cooperate with the same insulation, and trial-produce a shield-insulation-shield sandwich structure sample by simulating the actual cable structure, and conducted high-field conductance tests and space charge measurements. The results show that the introduction of the shielding layer changes the conduction mode inside the insulation. Compared with the pure insulation sample, the charge injection of the insulation sample with shielding layer increases significantly. The insulation-shielding interface of the imported shielding material sample has a stronger ability to inhibit charge injection, and the charge injection degree is weaker. The measurement of the space charge of each sample shows the impact of charge injection on the degree of space charge accumulation inside the insulation, the space charge accumulation of the shielding material sample made in China is more serious, while that of the imported sample is lower. It is needed to concern the impedance mismatch problem caused by the particularity of the sample structure in the measurement of space charge.

电缆用半导电屏蔽料为复合型半导电高分子材料,这类材料以高分子聚合物为基体,将导电填料引入基体内部形成复合材料[1-3],其基体树脂一般为聚烯烃树脂,导电填料的主要成分则是碳系填料。半导电屏蔽层在高压绝缘电缆中占据着重要地位,能够避免导体表面因不光滑、气隙、尖端毛刺等原因引起的表面电场不均现象,降低绝缘因局部放电进而发展至击穿的概率[4-7]
电缆中的半导电屏蔽层对于绝缘电导及其空间电荷的注入有着不同程度的影响。闫志雨等[8]采用熔融共混法制备了炭黑/低密度聚乙烯(CB/LDPE)复合介质,测试了LDPE与CB/LDPE复合介质的空间电荷分布以及直流电导特性,结果表明炭黑颗粒的陷阱作用能够对CB/LDPE复合介质的空间电荷和电导特性起改善作用。陈铮铮等[9]对比研究了不同交、直流电缆用交联聚乙烯的介电性能,发现不同材料的电缆绝缘具有不同的陷阱特性,进而影响其电导特性和空间电荷特性。高凯等[10]将超导电炭黑填充至乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯(EEA)中,通过与填充普通炭黑的进行对比,发现高结构的超导电炭黑聚集体直径较小、粒子间距小,绝缘材料中空间电荷的注入量较小。
高压XLPE电缆绝缘中的电荷输运行为涉及固体介质的强场电导与击穿问题。当电介质处于强电场环境下时,自由载流子迁移速度增大,同时还将引起电荷从电极注入、载流子在介质体内倍增和空间电荷积聚等[11-13]。电介质在强电场下的电导现象可以从载流子浓度和迁移率两方面进行研究。然而,目前针对绝缘材料的研究分析很少涉及屏蔽层的配合。实际高压绝缘电缆在运行过程中电缆内部绝缘配合有屏蔽层,因此半导电屏蔽材料对电缆绝缘中电荷输运行为的影响研究是有必要的。
本文对含屏蔽层的XLPE绝缘试样进行不同温度不同场强下的电导率测试、空间电荷测量,研究不同半导电屏蔽材料对XLPE绝缘电荷特性的影响。通过了解强电场下电介质中载流子的增加与输运问题,研究在屏蔽层配合下的绝缘电导过程。
选取3种220 kV电压等级的交流屏蔽料,分别命名为屏蔽料1#、2#、3#。其中屏蔽料1#和2#为国产屏蔽料,屏蔽料3#为进口屏蔽料,且屏蔽料3#中炭黑颗粒的石墨化程度最高,1#次之,2#最低。绝缘料为进口交联聚乙烯(XLPE),命名为LEJY。试样制备步骤如下:首先分别将屏蔽料与绝缘料放入平板硫化机中在5 MPa、120℃下预压预热10 min,然后加压至15 MPa后保持压力水冷15 min定形,得到屏蔽层与绝缘层。将屏蔽层裁剪后放置于绝缘层上、下两侧,将试样放入平板硫化机中在170℃、15 MPa下热压15 min,保持压力不变水冷15 min得到最后的三明治结构试样。试样截面的示意图如图1所示,上、下屏蔽层的厚度均为0.15 mm,边长均为10 mm,中间绝缘层厚度为0.20 mm,试样总厚度为0.50 mm。
各试样中绝缘部分相同,因此将各试样的命名分别对应于屏蔽料,标记为试样1#、2#、3#,将纯绝缘料LEJY压制的试样设置为空白对照组。将试样放置于烘箱中,在60℃下静置8 h消除试样中的内应力,以备后续试验。
所用屏蔽料虽应用于交流系统,但在直流电压下由电导以及空间电荷所能体现出的屏蔽料对绝缘的电荷注入在交流电场下同样存在,因此通过以下空间电荷测试来研究屏蔽料对绝缘内部电荷注入以及输运机制的影响。
高场强电导测量系统示意图如图2所示。试验使用三电极系统,测量电极直径为20 mm,采用了Keithley 6514型静电计,测量系统放置于烘箱中,并利用计算机对测量曲线进行采集和保存试验数据。在不同的测试温度与场强下,每组试样记录加压1 h,并根据试验得到的电流曲线选择最终稳定阶段5 min内的数据取平均值,以此作为该温度与场强条件下的稳定电流值。选择不同温度测试时,在烘箱升温达到设定温度后,恒温保持1 h再进行相应的试验操作。对同类型试样分别进行3次测量,同时在每完成1次测试后,需短路20 min以释放试样内部的残余电荷。
采用了电声脉冲法(PEA)进行空间电荷测量。脉冲发生器部分同时包含双路信号发生器和纳秒脉冲发生器。脉冲源的工作频率为1~1 000 Hz,输出脉冲电压峰值为0~2 kV,脉宽为20 ns。每种类型试样分别进行5次测量以保证试验结果的可重复性。试验时,对试样施加25 kV/mm场强并保持30 min,分别记录1、10、20、30 min时的空间电荷分布波形。去极化阶段,分别记录不同场强下去压5 min后的空间电荷分布波形。
图3为各试样的电流-温度(I-T)关系曲线图,电流幅值取对数坐标处理。从图3可以看出,在30℃时,含有屏蔽层结构的试样的电流幅值均比纯绝缘对照试样的小。而随着温度的升高,在45℃时,试样1#、2#的电流幅值开始超过纯绝缘LEJY空白对照组,且该现象在高场强下更为明显。在20 kV/mm下,试样3#的电流幅值在60℃开始超过LEJY,而在75℃以及90℃时,这一对比现象更为显著。这表明屏蔽层的引入对载流子在绝缘介质中的输运过程产生了影响,特别是半导电屏蔽材料对绝缘内部的电荷注入情况的影响。
图3还可以看出,LEJY试样在30~90℃的电流幅值数量级变化最小,在场强为20 kV/mm和30 kV/mm下尤为明显,表明绝缘材料在配合半导电屏蔽料后其内部的导电机理发生了变化。LEJY在30~90℃的电流幅值仅增加了一个数量级左右,该数量级程度的电流变化与离子电导随温度的变化相符,表明离子电导是影响XLPE电荷输运的主要原因[14]。一般来说,高聚物中既存在着弱束缚离子,包括少量活化势垒较低的杂质以及弱束缚的本征离子引起的热活化跳跃电导,同时又存在着热离子极化[15]。在引入屏蔽层后,除可能引入弱束缚的杂质离子外,还有可能对电子电导产生影响。含有屏蔽层结构的试样在整个升温过程中,电流幅值跨越了3~4个数量级,表明绝缘介质中的导电类型并非单一,可能同时存在电子电导与离子电导作用。
图4给出了含屏蔽层配合试样1#、2#、3#在25 kV/mm下的空间电荷密度分布变化。从图4可以看出,试样1#的空间电荷密度分布曲线存在较为明显的谐波现象,产生该现象的原因在于屏蔽料1#作为半导电极与整个测量系统的阻抗不匹配。
分析试样1#、2#、3#在不同时间节点的空间电荷密度分布变化情况可知,试样1#和3#内部并没有太多的空间电荷积累,而试样2#绝缘内部的空间电荷曲线基准整体存在着较为明显的抬升,阳极附近的正极性电荷在1 min内便已完成了注入,并在后续试验过程中随着时间的增加,正极性电荷逐渐减少。相较于试样2#,试样1#在阳极附近同样存在着正极性电荷注入的现象,但是这一现象并不显著。试样3#的电荷注入情况则完全不同,阴极附近出现了异极性电荷积累。极化过程中的异极性电荷通常由材料内部的偶极子极化或可电离杂质在电场作用下电离产生[16-19]。此外,从图4还可以看出,各试样电极电荷峰之间的距离,该距离均已超过绝缘层的厚度,表明产生电极电荷峰的位置处于屏蔽内部而非绝缘内部。其中,试样3#的峰间距与实际的绝缘厚度最为接近,表明该电极电荷峰更靠近于绝缘-屏蔽界面。
常见的绝缘高分子介质材料多由非晶体或非晶体与晶体相共存所构成。由原子周期性排列所形成的能带仅能在各个局部区域内存在,电子从一个小晶区的导带迁移到相邻小晶区的导带需要克服一定的势垒。局部能带的导带上电子在热振动的作用下,跃过势垒向相邻的微晶带跃迁便形成了电子跳跃电导(γ[20-21],其计算公式如式(1)所示。

式(1)中:n为导电电子浓度,m-3q为载流子电荷量,q=1.6×10-19 C;a为微晶体间相隔的平均距离,m;v为电子热振动的频率,s-1k为玻尔兹曼常数, k=1.380 649 × 10-23 J/K;T为温度,K;μ0为初始活化能,eV。
式(1)可知,在lgγ-1/T坐标系下,不同温度、相同场强下的电导率测量值最终应呈直线分布,如图5所示,其斜率为-μ0/k。可由此对比活化能大小,如图5所示。从图5可以看出,含有屏蔽层配合的绝缘试样活化能高于纯绝缘试样,结合第2节电导率数量级的变化可知,引入屏蔽层后绝缘内部的电导机制发生改变,由纯绝缘的离子电导为主发展为电子电导与离子电导共同存在。随着场强的增大,各试样的活化能均逐渐降低,表明各试样的活化能对场强具有依赖性,也表明高场强下发生了肖特基注入过程[22-24]。此外,试样1#与3#的活化能相差不大,试样2#的活化能较高,表明其电子电导对总电流的贡献程度更大。
由于添加的屏蔽层与整个测量系统的阻抗并不匹配,试样的空间电荷分布曲线会与正常测试时的曲线产生较大差异,具体差异可以体现为试样中间区域的基线并不处于零甚至发生倾斜,亦或是整体测量曲线存在较大的谐波影响,如图4中试样1#的测量结果所示。在电声脉冲法中,电荷运动产生声脉冲在包含试样在内的整个系统装置中需要经历多个界面的传播[25]。由于本研究的PEA空间电荷测量系统设计时为保证阻抗匹配,针对的测试材料仅为聚乙烯材料,而实测材料包含了屏蔽层,当含屏蔽层配合的绝缘试样应用于电声脉冲法测量装置时,所得电信号必定会发生畸变。
图6为各试样在较低场强(5 kV/mm)下的瞬时空间电荷密度分布。
图6可以看出,相比LEJY,试样1#、2#在半导电层界面处的电荷密度峰值有明显的下降。由于使用的绝缘片均相同,暂不考虑声信号在介质内部的色散和衰减过程,造成该现象的原因并不是该界面处的电极电荷密度真实降低,而是界面处所配合的屏蔽层其声阻抗与交联聚乙烯绝缘的声阻抗差异较大,传递系数减小,从而使得该界面处产生的声波信号幅值降低。而试样3#在半导电层界面处的电荷密度峰值下降程度较小,表明其配合的屏蔽层声阻抗与交联聚乙烯绝缘的声阻抗相近。声阻抗同样也被称为材料的波阻抗,属于力学阻抗。声阻抗反映了材料的弹性模量[26],该数值相近在一定程度上说明屏蔽料3#与绝缘料之间力学性能相近。
图7是各试样在不同场强下去极化5 min后的空间电荷密度分布情况。从图7可以看出,各试样的绝缘-屏蔽界面处均存在阳极的正负峰,而仅有试样1#存在明显的阴极正负峰,试样2#、3#尚不明显。同时,试样1#、2#内部存在着较为明显的空间电荷积聚,在去极化阶段空间电荷并不能快速消散,这与各试样在极化阶段的空间电荷密度变化趋势一致。在本试验条件下该现象与不同屏蔽料向绝缘中的电荷注入有关,并不会因为屏蔽料的不同而改变绝缘料的陷阱特性,试验结果表明了试样1#、2#的屏蔽层作为半导电极对绝缘的电荷注入较为严重,试样3#的屏蔽层对于绝缘内部的电荷注入抑制能力要优于试样1#、2#
由于选用半导电屏蔽料中的填料成分并不一致,3#屏蔽料的石墨化程度更高,其内部的炭黑颗粒表面的无序程度较低,炭黑颗粒内部的微晶结构表现出平面化。与绝缘部分接触的屏蔽料表面的场强较低,高场强的延伸范围更小,电荷注入绝缘内部的程度更低[27-28]。而试样2#屏蔽料中炭黑颗粒的无序程度较高,对于电荷注入的抑制能力较弱,导致空间电荷积聚较为严重。
(1)纯绝缘的电导与含屏蔽层配合的绝缘电导存在着较大的差异,该差异本质上属于两种不同电极系统对载流子的增加与输运产生的不同影响所致。屏蔽层的引入导致电导机制发生改变,其中纯绝缘主要以离子电导为主,而含屏蔽层试样则存在着电子电导与离子电导的共同作用。
(2)不同试样活化能的差异体现了以不同载流子为对象的跳跃电导类型的变化,该变化能够体现不同半导电屏蔽材料对绝缘内部电荷注入程度影响的差异。相较于国产屏蔽料,含进口屏蔽料配合的试样活化能最低,表明了其电子电导对总电流的贡献程度更低,屏蔽材料抑制电荷注入的能力更强。
(3)以PEA为基础的含屏蔽层配合绝缘试样的空间电荷测量存在着较为明显的阻抗不匹配问题,需要注意由此对试验本身结果分析带来的影响。各试样空间电荷的密度分布较为直观地展现了空间电荷在绝缘内部的积聚情况,其中含进口屏蔽料配合的绝缘试样的空间电荷积聚程度较轻,而含国产屏蔽料配合的绝缘试样空间电荷积聚程度较高,表明由进口屏蔽料配合形成的绝缘-屏蔽界面的电荷注入程度更低。
