In this paper, we analyzed the basic characteristics of natural ester oil, and introduced the basic research results in electrical structure design and insulating oil processing of a 110 kV oil-immersed transformer using natural ester oil, and then compared with that of mineral insulating oil transformer with the same grade. The application of natural ester insulating oil in power transformers was discussed. The results show that when the natural ester oil is used in transformers with voltage of 110 kV and below, the design principle of electrical structure can refer to mineral insulating oil transformer standard. The impregnation treatment of insulating parts and the selection of sealant pad when using the natural ester insulating oil are quite different from using mineral insulating oil. During the storage and transportation process, natural ester insulating oil should avoid contact with air to prevent oxidation. The kinematic viscosity of natural ester insulating oil has an obvious effect on the temperature rise of transformer, which should be corrected accordingly when designing the structure. On the basis of the excellent properties of natural ester insulating oil, it has broad prospects in power transformer field.

本文分析了天然酯绝缘油的基本特性,介绍了一台采用天然酯绝缘油的110 kV油浸式变压器在电气结构设计、绝缘油工艺处理等方面的基础研究结果,并与同等级的矿物绝缘油变压器进行对比,对天然酯绝缘油在电力变压器中的应用进行了探讨。结果表明:当天然酯绝缘油应用于110 kV及以下电压的变压器时,电气结构设计原则可参照矿物绝缘油变压器标准。使用天然酯绝缘油时绝缘件的浸渍处理和密封胶垫的选用与使用矿物绝缘油时有较大差异。天然酯绝缘油在贮存与运输过程中要避免与空气接触,防止氧化。天然酯绝缘油的运动黏度对变压器的温升影响明显,结构设计时要进行相应地修正。基于天然酯绝缘油的优异特性,其在电力变压器领域具有广阔的应用前景。

本文分析了天然酯绝缘油的基本特性,介绍了一台采用天然酯绝缘油的110 kV油浸式变压器在电气结构设计、绝缘油工艺处理等方面的基础研究结果,并与同等级的矿物绝缘油变压器进行对比,对天然酯绝缘油在电力变压器中的应用进行了探讨。结果表明:当天然酯绝缘油应用于110 kV及以下电压的变压器时,电气结构设计原则可参照矿物绝缘油变压器标准。使用天然酯绝缘油时绝缘件的浸渍处理和密封胶垫的选用与使用矿物绝缘油时有较大差异。天然酯绝缘油在贮存与运输过程中要避免与空气接触,防止氧化。天然酯绝缘油的运动黏度对变压器的温升影响明显,结构设计时要进行相应地修正。基于天然酯绝缘油的优异特性,其在电力变压器领域具有广阔的应用前景。

In this paper, we analyzed the basic characteristics of natural ester oil, and introduced the basic research results in electrical structure design and insulating oil processing of a 110 kV oil-immersed transformer using natural ester oil, and then compared with that of mineral insulating oil transformer with the same grade. The application of natural ester insulating oil in power transformers was discussed. The results show that when the natural ester oil is used in transformers with voltage of 110 kV and below, the design principle of electrical structure can refer to mineral insulating oil transformer standard. The impregnation treatment of insulating parts and the selection of sealant pad when using the natural ester insulating oil are quite different from using mineral insulating oil. During the storage and transportation process, natural ester insulating oil should avoid contact with air to prevent oxidation. The kinematic viscosity of natural ester insulating oil has an obvious effect on the temperature rise of transformer, which should be corrected accordingly when designing the structure. On the basis of the excellent properties of natural ester insulating oil, it has broad prospects in power transformer field.

变压器绝缘油在油浸式变压器中起着绝缘、冷却散热和熄灭电弧的作用,绝缘油的特性决定着变压器的环保性、防火性和绝缘寿命。
在石油中提炼的矿物绝缘油在油浸式变压器中的应用已达100年以上,具有良好的电气绝缘性能、冷却性能以及相对低廉的成本,但其燃点低、防火性能差,使其难以应用在矿山、矿井、海上、建筑物等对消防要求高的场所,而且矿物绝缘油难以降解,发生泄漏后会对环境造成污染,需要增加额外的泄油池容纳。
近年来,天然酯绝缘油在变压器中得到了一些应用,天然酯绝缘油配电变压器列入《中国制造2025》重点领域技术路线图和《配电变压器能效提升计划》,目前国内变压器厂已开始研究天然酯绝缘油在110 kV及以上电压变压器领域的适用性,其中500 kV天然酯绝缘油变压器已开始设计制造。文献[1]系统详细地介绍了天然酯绝缘油电力变压器的相关技术。变压器的使用寿命一般为20~30年,绝缘油在长期运行下的电气性能直接影响着变压器的使用寿命,因此,对天然酯绝缘油应用于变压器的基础研究是非常必要的。本文简要分析天然酯绝缘油的基本特性,并介绍其与矿物绝缘油应用于变压器时的电磁设计、工艺处理及产品试验等方面的研究和对比,为后续天然酯绝缘油在高电压变压器上的应用提供借鉴。
天然酯绝缘油是一种高燃点的难燃电介质,其燃点可达300℃以上,远高于普通矿物绝缘油的160℃,应用于变压器时可大幅提升变压器的防火性能。同时,天然酯绝缘油来源于油料作物,具有可再生、可自然降解的优点,环境友好,因此使用天然酯绝缘油的变压器属于绿色环保型电气设备[1-2]。天然酯绝缘油与矿物绝缘油的主要特性对比见表1
表1可以看出,20℃时天然酯绝缘油的运动黏度约为矿物绝缘油的4倍,随着温度升高至100℃,天然酯绝缘油与矿物绝缘油的运动黏度均有所下降,流动性变好,但在相同温度下,天然酯绝缘油的运动黏度仍然比矿物绝缘油的运动黏度高得多。
一般而言,天然酯绝缘油与矿物绝缘油的导热性能均会随着温度的升高而有所下降,但在相同温度下天然酯绝缘油的导热性均优于矿物绝缘油,天然酯绝缘油的热导率大约是矿物绝缘油的1.4倍。
下面以一台采用天然酯绝缘油的110 kV油浸式变压器为例,介绍其在电气结构设计、绝缘油工艺处理等方面的研究以及成品试验结果,并与同电压等级的矿物绝缘油变压器进行对比。
天然酯绝缘油的燃点高,但是运动黏度大、流动性差,这会影响变压器的散热性能。目前尚没有很好的技术使天然酯绝缘油既具有高燃点又保持低黏度特性,因此在进行变压器设计时,不能直接将矿物绝缘油变压器的设计方法套用到天然酯绝缘油变压器中,需要根据天然酯绝缘油的特性进行相应的调整,并根据试验结果进行不断地修正。天然酯绝缘油的耐雷电冲击特性不如矿物绝缘油,在大油隙及不均匀电场中易发生击穿,因而在高电压变压器中的应用需要进行更多的试验研究以规避风险。
天然酯绝缘油的介质损耗大,抗氧化性较差,在使用过程中要注意保持密封,尽量不要与空气接触。因此变压器采用天然酯绝缘油时,要采用全密封结构。配电变压器一般采用波纹油箱全密封结构,电力变压器则采用胶囊油枕或波纹油枕全密封结构,以保证天然酯绝缘油不与空气接触。
表1可知,25℃下天然酯绝缘油的相对介电常数为3.1,矿物绝缘油的相对介电常数为2.2,而油浸纸板的相对介电常数通常为4.4,因而天然酯绝缘油在油浸纸绝缘系统中更适合。采用天然酯绝缘油和纸板组成的油浸纸绝缘系统中,电场分布更均匀,在均匀电场中可减小绝缘系统的结构尺寸。
图1图2分别是采用矿物绝缘油和天然酯绝缘油的110 kV电力变压器高低压绕组端部的电场分布仿真云图和沿电力线的场强分布图。
图12可以看出,天然酯绝缘油变压器中油隙与纸筒组成的绝缘结构电场分布更加均匀,其纸筒中的电场强度高于矿物绝缘油变压器纸筒中的电场强度,而油隙中的电场强度略低于矿物绝缘油变压器油隙中的电场强度。根据天然酯绝缘油和矿物绝缘油的击穿电压特性,按照矿物绝缘油变压器的绝缘距离进行天然酯绝缘油变压器主绝缘的设计,具有更大的绝缘裕度。
对采用天然酯绝缘油和矿物绝缘油的110 kV变压器绕组雷电冲击电压波过程分别进行计算,结果见图3,图中纵坐标表示雷电冲击下绕组电位与施加的冲击电压的百分比。从图3可以看出,天然酯绝缘油变压器在高压绕组首端入波时,其绕组冲击电位比矿物绝缘油变压器的绕组冲击电位低,而尾端入波时,其绕组冲击电位比矿物绝缘油变压器的绕组冲击电位高。无论是高压绕组首端入波还是尾端入波,天然酯绝缘油变压器绕组段间梯度普遍高于矿物绝缘油变压器的绕组段间梯度,即天然酯绝缘油变压器在雷电冲击电压下比矿物绝缘油变压器更易发生绕组段间绝缘击穿。
天然酯绝缘油的运动黏度大,对变压器的温升有一定影响。对于波纹油箱配电变压器,可以通过增大绕组中油道和波齿尺寸来降低温升。对于采用片式散热器的主变压器,其绕组可适当增大油道,同时增加散热器的数量来降低绝缘油的顶层油温升[3]
为了更好地使绕组产生的热量散发到油中,绕组全部采用了油导向结构(见图4),适当加大了绕组内外侧轴向油隙,增加了导向分区,使天然酯绝缘油可有效地将绕组各线饼的热量带走。对器身下部入油口、上部出油口进行了优化设计,采用了防止油路堵塞的结构,保证绝缘油的循环路径畅通[4]
天然酯绝缘油与矿物绝缘油的特性有很大不同,变压器器身在浸渍天然酯绝缘油时与浸渍矿物绝缘油时有显著不同,包括与其他绝缘件、胶垫和油漆的相容性,绝缘件的浸透性等方面。
天然酯绝缘油的高黏度使其浸透变压器身绝缘件需要更长的时间,特别是对于厚度较大的压板、垫板等层压绝缘件。
根据变压器绝缘材料浸渍试验可知,层压纸板比层压木在天然酯绝缘油中更难浸透。以尺寸为100 mm×100 mm的层压绝缘件为例,将其真空干燥后放入浸油容器,抽真空2 h后注入天然酯,保持温度为15~18℃,结果发现层压木试件经过17 h可完全浸透,而层压纸板试件在经过40 h后才浸透约70%,经过64 h才完全浸透。图5为层压纸板和层压木试件浸渍前后的照片。
天然酯绝缘油与耐油橡胶及绝缘漆等绝缘材料的相容性试验表明,天然酯绝缘油可与绝大部分矿物绝缘油变压器中采用的绝缘材料相容,只有与耐油橡胶、油箱内壁漆等少数材料的相容性需要特殊考虑[5-7]
对不同的密封橡胶与天然酯绝缘油进行相容性试验,结果如表2所示。从表2可以看出,丁腈橡胶的老化油样颜色变化明显,介质损耗和酸值明显增大。氢化丁腈橡胶的介质损耗轻微增大。氟橡胶、氟硅橡胶材料对天然酯绝缘油电气性能和理化性能的影响较小,和天然酯绝缘油的相容性较好。
天然酯绝缘油的优点是绿色环保,自然降解率在30 d可达98%以上,但在空气中暴露易吸潮和氧化,用于油浸式变压器时,变压器需要采用全密封结构。在贮存时,也要避免天然酯绝缘油与大气接触,一般要采用桶装[8]
少量桶装油尽量在厂房内存放,静止存放时可两层叠积。大量桶装油必须在室外存放时,要避免阳光直射、避雨遮盖,温度低于10℃时要采取保温措施。天然酯绝缘油大量使用时,采取双油罐存储及交换过滤方案。
桶装天然酯绝缘油应采取单层桶运输(桶不可叠积运输),桶的上部空间要采用氮气密封。
天然酯绝缘油的特性大部分在实验室中测得,实际应用效果要通过在变压器中进行应用验证。对同一台50 000 kVA/110 kV级电力变压器分别注入天然酯绝缘油和矿物绝缘油进行试验,并对试验结果进行对比分析。
注入天然酯绝缘油和矿物绝缘油的变压器的绝缘特性试验结果应折算至同一温度下进行对比,现有标准中未明确给出天然酯绝缘油变压器绝缘特性试验的温度折算,在没有明确资料时,天然酯绝缘油绝缘电阻的温度折算可采用矿物绝缘油的折算公式,试验结果如表3所示。
表3可知,与矿物绝缘油变压器相比,天然酯绝缘油变压器的绝缘电阻值低得多,这是由于天然酯绝缘油的体积电阻率小于矿物绝缘油的体积电阻率。两种变压器绕组的介质损耗因数差别不大,天然酯绝缘油变压器与矿物绝缘油变压器绕组电容量之比基本符合表1中的相对介电常数之比(1.3左右)。
天然酯绝缘油的运动黏度约为矿物绝缘油的4倍,相同条件下天然酯绝缘油变压器的温升要比矿物绝缘油变压器的温升高,仿真与换油试验结果均证明了这一点[9-10]
在ONAF条件下,分别对天然酯绝缘油变压器和矿物绝缘油变压器进行温升试验,施加100%损耗,达到稳定状态3 h后,降到额定电流继续通电 1 h,通电过程中时刻保持施加损耗不变,然后分别测试温升,得到ONAF条件下的温升试验结果如表4所示。
表4可知,与矿物绝缘油变压器相比天然酯绝缘油变压器的油顶层温升和油平均温升高4~ 6 K,低压绕组平均温升高3.7 K,高压绕组平均温升基本相同。绕组对油温升是绕组对绝缘油的温差加上油平均温升,天然酯绝缘油变压器的绕组对油温升低于矿物油变压器的绕组对油温升。由于高压绕组位于外侧,散热条件更好,因而高压绕组对油温升比低压绕组对油温升更低。上述结果说明天然酯绝缘油的流动性较差,造成油平均温升高,进而影响了油顶层温升和绕组温升[11-12]
图6为ONAF条件下,施加100%损耗时,天然酯绝缘油变压器和矿物绝缘油变压器油顶层温升的变化曲线(不包括降电流后的油顶层温升变化)。由图6可以看出,ONAF条件下,整个温升试验过程中,天然酯绝缘油变压器的油顶层温升均高于矿物绝缘油变压器。
对ONAF温升试验前后两种变压器的绝缘油进行色谱分析,结果见表5。从表5可以看出,在没有局部过热的情况下,ONAF温升试验前后两种变压器绝缘油的色谱变化不大,天然酯绝缘油的气体含量高于矿物绝缘油。
在ONAN条件下,分别对天然酯绝缘油变压器和矿物绝缘油变压器进行温升试验,施加100%损耗,达到稳定状态3 h后,降到额定电流继续通电 1 h,通电过程中时刻保持施加损耗不变,得到油顶层温升的变化曲线如图7所示。由图7可以看出,ONAN条件下,整个温升试验过程中,同样是天然酯绝缘油变压器的油顶层温升高于矿物绝缘油变压器。
对ONAN温升试验前后两种变压器的绝缘油进行色谱分析,不论是通电过程还是测量位置,都保持严格的一致,使换油前后的试验结果更具可比性,结果见表6。由表6可以看出,ONAN温升试验前后两种绝缘油的色谱变化不大,未见异常,表明变压器内部没有局部过热和故障发生。
综上所述,天然酯绝缘油变压器的温升普遍高于矿物绝缘油变压器,其中油顶层温升和油平均温升明显更高。
天然酯绝缘油的运动黏度高,使得其流动性变差,导致变压器总体的散热性能下降,虽然可以部分由天然酯绝缘油更高的热导率来补偿,但如果将一台矿物绝缘油变压器改为天然酯绝缘油变压器,还是要考虑留有足够的散热裕度来满足换油后的温升需求。
在低压侧施加额定电压,高压侧开路,档位在额定分接,按照GB/T 1094.10—2003要求对两种绝缘油变压器进行声级测量,结果见表7
表7可知,ONAN冷却方式下,天然酯绝缘油变压器的噪声略低。有关资料显示[12],由于天然酯绝缘油的运动黏度和声阻抗均比矿物绝缘油大,导致变压器铁心磁致伸缩产生相同的振动噪声在天然酯绝缘油中更难以传播到变压器油箱壁,使得相同结构天然酯绝缘油变压器的噪声比矿物绝缘油低1~2 dB。
ONAF冷却方式下,两种绝缘油的噪声值基本一致,这是由于风机自身噪声超过了变压器本体噪声,当风机噪声叠加进来后,测量到的主要是风机噪声,因此两种变压器在ONAF冷却方式下的声级测量结果相近。
天然酯绝缘油变压器和矿物绝缘油变压器的入口电容测量结果见表8。从表8可以看出,两种绝缘油变压器的入口电容测量结果相近,可见入口电容的大小与绝缘油种类无关。
以上是在工厂内对一台50 000 kVA/110 kV变压器分别采用矿物绝缘油和天然酯绝缘油时的试验结果,可以看出对矿物绝缘油变压器使用天然酯绝缘油具有一定的可行性,但是天然酯绝缘油变压器的实际运行状况还有待进一步分析验证。
天然酯绝缘油相比矿物绝缘油的最大优势是燃点高、防火性好、环保,但也存在价格偏高、运动黏度大、氧化安定性差、应用经验欠缺等不足,阻碍了天然酯变压器的推广应用。
与矿物绝缘油变压器相比较,天然酯绝缘油变压器具有优异的防火性和环保性能,在某些相关领域可考虑优先使用天然酯绝缘油变压器,以发挥其显著优势。
(1)海上风电变压器。由于海上变压器的维护费用极高,变压器油泄漏会对环境造成影响,采用环保性能优越的天然酯或合成酯是首选方案。
(2)机车牵引变压器。由于对体积和质量的严格限制,同时随着机车牵引变压器容量的不断增大,采用天然酯绝缘油可使变压器运行于更高的温度,而且对于同样体积质量的变压器容量可做得更大。
(3)对消防要求高的变压器。天然酯以其高达360℃的燃点和不易燃烧的特性,使天然酯绝缘油变压器在邻近建筑物的变电站中具有应用潜力。
随着天然酯绝缘油变压器研究的不断深入,对天然酯绝缘油不利的因素会逐渐得以消除,天然酯绝缘油在变压器中的应用将越来越广泛。
根据天然酯绝缘油的物理特性和电气性能,对同一台50 000 kVA/110 kV变压器通过换油对比试验,得到如下结论:
(1)天然酯绝缘油目前可应用于110 kV及以下电压的各类变压器中,其电气设计原则可参照矿物绝缘油变压器标准。
(2)使用天然酯绝缘油时绝缘件的浸渍处理、密封胶垫的选用与使用矿物绝缘油时有较大差异,天然酯绝缘油贮存与运输过程中要避免与空气接触而发生氧化。
(3)天然酯绝缘油对变压器的温升影响明显,油顶层温升高出矿物绝缘油变压器4~6 K,结构设计时要进行相应地修正,使温升满足要求。
