In order to study the effect of winding preload on thermal ageing characteristics of insulating pads, four groups of insulating pads were conducted accelerated thermal ageing tests at 135℃ after appling 0, 200, 500, and 1 000 N of preload, respectively, and the mechanical properties of insulating pads were tested. At the same time, in order to simulate the mechanical ageing of insulating pad under the influence of winding vibration in the actual working condition, a sinusoidal cyclic mechanical load with 5 N of amplitude and 2 Hz was applied on the accelerated thermal ageing of insulating pad with 200 N of preloading force. The results show that that thermal ageing causes the stress-strain curve of insulating pad gradually shift to the right under 0 N preload, and its elastic modulus decreases gradually. The elastic modulus of insulating pad decreases to 79.935% of the new insulating pad after accelerated ageing for 336 h at 135℃. Applying preloading force can slow down the thermal ageing of insulating pad, and the greater the preloading force, the lower the ageing rate and ageing degree of insulating pad. But applying cyclic mechanical load will accelerate the ageing of insulating pad. The research results have certain reference and practical application value for the research of insulation pad ageing and transformer vibration.

为了探究绕组预紧力对绝缘垫块热老化特性的影响,对4组绝缘垫块分别施加0、200、500、1 000 N预紧力后进行135℃加速热老化试验并测试绝缘垫块的力学特性。同时,为了模拟绝缘垫块在实际工况中因受绕组振动影响而发生机械老化,在对绝缘垫块施加200 N预紧力进行加速热老化的同时对其施加幅值为5 N、频率为2 Hz的正弦循环机械载荷。结果表明:热老化使0 N预紧力下绝缘垫块的应力-应变曲线逐渐右移,弹性模量逐渐减小,在135℃下加速老化336 h,绝缘垫块的弹性模量下降为新垫块的79.935%;施加预紧力对绝缘垫块的热老化有减缓作用,预紧力越大,绝缘垫块的老化速率和老化程度越低;施加循环机械载荷会加速绝缘垫块的老化。研究成果对绝缘垫块老化和变压器振动研究有一定的参考和实际应用价值。

为了探究绕组预紧力对绝缘垫块热老化特性的影响,对4组绝缘垫块分别施加0、200、500、1 000 N预紧力后进行135℃加速热老化试验并测试绝缘垫块的力学特性。同时,为了模拟绝缘垫块在实际工况中因受绕组振动影响而发生机械老化,在对绝缘垫块施加200 N预紧力进行加速热老化的同时对其施加幅值为5 N、频率为2 Hz的正弦循环机械载荷。结果表明:热老化使0 N预紧力下绝缘垫块的应力-应变曲线逐渐右移,弹性模量逐渐减小,在135℃下加速老化336 h,绝缘垫块的弹性模量下降为新垫块的79.935%;施加预紧力对绝缘垫块的热老化有减缓作用,预紧力越大,绝缘垫块的老化速率和老化程度越低;施加循环机械载荷会加速绝缘垫块的老化。研究成果对绝缘垫块老化和变压器振动研究有一定的参考和实际应用价值。

In order to study the effect of winding preload on thermal ageing characteristics of insulating pads, four groups of insulating pads were conducted accelerated thermal ageing tests at 135℃ after appling 0, 200, 500, and 1 000 N of preload, respectively, and the mechanical properties of insulating pads were tested. At the same time, in order to simulate the mechanical ageing of insulating pad under the influence of winding vibration in the actual working condition, a sinusoidal cyclic mechanical load with 5 N of amplitude and 2 Hz was applied on the accelerated thermal ageing of insulating pad with 200 N of preloading force. The results show that that thermal ageing causes the stress-strain curve of insulating pad gradually shift to the right under 0 N preload, and its elastic modulus decreases gradually. The elastic modulus of insulating pad decreases to 79.935% of the new insulating pad after accelerated ageing for 336 h at 135℃. Applying preloading force can slow down the thermal ageing of insulating pad, and the greater the preloading force, the lower the ageing rate and ageing degree of insulating pad. But applying cyclic mechanical load will accelerate the ageing of insulating pad. The research results have certain reference and practical application value for the research of insulation pad ageing and transformer vibration.

电力变压器作为输配电系统中至关重要的电力装备,其正常运行对电力系统的安全稳定性具有深远影响。据南方电网2018年对配电变压器抗短路能力的抽检结果显示,变压器抗短路能力合格率仅为79.17%[1]。电力变压器最常见的故障是其内部绝缘性能下降导致的绝缘故障[2]。电力变压器在长期运行过程中,由于受电、热、机械等各种环境应力的影响,其油纸绝缘系统会经历不同程度的老化[3]。绕组层间的绝缘垫块因受热老化和机械老化的共同影响,其力学性能逐渐劣化,导致绕组压紧力下降[4],从而降低变压器绕组的抗短路能力,在发生短路时严重危及变压器的安全稳定运行。因此,对变压器绝缘垫块开展老化研究是十分必要的。
近年来,许多学者开展了针对变压器绝缘材料的老化试验研究并取得实际性成果。张凡等[5]在120℃条件下对绝缘纸板进行加速热老化试验,研究了绝缘纸板在热老化过程中力学性能的变化,结果表明纸板的应力-应变曲线随着老化程度的加深逐渐右移,即在相同应力下绝缘纸板的应变逐渐增大,热老化增大了绝缘纸板塑性变形的能力;雷勇等[6]通过扫描电镜和红外光谱表征手段从微观结构探究热老化对绝缘垫块的影响,结果表明在热老化过程中绝缘垫块纤维素细化,长纤维素分子断裂,且绝缘垫块呈现醛类物质积累的现象;李长云等[7]在130℃、4种应力水平和3个应力频率下对绝缘纸进行加速机械-热老化试验,研究在机械和热两种因素协同作用下绝缘纸力学性能的劣化机理,获得了应力水平和频率对绝缘纸抗张强度损失率模型的影响规律;刘骥等[8]探究了预紧力对变压器油纸绝缘热老化的影响,结果表明随着预紧力增加,绝缘纸纤维素非晶区扩大的趋势变慢,纤维素的结构断裂现象减弱,并且试样聚合度持续下降的幅度会减小;李明志等[9]将极化-去极化电流法应用于实际变压器主绝缘的诊断,并有效识别了变压器主绝缘的老化状态。上述成果对变压器绝缘老化的研究具有重要参考意义,但之前针对变压器绝缘垫块的热老化试验更多地是探究热单因子的影响,在绕组预紧力和循环机械载荷影响下的绝缘垫块加速热老化需要进一步研究。
本文从绝缘垫块的实际工况出发,通过对绝缘垫块施加不同预紧力、循环机械载荷后对其进行加速热老化试验,对完成热老化的绝缘垫块试样进行压缩试验,测试其应力-应变曲线和弹性模量,探究绕组预紧力和循环机械载荷对绝缘垫块热老化特性的影响。
施加循环机械载荷的老化试验组需同时对绝缘垫块进行加速热老化和机械老化,因此设计了机械-热协同加速老化平台,如图1所示。机械-热协同加速老化平台由机械老化和热老化两个子系统组成。其中,机械老化系统由信号发生器、功率放大器和模态激振器组成。根据试验需要,可通过调节信号发生器使模态激振器输出不同波形、不同频率、不同幅度的激振力;热老化系统主体是恒温老化箱。机械老化系统和热老化系统通过连接组成机械-热协同加速老化平台。
老化试验统一采用燕尾型绝缘垫块,尺寸为30 mm×29 mm×2.0 mm。为了保证试验效果,在进行加速老化试验前对绝缘垫块和变压器油进行预处理。参考文献[10-14],老化试验的流程如下:
(1)将新绝缘垫块和新25#变压器油放入90℃的真空干燥箱中干燥48 h以减小含水量;
(2)将干燥后的绝缘垫块充分浸泡在变压器油中,并放置在90℃的真空干燥箱内浸泡24 h;
(3)将预处理后的绝缘垫块和变压器油移入机械-热协同加速老化平台,对垫块施加不同预紧力、循环机械载荷后,对其进行加速热老化。由于25#变压器油的闪点温度为140℃,若变压器油的温度长时间接近140℃会存在安全隐患[6],故为了兼顾试验效果和安全,将加速热老化温度设置为135℃;
(4)每到老化时间节点进行取样,对绝缘垫块进行试样制作,然后对试样进行压缩试验,测试老化后绝缘垫块的力学性能。
变压器生产制造时为保证变压器绕组的稳定性和抗短路能力,需对绕组施加符合要求的预紧力,预紧力大小因变压器容量、类型等不同而有所差异。若轴向预紧力不足,绕组在发生短路时可能会出现轴向失稳,从而造成变压器损坏;若轴向预紧力过大,容易导致绕组发生倾斜及倒塌[15]
为了探究预紧力对绝缘垫块热老化特性的影响,设计了4组试验,分别对绝缘垫块施加0、200、500、1 000 N的预紧力,施加预紧力方法如图2所示。然后同时进行加速热老化,老化取样时间分别为10.5、21、84、168、336 h。
变压器在运行过程中,铁心因磁致伸缩效应产生振动,绕组通过电流在漏磁场的作用下也产生振动[16]。位于绕组层间的绝缘垫块受到铁心和绕组振动的共同影响而发生机械老化。
为了模拟上述情景,对绝缘垫块开展加速热老化的同时对其施加循环机械载荷,探究循环载荷对绝缘垫块热老化特性的影响。在对绝缘垫块施加200 N预紧力的基础上,通过模态激振器对绝缘垫块施加频率为2 Hz、幅值为5 N的正弦激振力,施加预紧力及循环机械载荷方法如图3所示。试验条件与1.3节保持一致,加速热老化温度为135℃,老化取样时间分别为10.5、21、84、168、336 h。针对变压器绕组绝缘垫块热老化的各组试验总结如表1所示。
图4为加速老化后的绝缘垫块的颜色变化,图中第1行到第5行分别对应老化取样时间为10.5、21、84、168、336 h,从第1列到第5列分别对应0、200、500、1 000 N和循环机械载荷试验组。从图4可以看出,随着老化时间的增加,绝缘垫块的颜色逐渐加深,从新垫块的黄色逐渐变成暗黑色。
在不同预紧力和循环载荷下对绝缘垫块完成加速热老化试验后,利用微机控制电子万能试验机对热老化试验后的试样进行压缩试验,测试项目包括绝缘垫块的应力-应变曲线及弹性模量。
根据老化取样时间,对不同预紧力下的试验组进行取样并对绝缘垫块试样进行压缩试验,测试了不同老化时间、不同预紧力条件下绝缘垫块的应力-应变曲线,结果如图5所示。从图5可以看出,在不同老化时间下,施加了预紧力后垫块的应力-应变曲线都比0 N预紧力下垫块的曲线靠左,且预紧力越大,曲线越靠左,表明预紧力会对绝缘垫块的热老化特性产生影响,且预紧力不同,影响效果不一致。
为了进一步探究预紧力对绝缘垫块热老化特性的具体影响,对同一预紧力、不同老化时间下绝缘垫块的应力-应变曲线进行对比,结果如图6所示。
图6可以看出,0 N预紧力下的绝缘垫块因受不同老化时间的影响,其应力-应变曲线逐渐右移,同一应力条件下,老化时间越长,垫块对应的应变程度越大,说明热老化增加了绝缘垫块的塑性形变,这和文献[5]得出的结论相符。而200、500、 1 000 N预紧力下绝缘垫块的应力-应变曲线均出现随着老化时间的增加呈先左移后右移的现象,且预紧力越大,由往左移转为向右移的拐点出现得越晚,对于200 N预紧力下的绝缘垫块,拐点出现在21 h处;对于500 N和1 000 N预紧力,拐点分别在84 h和168 h处出现,表明预紧力越大,对绝缘垫块热老化特性的影响越大。
弹性模量是衡量物体形变难易程度的指标,单位为MPa[6]。对于压缩试验,弹性模量越大表明该试样抵抗压缩形变的能力越强,反之越容易发生压缩形变。由于绝缘垫块的非线性特性,其弹性模量随压紧力的变化而变化,在0~103 MPa应力范围内,绝缘垫块的应力-应变关系如式(1)所示。

一般情况下,变压器绕组层间的绝缘垫块所受应力为3~5 MPa[17]。通过式(4)计算不同老化时间和预紧力下绝缘垫块在4 MPa应力下的弹性模量,计算结果见表2
表2可知,0 N预紧力下绝缘垫块的弹性模量随老化时间的增加而逐渐减小,经历336 h加速热老化后,弹性模量减小为新绝缘垫块的79.935%。变压器绝缘垫块的主要成分是纤维素,分子结构如图7所示,纤维素是由β-D吡喃型葡萄糖基组成的大分子多糖[6],绝缘垫块老化的本质是纤维素高分子聚合物的解聚和消去过程[18]。由于纤维素的糖苷键在高温下会发生断裂,从而使纤维素大分子发生降解,绝缘垫块发生软化,因此在热老化作用下绝缘垫块的弹性模量逐渐减小。
而200、500、1 000 N预紧力下绝缘垫块的弹性模量都随着老化时间的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,与其应力-应变曲线“先左移后右移”的现象相对应。同样地,200 N预紧力下绝缘垫块弹性模量的峰值出现在21 h处,而500 N和1 000 N预紧力下弹性模量的峰值分别在84 h和168 h处出现,200、500、1 000 N预紧力下绝缘垫块弹性模量的峰值分别为新绝缘垫块弹性模量的101.70%、102.68%、103.73%。在预紧力作用下,绝缘垫块纵向的空隙和缝隙减小,分子自由体积减少,非晶区内范德华作用增强,分子链的作用力增大,分子链之间的缠结变得更加紧密,使试样的黏性增加,且预紧力越大,增强作用越大[19]。因此,随着预紧力增大,绝缘垫块试样的弹性模量出现先增大的现象。施加预紧力的绝缘垫块同时受加速热老化的影响,故随着热老化程度加深,绝缘垫块的弹性模量在老化后期逐渐减小。同时,施加了预紧力的绝缘垫块弹性模量下降速率相比于0 N预紧力明显变慢。在老化时间为168~336 h阶段,0、200、500、1 000 N预紧力下绝缘垫块弹性模量的下降量分别为9.692、4.232、3.476、2.203 MPa。这是由于预紧力使进入绝缘垫块试样中的油量减少,油中的水分和小分子酸进入试样内部的量减少,导致老化作用的程度变弱。
理论上,若继续增大对绝缘垫块施加的预紧力,一方面会增强绝缘垫块非晶区内的范德华作用,使其黏性增加;另一方面预紧力越大对水分和油侵入绝缘垫块的排斥作用越强,绝缘垫块的老化程度和速率会随着预紧力的增大进一步降低。
根据2.1节的试验方法,对施加循环机械载荷的试验组同样开展应力-应变曲线和弹性模量测试。
对不同老化时间下的绝缘垫块进行0 N、200 N和载荷情况的应力-应变曲线对比,结果如图8所示。从图8可以看出,在不同老化时间,负载情况下绝缘垫块的应力-应变曲线相对200 N预紧力下的曲线靠右,表明循环机械载荷对绝缘垫块的老化特性产生了影响。
与2.1节计算绝缘垫块弹性模量的方法一致,对负载情况下绝缘垫块的弹性模量进行计算,并与200 N预紧力下的绝缘垫块进行对比,结果见表3。从表3可知,在施加200 N预紧力基础上再加上正弦循环机械载荷的绝缘垫块在任一老化时间下的弹性模量都比只施加200 N预紧力的绝缘垫块小,且负载情况下绝缘垫块弹性模量的下降速率明显比200 N预紧力下绝缘垫块的快。
在机械-热协同作用下,机械振动会加速连接纤维素葡萄糖基的1,4-β苷键的断裂,使得纤维素分子链变短[20],从而导致绝缘垫块的力学性能劣化,因此正弦循环机械载荷会直接加速绝缘垫块的老化速率和老化程度。
弹性模量作为绝缘垫块力学性能的重要衡量指标,可以作为描述绝缘垫块热老化特性的特征量。本节针对各试验条件下绝缘垫块的弹性模量进一步分析。
从2.1节得出,预紧力对绝缘垫块热老化特性的影响是以其弹性模量的变化趋势不同体现出来的。为了对热老化过程中绝缘垫块弹性模量的变化有更定量的描述,定义绝缘垫块弹性模量下降率如式(5)所示。

式(5)中:ρk表示弹性模量的下降率;k表示绝缘垫块的弹性模量;k0表示垫块弹性模量的最大初始值。
对于施加预紧力的绝缘垫块,以其弹性模量最大值作为最大初始值。利用式(5),对各预紧力下绝缘垫块的弹性模量下降率进行计算,计算结果见表4
表4可知,加速老化336 h后,0、200、500、1 000 N预紧力下绝缘垫块弹性模量的下降率分别为20.066%、6.746%、5.491%和2.219%。在老化时间为168~336 h阶段,0、200、500、1 000 N预紧力下绝缘垫块弹性模量下降率分别为10.130%、4.350%、3.537%和2.219%。因此,预紧力越大,绝缘垫块的老化速率越慢,施加预紧力能减缓绝缘垫块的老化。
与3.1节的研究方法一致,对施加循环机械载荷的垫块试验组同样分析其弹性模量下降率,得到施加循环机械载荷和200 N预紧力的绝缘垫块弹性模量下降率如表5所示。
表5可知,200 N预紧力试验组和循环负载试验组同时在老化21 h后达到弹性模量峰值,弹性模量下降率为0。经过热老化336 h后,两组绝缘垫块弹性模量下降率分别为6.746%和13.790%。在21~336 h中的每一个老化时间段,施加循环载荷后,绝缘垫块的弹性模量下降率均大于200 N预紧力试验组。因此,施加循环载荷会加快绝缘垫块的老化速率。
电力变压器绕组层间的绝缘垫块在绕组预紧力和循环机械振动的共同作用下发生老化。本文从绝缘垫块的实际工况出发,探究了绕组预紧力和正弦循环机械载荷对变压器绝缘垫块热老化特性的影响,得到如下主要结论:
(1)0 N预紧力下绝缘垫块因受热老化的影响,其力学性能逐渐劣化,应力-应变曲线逐渐右移,弹性模量逐渐减小。在135℃下加速热老化336 h后,0 N预紧力下绝缘垫块弹性的模量下降为新垫块的79.935%。
(2)绝缘垫块在热老化过程中受预紧力的影响,应力-应变曲线均呈现先左移后右移的现象,弹性模量也先增大后减小。说明施加预紧力减缓了绝缘垫块的热老化程度和速率,预紧力越大对减缓绝缘垫块老化效果越明显。
(3)对绝缘垫块施加200 N预紧力基础上再施加正弦循环机械载荷,相比于200 N预紧力试验组,正弦循环载荷加速了绝缘垫块的力学性能劣化。
(4)本文结合绕组预紧力和绕组振动对绝缘垫块的热老化特性进行了探究。在实际中,绝缘垫块老化还会受到变压器油中含水量、局部放电以及不同振动激励方式等的影响,下一步可结合更多影响因素进行研究。
