In this paper, class H insulation system of high voltage motor was studied. The basic properties of electromagnetic wire, dry mica tape, and insulating impregnated resin used in class H insulation structure were tested. The coil sample was manufactured, and the electrical properties, electric ageing, and electrothermal ageing tests were conducted on the coil sample. The results show that the insulating coil sample has excellent electrical performance in breakdown voltage and dielectric loss factor, which can meet the technical requirements of class H 10 kV high voltage motor.

本文对高压电机H级绝缘系统进行研究,检测了H级绝缘结构所采用的电磁线、少胶粉云母带、绝缘浸渍树脂的各项基本性能。制造了线圈试样,并对线圈试样进行电气性能测试、电老化试验和电热老化试验。结果表明:该绝缘结构线圈试样在击穿电压及介质损耗因数方面的电气性能优异,该线圈试样能够满足H级10 kV高压电机的相关技术要求。

本文对高压电机H级绝缘系统进行研究,检测了H级绝缘结构所采用的电磁线、少胶粉云母带、绝缘浸渍树脂的各项基本性能。制造了线圈试样,并对线圈试样进行电气性能测试、电老化试验和电热老化试验。结果表明:该绝缘结构线圈试样在击穿电压及介质损耗因数方面的电气性能优异,该线圈试样能够满足H级10 kV高压电机的相关技术要求。

In this paper, class H insulation system of high voltage motor was studied. The basic properties of electromagnetic wire, dry mica tape, and insulating impregnated resin used in class H insulation structure were tested. The coil sample was manufactured, and the electrical properties, electric ageing, and electrothermal ageing tests were conducted on the coil sample. The results show that the insulating coil sample has excellent electrical performance in breakdown voltage and dielectric loss factor, which can meet the technical requirements of class H 10 kV high voltage motor.

180级(H)高压交流电机具有耐热性能好、运行可靠性高的特点,能够在严酷的温度环境条件下长期稳定的运行,因此被广泛地应用于核泵电机、风力发电机、牵引电机、矿用电机、推进电机等领域,具有广阔的市场前景[1-2]。目前,已有学者对高压电机H级绝缘系统进行了广泛研究。苏建新[3]采用聚酯改性二苯醚少胶粉云母带与真空压力浸渍工艺(VPI),开发的绝缘系统各项性能符合国家标准,同时在H级6 kV高压电机上得到应用。其所使用的云母带耐温等级也达到了H级,但是所使用的二苯醚为有毒且有刺激性物质,工业生产中应尽量避免使用。朱孟华等[4]采用聚酰亚胺薄膜少胶粉云母带,线圈VPI浸渍9110无溶剂浸渍漆,开发的绝缘系统各项性能满足10 kV电机成型绕组H级绝缘结构的要求,并完成小批样机的试制。该结构主绝缘半叠包9层云母带,绝缘厚度为2.5 mm,就目前绝缘材料和包带工艺来看,该结构选择相对保守,绝缘厚度有进一步减薄的空间。杨松等[1]采用H级高导热云母带,线圈VPI浸渍T1168H绝缘浸渍树脂,开发的绝缘系统通过电压耐久性试验(电老化)和热评定试验(热老化),验证了该绝缘系统能够满足H级高压交流电机的长期使用要求。但是该系统所选用的H级高导热云母带,其价格远高于普通云母带,从经济性考虑,不适用在普通H级电机上的推广应用。祁世发等[2]采用聚酰亚胺薄膜少胶粉云母带,选用了H级环氧树脂改性可自聚低分子不饱和单体浸渍树脂,开发的绝缘系统各项性能指标优良,电老化和电热老化均达到标准要求,已成功应用在4 kV电机和6.3 kV发电机,具有一定的推广价值,对10 kV高压电机H级绝缘系统有一定的指导意义。
随着电机制造技术的不断进步,电机的电压等级也在不断提高。目前,额定电压为10 kV的高压电机所占市场份额高出其他电压等级电机,而上述研究虽然针对各自产品研发出H级绝缘系统,但均因材料、结构等原因,不适用于目前的H级10 kV高压电机。本文针对10 kV高压电机,从绝缘材料性能、绝缘结构优化及线圈试样的电气性能分析等方面进行研究,匝间绝缘采用聚酰亚胺薄膜补强云母带绕包,对地绝缘采用聚酰亚胺薄膜补强少胶粉云母带与玻璃丝补强少胶云母带混包,线圈VPI浸渍T1168H无溶剂浸渍漆,研发出可满足10 kV高压交流电机应用的H级绝缘系统。
云母带是绝缘结构的主要绝缘材料,H级少胶粉云母带与155级(F)少胶粉云母带相比,主要区别在于胶黏剂的区别。F级云母带通常使用双酚A系环氧类胶黏剂,而H级云母带通常使用苯醛系环氧和不饱和聚酯类胶黏剂,也有使用有机硅或环氧二苯醚类胶黏剂,但此类云母带在固化时的化学反应为缩聚反应,在形成高分子物的同时会析出一些低分子副产物,这些低分子副产物有一部分夹在已固化的绝缘层内,严重影响6 kV及以上电压等级电机的定子线圈的常态和热态介损,缩短线圈绝缘的寿命[5]。从补强材料来看,因为玻璃丝本身就具有非常强的耐高温性能,所以无论是F级还是H级的玻璃丝补强少胶粉云母带,其补强材料均采用具有良好耐热性能的玻璃丝;而薄膜补强少胶粉云母带,F级采用的补强材料是聚酯薄膜,H级采用的补强材料是耐温等级更高的聚酰亚胺薄膜[6-7]
本文所采用的H级少胶粉云母带胶黏剂为不饱和聚酯类胶黏剂,名称及牌号为玻璃布补强少胶粉云母带5452-1D(尺寸为0.15 mm×25 mm)和聚酰亚胺薄膜补强少胶粉云母带5456-1D(尺寸为0.14 mm×25 mm)。云母带性能检测,参照GB/T 5019.2—2009《以云母为基的绝缘材料 第7部分:真空压力浸渍(VPI)用玻璃布及薄膜补强环氧树脂粘合云母带》的相关要求进行[8]。H级少胶粉云母带基本性能检测结果见表1。从表1可以看出,所选用H级少胶粉云母带的各项性能均符合高压电机VPI用玻璃布及薄膜补强云母带的使用标准要求。
目前,10 kV F级电机主要采用的电磁线种类有:自粘性双玻璃丝包云母带绕包铜扁线SBEFB-70/155-2N、自粘性双玻璃丝包聚酰亚胺薄膜绕包云母带绕包铜扁线SBEFYB-70/155-FY5N、云母带绕包铜扁线2MFB-50/155-N、聚酰亚胺薄膜和单面聚酯薄膜补强云母带绕包铜扁线3MFYB-50/155-N。
若将上述电磁线耐温等级均提高至H级,其相应的电磁线名称及型号更改为:自粘性双玻璃丝包单面聚酰亚胺薄膜补强云母带绕包铜扁线SBEFB-70/180-2N、自粘性双玻璃丝包聚酰亚胺薄膜和单面聚酰亚胺薄膜补强云母带绕包铜扁线SBEFYB-70/180-FY5N、单面聚酰亚胺薄膜补强云母带绕包铜扁线2MFB-50/180-N、聚酰亚胺薄膜和单面聚酰亚胺薄膜补强云母带绕包铜扁线3MFYB-50/180-N。
H级与F级电磁线的主要区别为:①浸渍漆的区别,以某电磁线厂家为例,F级电磁线浸渍1448浸渍漆,而H级电磁线浸渍1459浸渍漆;②绕包云母带补强材料的区别,F级采用聚酯薄膜,H级采用耐温等级更高的聚酰亚胺薄膜。
以绝缘厚度为0.5 mm的H级与F级电磁线为例,其性能检测结果见表2。从表2可以看出,H级电磁线与F级电磁线各项性能十分接近,均符合高压电机用电磁线的技术要求。
在整机VPI绝缘系统中,绝缘浸渍树脂的选择至关重要,其各项性能的优劣直接影响到绝缘系统的性能[9-10]。目前,H级绝缘浸渍树脂主要分为有机硅体系、二苯醚体系、聚酰亚胺体系、环氧体系等[11-12]。本文采用的T1168-H绝缘浸渍树脂为环氧体系,其具有低挥发、无毒、优异的电气性能和耐高温性能,温度指数为222,是环保型绝缘浸渍树脂,适用于F级、H级绝缘结构[13];采用潜伏性固化体系,常温下储存性能稳定,加热条件下可快速引发固化交联,使树脂快速凝胶,在表面形成漆膜,有效防止树脂的流失,从而保证线圈内部的填充性,提高线圈挂漆量,降低线圈的介质损耗因数。
线圈试样所用的电磁线为单面聚酰亚胺薄膜补强云母带绕包铜扁线2MFB-50/180-N,经过绕制梭形、初包保护带、涨型、压型等工序,线圈试样示意图如图1所示。包对地绝缘采用1、3次半叠包5456-1D,2、4、5、6、7次半叠包5452-1D(G)。然后直线部分半叠包1次无碱玻璃丝带,线圈端部及引出线半叠包1次J611聚酯热收缩带或涤玻交织带。直线部分平包1次用于脱模的聚四氟乙烯带,安装浸漆模具,装配好浸漆模具后进行匝间冲击试验和对地耐压试验,试验合格后随H级的10 kV高压电机定子线圈产品一同进行真空压力浸漆T1168-H绝缘漆,烘焙固化后,拆除浸漆模具,线圈铁心部分包铝箔作为电气性能测试电极。
线圈试样的匝间冲击试验按照GB/T 22715—2016《旋转交流电机定子成型线圈耐冲击电压水平》中4.2的试验要求[14],将陡波前冲击电压施加在线圈试样引线的两端,额定电压为10 kV,试验电压为29 kV,冲击不少于5次,示波器显示波形一致即为通过。对地耐压试验按照GB/T 22715—2016中4.4的试验要求,将21 kV的工频电压施加在线圈试样引线和测试电极之间,1 min内未发生闪络与击穿即为通过。经上述试验检测,所有线圈试样全部通过检验,其绝缘性能满足GB/T 22715—2016中10 kV电机线圈匝间绝缘和对地绝缘的技术要求。
介质损耗因数的检测按照JB/T 7608—2006《测量高压交流电机线圈介质损耗角正切试验方法及限值》的试验要求进行[15],在常态条件下分别测试电压为2、4、6、8、10 kV时线圈试样的介质损耗因数,在热态(155℃和180℃)条件下测试电压为6 kV时线圈试样的介质损耗因数。击穿电压的检测按照JB/T 12685—2016《高压电机定子线圈 技术条件》和GB/T 1408.1—2016《绝缘材料电气强度试验方法 第1部分:工频下试验》的试验要求进行[16-17]。线圈试样的介质损耗因数及击穿电压测试结果见表3
表3可以看出,在0.2U下的介质损耗因数均小于1.50%,温度为155℃时0.6U下的介质损耗因数均小于8.00%,线圈试样的击穿电压均大于70 kV。按照JB/T 12685—2016要求,线圈试样的电气性能均能够满足10 kV级高压电机对绝缘结构的要求。
线圈试样的电老化试验和电热老化试验参照NB/T 42004—2013《高压交流电机定子线圈对地绝缘电老化试验方法》和NB/T 42005—2013《高压交流电机定子线圈对地绝缘电热老化试验方法》的试验方法进行[18-19]。电老化试验:常温条件下,在线圈试样导体与接地电极之间施加20 kV试验电压,线圈试样电老化1 200 h后未击穿;电热老化试验:150℃下,在线圈试样的引线导体与接地电极之间施加22 kV试验电压,线圈试样老化400 h后也未发生绝缘击穿,根据JB/T 12685—2016中项5.8.3可以判定,该组线圈试样满足10 kV高压电机定子线圈的试验要求。
本文对10 kV高压交流电机H级绝缘系统进行了研究,匝间绝缘采用单面聚酰亚胺薄膜补强云母带绕包,双边绝缘厚度为0.5 mm;主绝缘采用5456-1D与5452-1D(G)混合半叠包7次。通过线圈试样的制造过程,验证了所采用绝缘材料的工艺可行。对线圈试样进行电气性能测试、电老化试验和电热老化试验,结果表明线圈各项电气性能指标优良,电老化试验和电热老化试验结果达到试验标准要求,说明该H级线圈绝缘结构所选用绝缘材料性能可靠、所实施工艺步骤路线可行、所设计绝缘结构合理,能够满足H级10 kV高压电机相关技术要求。
