In order to obtain carbon-ceramic linear resistor with stable performance, the preparation of high resistance layer glaze slurry used in the manufacturing of carbon-ceramic resistor was studied systematically in this paper. Firstly, the glazing technology of glaze slurry prepared by different binders was compared, then the mixing time and water material ratio of slurry were systematically studied to obtain the influence of mixing time and water material ratio on the viscosity of glaze slurry, and finally the optimal mixing process parameters were determined. The results show that the glaze slurry has good suspension and coating properties when the Zuoyun clay is used as binder. When the mass fraction of Zuoyun clay is 15%, the glaze slurry has good processability and adhesion. The optimum mixing process parameters of high resistance glaze and binder is as below: Zuoyun clay is used as binder, the mass fraction of clay is 15%, the ratio of water and material is 0.6∶1, and the mixing time of ball glaze is 1 h. The breakdown strength of carbon-ceramic resistors coated with high resistance layer is 78% higher than that of the uncoated resistors, and the dispersion is smaller.

为了制得性能稳定的碳-陶瓷线性电阻片,本文对碳-陶瓷电阻制造中所用高阻层釉浆的制备进行系统的研究。首先对不同粘接剂制备的釉浆施釉工艺性进行对比,然后对浆料的混料时间、水料比进行系统研究,获得混料时间、水料比对釉浆黏度的影响规律,并最终确定最佳混料工艺参数。结果表明:采用左云黏土作为粘接剂时,釉浆具有较好的悬浮性和涂覆性,当左云黏土质量分数为15%时,釉浆工艺性较好,坯釉结合性好。高阻釉料及粘接剂混料的最佳工艺参数:采用左云黏土为粘合剂,黏土质量分数为15%,水料比为0.6∶1,球磨混料时间为1 h。涂覆高阻层的碳-陶瓷电阻的击穿场强比未涂覆时提高了78%,且分散性更小。

为了制得性能稳定的碳-陶瓷线性电阻片,本文对碳-陶瓷电阻制造中所用高阻层釉浆的制备进行系统的研究。首先对不同粘接剂制备的釉浆施釉工艺性进行对比,然后对浆料的混料时间、水料比进行系统研究,获得混料时间、水料比对釉浆黏度的影响规律,并最终确定最佳混料工艺参数。结果表明:采用左云黏土作为粘接剂时,釉浆具有较好的悬浮性和涂覆性,当左云黏土质量分数为15%时,釉浆工艺性较好,坯釉结合性好。高阻釉料及粘接剂混料的最佳工艺参数:采用左云黏土为粘合剂,黏土质量分数为15%,水料比为0.6∶1,球磨混料时间为1 h。涂覆高阻层的碳-陶瓷电阻的击穿场强比未涂覆时提高了78%,且分散性更小。

In order to obtain carbon-ceramic linear resistor with stable performance, the preparation of high resistance layer glaze slurry used in the manufacturing of carbon-ceramic resistor was studied systematically in this paper. Firstly, the glazing technology of glaze slurry prepared by different binders was compared, then the mixing time and water material ratio of slurry were systematically studied to obtain the influence of mixing time and water material ratio on the viscosity of glaze slurry, and finally the optimal mixing process parameters were determined. The results show that the glaze slurry has good suspension and coating properties when the Zuoyun clay is used as binder. When the mass fraction of Zuoyun clay is 15%, the glaze slurry has good processability and adhesion. The optimum mixing process parameters of high resistance glaze and binder is as below: Zuoyun clay is used as binder, the mass fraction of clay is 15%, the ratio of water and material is 0.6∶1, and the mixing time of ball glaze is 1 h. The breakdown strength of carbon-ceramic resistors coated with high resistance layer is 78% higher than that of the uncoated resistors, and the dispersion is smaller.

碳-陶瓷线性电阻片是高压开关设备合闸电阻的关键元件,用于限制线路过电压、阻尼吸收振荡能量,避免过电压对电力设备造成损害。碳-陶瓷线性电阻片可以瞬间吸收上百万焦耳的巨大能量,对于电网的安全稳定运行至关重要[1-9]
高压开关用碳-陶瓷线性电阻是由导电碳材料均匀分布于陶瓷基体中制成,其电阻率较低,通常为1~1 000 Ω·cm。在碳-陶瓷电阻工作过程中,电阻不仅要承受高电压的冲击,而且还要承受瞬时高温,这对电阻的耐冲击电压性能、耐热稳定性能提出了更高的要求[10-12]
目前提高碳-陶瓷电阻材料耐冲击电压性能常用的方法是在电阻瓷体侧面涂覆无机高阻层,该高阻层既可以耐受高温,又具有较高的电阻率,可以使电阻耐受高电压冲击。采用玻璃类材料作为高阻釉层基材,不仅可以使绝缘涂层具备良好的憎水性和耐污能力,还可以通过调整配方和工艺,使玻璃高阻层与电阻基体匹配性好,从而提高碳-陶瓷电阻的沿面闪络电压[13-16]
关于高阻釉的相关研究大部分是针对氧化锌电阻片[17-19],而对于碳-陶瓷线性电阻的相关研究主要集中在对瓷体的制备及成瓷机理上[20-23],对其侧面高阻层的研究甚少。本研究通过对碳-陶瓷电阻侧面高阻层釉浆的制备进行系统的研究,以确定合适的粘接剂及最佳混料工艺,为碳-陶瓷合闸电阻的国产化制造提供技术支撑。
M70煅烧铝矾土,河南高泽耐材有限公司;左云黏土,大同市左云县云宝耐火材料有限责任公司;乙炔炭黑,天津优盟化工科技有限公司;SiO2-Al2O3-B2O3系玻璃粉,河北双先纳米材料科技有限公司;氧化铬,天津渤海化工集团供销有限公司;高纯度水玻璃,广东科凝科技有限公司;聚乙烯醇(PVA),内蒙古双欣环保材料股份有限公司;苏州土,淄博瀚业耐火材料销售有限公司。
碳-陶瓷电阻瓷体由M70煅烧铝矾土骨料、左云黏土、乙炔炭黑等经混料、压制、烧结而成;碳-陶瓷电阻侧面高阻层釉浆由玻璃粉与M70煅烧铝矾土按质量比为55∶45进行配比,添加质量分数为5%的氧化铬,再加入一定量的粘接剂,按一定的料水比,球磨混料一定时间后获得,然后用小刷子将釉浆均匀涂覆于电阻片侧面。碳-陶瓷电阻的制造流程如图1所示。本研究制备的碳-陶瓷基体尺寸直径为29 mm,高度为12.5 mm。
采用NDJ-1旋转黏度计对釉浆的黏度进行测量,测量时采用1号转子,转速为60 r/min;在0.2 MPa的SF6气体环境下,使用1.2/50 μs的冲击电压发生装置对碳-陶瓷电阻进行冲击电压试验。
采用水玻璃、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、左云黏土和苏州土为粘接剂,分别将一定量的粘接剂加入按比例称量好的玻璃粉、高铝矾土和氧化铬混合料中,水料比为0.6∶1,球磨混料1 h后用小刷子均匀涂覆于电阻片侧面。
采用水玻璃作为粘接剂时,釉浆的流动性好,但悬浮性较差、易分层、施釉较为困难。在涂覆过程中需不停搅拌以防止釉浆分层,烧结后高阻层表面颜色不均、色泽不良,坯釉结合性差,釉料与瓷体的结合状态如图2所示。
采用PVA作为粘接剂制备的釉浆流动性、悬浮性、涂覆工艺性如表1所示。从表1可以看出,当PVA的质量分数为2%以下时,釉浆的流动性、悬浮性均较好,易于施釉;当PVA的质量分数为3%时,釉浆的黏度变大、流动性差,施釉工艺性变差。采用PVA作为粘接剂制备的釉浆涂釉后存在大量气泡,如图3所示。
采用苏州土作为粘接剂制备的釉浆流动性、悬浮性、涂覆工艺性如表2所示。由表2可知,釉浆具有较好的悬浮性和涂覆性,但是由于苏州土可塑性差,预干燥阶段出现釉层开裂脱落现象,如图4所示。
采用左云黏土作为粘接剂制备的釉浆流动性、悬浮性、涂覆工艺性如表3所示。
表3可知,釉浆具有较好的悬浮性和涂覆性,但在施釉时发现,黏土的质量分数为5%~10%时,釉浆黏度较小,易出现流釉、堆釉现象,施釉较为困难;当黏土质量分数为15%~20%时,釉浆流动性、悬浮性较好,易于施釉,不同黏土添加量制备的釉浆黏度如图5所示,高阻层的涂覆效果如图6所示。由图5可知,随着左云黏土质量分数的增加,釉浆的黏度增大,在左云黏土质量分数超过15%时,釉浆的黏度大幅增长。由图6可知,左云黏土质量分数为20%时,釉层会出现坯釉结合性差的问题,这是因为左云黏土质量分数达到20%后,由于黏土的干燥收缩性较大,会使坯釉的结合性变差;而左云黏土质量分数为15%时,料浆的流动性及悬浮性较好,料浆稳定性更高,有利于施釉工艺的顺利进行。
综上可知,左云黏土质量分数为15%时,生釉与坯体的结合性及最终烧成后的高阻釉层与基体的结合性均最好。
按铝矾土与玻璃粉质量比为45∶55、氧化铬的质量分数为5%、左云黏土的质量分数为15%的配比进行配料;采用球磨介质为锆球,直径为6 mm,料球比为1∶2,混料时间为0.5 h,水料比分别为0.4∶1、0.5∶1、0.6∶1、0.7∶1、0.8∶1。不同水料比制备的釉浆黏度图7所示。由图7可知,随着水含量的增加,釉浆的黏度逐渐减小。图8为不同黏度浆料的施釉效果。从图7图8可以看出,当水料比为0.7∶1以上时,釉浆的黏度小于0.21 Pa·s,黏度过小,造成釉浆分层,施釉时难以附着在电阻侧面而出现流釉现象;当水料比为0.4∶1时,釉浆的黏度为0.96 Pa·s,该釉浆的施釉工艺性较差,釉层表面粗糙,易出现堆釉现象;当水料比为0.6∶1时,釉浆的黏度为0.36 Pa·s,釉浆的施釉效果较好。综合考虑施釉工艺性和烧结后高阻釉层表面平整度,最终确定釉浆的最佳水料比为0.6∶1。
水料比一定时,混料时间的长短决定了釉浆的均匀性、流动性、细度等,从而影响施釉工艺性。按铝矾土与玻璃粉质量比为45∶55、氧化铬的质量分数为5%、左云黏土的质量分数为15%的配比进行配料,水料比按0.6∶1进行球磨混料,时间分别为0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 h。高阻釉浆料黏度随混料时间的变化规律如图9所示,各高阻釉浆施釉后的效果如图10所示。由图9图10可知,混料时间为0.5~1.0 h时,釉浆黏度较小,釉浆的施釉工艺性好,釉层表面光滑;混料时间大于1.0 h后,随混料时间的延长,釉浆的黏度迅速增大,施釉烧成后釉层有裂纹和脱落现象。这是因为当混料时间过长,釉浆越细,釉浆的细度直接影响釉浆的黏度、含水率和烘干及烧结收缩过程,进而影响坯釉烧成后的性状以及釉面的质量。一般来说,釉浆磨得越细,釉浆的悬浮性越好,越不容易分层,坯釉的粘附性越好,釉的烧成温度还可降低。但若磨得过细会使釉的颗粒堆积致密度下降,釉干燥和烧结时收缩大,易造成釉层开裂缺陷。综上所述,釉料的球磨混料时间为1.0 h最为合适。
按铝矾土与玻璃粉质量比为45∶55、氧化铬的质量分数为5%、左云黏土的质量分数为15%的配比进行配料,水料比按0.6∶1进行球磨混料,球磨时间为1.0 h,制备出高阻层釉浆,将釉浆喷涂至碳-陶瓷电阻瓷体侧面后进行二次烧结,并在电阻上、下表面喷铝制备试样,在0.2 MPa的SF6气体环境下进行冲击电压测试,结果如表4所示。
表4可以看出,涂覆高阻釉浆制备的电阻材料试样的击穿场强比未涂釉试样的击穿场强提高了78%,且分散性更小。
(1)分别采用水玻璃、PVA、左云黏土和苏州土作粘接剂时,通过对比釉浆的状态、施釉工艺、坯釉结合性,最终选用左云黏土作为粘接剂。
(2)左云黏土质量分数为5%~10%时,釉浆黏度较小、瓷体吸水快,易出现流釉、堆釉现象,施釉较为困难;黏土质量分数为15%时,釉层施工性好;黏土质量分数为20%时,坯釉的结合性变差。
(3)高阻层釉料及粘接剂混料的最佳工艺参数:采用左云黏土为粘合剂,黏土质量分数为15%;水料比为0.6∶1,釉料的球磨混料时间为1.0 h。
(4)高阻层的涂覆提高了碳-陶瓷电阻的耐电压冲击性能,击穿场强比未涂覆高阻层时提高了78%,且分散性更小。
