The accumulation test of metal particles in oil between spherical electrodes under different ratios of AC/DC composite voltage was carried out, the partial discharge (PD) signals at different moments were collected simultaneously. And then the discharge frequency and average discharge quantity were counted, and the correlation between the aggregation behavior of metal particles and PD characteristics was analyzed. The results show that the accumulation area of metal particles under DC voltage is the largest, and the metal particles aggregated the most closely under 3:1 AC/DC composite voltage. The discharge frequency decreases with time, while gradually increases with the increase of AC component in AC/DC composite voltage. It is considered that the collision frequency between metal particles and electrodes and the closeness of particle accumulation are the main factors affecting the frequency of partial discharge and the average discharge quantity.

通过开展不同比例交直流复合电压下油中金属微粒在半球电极间的聚集试验,同步采集不同时刻的局部放电(PD)信号,对放电频率及平均放电量进行统计,最后对金属微粒的聚集行为与PD特性的关联性进行了分析。结果表明:金属微粒在直流电压下的聚集区域最大,在交、直流分量比为3∶1的复合电压下的聚集最为紧密;放电频率随时间呈下降趋势,且随着交直流复合电压中交流分量的增加,放电频率逐渐增加;金属微粒与电极间的碰撞频率及金属微粒聚集的紧密程度是影响局部放电频率及平均放电量的主要因素。

通过开展不同比例交直流复合电压下油中金属微粒在半球电极间的聚集试验,同步采集不同时刻的局部放电(PD)信号,对放电频率及平均放电量进行统计,最后对金属微粒的聚集行为与PD特性的关联性进行了分析。结果表明:金属微粒在直流电压下的聚集区域最大,在交、直流分量比为3∶1的复合电压下的聚集最为紧密;放电频率随时间呈下降趋势,且随着交直流复合电压中交流分量的增加,放电频率逐渐增加;金属微粒与电极间的碰撞频率及金属微粒聚集的紧密程度是影响局部放电频率及平均放电量的主要因素。

The accumulation test of metal particles in oil between spherical electrodes under different ratios of AC/DC composite voltage was carried out, the partial discharge (PD) signals at different moments were collected simultaneously. And then the discharge frequency and average discharge quantity were counted, and the correlation between the aggregation behavior of metal particles and PD characteristics was analyzed. The results show that the accumulation area of metal particles under DC voltage is the largest, and the metal particles aggregated the most closely under 3:1 AC/DC composite voltage. The discharge frequency decreases with time, while gradually increases with the increase of AC component in AC/DC composite voltage. It is considered that the collision frequency between metal particles and electrodes and the closeness of particle accumulation are the main factors affecting the frequency of partial discharge and the average discharge quantity.

我国地域辽阔,能源资源产地与负荷需求呈现逆向分布。煤炭、水力、风力等资源主要集中在我国西部地区,而能源负荷则主要集中在东部沿海地区,能源储备和电力负荷的分布极不均衡[1-4]。高压直流输电由于具有大容量、远距离输送电能的优势,能有效实现跨区域输电,从而解决我国资源和负荷逆向分布的问题。高压直流输电系统运行经验表明,一次设备故障是引发系统强迫停运的首要因素,其中,换流变压器故障占一次设备故障比例最高[5]。换流变压器故障逐渐成为影响直流输电系统运行可靠性的重要问题之一。
CIGRE工作组发布的关于换流变压器故障的数据表明,换流变压器发生故障的概率约为普通电力变压器的两倍,而由于换流变压器绝缘失效导致的事故约占50%,其中大部分故障发生在阀侧绕组、连接器件和出线装置等位置[6-8]。变压器油作为换流变压器的主要绝缘介质,其品质对变压器绝缘性能影响重大。然而,由于机械振动、绝缘老化、油泵磨损等原因[9-10],变压器油中不可避免地会混入固体颗粒污染物。常见污染物主要分为如自由金属微粒、游离碳微粒一类的导电微粒,以及如纤维颗粒、游离纸屑一类的非导电微粒[11-13]。其中,金属微粒因具有良好的导电性,对变压器油绝缘性能的危害最大[11]。除此之外,换流变压器阀侧绕组长期承受交直流复合电压作用,直流分量的存在会导致杂质颗粒的析出与聚集现象更为严重,易诱发局部放电(partial discharge,PD)甚至介质击穿,因此换流变压器的阀侧主绝缘故障率居高不下[14-16]
国内外学者针对变压器油中金属微粒的局部放电特性做了大量研究。R TOBAZÉON[17]采用静电计和高速相机获取了金属微粒在平行板电极间运动时所导致的PD特性,并测量了外界条件变化时微粒的视在放电量和放电电流,研究表明,金属微粒在靠近电极时会导致局部放电,所产生电流脉冲的脉宽大约为1 ns;外施电压越高,视在放电量越大。LI J等[18]对交流电场下油中金属微粒的PD特性进行了全面研究,对单颗和多颗微粒的运动过程进行了观测,测量了不同试验条件下的放电频率、放电量、放电电流,构建了PRPD图谱,研究表明,金属微粒在起跳离开电极时PD发生相位较为随机;在电极间往复运动时所产生的脉冲电流宽度较大,PD主要集中在外施电压过零时发生;当金属微粒数量增多时放电量和放电频率均有所增加,金属微粒半径越大,放电量越大。付守海等[19]对交流电场下油中金属微粒粒径对局部放电量的影响进行了研究,结果表明,随着外施电压的升高,油中金属微粒会先在电极表面滚动,该阶段金属微粒表面发生电晕放电,放电量较小;随着外施电压的持续升高,金属微粒起跳,放电量相比于上一阶段增大;当外施电压达到微放电起始电压时,金属微粒在极板间剧烈跳动,放电量相比前两个阶段显著增加。
由于换流变压器阀侧绕组常承受交直流复合电压,且换流阀的阀桥数量或换流阀触发角发生变化时,交直流复合电压中交流分量与直流分量的比例不同[20],金属微粒在不同复合电压作用下的运动情况与聚集状态必然有所不同。针对上述问题,本文构建变压器油中金属微粒运动观测与局部放电检测平台,开展不同复合电压下变压器油中自由金属微粒的运动和聚集特性研究,同时测量金属微粒聚集过程中PD特性,获取不同电压下放电量、放电频率的变化规律。

图1中,实验装置部分主要由主油道、电极、温度控制系统等组成。其中,主油道采用有机玻璃制作而成,有机玻璃无色、透光率高,便于观察金属微粒在电极间的运动和聚集情况;试验系统中的半球电极参考IEC 60156-2018推荐的电极结构进行设计,同时考虑变压器油循环流动装置的尺寸,设计了直径为35 mm的铜制半球电极,此外,实际变压器绕组间油道撑条宽度分别有5、10、15 mm[21],本研究选择5 mm间隙开展研究;温度控制系统主要由PT100型温度传感器、DRQ-21型加热电阻以及TC-05B型智能数显温控仪等部件组成,用于实时监测并调节油温,本研究中油温为30℃;利用OWL-6型可调速离心油泵使微粒与变压器油充分混合。采用高速相机记录主油道中金属微粒的运动及聚集过程,相机帧率为3 000帧/s。为保证图像清晰度,拍摄过程中需利用无频闪LED冷光源对电极间隙进行补光处理。在开始试验前,保证相机、电极间隙和光源处在同一水平面。
本研究采用高压设备中常用的克拉玛依25#变压器油。在注入装置前,需要对变压器油进行过滤、干燥、脱气、真空冷却等处理,滤除油中的气体与固体杂质。将处理后的变压器油真空注入装置后,通过注油口放入6.3 g直径约为150 μm的铁微粒。开启油泵使微粒与变压器油充分混合。此时油中微粒的浓度为30颗/mL。关闭油泵静置20 min后,方可开始试验。试验过程中所需复合电压由高压放大器(TREKMODEL 610E型,放大倍数为1 000倍)与任意波形发生器(Agilent 33522A型)共同产生。为捕获微粒运动过程中的局部放电信号,在装置接地线上套入高频电流传感器(HFCT)。传感器经衰减探头接入高速数字存储示波器(泰克DPO7104型),其采样频率为10 M/s。
通常,复合电压中交流分量与直流分量的比例定义为交流电压有效值与直流电压幅值的比值[20]。试验时,外施交、直流复合电压的交、直流分量的比例分别为1∶3、1∶1、3∶1,并同时开展了交流电压和直流电压下的聚集试验作为对比。外施电压中直流分量为负极性,交流分量频率为工频50 Hz,外施电压峰值为10 kV。在进行聚集特性试验过程中,电压施加总时间为1 200 s,每隔300 s记录一次图像。
交流电压下油中金属微粒在半球电极间的聚集图像如图2所示。从图2可以看出,施加交流电压时,金属微粒会在下电极表面形成定向排列,呈“胡须”状,“胡须”的方向与电场线方向相同,微粒的聚集区域局限在电极附近,间隙中部几乎无金属微粒。值得注意的是,极板附近沿同一方向排列的金属微粒之间会不断发生相互碰撞。随着时间的推移,电极边缘的少数金属微粒会从电极上脱落,致使在电极表面定向排列的微粒总数减少。
施加1∶3交直流复合电压时,金属微粒在电极间隙内往复运动,并不断与上、下电极发生碰撞。 1∶3交直流复合电压下油中金属微粒在半球电极间的聚集图像如图3所示。从图3可以看出,相比于交流电压的情况,施加1∶3交直流复合电压时金属微粒的聚集区域贯通上、下极板,在整个间隙内均有分布。在电压施加初期,金属微粒在电极间隙内的分布较为均匀,但随着时间的增加,在电极间隙内维持往复运动的微粒总数有所减少,球电极外侧区域部分金属微粒会从电极间脱落,金属微粒数明显减少,但在球电极弧顶附近高场强区域处,在间隙内维持往复运动的金属微粒数量逐渐增多。
1∶1交直流复合电压下油中金属微粒在半球电极间的聚集图像如图4所示。从图4可以看出,在电压施加初期,金属微粒在间隙内分布较为均匀。随着时间的增加,除电极边缘处的部分金属微粒会从电极间脱落外,在间隙内均匀分布的金属微粒还会逐渐向电场集中区域迁移,在球电极弧顶高场强区域附近形成动态聚集区域,聚集区域内的金属微粒处于在极板间不断往复运动的状态。金属微粒在球电极弧顶处聚集区域的宽度比施加1∶3交直流复合电压时略大。
施加3∶1交直流复合电压时,多数金属微粒在电极间隙内往复运动,少部分金属微粒则在电极表面弹跳运动,不断与电极表面发生碰撞。3∶1交直流复合电压下油中金属微粒在半球电极间的聚集图像如图5所示。从图5可以看出,随着时间的增加,大量金属微粒在电极间隙内出现聚集。在施加3∶1复合电压时金属微粒聚集得最为紧密,金属微粒间的相互碰撞频率较高,出现形成“小桥”的态势。
施加直流电压时,金属微粒在电极间隙内沿电场线方向往复运动。直流电压下油中金属微粒在半球电极间的聚集图像如图6所示。从图6可以看出,随着时间的增加,金属微粒逐渐在电极弧顶附近出现动态聚集,此时金属微粒聚集区域的宽度最大,间隙内持续往复运动的金属微粒数量最多。
不同比例交、直流复合电压下金属微粒的运动与聚集行为存在明显差异,这必然导致其PD特性发生改变。为此,本研究在进行运动观测试验的同时利用HFCT传感器检测所产生的PD信号,每组试验重复5次,采集间隔为300 s,每次试验时间为60 s。
不同外施电压下的放电频率随时间的变化曲线如图7所示。从图7可以看出,放电频率先随时间迅速降低,随后在某一频率保持稳定。当外施电压中交流分量占主导时,含金属微粒变压器油的 PD放电频率远大于直流分量主导时,超过4 000 次/min。当外施电压为交流电压时,放电频率最高达到约15 000次/min,放电十分剧烈。当外施电压为直流电压时,PD放电频率略高于1∶3交直流复合电压时。
不同外施电压下的平均放电量随时间的变化曲线如图8所示。从图8可以看出,除施加3∶1复合电压外,油中金属微粒所产生的平均放电量均随时间近似不变,此时含金属微粒变压器油的PD平均放电量均维持在150~450 pC,其中当外施电压为 1∶3交直流复合电压时放电量的衰减程度最弱。而外施电压为3∶1复合电压时,平均放电量远大于其他4种情况,在电压施加初期放电量高达920 pC;且此时的PD平均放电量随时间呈先减小后增大的趋势,最终在加压时间为900 s时达到约700 pC并保持稳定。
金属微粒在不同比例交直流复合电压下表现出不同聚集特性。直流分量对金属微粒聚集状态的作用效果表现为分散型,聚集区域面积大,颗粒聚集较为松散;交流分量占比较高时(如3∶1交直流复合),聚集状态表现为紧密型,聚集区域面积小,颗粒聚集紧密。直流分量对金属微粒的作用效果表现为使微粒在电极间往复运动,金属微粒可在较大范围内发生运动,金属微粒聚集状态发散;而交流分量对金属微粒的作用效果表现为使金属微粒在电极附近区域内发生往复运动,金属微粒的运动范围被限制,随着微粒的累积,聚集状态逐渐紧密。
含金属微粒变压器油的PD特性与金属微粒的运动行为紧密相关。当带电金属微粒运动至电极附近时,由于金属微粒的强导电性极易使金属微粒与电极间隙内电场发生严重畸变;当多颗金属微粒发生聚集时,可将颗粒团等效为较大尺寸的金属微粒,携带更多的电荷,同样会改变油中电场分布。金属微粒的存在畸变了油中电场,大幅提高了PD发生概率。
不同电压下PD放电频率与放电量的变化规律归因于金属微粒聚集情况的变化。在电压施加初期,金属微粒在间隙内分布较为均匀,在靠近电极时引发电场局部畸变,诱发多次局部放电。随着时间的增加,部分金属微粒从电极间脱离,金属微粒与电极的碰撞频率降低,放电频率随之降低。当外施电压中交流分量增大时,金属微粒与电极之间的碰撞频率增加,放电频率逐渐增加。当施加交流电压时,由于金属微粒与电极之间频繁发生碰撞,从而出现极高的放电频率。根据2.4节所述,在施加 3∶1复合电压时,金属微粒在电极间隙内的聚集最为紧密,导致油隙内电场畸变程度最为严重。因此,在经历部分微粒脱离极板导致的放电量下降后,放电量又会因微粒聚集导致的电场畸变程度增大而不断增大。
(1)对于纯交流、1∶3交直流复合、1∶1交直流复合、3∶1交直流复合以及纯直流5种电压类型,当外施电压为3∶1交直流复合电压时,金属微粒在电极间聚集的最紧密,外施电压为直流时,聚集最为松散。
(2)不同外施电压下,放电频率均先随时间迅速降低,随后在某一频率维持不变;外施电压中交流分量增加时,放电频率明显增大;当外施电压为 3∶1交直流复合电压时,平均放电量最大,其余外施电压下的平均放电量则随时间延长近似不变。
(3)油中PD的放电频率与平均放电量的变化与金属微粒的聚集行为相关。随着时间的增加,电极间金属微粒聚集程度削弱,导致金属微粒与电极的碰撞频率降低,放电频率随之降低;当外施电压为3∶1复合电压时,金属微粒的聚集最为紧密,油隙内电场畸变最为严重,放电量最大。
