In this paper, an evaluation method based on polarization and depolarization currents (PDC) multi feature weight for cable insulation ageing state was proposed. Firstly, on the basis of PDC method, several ageing characteristic quantities reflecting insulation state were extracted. Secondly, the ordered binary comparison quantization method and principal component analysis method were used to determine the weight of feature quantity from subjective and objective aspects, and on the basis of DS (Dempster/Shafer) evidence theory, the subjective weight and objective weight were fused effectively to get the fusion weight. Thirdly, on the basis of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the effective evaluation of cable insulation ageing state was realized by combining with the fusion weight. Finally, the effectiveness of the evaluation method was verified by an example. The results show that the proposed method can evaluate the cable insulation ageing status effectively and accurately, which can provide a new direction for the evaluation of cable insulation ageing status.

本研究提出一种基于PDC法多特征量权重的电缆绝缘老化状态评估方法。首先,基于PDC法测试提取出多个体现绝缘状态的老化特征量。其次,采用有序二元比较量化法与主成分分析法,分别从主观和客观两方面确定特征量的权重,基于DS(Dempster/Shafer)证据理论将主、客观权重进行有效融合获得组合权重。接着,基于模糊综合评估,结合获得的组合权重共同实现电缆绝缘老化状态的有效评估。最后通过实例验证评估方法的有效性。结果表明:所提方法能有效、准确地评估电缆绝缘的老化状态,可为电缆绝缘的老化状态评估提供一种新方向。

本研究提出一种基于PDC法多特征量权重的电缆绝缘老化状态评估方法。首先,基于PDC法测试提取出多个体现绝缘状态的老化特征量。其次,采用有序二元比较量化法与主成分分析法,分别从主观和客观两方面确定特征量的权重,基于DS(Dempster/Shafer)证据理论将主、客观权重进行有效融合获得组合权重。接着,基于模糊综合评估,结合获得的组合权重共同实现电缆绝缘老化状态的有效评估。最后通过实例验证评估方法的有效性。结果表明:所提方法能有效、准确地评估电缆绝缘的老化状态,可为电缆绝缘的老化状态评估提供一种新方向。

In this paper, an evaluation method based on polarization and depolarization currents (PDC) multi feature weight for cable insulation ageing state was proposed. Firstly, on the basis of PDC method, several ageing characteristic quantities reflecting insulation state were extracted. Secondly, the ordered binary comparison quantization method and principal component analysis method were used to determine the weight of feature quantity from subjective and objective aspects, and on the basis of DS (Dempster/Shafer) evidence theory, the subjective weight and objective weight were fused effectively to get the fusion weight. Thirdly, on the basis of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the effective evaluation of cable insulation ageing state was realized by combining with the fusion weight. Finally, the effectiveness of the evaluation method was verified by an example. The results show that the proposed method can evaluate the cable insulation ageing status effectively and accurately, which can provide a new direction for the evaluation of cable insulation ageing status.

交联聚乙烯(cross-linked polyethylene,XLPE)材料具有杰出的化学特性和电气特性,使得XLPE电缆被大量应用,是配网电力输送中关键的设备之一[1-2]。由于XLPE电缆大多运行在潮湿的地下或缆沟中,长时间受持续电场、温度与水分的影响,使得电缆绝缘出现老化等问题,严重时甚至造成绝缘击穿从而引发灾难性电力事故[3]
为准确把握电缆的绝缘老化状态,在电力事故前及时更换破旧电缆,预防电力事故的发生,研究者们提出了多种检测与诊断方法,如局部放电试验、温度检测、空间电荷法、回复电压法、频域介电谱法、极化-去极化电流(polarization and depolarization currents,PDC)法等[4]。PDC法作为一种无损诊断方式,通过对电缆施加电压使其绝缘内部发生各种极化现象,提取极化与去极化电流中的特征量,可直接获得丰富的绝缘老化诊断信息,具有快速、直接、无损等特点,引起国内外研究学者的广泛关注[5-9]。文献[7]基于PDC法利用斯皮尔曼秩相关系数法建立了反映电介质内部陷阱变化的参数A和反映极化过程中电荷量迁移的参数Q与电缆信息的相关性,用于表征电缆绝缘的老化程度;文献[8]基于PDC法电流信号提取出三支路扩展Debye模型用于绝缘老化状态的诊断;文献[9]提出采用不同极化电压下极化损耗因数的变化率来判断电缆绝缘的老化状态等。
从以上分析可以看出,目前基于PDC法的电缆绝缘状态评估方法大多仅研究某单一特征量与绝缘老化程度之间的关系。但由于电缆老化对每个特征量的敏感程度不同,从某一特征量评估的电缆老化程度可能与其他特征量评估的老化程度不同,即若采用某一特征量进行评估,很难确保老化程度评估结果的准确性[10-11]
鉴于此,本研究综合利用PDC法提取的多个老化特征量,根据各特征量对绝缘老化程度的影响不同而赋予相应的权重,并考虑到特征量具有模糊性和不确定性的特点,提出一种电缆绝缘老化状态评估新方法。首先,基于PDC法提取出多个老化特征量,用于构建绝缘老化评估指标体系,以弥补单一特征量评估信息的不足。其次,采用有序二元比较量化法与主成分分析法,分别从主观和客观两方面确定老化特征量的权重,以弥补单一特征量赋权法的不足;再次,基于DS(Dempster/Shafer)证据理论将主观权重和客观权重进行有效融合得到组合权重,保证对不同老化特征量相对重要性的有效评估。再次,基于模糊综合评估方法,结合获得的组合权重最终实现电缆绝缘老化状态的有效评估。最后,采用实例进行验证。
PDC法是基于介电响应原理的电介质性能检测方法之一,其基本原理是通过给电介质施加极化电压U0,使其内部发生各种极化现象,测量电导过程产生的电导电流以及极化过程感应的极化电流,PDC测量图如图1所示。PDC测试过程包括极化与去极化两个阶段[12]

去极化阶段:撤销U0,绝缘介质进入去极化过程,此时的去极化电流idepol式(2)所示。

(1)直流电导率
绝缘介质的直流电导率(σ)与其老化程度密切相关,常用于表征绝缘的老化状态[13]。根据ipolidepol,可通过式(3)计算σ

(2)单位化去极化电荷量
去极化电荷量(Qn)作为判断绝缘老化状态的参数之一也常被用于电力设备的绝缘评估[14]。但去极化电荷量受电缆长度、缆芯面积、绝缘厚度的影响,本研究以单位化去极化电荷量Qn作为时域特征量,表示为式(4)

如果用来计算介质损耗因数(tanδ)的电流中包含有电导电流,则tanδ可由式(6)表示。

式(6)中:第一项和第二项分别为电导损耗因数和极化损耗因数。IRω是阻性电流的频域表达,IRω=ωU˙C'ωICω是容性电流的频域表达,ICω=jωU˙C'ωC′是复电容的实部;C″是复电容的虚部。
文献[15]对XLPE绝缘材料在0.1~50 Hz的tanδ进行频谱分析,发现0.1 Hz下的tanδ明显大于50 Hz下的tanδ,即0.1 Hz下测得的tanδ更易于评估绝缘的老化水平。为此本研究取0.1 Hz下的tanδ作为频率特征,记为tanδ0.1
电缆绝缘普遍使用三支路扩展Debye模型进行等效,其等效电路如图2所示。其中R0C0分别代表电缆的绝缘电阻与几何电容,RiCi为第i条支路的绝缘电阻和几何电容。三条支路分别表示不同极化时间的极化类型,按时间从小到大分别代表短时间极化、中时间极化、长时间极化。
短时间及中时间极化构成第一支路和第二支路,而由局部老化导致的长时间极化为第三支路。前面两个支路的极化/去极化电流主要由电缆整体和局部缺陷共同提供。随着极化进行,电缆整体短时间及中时间极化完成。此后电缆极化/去极化电流将主要由局部缺陷提供,因此第三支路参数主要受局部缺陷影响。当电缆中存在局部缺陷时,将为电缆带来持续时间较长、幅值较大的极化/去极化电流,使第三支路充电时间显著增加。因此,对于存在局部缺陷的电缆,针对性地检测识别第三支路电流时间常数能有效判断电缆中局部缺陷导致的介电特性变化。本研究选择第三支路的时间常数τ3作为所需特征之一。

利用奇异值分解[16],即可辨识出所需第三支路时间常数。
考虑到各特征量对电缆老化程度的影响不同,用其对电缆状态进行评估时所起作用可能也不相同,因此可考虑为每一特征量赋予相应的权重,本节对确定权重的相关理论进行分析和描述。另外考虑到电缆特征量具有模糊性的特点,可采用模糊综合评估方法进行电缆绝缘老化评估。
主观赋权法是分析领域的决策分析者根据长期工程实践形成的,以对不同特征量的主观重视程度来规定特征量的权重。该方法获得的权重与特征量实际重要程度相悖的情况极少,主要问题是会增加决策分析者的负担。客观赋权法则依照不同特征量的关联情况或信息量大小来支配权重,最终的权重可能与决策分析者的主观意志或实际情况不同。
为使不同特征量的权重达到主、客观上的统一,进而使决策结果更加真实、可靠,本研究在确定主观权重和客观权重的基础上,利用DS证据理论对两类权重进行融合得到组合权重。
(1)有序二元比较量化法——主观权重
由于专家调查法与层次分析法需要根据专家经验确定确切的初始权重集,而电缆绝缘老化评估的相关研究尚不够深入,难以建立确切的初始权重。为此,本研究选用有序二元比较量化法来确定主观权重[17-18],相比前两种方法,该方法仅需根据专家经验获得不同特征的重要性排序即可,更具普适性。
步骤1:设特征集由m个特征构成,由专家经验得到不同特征的重要性排序,不妨设x1>x2=x3>..>xm,其中x1>x2代表特征1比特征2重要,x2=x3代表特征2与特征3的重要程度一样。
步骤2:根据三标度法,对各特征重要程度进行二元对比,构建比较矩阵R,如式(11)所示。

步骤3:根据比较矩阵各行之和,以值的大小排序第一的特征作为标准,与其他特征进行重要性程度比较,得到非归一化的特征权向量w1w2w3,…,wm
步骤4:权向量归一化,获得最终的主观权重,如式(12)所示。

(2)主成分分析法——客观权重
主成分分析源于统计分析方法[19],该方法能够直接客观地计算出数据集中各特征的贡献度,这个贡献度即代表数据的重要程度,具体步骤如下:
步骤1:对数据实施主成分分析,获得主成分矩阵及其方差贡献率,步骤如下:①对由各样本特征构成的数据集X={x1,x2,x3,..,xm}进行去中心化;②计算协方差矩阵C,如式(13)所示;③对C进行特征值分解,获得对应的特征值与特征向量,对特征值从大到小排序,提取其中较大的k个特征值对应的特征向量构建主成分矩阵,由各特征值除以特征值总和得到方差贡献率矩阵。

步骤2:将主成分矩阵中数据乘以对应的方差贡献率,然后求和,获得各个特征的得分系数矩阵。
步骤3:对上述系数矩阵进行归一化处理,获得最终的客观权重。
(3)DS证据理论——组合权重
对不同权重的特征进行组合,常用的方法主要有加法集成与乘法集成,但加法集成会增强一个权重系数,对结果影响较大;而乘法集成容易使得主、客观权重中权重大的特征相乘后的组合权重更大,而权重小的特征组合权重更小,因此两者均具有一定的缺陷。
DS证据理论是处理群体决策问题的有效方法之一[20],运用DS证据理论对主客观权重进行融合,能够使权重达到主、客观上的统一,获得的组合权重更为可靠。其基本原理如下:
证据理论建立在辨识框架Θ上,由一系列的基本命题组成。首先,来自问题域中的任何一个命题A,都隶属于幂集2Θ,在2Θ上定义基本可信度分配函数m:2Θ[0,1]m(A)为证据支持命题A产生的水平程度,φ为空集。证据是由证据体(A,m(A))构成,使用证据体可以定义在2Θ上的信任函数Bel:2Θ[0,1]与似真函数Pl:Pl:2Θ[0,2],如式(14)所示。

式(14)中:Bel(A)指代全部信任于APl(A)指代对A非假的信任程度的不确定程度;[Bel(A),Pl(A)]共同组成证据不确定区间,指代证据的不确定程度。
然后,定义基本可信度分配函数mi(j),如式(15)所示。

式(15)中:i为融合的次数;j为相关特征;n为相关特征数目;ci(j)为数据不同方法的结果输出。
最后,利用证据理论的融合规则,进行多次证据融合:假设Bel1,Bel2,,Belp是相同辨识框架Θ上的信任函数,m1,m2,...,mn是对应的基本可信度分配,若Bel=Bel1Bel2Belp存在基本概率赋值为m,则可得到式(16)

不同老化等级的界限具有模糊性与不确定性,因此需要一种能够解决这些问题的评估方法。模糊综合评估常用来将一些边界不清晰、定量困难的因素进行量化,是一种采用多个因素对被评估事物隶属等级情况实现综合评估的方法[21]。基本步骤如下:
步骤1:确定评估对象的因素论域U={u1,u2,u3,…,um},m表示评估特征数。
步骤2:确定评估等级论域V={v1,v2,v3,..,vn}n表示评估等级数。
步骤3:根据U决定各特征与评估等级的隶属度函数,常用隶属度函数包括正余弦函数型、三角函数型、高斯函数型等[22];然后对待测样本各特征进行单因素评估,建立模糊关系矩阵G,如式(17)所示。

式(17)中:gij表示第i个特征ui对第j个评估等级vj的评估结果。
步骤4:综合评估。设2.1节中得到的组合权重为A=(a1,a2,...,am),可得综合评估向量B式(18)所示。

式(18)中,B={b1,b2,…,bn}={评估等级v1可信度,评估等级v2可信度,…,评估等级vn可信度},可信度最大的即为最终评估等级。
在上述分析的基础上,本节提出基于多特征量权重的电缆绝缘老化状态评估方法。该方法分为两个步骤,首先根据实验室加速老化的PDC法测试结果进行组合权重求解,再根据组合权重对待测电缆样本进行模糊综合评估。
图3为求解组合权重的流程。
步骤1:加速老化试验。选用YJLV-22 3×95型8.7/10 kV电缆作为试验样本。从电缆上截取多根长度为50 cm的电缆段,将其电缆外护套以及铜屏蔽层剥离,并在电缆两端缆芯上加装铜鼻子以减少测试过程中可能出现的尖端放电;将电缆样本两端各剥掉15 cm的半导电层露出绝缘层外表面,同时在近外半导电层侧加装沿面电流屏蔽环,以防止沿面电流对测试的影响;将涂有导电胶的薄铜带缠绕粘连到剩余半导电层上作为测试电极,且保证铜带与电缆外半导电层紧密接触。预处理后的试样如图4所示。
采用上述方法制作4组电缆样本,每组包括5根样本。将预处理后的电缆样本放入DHG-9070A型湿热老化箱中,通过抽真空加热方式实现加速老化。老化温度设置为140℃,通过抽真空,将老化湿度设置为0%。同时保证试验环境中无空气存在,以尽量模拟电缆实际工况。4组电缆样本的老化时间分别为108、216、324、432 h,分别对应电缆早期、中期、后期和晚期4种老化程度。
步骤2:PDC法测试及特征量提取。对加速老化XLPE电缆试样进行PDC测试,图5为某次测试的各老化程度下的PDC曲线。根据PDC测试结果,求取每个电缆样本的直流电导率σ、0.1 Hz介质损耗因数tanδ0.1、去极化第三支路时间常数τ3和单位化去极化电荷量Qn 4个特征量。
步骤3:标准样本确定及数据预处理。为尽最大可能减少各种因素对测试结果造成的影响,对同一老化程度下的电缆试样所获取的同一特征量进行平均,最终得到各老化程度下各个特征量的平均值,并以此为标准样本。由于老化有4种老化状态和4个特征量,可构建矩阵(xij)4×4xij表示第j个老化状态的第i个特征量。由于各特征量的量纲差异明显,需归一化处理消除量纲的影响。
对于随老化程度加深而相应增大的特征量,其归一化计算公式为式(19)

步骤4:主观权重确定。根据专家经验,确定σ、tanδ0.1τ3Qn的重要程度排序,利用有序二元比较量化法获得各特征量的主观权重。
步骤5:客观权重确定。利用主成分分析,获得各特征量的客观权重。
步骤6:组合权重确定。根据已求取的各特征量主客观权重,采用DS证据理论确定组合权重。
电缆模糊综合评估流程如图6所示,具体步骤如下:
步骤1:对样本进行PDC法测试并提取特征量。求取直流电导率σ、0.1Hz介质损耗因数tanδ0.1、去极化第三支路时间常数τ3和单位化去极化电荷量Qn
步骤2:单因素模糊评估。评估对象的因素论域由各特征量组成,为{σ,tanδ0.1τ3Qn}。评估等级域对应各种老化程度,为{早期热老化,中期热老化,后期热老化,晚期热老化}。用相应老化程度的标准样本特征值构建三角隶属度函数,对待测样本的各特征值分别求解各评估等级的评估结果,最终得到模糊评估矩阵。
步骤3:模糊综合评估。用式(18)进行模糊综合评估,A为组合权重,第j个评估等级的可信度bj可表示为式(21)

式(21)中,bj最大值对应的评估等级即为待测样本所对应的老化程度。
通过3.1节加速老化试验,对各老化等级电缆试样进行PDC测试,得到各老化等级下的标准样本特征量如表1所示。由表1可知,σ、tanδ0.1τ3Qn均随老化时间的增加而增大,根据式(19)实现归一化操作,结果如表2所示。
主、客观权重和组合权重的求解过程如下:
(1)主观权重求解
利用有序二元比较量化法求解主观权重时需先对各特征量的重要度进行排序。
介质劣化程度越深或杂质含量越多,其内部本征载流子及杂质载流子浓度越大,由此导致介质直流电导率越大。可见,直流电导率可直接表征介质的劣化受损程度,故而在评估XLPE电缆绝缘时最为重要;介质损耗因数可表征电介质内部电能损失程度,其值与介质内部容性电流(电压)及阻性电流(电压)夹角呈正相关关系。当电介质处于劣化初期时,其内部尚未产生自由载流子,但可能出现少量极性分解产物,该产物引起的能量损耗宏观表现为材料介质损耗因数增大而直流电导率不变,因此介质损耗因数可作为直流电导率的有效补充,重要程度次之;扩展Debye模型第三支路时间常数τ3与电缆内部界面极化程度相关,相比于介质损耗因数,τ3对电缆内部极化类型的反映更为具体,可作为判断样本老化的参数,重要程度再次之;电缆内部XLPE材料发生劣化后,其能量陷阱密度分布将发生显著改变,还可采用XLPE单位化去极化电荷量Qn进一步反映电缆主绝缘结构破坏引起的陷阱能级增大及陷阱数量增多,进而从量子层面建立材料结构破坏与电气性能劣化的数值关系。
综上,σ、tanδ0.1τ3Qn的重要性依次降低。采用三标度法对各特征重要程度进行二元对比,构建4×4阶定性排序比较矩阵R,结果见表3
分析表3可知,根据比较矩阵得到的排序结果与上述重要性排序一致,结果合理。其次,采用和积法求解上述比较矩阵R,得到σ、tanδ0.1τ3Qn的主观权重依次为0.520 8、0.270 8、0.145 8、0.062 5。
(2)客观权重求解
根据计算,提取主成分分析的前3个主成分,贡献率累加和为100%,获得的主成分及其方差贡献率与主成分矩阵分别如表4表5所示。
根据2.1中方法,得到σ、tanδ0.1τ3Qn的客观权重分别为0.244 6、0.233 5、0.272 2、0.249 7。
(3)组合权重求解
基于DS证据理论对主客观权重进行融合,可在一定程度上保证每个特征的相对重要性,结果如表6所示。
实际待测样本为一根运行10年左右的退运电缆,首先对其进行PDC测试,相关特征量结果如表7所示。
(1)电缆的老化状态评估
表1的热老化标准样本构建三角隶属度函数,对表7中各特征值进行单因素评估,获得的模糊关系矩阵G式(22)所示。

最后,结合主客观组合权重进行模糊综合评估,可得各热老化等级的可信度分别为(0.5340,0.3911,0,0),可以看出,早期热老化等级对应的可信度最大,可见该电缆绝缘表现出早期热老化状态。
(2)老化状态评估的验证
为验证上述状态评估方法的正确性,从FTIR、SEM两方面对该电缆进行分析。
对该退运电缆与热老化108 h电缆样本(早期热老化)进行FTIR测试,结果如图7所示。从图7可以看出,两根电缆的红外光谱均包含有羰基(-C=O)吸收峰,表明其发生了热老化现象。此外,两根电缆吸收峰强度相似,表明其热老化程度相似。
对该退运电缆与热老化108 h的样本电缆(早期热老化)进行SEM测试,结果如图8所示。从图8可以看出,两个电缆样本的微观形貌图中均有极少量微孔且微孔尺寸较小,主要是淬断裂纹,说明材料在淬断时表现为脆性断裂的特性,即材料脆性增加,该现象随着热老化时间的增加而愈发明显。两个微观形貌图相似,因此证明两个电缆样本发生了相似程度的热老化,且为早期热老化。
综上所述,该退运电缆的老化程度与状态评估方法所得结论一致,即发生了早期热老化,证明该状态评估方法有效。
基于PDC法提出了一种考虑多特征量权重的电缆绝缘老化状态新方法,并进行了实例验证,主要得到以下结论:
(1)基于PDC法提取出了多个反映绝缘状态的老化特征量,用于构建绝缘老化评估指标体系,以弥补单一特征量评估信息的不足。
(2)采用有序二元比较量化法与主成分分析法,分别从主观和客观两方面确定特征量的权重,同时基于DS证据理论将主观权重和客观权重进行有效融合得到组合权重,保证了对不同老化状态特征量相对重要性的有效评估。
(3)利用模糊综合评估方法,结合组合权重可实现电缆绝缘老化状态的有效评估。实例验证结果表明,所提方法能有效、准确地评估电缆绝缘老化状态。
