The oil-paper insulation systems, composed of insulating paper and monoester insulating oil or mineral insulating oil, were conducted thermal ageing tests, the ageing temperature was 130℃ and 140℃, and the ageing atmosphere was nitrogen and air, respectively. The thermal ageing characteristics of two insulation systems were compared. The results show that after the ageing of oil-paper insulation, the acid value and water content of monoester insulating oil are higher than that of the mineral insulating oil. Under the nitrogen atmosphere, the monoester insulating oil can prolong the ageing life of insulating paper significantly compared with mineral insulating oil, but at 130℃, the monoester insulating oil only prolong the ageing life of insulating paper slightly compared with mineral insulating oil. There is little difference between the thermal ageing life of insulating papers in the two insulating oils under air atmosphere.

Thermal Ageing Characteristics of Monoester Insulating Oil-paper Insulation System

分别在老化温度为130℃及140℃、氮气及空气密封条件下对绝缘纸与单酯类绝缘油、矿物绝缘油组成的油纸绝缘体系进行热老化试验,并对比两种绝缘体系的热老化特性。结果表明:油纸绝缘老化后,单酯绝缘油中的酸值及水分含量均高于矿物绝缘油;氮气氛围条件下,在140℃时,单酯绝缘油相对矿物绝缘油能较大幅度的延长绝缘纸的老化寿命,但在130℃时,单酯绝缘油相对矿物绝缘油仅略微延长了绝缘纸的老化寿命;在空气条件下,两种绝缘油中绝缘纸的热老化寿命差别不大。

The oil-paper insulation systems, composed of insulating paper and monoester insulating oil or mineral insulating oil, were conducted thermal ageing tests, the ageing temperature was 130℃ and 140℃, and the ageing atmosphere was nitrogen and air, respectively. The thermal ageing characteristics of two insulation systems were compared. The results show that after the ageing of oil-paper insulation, the acid value and water content of monoester insulating oil are higher than that of the mineral insulating oil. Under the nitrogen atmosphere, the monoester insulating oil can prolong the ageing life of insulating paper significantly compared with mineral insulating oil, but at 130℃, the monoester insulating oil only prolong the ageing life of insulating paper slightly compared with mineral insulating oil. There is little difference between the thermal ageing life of insulating papers in the two insulating oils under air atmosphere.

油浸式变压器主要使用绝缘油作为液体绝缘介质,绝缘油在变压器中主要起到绝缘和散热的作用[1]。近年来,出于环保目的的考虑,酯类绝缘油在变压器中的应用量日益增加。目前所使用的酯类绝缘油主要有天然酯绝缘油、合成酯绝缘油及单酯绝缘油等[2],其中天然酯绝缘油与合成酯绝缘油均为K级难燃油,燃点均超过300℃。但天然酯绝缘油的氧化安定性较差,意味着天然酯绝缘油变压器对密封工艺要求很高,一旦漏气,天然酯绝缘油会迅速氧化。且天然酯绝缘油及合成酯绝缘油的运动黏度比矿物绝缘油高近4倍,导致天然酯绝缘油及合成酯绝缘油的散热性能较差。
2008年日本开发出了棕榈酸酯(PFAE),IEC 62770:2013将其命名为单酯绝缘油,其主要特点是氧化安定性优于天然酯绝缘油,运动黏度较天然酯绝缘油及合成酯绝缘油的低,但单酯绝缘油的燃点较天然酯绝缘油大幅降低,仅略高于矿物绝缘油。目前变压器行业使用的单酯绝缘油主要成分为棕榈酸酯或月桂酸酯,用其替换矿物绝缘油可提升变压器的散热性能及环保特性。
变压器在运行过程中,受到电场、温度以及机械应力等作用,会发生绝缘油裂化、绝缘纸裂解的现象[3-7],其中温度的影响更大,因而需要通过加速热老化试验来评估油纸绝缘系统的热老化寿命[8]。凡勇等[9]研究表明,植物绝缘油能起到延长绝缘纸热寿命的作用,这主要是因为植物绝缘油的吸水能力强于矿物绝缘油;LIAO R J等[10]研究表明,植物绝缘油的老化产物中主要是高分子酸,矿物油的老化产物中主要是低分子酸,低分子酸会加快绝缘纸的老化,而高分子酸对绝缘纸的老化影响不大;梁帅伟[11]研究表明,高分子酸会与绝缘纸发生酯交换反应,抑制纤维素在热应力下的水解作用,并且高分子酸与绝缘纸中纤维素之间的酯交换反应和酯中羰基氧原子与水分子形成的氢键具有联合抗老化能力。
但单酯绝缘油对绝缘纸老化寿命的影响规律目前尚不明确,尤其是在不同温度、不同气体环境下,绝缘纸老化寿命的变化规律没有定论。为此,本文对比研究氮气及空气环境下,单酯绝缘油及矿物绝缘油在130℃及140℃下的热老化特性,为单酯绝缘油变压器的寿命评估提供试验依据。
油样选取国内某公司生产的单酯绝缘油,以及国内某润滑油公司生产的矿物绝缘油。绝缘纸试样选取魏德曼公司生产的牛皮绝缘纸,厚度为0.075 mm。绝缘油与绝缘纸的质量比为20∶1。单酯绝缘油的分子结构为月桂酸甲酯或棕榈酸甲酯,本研究使用的DL-7单酯绝缘油的成分为棕榈酸甲酯,分子结构如图1所示。单酯绝缘油及矿物绝缘油的常规参数如表1所示。
绝缘油中的水分及氧气对其热老化特性有重要影响,因此在老化试验前,必须对绝缘油进行脱水脱气处理[12]。具体方法为:将油样置于真空抽滤瓶中,使用磁力加热搅拌台在抽滤瓶底部加热、搅拌并抽真空4 h以上,矿物绝缘油加热温度为60℃,单酯绝缘油加热温度为70℃。处理后的单酯绝缘油含水量小于20 μL/L,处理后的矿物绝缘油含水量小于10 μL/L。
绝缘纸的老化也容易受水分和氧气的影响,因而也需要对绝缘纸进行脱水脱气处理。首先,将牛皮绝缘纸剪裁成长条形并置于干燥洁净托盘内,放入烘箱在105℃条件下烘干24 h,烘干结束后立即用预处理后的油样覆盖纸表面,之后将纸放入真空罐内,注入可浸没牛皮绝缘纸的绝缘油,在室温下对其进行抽真空处理。真空罐中气压保持在70 Pa以下,时间为4 h,抽真空结束后通入氮气,使油浸纸在101.325 kPa下继续浸渍12 h。按照DL/T 449—2015对油浸纸的含水量进行测量,测得油浸纸的含水量低于0.5%,满足DL/T 596—2005对电力变压器中绝缘纸水分含量的要求。
在油纸绝缘热老化过程中,老化温度越高,绝缘纸老化的速率越快。因此,油纸绝缘在较低温度下长时间老化的规律可以通过在较高温度下短时间加速老化进行分析[13]。本研究选取130℃及140℃两个温度,在氮气密封和空气密封条件下进行不同时间的加速热老化试验(130℃下老化时间为100、200、300、400、500、700、900 h,140℃下老化时间为100、200、300、400、500 h),将油纸绝缘放入密闭的老化罐中,然后置于预先设定好温度的烘箱内实施热老化处理,达到规定老化时间后从罐中取出油纸绝缘样品,在25℃的恒温槽内静置48 h后进行后续测试。
酸值按照NB/SH/T 0836—2010进行测试;油中含水量按照GB/T 7600—2014进行测试;拉伸强度按照GB/T 12914—2018进行测试。
酸值代表绝缘油中的游离酸含量,可反映绝缘油的老化状态[14]。单酯绝缘油分子中含有脂肪酸基,因而其酸值一般高于矿物绝缘油。热老化前后绝缘油中酸值含量如表2所示。
表2可见,老化前单酯绝缘油的酸值高于矿物绝缘油,老化后两者的酸值差异更大,单酯绝缘油热老化后的酸值超过了1.5 mgKOH/g,而矿物绝缘油的酸值还保持在0.1 mgKOH/g以下。表明老化后单酯绝缘油的酸值增幅远高于矿物绝缘油。但酯类绝缘油老化后形成的酸主要为长链酸,对变压器中金属的腐蚀性较弱。此外,在空气密封条件下,两种绝缘油的酸值均高于氮气密封条件下,说明空气中的氧气会加快绝缘油的老化速度,造成绝缘油酸值的升高。
绝缘油含水量一般指绝缘油中溶解的水分与绝缘油的质量比[15]。当绝缘油中水分含量较大时,会对绝缘油的介电特性产生不利影响,一般而言,水分对矿物油介电特性的影响高于酯类绝缘油。老化前后两种绝缘油的含水量测试结果如表3所示。由表3可见,老化前单酯绝缘油含水量小于20 mg/kg,老化后大幅增大,在两种气体密封环境下均达到200 mg/kg以上。而矿物绝缘油含水量在老化前小于5 mg/kg,虽然老化后有一定的增大,但仅达到21~27 mg/kg。这是由于单酯绝缘油的饱和水含量更大,亲水性更强,老化时绝缘纸中的水分逐渐向单酯绝缘油中转移,水分平衡后,造成单酯绝缘油中的水分更多。这也侧面证明单酯绝缘油对绝缘纸产生了“干燥”的效果。两种油纸绝缘系统中的水分平衡关系[16]图2所示。由图2可见,当纸中水分含量相当时,单酯绝缘油中的含水量大于矿物绝缘油。
拉伸强度是指在拉伸试验中试样承受的最大拉伸应力,一般认为绝缘纸的拉伸强度小于其初始值的50%时,其寿命达到终点[17]。氮气环境及空气环境下老化前后绝缘纸的拉伸强度如图3所示。由图3可见,在两种气氛条件下,拉伸强度均随着老化时间的增加而下降。从温度的影响来看,老化温度越高,拉伸强度的下降速率越快。从图3(a)可以看出,氮气环境中,130℃下,两种绝缘油中的绝缘纸拉伸强度近似于线性下降,下降速度较慢;140℃下,两种绝缘油在老化0~100 h时,绝缘纸拉伸强度缓慢下降,随老化时间的继续增加,绝缘纸的拉伸强度迅速下降;在两种老化温度下,单酯绝缘油中绝缘纸的老化速度均慢于矿物绝缘油,温度为130℃时,单酯绝缘油中绝缘纸的老化速度略慢于矿物绝缘油,温度为140℃时,单酯绝缘油中绝缘纸的老化速度较矿物绝缘油大幅减缓。从图3(b)可以看出,空气环境中,两种绝缘油的拉伸强度下降速度较氮气环境中快,说明空气促进了两种绝缘油中绝缘纸的老化。130℃下,两种绝缘油中绝缘纸在热老化400 h后拉伸强度迅速下降;140℃下,两种绝缘油在老化0~100 h时,绝缘纸的拉伸强度小幅降低,老化时间为100~300 h,绝缘纸的拉伸强度迅速下降,之后趋于平稳;两种温度下,单酯绝缘油中绝缘纸的拉伸强度总体上略高于矿物绝缘油,但两者的差值较氮气中大幅减小。
以拉伸强度降低至初始值的50%为寿命终点,在氮气环境下,对图3(a)使用二次函数进行拟合,拟合结果如图4(a)所示,确定系数R2均大于0.97,表明拟合较好。从图4(a)中拟合曲线方程计算得到,当老化温度为130℃时,绝缘纸在矿物绝缘油中的寿命约为1 166 h,在单酯绝缘油中的老化寿命约为1 268 h;当老化温度为140℃时,绝缘纸在矿物绝缘油中的寿命约为311 h,在单酯绝缘油中的老化寿命约为403 h,证明在氮气条件下单酯绝缘油相对矿物绝缘油可以延长绝缘纸的热老化寿命,在130℃时延长了约8.7%,在140℃时延长了约29.6%。空气环境下,由于曲线平滑度较差,使用线性函数对130℃下的500~900 h老化曲线进行拟合,拟合得到绝缘纸在矿物油中的寿命约为809 h,在单酯绝缘油中的老化寿命约为811 h。使用线性函数对140℃下的200~300 h老化曲线进行拟合,求得空气条件下绝缘纸在矿物油中的老化寿命约为280 h,在单酯绝缘油中的老化寿命约为284 h,证明在空气条件下单酯绝缘油相对矿物绝缘油也可延长绝缘纸的老化寿命,在130℃下延长了0.2%,在140℃下延长了1.4%。
总体来看,氮气条件下,单酯绝缘油中的绝缘纸老化速度慢于矿物绝缘油中绝缘纸的老化速度。而空气条件下,绝缘纸在两种绝缘油中的老化速度无明显差异。造成上述现象的原因可能是:首先,单酯绝缘油对水分的吸收能力较强,降低了绝缘纸中的水分含量,如图1所示,而水分是促使绝缘纸老化的关键因素之一,进而减缓了绝缘纸的老化速度;其次,单酯绝缘油在老化中会发生水解反应,从而进一步消耗水分,抑制水分对绝缘纸降解的影响,水解反应如式(1)所示;最后,单酯绝缘油水解产生的脂肪酸会与绝缘纸表面的羟基发生酯交换反应,在绝缘纸表面形成保护膜,从而减少水分对绝缘纸的侵入。但由于单酯绝缘油的水解率很低,后面两个影响因素的作用较弱。

(1)油纸绝缘老化后,单酯绝缘油中的酸值及水分含量均高于矿物绝缘油。
(2)在氮气环境中,在140℃老化温度下,单酯绝缘油中的绝缘纸拉伸强度随老化时间的下降速度慢于矿物绝缘油中的绝缘纸,即绝缘纸在单酯绝缘油中的热老化寿命相较于矿物绝缘油中更长。
(3)单酯绝缘油中的绝缘纸在氮气环境中的热老化寿命较矿物绝缘油中延长幅度较大,而在空气环境中,单酯绝缘油中的绝缘纸老化寿命仅略优于矿物绝缘油中,两者较为接近。
