A medium-density aramid pressboard was prepared by using meta-aramid chopped fiber and precipitated fiber as raw materials, the effects of chopped fiber length, grammage of single pulp layer, and moisture content of paper billet on the properties of the aramid pressboard were studied. The conventional properties, compatibility, and processing performance of the aramid pressboard were studied. The results show that when the chopped fiber length is 7 mm, the grammage of single pulp layer is 64 g/m2, and the moisture content of paper billet is 63%, the aramid pressboard has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, good compatibility with synthetic ester transformer oil and silicone transformer oil, and good processing performance, which meets the application requirements of traction transformer and offshore wind power oil-immersed transformer.

以间位芳纶短切纤维和沉析纤维为原料制备了一种中密度芳纶纸板,研究了短切纤维长度、单层浆层定量、纸坯水分含量对芳纶纸板性能的影响,并测试了芳纶纸板的常规性能、相容性和加工性能。结果表明:当短切纤维长度为7 mm、单层浆层定量为64 g/m2和纸坯水分含量为63%时,芳纶纸板具备优异的电气性能与力学性能,与硅油和合成酯油具有良好的相容性,且具备良好的加工性能,满足牵引变压器和海上风电油浸式变压器的应用要求。

A medium-density aramid pressboard was prepared by using meta-aramid chopped fiber and precipitated fiber as raw materials, the effects of chopped fiber length, grammage of single pulp layer, and moisture content of paper billet on the properties of the aramid pressboard were studied. The conventional properties, compatibility, and processing performance of the aramid pressboard were studied. The results show that when the chopped fiber length is 7 mm, the grammage of single pulp layer is 64 g/m2, and the moisture content of paper billet is 63%, the aramid pressboard has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, good compatibility with synthetic ester transformer oil and silicone transformer oil, and good processing performance, which meets the application requirements of traction transformer and offshore wind power oil-immersed transformer.

电气用聚芳酰胺纤维纸板(以下简称芳纶纸板)是由间位芳纶短切纤维和沉析纤维经抄造热压[1]而成,依据密度可以分为低密度芳纶纸板、中密度芳纶纸板和高密度芳纶纸板三大类。其中中密度芳纶纸板用于制作变压器中的角环、角槽、绝缘筒等成型件[2]。芳纶纸板具有优异的热稳定性、电气性能和力学性能,可以大幅提升高耐热等级、高燃点油浸式变压器的使用寿命和安全性。
牵引变压器的尺寸、质量受到车辆空间和质量的严格限制,为了实现牵引变压器的大功率与轻量化[2],通常采用芳纶纸板与高燃点硅油[3]或合成酯油[4]组成的高耐热等级油纸绝缘系统。
海上风电油浸式变压器一般置于机舱或塔筒内,受空间限制,常在高温条件下运行,同时由于环保要求,设计时常采用高耐热等级的芳纶纸板和高燃点可降解的合成酯油组成的油纸绝缘系统[5-6]
为了满足轨道交通领域和海上风电领域对高耐热芳纶纸板的需求,开发了一种中密度芳纶纸板,并对芳纶纸板的常规性能、加工工艺性及其与硅油、合成酯油的相容性进行研究。
芳纶短切纤维、芳纶沉析纤维,株洲时代新材料科技股份有限公司;进口中密度芳纶纸板,厚度为2.4 mm,典型密度为0.8 g/cm3;合成酯油,M&I material公司;二甲基硅油,日本信越公司。
将芳纶沉析纤维疏解到工艺打浆度,然后与芳纶短切纤维按照质量比为1∶1[1]进行混合,稀释至工艺浓度后经成形器形成单层浆层,单层浆层传递至复合成型冷缸,在缸面按照定量要求多层卷绕叠加制备出纸坯,纸坯从冷缸取下后传送至热压工序热压成型,得到中密度芳纶纸板。
中密度芳纶纸板经绝缘筒模具卷绕热定型成绝缘筒,经U型槽模具模压定型成U型槽。卷绕与弯折成型等加工过程要求纸板具备较好的拉伸强度、层间结合力以及柔韧性,同时芳纶纸板需要易于变压器油浸透,具备较高的吸油率。纸板吸油率与密度成反比,而力学性能与密度成正比,参照进口中密度芳纶纸板,本文制备了典型密度为0.8 g/cm3、厚度为2.4 mm的中密度芳纶纸板A696。
JYU-27型绝缘材料耐压测试仪,美国phenix公司;JYU-18 2821型介质损耗测试仪,瑞士HAEFELY公司;JYW-77 UTM2103型微机控制电子拉力试验机,深圳三思纵横科技股份有限公司。
纸板常规性能按照GB/T 29627.2—2013进行测试;水分含量按照GB/T 462—2008进行测试。
中密度芳纶纸板和硅油以及合成酯油的相容性参照ASTM D3455-2011进行测试,实验样品预处理及实验步骤如下:
(1)芳纶纸板与绝缘油的用量:每1 000 mL硅油或合成酯中芳纶纸板用量为100 g,芳纶纸板尺寸为10 mm×10 mm,厚度小于1 mm。
(2)实验前,将芳纶纸板置于(105±5)℃的烘箱中干燥16 h。
(3)取100 g干燥后的芳纶纸板试样浸入放有1 000 mL绝缘油的洁净容器中,向油中持续通入干燥氮气约10 min,密封容器。
(4)将密封好的容器放在烘箱中作为实验组开始老化。芳纶纸板与合成酯和硅油的相容性实验老化温度均为155℃,老化时间均为164 h。
每组测试准备一组空白组油样,空白组油样中不加入任何材料并与实验组同步加热老化。分别按照GB/T 5654—2007和NB/SH/T 0836—2010测试空白组油样和实验组油样老化后的介质损耗因数和酸值。
芳纶纸板由短切纤维和沉析纤维组成,其中短切纤维为骨架提供机械强度,沉析纤维起粘结作用同时提供介电性能[7]。芳纶纸板的拉伸强度与单层浆层之间的结合情况以及单层浆层的强度有关,而单层浆层的强度与其匀度以及短切纤维的长度相关。本研究选用长度为3~9 mm的短切纤维制备了厚度为2.4 mm的中密度芳纶纸板A696,测得其纵向拉伸强度如图1所示。
图1可以看出,芳纶纸板的纵向拉伸强度随着短切纤维长度的增加先增大后减小,并在短切纤维长度为7 mm时达到最大值(89 MPa)。这是由于随着短切纤维长度的增加,较长的短切纤维可以增大纤维间的结合面积,提高其纵向拉伸强度,而当短切纤维长度大于7 mm时,其在浆池、泵和管道等纸机流送系统中容易絮聚缠绕[7],纤维的分散性变差,絮聚越来越明显,造成单层浆层匀度变差,多层浆层复合后纸板内部的薄弱点逐渐增多[8-9],导致纸板的拉伸强度开始减小。因此中密度芳纶纸板用短切纤维的长度选择为7 mm。
芳纶纸板由单层浆层复合叠加热压而成,芳纶纸板的机械强度受单层浆层的绝干定量与水分影响。采用长度为7 mm的短切纤维制备了不同定量的单层浆层,测试单层浆层的水分含量,然后将单层浆层复合后压制成厚度为2.4 mm的中密度芳纶纸板,并测试其纵向拉伸强度,结果如图2所示。
图2可以看出,随着单层浆层定量的增加,单层浆层的水分含量逐渐升高,而中密度芳纶纸板的纵向拉伸强度整体呈减小趋势,而在单层浆层定量为45~64 g/m2时略有增大。这是由于单层浆层定量越小,浆层厚度越薄,芳纶纸板需要的复合层数越多,层间接触面更大,热压过程中层间纤维挤压搭接更紧密,因而单层浆层越薄,纸板的力学性能越好[10]。当单层浆层定量为64 g/m2 时,芳纶纸板的纵向拉伸强度略大于定量为45 g/m2时的芳纶纸板,这是由于定量为64 g/m2的浆层水分含量高于定量为45 g/m2的浆层,水分被真空抽吸时形成的纤维垂直穿刺浆层的占比更高,复合收卷和热压过程中纤维在z向的位移更大,增大了层间的交织,增大了层间结合力[11],从而使得纸板的纵向拉伸强度增大;水分含量提高还有利于提高热压过程中短切纤维的表面活性,从而提高其与沉析纤维的界面结合作用,也能一定程度上增大纵向拉伸强度[12]。另外,单层浆层定量越高,纸坯生产效率越高,综合考虑性能与生产效率,芳纶纸板适宜的单层浆层定量为64 g/m2
纸坯水分含量是纸坯的关键控制参数,影响芳纶纸板的层间结合力以及生产效率。曹卫忠[13]研究认为植物纤维绝缘纸板单层浆层水分含量控制在84%~90%,复合工艺脱水10%后纸坯水分质量分数为73%~80%时对层间结合力最有利。芳纶纤维为合成纤维,对水的润湿性差,芳纶纸板单层浆层水分含量低于植物纤维纸板,采用定量为64 g/m2,水分含量为75%的单层浆层复合成不同水分含量的纸坯,测试纸坯的水分含量,观察纸坯从复合冷缸取下后的起皱情况,并采用不同水分含量的纸坯压制厚度为2.4 mm的中密度芳纶纸板用于变压器U型绝缘槽部件的压制,通过U型槽成型的工艺性来观察层间结合情况。不同水分含量纸坯起皱和U型绝缘槽成型情况见表1图3
表1图3可以看出,纸坯水分含量越高,从复合冷缸上取出时越容易起皱,而且纸坯水分含量越高,纸板所需纸坯质量越大,热压阶段能耗也越大,结合纸坯起皱情况以及U型绝缘槽成型状态,综合考虑能耗和纸板层间结合力,中密度芳纶纸板纸坯最优的水分含量为63%。
绝缘油是决定变压器绝缘性能的关键材料之一,芳纶纸板与硅油或合成酯的相容性对变压器的绝缘性能有重要影响[14]。使用长度为7 mm的短切纤维制备厚度为2.4 mm的中密度芳纶纸板分别与硅油和合成酯油进行相容性实验,结果分别见表2表3。从表2可以看出,中密度芳纶纸板与硅油在155℃下老化164 h后,空白组硅油酸值为0.004 mgKOH/g,加入芳纶纸板的实验组硅油酸值为0.005 mgKOH/g;空白组硅油的介质损耗因数为1.3×10-4,实验组硅油的介质损耗因数为1.5×10-4,介质损耗因数变化不大。从表3可以看出,加入芳纶纸板前后,合成酯的酸值和介质损耗因数变化不大。可见中密度芳纶纸板与硅油和合成酯都有良好的相容性。
采用长度为7 mm的芳纶短切纤维按照定量为64 g/m2制备单层浆层,经复合热压制备厚度为2.4 mm的中密度芳纶纸板A696,并与进口中密度芳纶纸板进行性能对比,结果如表4所示。从表4可以看出,中密度芳纶纸板A696各项性能达到进口产品同等水平,其中拉伸强度优于进口产品。自制的A696和进口中密度芳纶纸板的压缩特性和压缩可回复部分十分相近,这是由于二者具备相近的密度。
中密度芳纶纸板不仅需要具备优异的电气性能与力学性能,还需要具备良好的加工性,采用厚度为2.4 mm的A696芳纶纸板进行了变压器绝缘筒成型验证,产品实物图片见图4
图4可以看出,中密度芳纶纸板A696具备良好的柔性,卷绕高温定型制备的绝缘筒圆弧度好,无褶皱分层,满足绝缘筒成型要求,适用于轨道交通牵引变压器和海上风电油浸式变压器。
(1)采用长度为7 mm的短切纤维制备的中密度芳纶纸板具备优异的力学性能,其适宜的单层浆层克重为64 g/m2,纸坯水分含量为63%。
(2)制备的中密度芳纶纸板具备良好的柔性与层间结合力,满足变压器绝缘筒成型及U型槽成型应用要求。
(3)制备的中密度芳纶纸板具备良好的力学性能与电气性能,达到进口产品同等技术水平,且与硅油和合成酯油具有良好的相容性,适用于轨道交通牵引变压器和海上风电油浸式变压器。
