In order to compare the thermal ageing properties and application characteristics of polyamide fiber paper commonly used for wire wrapping in the market, the thermal ageing properties in air, metal, and oil, oil absorption properties, and oil pollution properties of 2 mil aramid paper for wire wrapping from home and abroad were studied. The results show that the thermal ageing properties of three kinds of meta aramid paper in air are basically at the same level. When the aramid paper contacts with metal, the thermal ageing properties of the domestic aramid paper (2#) is significantly lower than that of foreign aramid paper (1#) and ZhuZhou Times Fiber Pioneer aramid paper (3#), the gap with the latter two is at least 15%, and the performance retention rates of the latter two are basically the same. After the aramid paper conducts thermal ageing in mineral oil (105℃), synthetic ester oil (130℃), and silicone oil (150℃) for 168, 336, and 504 h, respectively, the properties of three kinds of aramid paper do not decrease significantly. After the aramid paper is immersed in insulating oil, the oil absorption characteristics of three kinds of aramid paper are close, and there is no obvious pollution to oil, which indicates that the aramid paper has good compatibility with insulating oil. The research shows that the comprehensive performance of 3# aramid paper is better than that of 2# aramid paper, which indicates that 3# aramid paper can realize the domestic substitution of high level aramid insulating paper.

为比较市场上常见的导线绕包用聚芳酰胺纤维纸的热老化性能及应用特性,本文采用国内外3种2mil导线绕包用芳纶纸开展了空气中热老化性能、金属中热老化性能、油中热老化性能、吸油特性和油污特性的研究。结果表明:3种导线绕包用间位芳纶纸在空气中的热老化性能基本在同一水平;与金属接触时,某国产导线绕包用间位芳纶纸(2#)的热老化性能明显低于某国外导线绕包用间位芳纶纸(1#)和株洲时代华先导线绕包用间位芳纶纸(3#),且与后两者的差距至少在15%以上,而后两者性能保持率相当;在矿物油(105℃)、合成酯油(130℃)、硅油(150℃)中分别热老化168、336、504 h后,3种芳纶纸的性能均无明显下降;3种芳纶纸在绝缘油中浸泡处理后,芳纶纸吸油特性接近,且对油无明显污染性,说明与绝缘油相容性良好。研究表明,3#芳纶纸的综合性能优于2#芳纶纸,可实现高端芳纶绝缘纸的国产化替代。

为比较市场上常见的导线绕包用聚芳酰胺纤维纸的热老化性能及应用特性,本文采用国内外3种2mil导线绕包用芳纶纸开展了空气中热老化性能、金属中热老化性能、油中热老化性能、吸油特性和油污特性的研究。结果表明:3种导线绕包用间位芳纶纸在空气中的热老化性能基本在同一水平;与金属接触时,某国产导线绕包用间位芳纶纸(2#)的热老化性能明显低于某国外导线绕包用间位芳纶纸(1#)和株洲时代华先导线绕包用间位芳纶纸(3#),且与后两者的差距至少在15%以上,而后两者性能保持率相当;在矿物油(105℃)、合成酯油(130℃)、硅油(150℃)中分别热老化168、336、504 h后,3种芳纶纸的性能均无明显下降;3种芳纶纸在绝缘油中浸泡处理后,芳纶纸吸油特性接近,且对油无明显污染性,说明与绝缘油相容性良好。研究表明,3#芳纶纸的综合性能优于2#芳纶纸,可实现高端芳纶绝缘纸的国产化替代。

In order to compare the thermal ageing properties and application characteristics of polyamide fiber paper commonly used for wire wrapping in the market, the thermal ageing properties in air, metal, and oil, oil absorption properties, and oil pollution properties of 2 mil aramid paper for wire wrapping from home and abroad were studied. The results show that the thermal ageing properties of three kinds of meta aramid paper in air are basically at the same level. When the aramid paper contacts with metal, the thermal ageing properties of the domestic aramid paper (2#) is significantly lower than that of foreign aramid paper (1#) and ZhuZhou Times Fiber Pioneer aramid paper (3#), the gap with the latter two is at least 15%, and the performance retention rates of the latter two are basically the same. After the aramid paper conducts thermal ageing in mineral oil (105℃), synthetic ester oil (130℃), and silicone oil (150℃) for 168, 336, and 504 h, respectively, the properties of three kinds of aramid paper do not decrease significantly. After the aramid paper is immersed in insulating oil, the oil absorption characteristics of three kinds of aramid paper are close, and there is no obvious pollution to oil, which indicates that the aramid paper has good compatibility with insulating oil. The research shows that the comprehensive performance of 3# aramid paper is better than that of 2# aramid paper, which indicates that 3# aramid paper can realize the domestic substitution of high level aramid insulating paper.

聚芳酰胺纤维纸基材料是一种高性能的合成纤维绝缘材料,具有优异的力学性能和电绝缘性能,良好的热稳定性、阻燃特性、化学稳定性及可加工性[1-3],在国防军工、航空航天、轨道交通及风力发电等领域有广泛应用[3-5]。间位芳纶纸作为一种绝缘主材,常用于铁路牵引设备以及配电设备当中,可用作槽绝缘、导线绝缘、层间绝缘及对地绝缘等[6-8]
间位芳纶纸作为导线绝缘的典型应用是在大功率油浸式牵引变压器上,相对普通芳纶纸,间位芳纶纸用于制备柔软复合材料(聚酯薄膜聚芳酰胺纤维纸柔软复合材料、聚酰亚胺薄膜聚芳酰胺纤维纸柔软复合材料)时,对其力学性能、绝缘性能,尤其是热老化及应用性能提出了更高的要求。由于它是直接绕包在金属导线(铜、铝等)上,设备工作时大量的热量从金属层传递到纸中,这种工况下芳纶纸不仅要保证在空气中的热老化性能,更要提高芳纶纸与金属接触时的热老化性能以及与油的相容性等[8-10],从而保证设备绝缘结构系统安全的同时延长其使用寿命。
目前市场上常见的3种典型的导线绕包用间位芳纶纸(2mil)分别来自国外某公司、国内某公司和株洲时代华先公司。已有关于这3种产品的成分结构和常规性能的相关资料,但尚未见其与金属接触时的热老化性能以及与油的相容性的研究报道。本文针对这3家公司的导线绕包用间位芳纶纸开展空气中热老化性能、金属中热老化性能、油中热老化性能、吸油特性和油污染性研究。
国外某公司导线绕包用芳纶纸(1#),外购;某国产导线绕包用芳纶纸(2#),外购;株洲时代华先导线绕包用芳纶纸(3#),自制;合成酯油,M&I材料公司;二甲基硅油,日本信越公司;矿物油,中国石油天然气股份有限公司;铜箔、铝箔,深圳红树林金属材料有限公司。
PTIS16502型厚度仪、PTIS81502型抗张强度仪,德国PTI公司;IBV-2/10 kV型击穿电压仪,桂林彰信检测设备有限公司;GT-7017-EMU型换气式热老化箱,高铁检测仪器(东莞)有限公司;JYU-27型绝缘材料耐压测试仪,美国Phenix公司;JYU-182821型介质损耗测试仪,瑞士HAEFELY公司;GC-2014型气相色谱仪,日本岛津公司。
按照GB/T 11026.1—2016《电气绝缘材料 耐热性 第1部分:老化程序和试验结果的评定》进行测试,老化试验在换气式热老化箱中进行,不同老化温度下以抗张强度下降至初始值的50%作为失效指标。
将裁好的试样垂直悬挂在热老化箱中,老化温度选取为280℃,分别在老化200、400、600、800、1 000 h取样,按GB/T 20629.2—2013中第6章、第9章分别测试不同老化时间试样的抗张强度(纵、横向)、空气中的电气强度。
牵引变压器或电机中常见的导线为铜线或铝线,因此将芳纶纸与金属接触时的老化试验分为两组:铜-铜和铝-铝催化老化。将裁好的试样分别夹在铜-铜、铝-铝箔片之间,每组样品放在烘箱隔板上,并用固定大小和质量的重物压实以保证试样与金属箔片紧密接触。老化温度选取为280℃,分别在老化200、400、600、800、1 000 h取样,按GB/T 20629.2—2013中第6章、第9章分别测试不同老化时间试样的抗张强度(纵、横向)、空气中的电气强度。
油浸式变压器中常见的绝缘油分为硅油、合成酯油、矿物油,根据耐温等级的不同[11],不同种类的绝缘油中采用不同的老化温度:硅油老化温度选取为155℃,合成酯油老化温度选取为130℃,矿物油老化温度选取为105℃。将试样置于(105±5)℃的烘箱中干燥16 h后置于不同的绝缘油中,试样须完全浸没于绝缘油,在不同的绝缘油中按对应的老化温度分别老化168、336、504 h,取出试样后用滤纸吸干表面多余的油,按GB/T 20629.2—2013中第6章、第9章分别测试不同老化时间试样的抗张强度(纵、横向)、空气中的电气强度。
吸油处理方式按照GB/T 29627.2—2013中第18章进行:将试样悬挂在真空干燥箱中,在(105±5)℃、压力小于1 kPa条件下进行真空干燥处理24 h,缓慢解除真空,取出试样放置于干燥箱中冷却至室温,称量每块试样的质量m1,精确至0.1 mg。将试样再次放置在真空干燥箱的不锈钢容器中,此时试样与器壁之间、试样与试样之间互不接触,并在温度为(90±2)℃、压力小于1 kPa条件下处理至少 1 h,再将预热至(90±2)℃的绝缘油以极为缓慢的速度输入到油槽中,输油期间压力维持在1.5 kPa以下,待试样完全浸没于油中后,再解除真空,停止加热。待试样在浸油状态下冷却至室温,取出试样并用滤纸吸干其表面多余的油,称量试样质量m2,精确到0.1 mg。浸油后,吸油率按照GB/T 29627.2—2013进行测试,抗张强度(纵、横向)、伸长率(纵、横向)、电气强度按照GB/T 20629.2—2013相关要求进行测试。
将试样在(105±5)℃的烘箱中干燥16 h,然后按每800 mL绝缘油中放置2 000 cm2试样的比例将干燥后的试样浸入绝缘油中,持续通入氮气10 min,在一定温度下老化168 h(矿物油:105℃;合成酯油:130℃;硅油:155℃),每组测试单独准备一组未添加试样的空白合格油样进行对比。相容性试验后,每组空白油样和试验油样的酸值按照IEC 62021-2-2017相关要求进行测试,介质损耗因数(90℃,50 Hz)、击穿电压按照GB/T 507—2002相关要求进行测试,油中溶解气体含量按照GB/T 17623—2017相关要求进行测试。
采用国内常见的2mil(0.05 mm)导线绕包用芳纶纸开展热老化性能研究,以测试值相对于原始值为纵坐标,计算纵、横向抗张强度和电气强度随老化时间变化的保持率。
图1为3种常用的导线绕包用芳纶纸在空气中的热老化性能。从图1可以看出,在280℃下分别老化200、400、600、800、1 000 h,3种芳纶纸的纵、横向抗张强度和电气强度保持率相差不大,基本保持在同一水平,且纵、横向抗张强度保持率均在60%以上,电气强度保持率均在75%以上,说明3种芳纶纸在空气中均有很好的热稳定性。

图2为3种芳纶纸在铜中的热老化性能。从图2可以看出,与铜接触时,在280℃下分别老化200、400、600、800、1 000 h,1#和3#的纵、横向抗张强度保持率均在47%左右,电气强度保持率均在65%左右,而2#的纵、横向抗张强度保持率均为26%左右,电气强度保持率为42%左右。说明1#、3#芳纶纸在铜中老化时,各项性能保持率基本一致,明显高于2#芳纶纸,老化1 000 h后各项性能差距已达到20%以上。此外,对比在空气中的热老化结果,3种导线绕包用芳纶纸在铜中老化的保持率比空气中的低。这是因为铜的价电子构型使其具有催化活性,能催化自由基的生成,从而加速聚合物的降解。自制的3#芳纶纸采用了独特配方,添加了高温抗氧剂,其含有X元素的化合物,X元素易与金属铜等成形成络合或螯合物,致其钝化,降低铜的活性,减少铜催化自由基的生成,从而有效减缓了聚芳酰胺在铜中的高温氧化降解。
(2)铝中
图3为3种芳纶纸在铝中的热老化性能。从图3可以看出,与铝接触时,在280℃下分别老化200、400、600、800、1 000 h,1#、3#芳纶纸的纵、横向抗张强度保持率和电气强度保持率分别约为51%、51%、69%,而2#芳纶纸的纵、横向抗张强度保持率和电气强度保持率分别约为36%、36%、53%,说明在与铝接触时,1#、3#芳纶纸的热老化性能明显优于2#芳纶纸。这3种导线绕包用芳纶纸在铝中热老化的情况与在铜中热老化的变化趋势相似,只是与铝接触老化1 000 h后2#芳纶纸的纵、横向抗张强度、电气强度保持率与1#、3#芳纶纸的差距缩小至15%左右,说明铝相对于铜来说,对芳纶纸的催化降解作用稍弱。
导线绕包用芳纶纸常用于牵引变压器的导线绝缘,应用环境为浸在绝缘油中。根据绝缘等级,选取了3种典型的绝缘油,3种芳纶纸在绝缘油中的老化结果如表13所示。从表1~3可知,3种芳纶纸在矿物油、合成酯油、硅油经对应的温度分别老化168、336、504 h后,其纵、横向抗张强度基本保持不变,但电气强度均有明显提高,这是因为浸油后纸张表面及内部均被绝缘油所包裹、吸附,纸张击穿电压大幅提高。
为了对比芳纶纸的应用工艺性,开展了芳纶纸在绝缘油中的相容性研究。吸油特性用于表征芳纶纸浸油后的纸张性能,油污染性用于表征芳纶纸浸油后对绝缘油的影响。
表4为芳纶纸吸油特性的试验结果。由表4可知,2#芳纶纸的纵、横向抗张强度及纵、横向伸长率低于其余两种芳纶纸。3种芳纶纸的吸油率结果都较为接近,吸油率最低的是1#芳纶纸,最高的是2#芳纶纸,推测与纸的内部微观结构有关,说明2#芳纶纸孔隙结构稍多,绝缘油相对容易渗透进入芳纶纸内部[10]。3#芳纶纸在矿物油、合成酯油、硅油中的电气强度均高于1#芳纶纸,这与其吸油率较1#芳纶纸稍高有关,而2#芳纶纸在油中的电气强度与吸油率不成正比,这可能与其本体材料结构不致密、两种纤维包裹性不佳有关。
3种芳纶纸在3种绝缘油中经不同温度老化168 h后,每种油的测试结果如表57所示。
从表57可知,3种导线绕包用芳纶纸分别在矿物油、合成酯油、硅油中加热老化,对应污染油的外观与空白油相同(透明清澈,未见沉淀物),且其酸值、介质损耗因数、击穿电压、油中溶解气体含量与空白油的基本接近,说明这3种芳纶纸对这3种绝缘油均无污染性,应用性良好。
(1)3种常见的导线绕包用芳纶纸(2mil)在空气中的热老化性能无明显差异,在280℃下分别老化200、400、600、800、1 000 h,3种芳纶纸的纵、横向抗张强度和电气强度保持率相差不大,且纵、横向抗张强度保持率均在60%以上,电气强度保持率均在75%以上,说明3种芳纶纸在空气中均有很好的热稳定性。
(2)与金属接触时的热老化性能,国外某公司导线绕包用芳纶纸(1#)和自制的导线绕包用芳纶纸(3#)的纵、横向抗张强度、电气强度保持率基本一致,明显高于国内某厂家导线绕包用芳纶纸(2#),但均低于其在空气中的热老化性能。1#、3#芳纶纸在金属中的热老化性能保持率相对于2#芳纶纸在铜中的优势达20%以上,在铝中的优势也有15%左右。
(3)3种芳纶纸在矿物油、合成酯油、硅油中分别经105、130、155℃老化后,其纵、横向抗张强度基本保持不变,但电气强度均有明显提高。3种芳纶纸在油中经168、336、504 h老化后热老化性能基本无明显下降。
(4)芳纶纸在3种绝缘油中热处理168 h后,与空白油对比,3种绝缘油仍保持透明清澈,未见沉淀物,且油的酸值、介质损耗因数、击穿电压、油中溶解气体含量与空白油基本接近,说明芳纶纸对这3种绝缘油无明显的污染性。结合吸油特性和油污染性结果,说明这3种芳纶纸与绝缘油相容性较好。
结合上述3种芳纶纸的热老化性能及油中相容性结果,3#芳纶纸的综合性能优于2#芳纶纸,可完全替代1#芳纶纸,用于铜、铝等导线的绕包,满足牵引变压器、牵引电机等对主绝缘材料的性能要求,可以保证关键电气设备的寿命和可靠性问题,实现高端芳纶绝缘纸的国产化替代。
