In order to supply more accurate input voltage to the design of insulation structure for variable frequency wind generator, we took the stator winding of permanent magnet synchronous wind generator as the research object, the equivalent circuit model of cable and motor stator winding coil was built by MATLAB software, and the effects of cable length and the pulse width modulation (PWM) pulse rising edge time output by frequency converter on the transient voltage distribution characteristics of motor winding were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of cable length and the decrease of pulse rising edge time, the maximum voltage to ground and inter turn of motor end and winding increases, and the maximum voltage to ground transfers from the middle coil to the first coil. When the pulse rising edge time is 2.0 µs, the voltage distribution in the winding tends to be uniform.

为了给变频风力发电机绝缘结构设计提供更加准确的输入电压,本研究以永磁同步风力发电机定子绕组为研究对象,利用MATLAB软件搭建电缆与电机定子绕组线圈等效电路模型,分析了变频器输出的电缆长度、脉宽调制(PWM)脉冲上升沿时间对电机绕组暂态电压分布特性的影响。结果表明:随着电缆长度的增加和脉冲上升沿时间的缩短,电机端、绕组对地及匝间最大电压都增大,对地最大电压由中间线圈转移至首线圈,当脉冲上升沿时间为2.0 µs时,绕组内部电压分布已经趋于均匀化。

为了给变频风力发电机绝缘结构设计提供更加准确的输入电压,本研究以永磁同步风力发电机定子绕组为研究对象,利用MATLAB软件搭建电缆与电机定子绕组线圈等效电路模型,分析了变频器输出的电缆长度、脉宽调制(PWM)脉冲上升沿时间对电机绕组暂态电压分布特性的影响。结果表明:随着电缆长度的增加和脉冲上升沿时间的缩短,电机端、绕组对地及匝间最大电压都增大,对地最大电压由中间线圈转移至首线圈,当脉冲上升沿时间为2.0 µs时,绕组内部电压分布已经趋于均匀化。

In order to supply more accurate input voltage to the design of insulation structure for variable frequency wind generator, we took the stator winding of permanent magnet synchronous wind generator as the research object, the equivalent circuit model of cable and motor stator winding coil was built by MATLAB software, and the effects of cable length and the pulse width modulation (PWM) pulse rising edge time output by frequency converter on the transient voltage distribution characteristics of motor winding were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of cable length and the decrease of pulse rising edge time, the maximum voltage to ground and inter turn of motor end and winding increases, and the maximum voltage to ground transfers from the middle coil to the first coil. When the pulse rising edge time is 2.0 µs, the voltage distribution in the winding tends to be uniform.

为实现我国“二氧化碳排放力争于2030年前达到峰值,努力争取2060年前实现碳中和”的目标,需要更经济有效地利用绿色可再生的风力资源[1-3]。风力发电机是将风能转化为电能的核心部件[4],而绝缘系统的可靠性对风力发电机的稳定运行起关键作用,随着风电上网标杆电价的不断下调,要求风力发电机在保证可靠性的同时降低成本,因此绝缘系统的经济性和可靠性成为重要的研究方向。
永磁同步发电机(PMSG)通常采用变频器供电,变频器有时放置在塔下,有时放置在塔上,放置在塔下时需要有长电缆的连接,变频器输出的高频方波脉冲上升沿很陡、频率很宽,在电缆中传输过程遇到阻抗不匹配的节点,就会发生波的折射和反射,导致电机端产生振荡过电压,并且使绕组内部电压分布不均匀,个别绕组、匝间承受更高的电应力,使发电机绝缘加速老化[5]。因此研究风力发电机定子绕组的电压分布特性,为变频风力发电机定子绝缘结构设计提供更加准确的输入电压,对风力发电机绝缘系统的可靠设计具有十分重要的意义。
国内外学者针对电机定子绕组电压分布做了一些研究,文献[46]研究了电缆长度对电机端电压的影响,认为随着电缆长度的增加,电机端过电压的幅值增大,仿真计算了电缆长度为30 m时不同脉冲沿上升时间对电机端过电压的影响。王子杰等[7]研究了5、10、15 m电缆长度下定子线圈各匝对地电压幅值分布特性,结果表明随着电缆长度的增加,各匝对地电压幅值明显增大,最后一匝对地电压最大。P BIDAN等[8]通过试验得到电机首端线圈及其前几匝的电压幅值较高。C PETRACA[9]通过分析认为变频电机绕组电压分布与脉冲上升沿时间、绕组结构参数有关,最大匝间电压出现在首端线圈的最后一匝。文献[10-11]对变频电机的电压分布特性进行研究,得到最大匝间电压出现在首匝。目前电缆长度对电机端电压的影响理论已经非常成熟,但是绕组中电压分布的研究结果各不相同,脉冲电压在绕组中的传输过程也存在反射电压,因此最大电压不一定出现在首线圈,并且对绝缘结构设计需要的相对地峰值电压和匝间电压尚未进行系统分析。
本研究基于MATLAB软件搭建电缆与电机定子绕组线圈等效电路模型,分析电缆长度、PWM脉冲上升沿时间对永磁同步风力发电机定子绕组匝间暂态电压分布特性的影响,希望为风力发电机绝缘结构设计提供参考依据。
以2 MW永磁同步风力发电机为研究对象,其定子额定电压为720 V,6相88极电机,并联支路数为4,每相串联线圈数为12,每支线圈11匝。
将每相电缆作为一个电路单元建立等效电路模型,如图1所示。图1中,R0为单位长度导线电阻;L0为单位长度导线电感;G0为单位长度绝缘电阻;C0为单位长度对地电容。
根据同一槽中不同层间的邻近导体匝间存在相互耦合、集肤效应作用使得线圈导体的损耗增加,涡流效应的屏蔽作用可以忽略相邻槽中导体间及各线圈之间的耦合等原则[10],将每相绕组作为一个电路单元建立等效电路模型,如图2所示。匝电阻R、匝自感L、各匝间互感M、匝间电容C(n-1)-n和匝对地电容Cn等为电机绕组电路模型中主要参数[11]
等效电阻的大小主要取决于电机绕组的铜损与铁损值,由于电机杂散损耗占比较小,此处对杂散损耗的影响不做研究。等效绕组电阻在考虑集肤效应和邻近效应的条件下,利用式(1)进行计算[12-13]

式(1)中:R为绕组导体电阻;ld为导体长度;α为导体截面周长;δ为集肤深度,δ=0μrσ)-1/2σ为铜的电导率;μ0μr为真空磁导率和导体相对磁导率,计算得到单匝线圈等效电阻为0.302 Ω。
等效电容主要与电机绝缘结构的介电常数、绝缘厚度以及面积相关,建立与铁心线圈截面等比例的二维等效模型,在有限元软件中给绕组和匝间分别施加一定的电位计算各匝对地电容和匝间电容。计算得到首匝对地电容为177.38 pF,末匝对地电容为156.94 pF,其他匝对地电容为117.07 pF,匝间电容为1 042.90 pF。
等效电感主要与电机绕组的结构、绕组材料属性(磁导率)、电压频率等因素相关,建立绕组的三维仿真模型,在有限元软件中给每个线圈导体上施加电流计算分布电感,通过仿真计算得出线圈匝间的电感L=126 μH。
风力发电机变频器端输出电压为1.2 kV,用尖峰电压上升时间为0.5 μs的阶跃电压信号作为电压源,研究不同电缆长度对电机端、绕组对地及匝间暂态电压分布特性的影响。
脉冲波在电缆上传输过程中,遇到阻抗不匹配的节点就会产生折射和反射,导致在电机端子上产生振荡衰减的尖峰过电压。当电缆长度为10、20、40、60、80、100 m时,方波脉冲电压通过电缆传输至电机端的电压如图3所示。
图3可以看出,随着电缆长度的增加,电机端电压呈现线性上升趋势,当电缆长度增加至100 m时,电机端电压达到输入电压的1.5倍。电缆长度不大于20 m时电机端电压与变频器端输出电压相比增加不大。电机端电压与上升沿时间有关,当脉冲波折射和反射一个来回所需时间小于上升沿时间时,则折射和反射的脉冲不会达到上升沿的幅值。
方波脉冲上升沿会使绕组内部电压部分不均匀,将电机端脉冲电压作为输入波形加载到等效电路中,计算绕组内部的电压分布,结果如图4所示。由图4可知,随着电缆长度的增加,最大对地电压线圈位置由第4、5支线圈转移至第1支线圈,电缆长度对电机绕组前3支线圈的电压分布影响比较大。
电缆长度对绕组对地暂态电压分布特性的影响如图5所示。从图5可以看出,第1匝的电压最大,由于电感对电流有抑制作用,因此前几匝电压降幅比较大。当电缆长度小于40 m时,随着电缆长度的增加,匝间电压呈现一定的增加趋势,电缆长度达到40 m后随着电缆长度的增加,匝间电压变化不明显。
设置风力发电机变频器端输出电压为1.2 kV,电缆长度为100 m,用不同上升沿时间的阶跃电压信号作为电压源,研究不同脉冲上升沿时间对电机端、绕组对地及匝间暂态电压分布特性的影响。
变频器输出的脉冲上升沿时间与开关元件开断时间紧密相连,最短时间可以达到0.1 μs[14],因此设置变流器输出的PWM高频脉冲上升时间为2.0、1.0、0.5、0.4、0.2、0.1 μs,输入脉冲波进行仿真,分别得到脉冲上升沿时间对电机端暂态电压分布特性的影响,如图6所示。从图6可以看出,随着脉冲上升沿时间的减小,电机端电压不断增大,最大的电压接近1.8倍的变频器输出电压。
不同脉冲上升沿时间对绕组对地暂态电压分布特性的影响如图7所示。从图7可以看出,随着上升沿时间的缩短,绕组最大电压逐渐增大,并且其位置由中间线圈转移到电机端。上升沿时间的缩短对前几支线圈影响较大,这是由于线圈中分布参数的不匹配造成了脉冲波在传播过程中发生反射与叠加,脉冲上升沿时间越短,前几支线圈对上升沿的阻抗作用越明显。
不同脉冲上升沿时间下匝间暂态电压分布特性如图8所示。从图8可以看出,随着脉冲上升沿时间的缩短,匝间电压的分布越来越不均匀,首匝承受电压越来越大。当脉冲上升沿时间为2.0 μs时,匝间电压分布已经趋于均匀化。
(1)在脉冲上升沿时间为0.5 μs时,随着电缆长度的增加电机端、绕组对地及匝间最大电压都增大,当电缆长度大于40 m时匝间电压的增加不明显。
(2)在电缆长度为100 m时,随着脉冲上升沿时间的缩短电机端、绕组对地及匝间最大电压都增大,脉冲上升沿时间为0.1 μs时最大的对地电压接近1.8倍的变频器输出电压,当脉冲上升沿时间为 2 µs 时,绕组内部电压分布已经趋于均匀化。
(3)脉冲上升沿时间和电缆长度变化改变了对地电压分布特性,随着脉冲上升沿时间的缩短、电缆长度的增加,其最大电压由中间线圈转移至首线圈。
