Accelerated thermal ageing test was conducted on mineral oil-paper, natural ester-paper, mineral oil, and natural ester at 140℃ for 1 640 h. The change law of acid value and dielectric dissipation factor of the four oil samples in different ageing stage were emphatically analyzed, and the appearance changes of aged oil and paper were compared. According to that, the influence of the participation of insulating paper on the properties of different insulating oils during the ageing process was comprehensively compared. The results show that the acid value, dielectric dissipation factor, and ageing degree of the aged oil samples without insulating paper are higher than those with insulating paper. The ageing difference of natural esters with and without insulating paper is smaller than that of mineral oil, and the holding capacity for acidic substances is better than that of mineral oil, which can delay the ageing of insulating paper to a certain extent.

本研究选取矿物油-纸、天然酯-纸、矿物油与天然酯4种样品在140℃下进行1 640 h加速热老化试验,重点分析4种油样在不同老化阶段的酸值、介质损耗因数的变化规律,并对比老化油和纸的外观变化情况,来综合对比老化过程中绝缘纸的参与对不同绝缘油的性能影响差异。结果表明:无绝缘纸的老化油样酸值、介质损耗因数和老化程度都高于有绝缘纸的油样,有无绝缘纸的情况下天然酯的老化差异性相比矿物油要小一些,对于酸性物质容纳能力优于矿物油,并可以在一定程度上延缓绝缘纸的老化。

本研究选取矿物油-纸、天然酯-纸、矿物油与天然酯4种样品在140℃下进行1 640 h加速热老化试验,重点分析4种油样在不同老化阶段的酸值、介质损耗因数的变化规律,并对比老化油和纸的外观变化情况,来综合对比老化过程中绝缘纸的参与对不同绝缘油的性能影响差异。结果表明:无绝缘纸的老化油样酸值、介质损耗因数和老化程度都高于有绝缘纸的油样,有无绝缘纸的情况下天然酯的老化差异性相比矿物油要小一些,对于酸性物质容纳能力优于矿物油,并可以在一定程度上延缓绝缘纸的老化。

Accelerated thermal ageing test was conducted on mineral oil-paper, natural ester-paper, mineral oil, and natural ester at 140℃ for 1 640 h. The change law of acid value and dielectric dissipation factor of the four oil samples in different ageing stage were emphatically analyzed, and the appearance changes of aged oil and paper were compared. According to that, the influence of the participation of insulating paper on the properties of different insulating oils during the ageing process was comprehensively compared. The results show that the acid value, dielectric dissipation factor, and ageing degree of the aged oil samples without insulating paper are higher than those with insulating paper. The ageing difference of natural esters with and without insulating paper is smaller than that of mineral oil, and the holding capacity for acidic substances is better than that of mineral oil, which can delay the ageing of insulating paper to a certain extent.

矿物油提取自石油,具有价格低廉、绝缘性能优良、凝点较低、抗氧化性能较强等优点,因此自20世纪以来,在油浸式变压器中广泛应用。但是矿物油闪点、燃点较低,具有一定的毒性与挥发性,在自然环境下通常难以降解。
天然酯,也称植物绝缘油,具有绝缘性能优良、防火安全性高、无毒、降解率高的特点。在一些对防火和环保要求较为严格的领域是矿物油的绿色替代品,而且天然酯源自植物种子,碳排放量低,还能够在一定程度上减少石油产品的使用,顺应我国碳达峰、碳中和战略的要求。
油浸式变压器的绝缘系统主要由绝缘油和绝缘纸构成,其中绝缘纸的老化是决定变压器寿命的主要因素[1-3]。绝缘纸以木浆为原料,主要由纤维素构成,绝缘纸的老化取决于纤维素的降解程度,国内外学者常采用加速热老化的方式对油-纸绝缘体系进行研究。郝建等[4]通过适当比例的矿物油与天然酯混合,来兼顾彼此的优点,开展混合油-纸绝缘系统的老化研究。廖瑞金等[5]研究了水分与酸在矿物油与天然酯混合油-纸绝缘热老化中的影响。凡勇等[6]也对植物绝缘油-纸板和矿物油-纸板体系的绝缘老化寿命进行了研究。然而这些研究多是针对不同的油-纸系统开展老化寿命及性能对比研究,主要关注的是绝缘纸的形貌和性能变化。对于植物绝缘油和矿物油在有无绝缘纸参与老化的条件下,油本身的老化性能变化规律的差异性,缺少系统研究。
绝缘油的酸值和介质损耗因数可以敏锐地反映老化产物的生成。但是在油-纸绝缘系统老化过程中,不仅绝缘油会生成老化产物,绝缘纸也会生成老化产物而造成酸值和介质损耗因数增加。只是绝缘纸老化产物的增加,一般很难通过绝缘纸来检测,通常是通过测量绝缘油的性能变化来间接反映。但是酸性物质或极性物质在油和纸中存在复杂的扩散平衡关系,如果仅仅开展不同油-纸绝缘老化对比试验,所测得的油样性能数据并不能实际反映绝缘纸的老化程度,而且很难发现绝缘纸对天然酯和矿物油热老化性能的影响差异。
因此,本文选取矿物油-纸、天然酯-纸、矿物油与天然酯4种样品在140℃下进行1 640 h加速热老化试验,重点分析4种样品的油样在不同老化阶段的酸值、介质损耗因数的变化规律,并对比老化油和纸的外观变化情况,来综合对比老化过程中绝缘纸的参与对不同绝缘油的性能影响差异。
试验材料:绝缘纸,美国杜邦公司;25#变压器油,中国石油天然气股份有限公司克拉玛依润滑油厂;VS100型天然酯绝缘油,湖北泽电新能源科技有限公司。
试验样品共有4种:矿物油(无绝缘纸,以下简称M)、天然酯(无绝缘纸,以下简称V)、矿物油-纸(有绝缘纸,以下简称MP)、天然酯-纸(有绝缘纸,以下简称VP)。
传统的矿物油-纸绝缘老化油报道表明水分是促使绝缘纸老化的重要因素[7-8],因此为尽可能除去水分对试验的影响,试验前使用真空干燥箱对试验材料进行了预干燥。相应的试验流程如图1所示。
老化试验步骤如下:①每组试验将两张表面积为1 000 cm2的绝缘纸分别置于两个广口瓶中摊开,然后放入恒温90℃的真空干燥箱中,干燥24 h,同时干燥另外两个空广口瓶。②将800 mL矿物油与天然酯分别注入一个有绝缘纸的广口瓶和一个空广口瓶中,并在恒温60℃的真空干燥箱中静置24 h充分排出气泡,使得绝缘油充分浸透绝缘纸,随后做好标识。③盖上盖子,将4个样品置入恒温140℃的鼓风干燥箱中进行加速老化。④每老化164 h后拿出样品,并取油样进行测试。
绝缘油酸值的测量依据GB 264—1983,绝缘油介质损耗因数的测量依据GB/T 5654—2007。
选取样品VP与V,样品MP与M进行对比,通过两者之间酸值的不同,来分析绝缘纸在老化过程中对不同绝缘油样品酸值的影响规律,结果如图2所示。
图2(a)可以看出,M的酸值在前3个周期缓慢增长,从第656 h开始显著增长,1 640 h后已经超过2.0 mgKOH/g。而MP在前两个周期内,酸值几乎不变,从492 h开始酸值平缓增长,第10个周期后(1 640 h)酸值仅为0.77 mgKOH/g。在最开始2~3个老化周期里,有无绝缘纸的矿物油酸值的增长都较小,但是从656 h后,趋势发生明显的改变,无绝缘纸的矿物油样品M酸值明显高于有绝缘纸的样品MP。在老化时间达到820 h时,两者的酸值差异就已经超过0.5 mgKOH/g,并且差异越来越大。
图2(b)可以看出,VP与V两个样品的酸值变化规律整体较为一致,并没有产生太大的差别。在前期,VP样品的酸值略高于V样品,而在老化时间达到656 h后,V样品的酸值开始超过VP样品,但差值不大,直到老化的最后一个周期(1 640 h),V样品的酸值才显著高于VP样品。
图3更加直观地展示出了矿物油与天然酯在有无绝缘纸情况下样品酸值的变化差别。从图3可以看出,无绝缘纸的矿物油M在老化过程中,几乎全程都比有绝缘纸的矿物油MP酸值高,尤其是从820 h开始,产生显著差异,1 640 h后,M比MP酸值增加了1.61 mgKOH/g。反观天然酯,有无绝缘纸对其油样的酸值影响不大,酸值差异整体都较小,仅是第1 640 h后,突然增大到0.92 mgKOH/g。
一般而言,有绝缘纸参与反应的老化油样中,除了生成油本身的老化产物,也会生成绝缘纸的老化产物,按理论分析,其酸值应该比无绝缘纸的油样酸值更大,但是试验中却发现了相反的现象,尤其是矿物油,酸值变化差异明显比天然酯更大。
S INGEBRIGTSEN等[9]在矿物油-纸绝缘系统中发现亲水性酸大多数留在绝缘纸中,只有少部分留在油中,L E LUNDGAARD等[10]也有类似发现。分析原因认为,实际上有绝缘纸的油样生成的酸性物质,可能部分留在了绝缘纸上,溶解在油中的被检测到的酸性物质只是整个体系中的一部分。而天然酯分子组成和结构与矿物油存在较大的差异,存在一定的弱极性,且饱和含水量也远比矿物油高,相比矿物油,天然酯对酸性物质的容纳能力更强。这种特性使其一方面可以溶解更多的天然酯本身老化分解的酸性物质,另一方面还可以抢夺绝缘纸中的酸性物质,延缓绝缘纸的老化速度。因此可以发现老化656 h之前,VP油中的酸值比V更高,一方面可能是油纸体系的酸值相比纯油样有所增长,另一方面也是因为天然酯很好地容纳了整个体系的酸性物质,较为真实地反映出了体系整体酸值的变化规律。但是随着老化时间的延长,天然酯的容纳能力可能逐渐赶不上整个体系酸性物质增长的趋势,再加上绝缘纸随着老化加深,结构上变得疏松多孔,酸性物质更容易集中在绝缘纸表面的孔洞里,油中的酸值开始失真。而由于一开始矿物油就对酸性物质的容纳能力不足,酸性物质源源不断地聚集在绝缘纸上,一方面造成了绝缘纸的加速老化,另一方面也造成了矿物油酸值从第2个老化周期就开始失真。
综上所述,有绝缘纸的样品MP的酸值相对无绝缘纸的样品M更低并不是好现象,因为酸性物质并没有消失,而是聚集在绝缘纸中。
绝缘纸上附着的酸性物质增多会导致老化速率加快,而绝缘纸老化速率的加快同样意味着更多酸性物质的产生。从这种意义上来讲,绝缘油对酸性物质的容纳能力越高越好,毕竟变压器中的绝缘油性能变差时,可以很容易地通过换油或油样再处理来继续使用,而换绝缘纸则是很难实现的。
介质损耗因数是反映绝缘材料或绝缘介质中能量损耗特性的参数。
通过测量对比,介质损耗因数能直接反映变压器油中是否存在胶体粒子、金属微粒和微生物等极性杂质,与新油的介质损耗因数相比,介质损耗因数的变化量越小,则说明绝缘油的老化、变质程度就越轻。
由于老化后期,样品中出现大量老化产物,尤其是M和MP油样中,出现大量黑色油泥,不均匀地分散在油中和绝缘纸上。介质损耗因数的测量结果可能由于取样不够有代表性而存在一定波动,因此使用线性拟合的方法对介质损耗因数的结果进行分析,如图4所示。
图4可以看出,绝缘纸能够对天然酯与矿物油的介质损耗因数产生影响,对于样品M与样品MP而言,在整个老化阶段,样品M的介质损耗因数几乎都大于MP的介质损耗因数,只是前几个老化周期里,差异较小,从656 h开始,变化幅度开始逐渐拉大。天然酯V和VP的介质损耗因数变化规律和矿物油比较类似,整体而言也是无绝缘纸的天然酯V介质损耗因数更大,并随着老化时间的延长而增大。矿物油和天然酯在有无绝缘纸参与老化的过程中,介质损耗因数变化的差异性虽然没有酸值差异性那么大,但变化规律和原理类似。老化过程中不断产生的极性老化产物(包括酸性物质、水分或其他杂质)在绝缘油-纸体系中,更倾向于吸附在绝缘纸上,随着老化时间的延长,这种趋势就越剧烈。从前期介质损耗因数的波动幅度和介质损耗因数的绝对值来看,天然酯对极性杂质的容纳能力比矿物油更高,只是由于天然酯本身就是弱极性物质,介质损耗因数初始值就较大,显示的没有酸值差异性那么明显。
图5是样品M与样品V在140℃老化1 640 h前后的对比。从图5可以看出,矿物油样品M在140℃老化1 640 h后颜色明显变黑,且出现黑色油泥附着在瓶底与瓶壁;而天然酯样品V的颜色同样发生了变化,由金黄色变为了深黄偏红色,但样品V中并没有出现明显的黑色油泥。
图6是样品MP与样品VP在140℃老化1 640 h后,绝缘油与绝缘纸的外观。从图6可以看出,样品MP在140℃经过1 640 h老化后,矿物油从无色透明变成了红棕色,绝缘纸变为黄棕色有黑色斑点且发脆易破。而样品VP在140℃经过1 640 h的老化后,天然酯的颜色变化不大,绝缘纸的外观变化也不大,且仍有一定韧性。
结合图56可以看到,相较于老化1 640 h后M样品中矿物油发黑且明显有大量油泥产生,MP样品中的矿物油仍较为透明,且变黑程度小于M样品。而相较于老化1 640 h后V样品中天然酯深黄偏红色,VP样中的天然酯几乎没有变色。究其原因,一方面,天然酯相比矿物油可以延缓绝缘纸的老化[6],另一方面绝缘纸的加入也起到了类似活性炭的作用,吸附了部分极性物质和显色物质,在一定程度上保护了绝缘油,使得MP与VP样品中的绝缘油的外观更佳。
图7是绝缘纸老化前后的表面形貌。图7可以看出,MP中老化的绝缘纸纤维断裂破碎,出现大量黑色沟壑且有部分区域明显发黑,结合图6,可以认为绝缘纸发黑正是因为绝缘纸纤维上填满大量黑色物质,而VP中老化的绝缘纸纤维也有一定程度的断裂和轻微颜色变深,但程度明显轻于MP,结合前述分析,天然酯明显对绝缘纸起了一定的保护作用。
根据前述试验结果,推测天然酯对于极性物质容纳能力优于矿物油,尤其是对酸性物质的容纳能力远强于矿物油,甚至可以抢夺绝缘纸中的酸性物质。换言之,极性物质尤其是酸性物质在矿物油-纸和天然酯-纸两相固液平衡中,分配系数存在显著不同,矿物油中的酸性物质更倾向于吸附到绝缘纸中。为了进一步验证这个推断,开展了绝缘纸对酸性油样的吸附试验。
在新天然酯(酸值<0.02 mgKOH/g)、新矿物油(酸值<0.02 mgKOH/g)中,分别加入酸值为2.24 mgKOH/g的绝缘油A和绝缘纸,组成以下4组样品:①20 g新矿物油+5 mL样品A;②20 g新矿物油+5 mL样品A+0.112 g绝缘纸;③20 g新天然酯+5 mL样品A;④20 g新天然酯+5 mL样品A+0.112 g绝缘纸。
使用4个干燥洁净烧杯盛装4组样品,并充分摇晃烧杯使高酸值油样充分混合。其中②、④试验组的绝缘纸剪碎,并完全浸没于油中。
放置24 h后,取4组样品中的绝缘油测试酸值,测得①、②、③、④组样品的酸值分别为0.46、0.39、0.45、0.46 mgKOH/g。
测试结果与2.1中的酸值结果基本相符,主体为矿物油的①、②号样品,矿物油与样品A充分相溶,添加了绝缘纸的油样,酸值小于无绝缘纸的油样,表明绝缘纸吸附了矿物油中的部分酸性物质。而主体为天然酯的③、④号样品,天然酯与样品A也充分相溶,但是绝缘纸的加入对天然酯的酸值几乎没有什么影响,甚至含有绝缘纸的油样酸值略微上升0.01 mgKOH/g,表明天然酯对酸性物质的容纳能力确实强于矿物油,甚至可以抢夺绝缘纸中的酸性物质。
(1)在热老化过程中,无绝缘纸的矿物油酸值整体显著大于有绝缘纸的矿物油。而无绝缘纸的天然酯和有绝缘纸的天然酯油样酸值变化则相对较为一致,差异较小。
(2)在热老化过程中,无绝缘纸的矿物油和天然酯介质损耗因数整体大于对应有绝缘纸的油样。
(3)在油纸绝缘系统热老化过程中,绝缘纸能够在一定程度上吸附老化产生的各类产物,降低绝缘油的酸值和介质损耗因数。
(4)天然酯对于极性物质的容纳能力优于矿物油,尤其是对酸性物质的容纳能力远强于矿物油,甚至可以抢夺绝缘纸中的酸性物质,一定程度上延缓了绝缘纸的老化。
