Firstly, the actual flashover test of large fittings-composite insulator-metal grounding body was carried out in the laboratory environment, the quantitative relationship curve between flashover voltage and space net distance was obtained. Further more, the three-dimensional finite element models of two typical structure of high voltage bushing composite insulators for capacitive core converter transformer and double-layer metal shield through wall were established, and their distribution characteristics of typical voltage and electric field under operating state were obtained, the relationships between local high field strength and corona, flashover phenomena of composite insulators for bushing were analyzed. On the basis of the above theoretical analysis and test data, the size altitude correction and umbrella skirt contour topology optimization of composite insulator for UHV AC/DC bushing were carried out. Finally, all the electric field strength of key parts can meet the control requirements, which proves that the rationality and effectiveness of the design of composite insulator for bushing at UHV level.

首先在试验室环境下开展大型金具-复合绝缘子-金属接地体的实际闪络试验,获得闪络电压与空间净距之间的定量关系曲线。进一步,建立两种典型结构的高压套管复合绝缘子,包括电容式芯体换流变压器套管用和双层金属屏蔽式穿墙套管用复合绝缘子的三维有限元模型,获取运行状态下其典型电压和电场分布特征,分析套管用复合绝缘子局部高场强与电晕、闪络现象之间的关系。基于以上理论分析和试验数据,针对特高压交直流套管用复合绝缘子进行尺寸海拔校正、伞裙轮廓拓扑优化,最终关键部位电场强度均能满足控制要求,证明了套管用复合绝缘子在特高压层面设计的合理性和有效性。

首先在试验室环境下开展大型金具-复合绝缘子-金属接地体的实际闪络试验,获得闪络电压与空间净距之间的定量关系曲线。进一步,建立两种典型结构的高压套管复合绝缘子,包括电容式芯体换流变压器套管用和双层金属屏蔽式穿墙套管用复合绝缘子的三维有限元模型,获取运行状态下其典型电压和电场分布特征,分析套管用复合绝缘子局部高场强与电晕、闪络现象之间的关系。基于以上理论分析和试验数据,针对特高压交直流套管用复合绝缘子进行尺寸海拔校正、伞裙轮廓拓扑优化,最终关键部位电场强度均能满足控制要求,证明了套管用复合绝缘子在特高压层面设计的合理性和有效性。

Firstly, the actual flashover test of large fittings-composite insulator-metal grounding body was carried out in the laboratory environment, the quantitative relationship curve between flashover voltage and space net distance was obtained. Further more, the three-dimensional finite element models of two typical structure of high voltage bushing composite insulators for capacitive core converter transformer and double-layer metal shield through wall were established, and their distribution characteristics of typical voltage and electric field under operating state were obtained, the relationships between local high field strength and corona, flashover phenomena of composite insulators for bushing were analyzed. On the basis of the above theoretical analysis and test data, the size altitude correction and umbrella skirt contour topology optimization of composite insulator for UHV AC/DC bushing were carried out. Finally, all the electric field strength of key parts can meet the control requirements, which proves that the rationality and effectiveness of the design of composite insulator for bushing at UHV level.

复合绝缘子目前在交直流系统变电站的用量巨大,包括线路用复合绝缘子、变电站套管等电力设备用复合绝缘子等。其结构参数随着电压等级的升高呈现非线性增长,特别是在1 000 kV特高压交流、±800 kV特高压直流系统中套管用复合绝缘子具备绝缘距离长和径向直径大的典型特征。目前随着高压电力设备紧凑化优化设计方案的提出,套管用复合绝缘子可通过合理设计内部电容芯体或者金属屏蔽结构优化设计方案有效缩减径向直径,实现其较大长径比的紧凑型设计[1-5]。当高压复合绝缘子应用在高海拔区域,其绝缘距离将进一步非线性增加。在绝缘结构设计中,可通过引入海拔校正因素K校核复合绝缘子空间净距离长度。因此,对于特长高海拔套管用复合绝缘子的沿面电压、电场分布与普通复合绝缘子存在何种特征差异,且如何开展闪络电压试验并对试验数据进行合理预测扩充亟需展开研究。
为此,本研究首先在试验室环境下开展大型金具-复合绝缘子-金属接地体之间的实际闪络试验,建立两种典型结构的套管用复合绝缘子,包括传统电容式芯体换流变压器套管用和双层金属屏蔽式穿墙套管用复合绝缘子三维有限元模型,分析套管用复合绝缘子局部高场强、电压分布曲线与电晕起始电压、闪络电压之间的定量关系[6-9]。基于以上理论分析、试验数据和最小二乘拟合预测方法,针对特高压直流套管用复合绝缘子进行尺寸海拔校正、伞裙轮廓拓扑优化。针对套管用复合绝缘子的高海拔应用场景,对其拓扑结构尺寸进行海拔校正因素K校正。并通过直流耐压、1 min工频耐压等型式试验验证套管用复合绝缘子在特高压层面设计的合理性和有效性。
首先开展特高压套管空气间隙闪络试验,实验中采用实际特高压套管设计的均压环,均压环为双环结构,如图1所示[10-11],均压环上下层保持一致,直径为1 000 mm,管径为220 mm。试验采用接地圆盘状金属筒来模拟接地变压器本体,套管本体高度为8 500 mm,套管筒径过渡区域离地约4.5 m。
布置试验对象模拟套管的实际运行场景。采用双参数威布尔分布函数对击穿试验数据进行分析。根据威布尔概率统计理论,空气间隙在特高压等级电压作用下的闪络概率如式(1)所示。

式(1)中:E为击穿场强,kV/mm;α为击穿概率为50%时的击穿强度,尺度参数,kV/mm;β为形状参数。
根据套管均压环的尺寸和位置,进行了耐压试验。试验期间气象条件如下:温度为25℃,相对湿度为35%,气压为114.7 kPa。试验前对2 100 kV操作冲击耐受电压进行气象修正,修正结果为2 094 kV。耐压试验结果如图2所示。
图2可以看出,所得20个数据点在威布尔坐标下基本呈线性分布,数据点的轻微离散说明了试验结果的可靠性[12-13]。击穿概率为50%时的闪络电压约为2 105 kV,该处数据点比较密集,说明以50%闪络概率作为实际闪络电压具有一定的合理性。
根据修正结果,进一步得到+1%置信区间和 +3%置信区间内试验结果,如图3所示。从图3可知,空气间隙闪络电压满足威布尔分布,在+1%和 +3%置信区间内均呈现良好线性拟合关系,因此试验数据具有较高可靠性。
在试验室针对特高压套管用空心复合绝缘子进行闪络试验,其布置如图4所示。其中套管用空心复合绝缘子内部安装电容芯体,套管端部均压环施加高电压,套管尾部全部浸入变压器油中模拟实际运行环境[14-15]。在工频电压作用下套管端部均压环会发生初始闪络放电,当发生对地闪络时记录施加电压值。
实际上,在设计空心复合绝缘子绝缘结构尺寸时主要考核操作冲击耐受试验电压,根据操作冲击干耐受电压及正极性操作冲击湿耐受电压闪络是沿最短路径发生的实际情况考虑,将套管的绝缘水平与绝缘距离进行比较,如表1所示,其中比值系数为操作冲击峰值电压与绝缘距离之间的比值。从表1可以看出,高海拔800 kV套管的比值系数为0.22,因此从现场实际应用角度考虑,该套管具有良好的安全裕度[16-17]。另一方面,根据1.1节试验装置,在标准大气压下通过调节测试条件可定量得到雷电全波冲击干/湿闪络电压、正操作波干/湿闪络电压、工频干闪络电压(有效值)、工频湿闪络电压(有效值)4种条件下复合绝缘子在空气中的闪络电压与绝缘距离的关系,如图5所示,并应用公式Uf50=ALdB进行非线性拟合,其中Uf50为放电概率为50%的闪络电压值,Ld为绝缘子干闪络距离,AB为待定系数。常数AB的具体数值如表2所示。
外绝缘设计验证:根据干弧距离大于7 400 mm及外绝缘水平的要求,800 kV套管的外绝缘干闪距离Lg取8 500 mm,外绝缘电气性能计算结果如下:
工频干闪络电压Ug为1 830.4 kV(均方根),大于设计要求的1 150 kV(均方根),裕度为1.59。
工频湿闪络电压Us为1 637.4 kV(均方根),大于设计要求的1 150 kV(均方根),裕度为1.43。
雷电全波冲击耐受电压为4 058 kV(峰值),大于设计要求的2 860 kV(峰值),裕度为1.42。
操作冲击湿耐受电压为2 490.3 kV(峰值),大于设计要求的1 860 kV(峰值),裕度为1.34。
经以上计算可知,当复合绝缘子绝缘距离为8 500 mm时,计算得到的工频耐受电压、全波冲击耐受电压、操作冲击耐受电压均高于要求电压值,满足工程对套管外绝缘电气性能的要求。
对于海拔高于1 000 m的地区外绝缘水平应进行海拔校正,海拔校正因数K按照式(2)进行计算:

式(2)中:H为海拔高度,m;q为承受电压系数,对于雷电冲击电压和对于空气间隙和套管空心复合绝缘子的短时工频耐受电压,q=1。对于海拔高度H=3 500 m,代入式(2)中计算得到K=1.36,则3 500 m海拔工频试验电压校正值为960×1.36=1 305 kV(均方根),雷电冲击试验电压校正值为2 100×1.36=2 855 kV(峰值),操作冲击试验电压校正值为1 550×1.26=1 950 kV(峰值)。高海拔电抗器套管外轮廓如图6所示。
表3为常规和高海拔800 kV套管的电气特性、力学性能对比分析。从表3可以看出,高海拔800 kV套管额定电压Ur=800 kV处于中间水平,额定电流IN=2 500 A处于较高水平,其操作冲击湿耐受电压(峰值)为1 950 kV、雷电冲击耐受电压(峰值)为2 855 kV和工频耐受电压(均方根)为1 305 kV,均高于常规套管。同时其力学性能方面保持了较好设计裕度值,Ⅷ级抗震复合绝缘子最大应力设计为23 MPa,许用应力设计为60 MPa,套管总质量设计为4 900 kg,弯曲负荷设计为5 000 N,以上设计均考虑了良好设计裕度值。
特高压复合绝缘子整体电场分布情况直接决定其在各类电压型式下的闪络电压值,复合绝缘子发生闪络主要由于局部存在高场强区域导致电晕起始放电。选取输电线路具有典型代表性的“V串”和“I串”进行分析。图7为线路复合绝缘子在有均压环和无均压环两种条件下的整体电场分布情况。由图7(a)可知,有均压环条件下电场强度最大值位于均压环和线路导线表面,且复合绝缘子最大场强处于均压环上端部。由图7(b)可知,无均压环条件下复合绝缘子最大场强位于高压端,说明设置了均压环后其最大电场强度位置发生了位移[19]图8中列出了V串和I串复合绝缘子串轴向场强的分布情况。从图8可见,V串和I串复合绝缘子串轴向电场强度均呈现先上升后下降,随后又上升再下降的变化趋势,且最大场强位置均位于线路复合绝缘子端部。
为提高套管复合绝缘子的闪络电压,需配置结构合理的端部均压罩以均匀沿复合绝缘子的电压分布。另外,套管端部有接线板、汇流金具、管母引出线等关键结构部件,在套管端部安装均压环后可有效屏蔽以上不规则导体表面的尖角与突起,抑制电晕放电以及由此引发的外绝缘闪络。图9为无套管均压罩和安装不同结构型式均压罩后的电场分布。
图9(a)可知,在未安装均压罩的情况下,高场强区域集中在汇流金具边缘,最大场强达到6.7 kV/mm,高于空气的击穿强度3 kV/mm,因此在金具边缘区域将产生电晕放电。装设双环均压罩后,汇流金具位于均压罩内部的低场强区域,且最大场强降低为3.4 kV/mm,出现在均压罩表面,如图9(b)所示。为进一步改善套管端部电场分布情况,采用多环均压罩的结构型式,如图9(c)所示,可见最大场强出现的位置转移到均压罩中间部位,且最大场强值为3.1 kV/mm,双环均压罩和多环均压罩在高压变电站中均有实际工程应用。高压换流站阀厅内部的电力设备端部一般采用苹果型的均压罩,如图9(d)所示,可以看到,苹果型均压罩可将汇流金具完全包覆在低场强区域内部,均压罩表面电场分布均匀,最大场强值为2.4 kV/mm,低于空气的击穿强度,但苹果型均压罩的制造难度较大。考虑制造成本和安装难度,套管复合绝缘子端部均压罩可以采用双环结构,但需进一步加大结构尺寸。
针对特高压换流变套管空心复合绝缘子的伞型结构,设计了一种开放式大小伞结构,其剖面图和实物图如图10所示。
图10可计算得,设计的复合绝缘子结构中单组大小伞净增爬电距离为152 mm,大伞间距为55 mm,大伞宽度和相邻大伞间距的比值为0.91,外绝缘的爬电距离Lx可由式(3)计算。

式(3)中:n为大小伞的组数;v为一组大小伞所增加的泄漏距离,mm;h为空心复合绝缘子的绝缘距离,mm。特高压换流变套管的最小公称爬电距离Lc可按式(4)计算。
Lc=λ×Ur×kD
式(4)中:λ为最小公称爬电比距;Ur为设备的额定电压;kD为直径系数。
由于特高压换流变套管绝缘子区域的污秽等级达到III级,根据GB/T 5582-1993《高压电力设备外绝缘污秽等级》中污秽等级与爬电比距的对应关系,此时λ取值为25 kV/mm;按照IEC/TS 60815-2001《污染条件用高压绝缘子的选择和尺寸选定》要求,对于平均直径大于500 mm的绝缘子,需对爬电距离进行1.2倍修正[20]
根据式(4)计算得到换流变套管的最小公称爬电距离Lc为24 000 mm,技术条件中取一定安全裕度,要求Lc大于26 630 mm,因此在设计中拟采用136组大小伞,则空心复合绝缘子的绝缘距离应不小于5 958 mm。根据空心复合绝缘子的制造条件和规格,最终将其绝缘高度设计为7 490 mm,大伞外径为835 mm,小伞外径为803 mm,且空心复合绝缘子的内筒径为687 mm,其结构示意如图11所示。
在雷电冲击试验电压2 405 kV下对空心复合绝缘子沿面场强分布进行校核计算,主绝缘芯子结构尺寸采用改进等裕度法优化设计结果。截取其内外表面场强的矢量和和切向分量,场强截取路径如图11所示,场强分布情况如图12所示。
图12可以看出,空心复合绝缘子内外表面场强矢量和均大于切向场强,且外表面场强出现强烈振荡,这主要是由于外场强截取路径交替沿着大小伞的表面,因此图12(a)的横坐标约等于空心复合绝缘子的爬电距离Lx;内表面场强的截取路径未穿过大小伞,因此曲线较为平滑,且图12(b)的横坐标约等于空心复合绝缘子的绝缘高度Ld。内、外表面场强矢量和的最大值分别为0.79 kV/mm、0.82 kV/mm,满足0.90 kV/mm的场强允许值;切向场强的最大值分别为0.17 kV/mm、0.38 kV/mm,满足0.40 kV/mm的切向场强允许值。
将套管用复合绝缘子进行三维建模分析,考虑套管内部金属极板、外部均压环、换流阀厅墙壁,研究特高压套管用复合绝缘子的沿面电场分布规律[21]图13为特高压穿墙套管等位线分布。由图13可知,套管电压等位线被中间墙体明显分隔为两部分,且户内、户外电位分布不对称,表明墙体对套管整体电位、电场分布具有一定畸变作用,需运用三维模型将墙体的影响考虑在计算中,套管本体的三维电场分布如图14所示。
图14可以看出,穿墙套管外部最高场强位于两端引出线高压均压环表面,其最大电场强度值为2 546 V/mm,考虑到外界空气击穿强度一般为3 000 V/mm,因此该均压环基本满足场强控制要求。高压双均压环结构可有效屏蔽套管中心导电杆和进出套管导线之间的连接装置,将最大场强值控制在较低水平,避免电晕放电的发生[22-23]。大均压环以下为硅橡胶空心绝缘子与高电位金具接触部位,应通过该均压环对三接触点进行有效屏蔽,避免硅橡胶在高场强作用下的电晕烧蚀。考虑到穿墙套管外绝缘特性,其中间法兰与墙体形成的三角区域为关键部位,若该处电场过高易引起硅橡胶空心绝缘子端部放电,最终会导致套管高压端的闪络放电,故研究了特高压穿墙套管此处的三维电场分布,结果如图15所示。
图15可以看出,低压均压环和墙体之间形成了较好的屏蔽区域,使空心复合绝缘子与接地法兰间的三接触点位于低场强区,但最高场强出现在低压屏蔽环表面,其值约为900 V/mm,远小于空气的击穿强度。同时空心复合绝缘子表面最高场强出现在低压屏蔽环前端,这是由于穿墙套管内部屏蔽层结构对外部电场分布的调制作用导致。
(1)特高压空气间隙闪络试验表明闪络电压与间隙距离满足威布尔分布规律,且得到了套管用复合绝缘子在空气中的闪络电压与绝缘距离的定量拟合关系,同时将海拔修正指数K设定为1.36。
(2)通过定量校核计算确定高海拔换流变套管复合绝缘子空气端绝缘高度为8 500 mm,爬电距离为29 760 mm。力学性能方面保持了较好的设计裕度值,Ⅷ级抗震复合绝缘子最大应力设计为23 MPa,许用应力设计为60 MPa,套管总质量设计为4 900 kg,弯曲负荷设计为5 000 N,以上设计均考虑了良好设计裕度值。
(3)建立了特高压套管用复合绝缘子三维有限元模型,仿真模拟得到复合绝缘子的三维电场分布与其实际运行情况更加接近,外表面场强矢量和均大于切向场强,且外表面场强出现强烈振荡,因此具备不同的电压闪络特征。
