In order to study the design and selection of the composite insulated cross arm for 35 kV transmission line, the feasibility analysis was conducted from material technology, electrical scheme, and structural scheme, the finite element stress analysis was conducted on the tension and compression rods of composite insulated cross arm, and the practical application of the composite insulated cross arm was verified. The results show that the composite insulated cross arm of 35 kV transmission line, which adopts the winding forming E-glass fiber/epoxy resin composite and the single strut and single cable-stayed structure, can meet the requirements of mechanical properties. The composite insulated cross arm has been in good operation since it is applied in the pilot project.

为研究复合绝缘横担在35 kV输电线路中的设计选型,针对材料工艺、电气方案、结构方案等方面进行可行性分析,对复合绝缘横担拉压杆进行有限元受力分析,并对复合绝缘横担进行实际应用验证。结果表明:35 kV输电线路复合绝缘横担选用缠绕成型的E-玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料,并采用单支柱单斜拉结构形式,其结构满足力学性能要求。复合绝缘横担应用于试点工程以来,运行状况良好。

为研究复合绝缘横担在35 kV输电线路中的设计选型,针对材料工艺、电气方案、结构方案等方面进行可行性分析,对复合绝缘横担拉压杆进行有限元受力分析,并对复合绝缘横担进行实际应用验证。结果表明:35 kV输电线路复合绝缘横担选用缠绕成型的E-玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料,并采用单支柱单斜拉结构形式,其结构满足力学性能要求。复合绝缘横担应用于试点工程以来,运行状况良好。

In order to study the design and selection of the composite insulated cross arm for 35 kV transmission line, the feasibility analysis was conducted from material technology, electrical scheme, and structural scheme, the finite element stress analysis was conducted on the tension and compression rods of composite insulated cross arm, and the practical application of the composite insulated cross arm was verified. The results show that the composite insulated cross arm of 35 kV transmission line, which adopts the winding forming E-glass fiber/epoxy resin composite and the single strut and single cable-stayed structure, can meet the requirements of mechanical properties. The composite insulated cross arm has been in good operation since it is applied in the pilot project.

随着最近几年电网的高速发展,架空输电线路的架设数量呈现急剧增长的趋势[1],架空线路走廊宽度在一定程度上决定了线路路径的选取,尤其是城市和商业化、工业化密集的村镇,走廊宽度更是路径选取的决定性因素。复合绝缘横担技术能够有效地减小架空线路走廊宽度,并兼具绝缘性能好、质量轻、耐腐蚀和力学承载性能好等优点,因此该技术近年来逐渐应用于高压架空输电线路中。
复合绝缘横担杆塔是将杆塔塔头部分普通铁横担更换为具有良好绝缘性能的复合绝缘横担的输电杆塔。复合绝缘横担具有绝缘性能好、质量轻、耐腐蚀和力学承载性能好的优点,能有效降低风偏,预防污闪[2],理论上还可提升线路的过电压耐受水平,减少线路跳闸事故、减小线路走廊宽度、杆塔高度和施工难度、减少杆塔运维检修工作量[3]
我国对于复合绝缘横担的研究与应用相对比较滞后,但是进展较快,多家科研单位、高校都在进行研究。2007年,武汉高压研究院成功研制了复合绝缘塔头和横担,主要用于10 kV线路的防雷击和防污闪[4]。2017年2月,国家电网有限公司基建部在北京召开了关于复合绝缘横担工程应用技术研讨会,研讨了复合绝缘横担试点应用工作背景,包括复合绝缘横担原材料、制造工艺、设计及试验研究、产品性能、施工及维护等方面情况,并在未来一段时期内稳步推广复合绝缘横担的应用。
依托国家电网有限公司复合绝缘横担试点工程开展复合绝缘横担技术研究。该试点工程位于山东省德州市高铁新区,线路路径长度为6.1 km,其中架空线路为5.9 km,电缆线路为0.2 km。线路导线采用JL/G1A-300/40型钢芯铝绞线,地线采用OPGW-70型复合光缆,架空线路全线采用钢管杆。
纤维是复合材料中的主要受力材料,根据成分不同,可以分为玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳纶纤维、陶瓷纤维、玄武岩纤维、聚烯烃纤维、金属纤维以及硼纤维等。其中玻璃纤维具有出色的抗拉强度、突出的耐热性能、优良的电绝缘性,是理想的电绝缘材料。更重要的是玻璃纤维和树脂基体间存在良好的界面作用力,可作为很好的增强材料。
玻璃纤维按组成、性质和用途,又可分为A-玻纤、E-玻纤、R-玻纤和S-玻纤等[5],其中E-玻纤是一种硼硅酸盐玻璃纤维,是目前应用最广泛的一种玻璃纤维,具有良好的电气绝缘性能和力学性能[6],且价格适中,广泛用于生产电气绝缘材料,因此推荐采用E-玻璃纤维作为复合绝缘横担塔材料。
常用的树脂类型有环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、乙烯基树脂等。国内常用代表性树脂的性能参数如表1所示。
表1可以看出,酚醛树脂的弯曲模量最大,价格较便宜,但其强度和延伸率较低,是典型的脆性材料,不适宜用作结构材料;环氧树脂的拉伸强度及弯曲强度均较高[7],延伸率达到4.0%,能很好地与E-玻璃纤维协同变形[8],因此推荐采用环氧树脂作为复合绝缘横担基体树脂。
复合材料型材成型工艺主要有拉挤成型、缠绕成型、模压成型和手糊成型4种。其中缠绕成型制品除了具有常规优点之外,还有其他成型工艺所没有的优点:①增强材料采用连续玻璃纤维,因此比强度较高;②避免了布纹交织点与短切纤维末端的应力集中,整体强度更稳定;③产品结构在不同方向的强度比达到最佳,从而实现等强度结构;④缠绕成型工艺的机械化和自动化程度更高。
综合考虑复合材料的力学性能、价格、产量等因素,复合绝缘横担最终决定采用缠绕成型的E-玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料。
该试点工程采用典型35C08模块的钢管杆。下面以直线钢管杆为例,比较普通钢管杆横担设计与复合绝缘横担设计的塔头布置,35C08-SZ1-15杆型塔头布置如图1所示。
采用复合材料绝缘横担,取消悬式绝缘子串,塔头可重新布置[9]。35 kV杆塔的线间距离按式(1)进行计算。

式(1)中:D为导线水平线间距离,m;Lk为悬垂绝缘子串长度,对于复合绝缘横担无绝缘子串,只考虑线夹长度,Lk=0.3 m;U为线路电压,U=35 kV;f为导线最大弧垂,可以通过f=gl2/8σ=2.609 m计算得到,其中g为自重比载,g=3.336×10-4 MPa/m;l为档距,m;σ为导线应力,σ=54.49 MPa。
综合以上计算,同时参考GB 50061—2010[10]中上地线对边导线保护角的要求,复合材料绝缘横担的杆塔塔头布置如图2所示。
由于塔身部分依然采用钢结构,单纯从满足对塔身空气间隙角度来讲,要控制金具串长度达到最小[11]。根据金具串的设计要求,考虑到连接金具长度等相关因素,悬垂串的最小长度应在0.3 m左右。
本工程中悬垂串采用单联单挂点金具串,如图3所示。利用复合绝缘横担的绝缘特性,悬垂串不加装绝缘子,导线可通过少量连接金具直接固定在复合绝缘横担上,从而使得杆塔结构紧凑、材料核减,减小走廊宽度。
连接困难、弹性模量低是复合材料两个最大的缺点,若复合绝缘横担仍采用常规的桁架方案,则其节点较多,风险性较大。因此,复合绝缘横担应尽量减少节点数量。参考此前北玻院在国家电网有限公司关于复合材料绝缘横担推进会议上的设计方案,将复合绝缘横担设计成单支柱单斜拉杆形式,如图4所示。
复合绝缘横担正面:采用一个斜拉拉杆,拉杆首端与钢管杆连接,末端与复合横担末端连接。可将斜拉杆改为仅能传递拉力的复合绝缘子串,进而充分利用复合材料优良的抗拉性能[12]。通过拉杆、复合绝缘横担及杆身连接节点组成三角形,能克服变形,同时由于拉杆与复合横担共同承受导线垂直荷载,使得复合绝缘横担根部受力分流,有利于安全运行,且满足设计要求。
对于受拉构件,多数截面为圆形,其截面面积主要由受拉强度控制,仅需保证截面积足够即可。对于受压构件,由于复合材料弹性模量较低,其整体稳定性远不如钢构件,其截面大小往往直接决定稳定承载力,因此应选惯性矩尽可能大的截面形式,以提高构件的稳定承载能力[13]
综合比较各类截面,相同截面积以圆形截面的惯性矩最大,其整体稳定承载力也最高,同时考虑避免出现内部击穿的可能,本工程复合横担杆件均选用实心圆形截面。
复合材料是一种脆性材料,其连接部位往往是其薄弱点[14]。通过对国内复合材料连接设计的广泛调研,借鉴现有多种节点的连接方式,提出一种新型节点连接方式——插板式连接,如图5所示。该连接方式是在复合材料型材成型后利用胶结连接金属件,再通过金属件进行螺栓连接,可有效限制构件变形,提高承载力,同时结构简单、工艺成熟,便于现场组装。
综合考虑复合绝缘横担桁架布置特点,若全部采用插板式连接,会导致横担随导线的摆动而前后移动。因此,支柱受压杆件与钢管杆采用管状法兰连接[15],受拉杆件与杆身、受拉杆件与支柱杆件之间采用插板式连接。
(1)横担外形尺寸:长度为1.4 m、高度为1 m、受压杆件直径为90 mm、受拉杆件直径为30 mm。
(2)载荷工况如表3所示。
(3)结合表3参数,构建支柱复合绝缘横担和拉杆有限元模型[16],通过ANSYS有限元计算软件计算不同工况下杆件的受力情况,比较得出杆件最大受力。由于仿真图较多,在此仅列出受力较大的工况,如图6所示。
通过有限元计算软件的计算结果可知,复合绝缘横担拉杆的最大应力为30.4 MPa,最大拉力为20.529 kN;横担支柱的最大压应力为122 MPa,最大压力为18.606 kN,远低于构件力学性能指标(抗拉强度不小于1 100 MPa,抗压强度不小于450 MPa)的要求,因此该复合绝缘横担结构满足力学性能要求。
复合绝缘横担应用于试点工程以来,运行状况良好,结合实际运行情况,复合绝缘横担具有明显的优点。复合绝缘横担无需悬垂绝缘子,金具串长度由1 080 mm缩短至300 mm,单基钢管杆高度降低0.7 m以上,质量核减约0.8 t。由于金具串长度缩短,大幅降低风偏影响,横担长度也可减少,线路走廊宽度减小约1.0 m;每公里线路走廊减少伐树约300棵,工程整体造价较原来降低约4.5%。
(1)通过材料、电气、结构等方面的比选,复合绝缘横担最终选用缠绕成型的E-玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料,采用单支柱单斜拉结构形式,节点采用管状法兰连接与插板式连接相结合的方式。
(2)复合绝缘横担相比传统铁横担具有明显优势,可有效降低杆塔高度、节省线路走廊、降低风偏、改善污闪,具有良好的绝缘性能。
(3)本研究复合绝缘横担仅可应用于直线杆塔,需要进一步开展复合绝缘横担在耐张杆塔的应用研究,从而可以将复合绝缘横担全部应用于输电线路中。
