The insulation defects are likely to occur during operation of on-board transformers due to the harsh operating environment, resulting in the appearance of partial discharges and the degradation of oil-paper insulation, which might affect the safe and stable operation of trains. Therefore, according to the inter-turn insulation structure of on-board transformer, a three-layer oil-paper partial discharge model was designed by using aramid paper, and partial discharge simulation tests were carried out in lab. The partial discharge signal was recorded by partial discharge detector, and the dynamic change rate of discharge statistical parameters was proposed to characterize the development process of partial discharge. The results show that the discharge phase spectrograph of oil-immersed aramid insulating paper is symmetrically distributed, and the discharge magnitude rapidly increases to nC level after initial discharge. The discharge process of oil-immersed aramid insulating paper can be divided into four stages, including starting stages, development stages, dangerous stages, and breakdown stages according to the discharge phase spectrograph and dynamic change rate of discharge statistical parameters. Besides, the dynamic change rate of discharge repetition rate has an inflection point during discharge process, which can be used to evaluate the partial discharge development process of oil-immersed aramid insulating paper.

车载变压器运行环境恶劣,在运行中易出现绝缘缺陷,引发局部放电,损伤油纸绝缘系统,影响列车安全稳定运行。本文根据车载变压器的匝间绝缘结构,使用芳纶绝缘纸设计了三层油纸局部放电模型,在实验室中开展局部放电模拟试验,使用局部放电检测仪检测局部放电信号,并提出局部放电统计参数动态变化率的方法,表征局部放电发展过程。结果表明:油浸芳纶纸的放电相位谱图呈对称分布,放电起始后放电量迅速增加至nC级;根据放电相位谱图及动态变化率可将油浸多层芳纶绝缘纸的放电过程划分为起始、发展、危险和击穿4个阶段;其中放电重复率变化率在放电阶段变化处存在拐点,可用于评估油浸芳纶绝缘纸的局部放电发展过程。

车载变压器运行环境恶劣,在运行中易出现绝缘缺陷,引发局部放电,损伤油纸绝缘系统,影响列车安全稳定运行。本文根据车载变压器的匝间绝缘结构,使用芳纶绝缘纸设计了三层油纸局部放电模型,在实验室中开展局部放电模拟试验,使用局部放电检测仪检测局部放电信号,并提出局部放电统计参数动态变化率的方法,表征局部放电发展过程。结果表明:油浸芳纶纸的放电相位谱图呈对称分布,放电起始后放电量迅速增加至nC级;根据放电相位谱图及动态变化率可将油浸多层芳纶绝缘纸的放电过程划分为起始、发展、危险和击穿4个阶段;其中放电重复率变化率在放电阶段变化处存在拐点,可用于评估油浸芳纶绝缘纸的局部放电发展过程。

The insulation defects are likely to occur during operation of on-board transformers due to the harsh operating environment, resulting in the appearance of partial discharges and the degradation of oil-paper insulation, which might affect the safe and stable operation of trains. Therefore, according to the inter-turn insulation structure of on-board transformer, a three-layer oil-paper partial discharge model was designed by using aramid paper, and partial discharge simulation tests were carried out in lab. The partial discharge signal was recorded by partial discharge detector, and the dynamic change rate of discharge statistical parameters was proposed to characterize the development process of partial discharge. The results show that the discharge phase spectrograph of oil-immersed aramid insulating paper is symmetrically distributed, and the discharge magnitude rapidly increases to nC level after initial discharge. The discharge process of oil-immersed aramid insulating paper can be divided into four stages, including starting stages, development stages, dangerous stages, and breakdown stages according to the discharge phase spectrograph and dynamic change rate of discharge statistical parameters. Besides, the dynamic change rate of discharge repetition rate has an inflection point during discharge process, which can be used to evaluate the partial discharge development process of oil-immersed aramid insulating paper.

油纸绝缘系统作为车载变压器的关键部分,其状态影响车载变压器的安全稳定运行。由于车载变压器在运行过程中易遭受电、热、机械等应力的协同作用,引起油纸绝缘系统易出现局部绝缘缺陷,畸变电场,引发局部放电,造成绝缘系统不可逆损伤,甚至烧毁车载变压器[1-2]。因此研究车载变压器油纸绝缘局部放电特性及其发展过程具有重要的意义。
目前,在油纸绝缘局部放电方面国内外学者已开展了大量研究。E TAKAHASHI等[3]研究了均匀电场下的油纸绝缘放电起始特性。P M MITCHINSON等[4]针对电力变压器的故障状态,研究了交流电压下油纸绝缘沿面放电过程中的局部放电特性。A CAVALLINI等[5]通过脉冲电流法和特高频法在实验室采集典型油纸绝缘放电缺陷相位谱图特征,构建模式识别数据库,实现了对现场运行变压器的局放故障识别。程养春等[6]在恒定电压下采用柱板电极和匝间放电电极研究了油纸绝缘局部放电的发展特性,实验结果表明,局部放电的最大放电量、平均放电量、放电重复率随放电缺陷的发展呈线性或指数规律增大,可借助局放特征参数判断放电严重程度。廖瑞金等[7]研究了不同老化程度的油纸绝缘的局部放电特性,发现其放电量和放电次数等参数随油纸绝缘试样老化程度增加而增加,放电相位谱图中电压正半周偏斜度SK+随电压升高单调下降,可用于判断局部放电缺陷的发展状态。温敏敏等[8-9]针对矿用干式变压器的绝缘缺陷开展研究,建立干式变压器空腔放电仿真模型,从电场强度和空间电荷两个方面分析了空腔放电机理。崔彦捷等[10-11]采用针板电极模型研究了油浸绝缘纸板在长时局部放电下的放电特性,根据放电相位分布特征将局部放电分为起始期、发展期、停滞期、爆发期4个阶段。SHA Y C等[12]对交直流电压下的油纸绝缘放电起始特性展开研究,发现在针-板电极模型下局放起始电压不受电压波形、复合电压比例的影响,而与外加电压幅值密切相关。综上所述,目前主要对普通电力变压器中的油-纤维素纸复合绝缘的局放特性进行了研究,而对车载变压器油-芳纶绝缘纸的局部放电特性研究较少;且通过实验研究发现,车载变压器油纸绝缘的局放特性与普通电力变压器存在一定差异。
本文参考车载变压器匝间绝缘结构,设计三层油纸绝缘针板放电模型,开展局部放电试验,模拟极不均匀电场下油浸芳纶绝缘纸的局部放电发展过程,结合静态参数和动态参数研究油浸芳纶绝缘纸中的局部放电发展规律。
为了研究油纸绝缘的局部放电特性,搭建局部放电试验系统,如图1所示。图1中,Uac是100 kV/10 kVA工频电源,由扬州攀峰公司生产的无局放试验变压器提供;R是10 kΩ的水电阻;C1、C2是1 000∶1的分压器;C0是300 pF的耦合电容;Zm是检测阻抗。实验前需对所有导线做屏蔽处理,并进行背景噪声测试,获得的局放背景噪声小于10 pC,开展试验。
试验系统使用奥地利OMICRON公司生产的MPD600局放测试仪,能够对整个试验过程的局部放电信号进行采集、分析,局放信号测量中心频率为300 kHz,带宽为650 kHz。
实际运行中车载变压器高压绕组匝间易出现金属尖端等绝缘缺陷,引发局部放电,其匝间绝缘采用多层绝缘纸,为模拟车载变压器多层油纸复合绝缘在极不均匀电场下的局放特性,本文设计了三层无油隙针板放电模型,如图2所示,对应的设计参数如表1所示。图2中,针板间距为0 mm。
选用杜邦Nomex T410纸(厚度0.18 mm)和克拉玛依25#矿物油进行试验,绝缘纸剪成尺寸为10 cm×8 cm的长方形。局放试验前,参考GB/T 7596—2017[13]对25#矿物油和绝缘纸分别进行预处理:①用滤油机去除油中水分、空气和杂质等;②将已裁剪的绝缘纸放置于真空干燥箱(DZF-6020)中,加热至105℃保持48 h;③将干燥的绝缘纸浸入过滤后的油中,在80 Pa、85℃条件下保持48 h[1-2,14]
依据文献[14-15],本文选择阶梯升压法展开试验,对应的加压方式如图3所示。对试样从0 kV开始以恒定速率逐步升压到起始放电信号出现,在此电压下维持5 min,随后以0.5 kV为步长逐步升高电压,每个电压下维持5 min,以此类推进行试验,直至试样击穿试验结束[1-2]
根据局放试验过程中PRPD谱图的演化特点,可将油-芳纶复合绝缘的局放过程分为4个阶段:起始、发展、危险和击穿阶段。下面通过放电谱图变化情况对各个阶段加以说明。
(1)起始阶段
图4为局放起始阶段10 kV时的 PRPD谱图。由图4可知,该阶段局放主要出现在交流电压的峰值附近,正半周的局放量(放电幅值)略高于负半周,PRPD谱图呈不对称分布;且产生小脉冲放电,放电量较小,从十几到几十pC变化。究其原因是芳纶绝缘纸具备良好的绝缘性能,放电发展需要较强的电场,而此时针尖位置局部电场未达到要求。此阶段下的放电主要由油中的带电微粒引发,因此存在比较强烈的随机性[1-2]
(2)发展阶段
图5为局放发展阶段13 kV时的 PRPD谱图。由图5可知,该阶段局放主要出现在施加电压波形的上升沿附近,局放相位变宽,产生大脉冲放电,局放强度和局放量迅速增大,从pC级上升至到nC级,且PRPD谱图基本呈对称分布。
(3)危险阶段及击穿阶段
图6为危险阶段14 kV时PRPD谱图。由图6可知,随着局放进一步发展,PRPD谱图逐渐呈圆锥形分布,放电脉冲基本已扩展到整个相位,局放量继续呈增大趋势,从几nC上升至几十nC,但放电强度略有下降。局放发展至击穿阶段,放电脉冲几乎覆盖满整个相位,局放量增加迅速,此处不再单独列图进行说明。
油浸芳纶绝缘纸的PRPD谱从放电起始至击穿基本呈现对称分布,与文献[7,11]油浸纤维素绝缘纸的非对称分布PRPD谱图有显著区别。
通过MPD600局放仪配套软件对放电发展过程中的局放特征参量进行统计,获得从放电起始至绝缘击穿过程中最大放电量、放电重复率、平均放电电流和平均放电功率的变化趋势。
(1)最大放电量
图7给出了最大放电量Qmax随加压时间的变化规律。由图7可知,最大放电量Qmax随加压时间的增加而增大,呈指数函数规律变化;10 kV时最大放电量为3.14 nC,13 kV时最大放电量为8.83 nC,14 kV时最大放电量升至30.84 nC,即14 kV前,Qmax增加幅度较小;随着局放进一步发展,加压时间至130 min后,Qmax增加明显,击穿时达871.6 nC,远大于文献[7,11]中油浸纤维素纸的放电量。
(2)放电重复率
图8给出了放电重复率N随加压时间的变化规律。由图8可知,放电重复率随加压时间的增加基本呈现双曲正切函数变化;10 kV前,放电重复率显著增加,至10 kV时放电重复率为260 kPDs/s;此后,放电重复率略有下降,至13 kV时放电重复率为216.7 kPDs/s;之后放电重复率开始继续增加,至14 kV时放电重复率为245.1 kPDs/s;随着局放进一步发展,至击穿时,放电重复率略有下降,下降至233.1 kPDs/s。
(3)平均放电电流
图9给出了平均放电电流Idis随加压时间的变化规律。
图9可知,平均放电电流Idis随加压时间的增加而增大,呈指数函数规律变化;10 kV时平均放电电流为1.9 μC/s,13 kV时平均放电电流为8.5 μC/s,14 kV时平均放电电流升至13.28 μC/s,即14 kV前,平均放电密度增加幅度较小;随着局放进一步发展,加压时间至130 min后,平均放电密度增加明显,击穿时平均放电电流达118.8 μC/s。
(4)平均放电功率
图10给出了平均放电功率Pdis随加压时间的变化规律。由图10可知,PdisQmaxIdis变化规律相似,均呈指数函数规律变化;10 kV时平均放电功率为17.82 mW,13 kV时平均放电功率为100 mW,14 kV时平均放电功率升至153.2 mW,即14 kV前,平均放电功率增加幅度较小;随着局放进一步发展,加压时间至130 min后,平均放电功率增加明显,击穿时平均放电功率达1 612 mW。
试验中采用高速相机对试验现象进行拍摄与记录,获得放电过程中的试验现象如图11所示。起始阶段绝缘纸表面未出现明显痕迹,在此并未列出。发展阶段放电现象如图11(a)所示,在针尖附近存在肉眼可见的放电光斑和放电火花,并产生少量气泡;随着放电逐步发展,至放电危险阶段,放电树枝不断沿芳纶绝缘纸表面向四周延伸,出现沿面爬电现象,芳纶绝缘纸表面产生炭化痕迹,且绝缘纸表面的炭化痕迹表现出逐步扩大的趋向,如图11(b)所示[1-2];临近击穿前,放电火花较暗,绝缘纸表面爬电范围扩大,同时炭痕颜色加深,如图11(c)所示。
基于2.2节局放统计参数演变规律,可以看出最大放电量、平均放电电流和平均放电功率变化规律基本相同,但这3个特征参量相对而言是静态参量。据此,选择最大放电量和放电重复率作为特征参量,研究其在不同时间间隔的动态变化率。为精确地反映特征参数的动态变化趋势,选取间隔点为ii+2,时间间隔Δt选取ti+2-tii是统计分布图中的第一个统计时间点,该点对应时刻为65 min,对应电压为9 kV,对应的最大放电量变化率(ΔQmaxΔt)和放电重复率变化率(ΔNΔt)分别如式(1)式(2)所示。

式(1)~(2)中:Qmax(i+2)为时间间隔点ti+2时对应的最大放电量;Qmax(i)为时间间隔点ti时对应的最大放电量;Ni+2ti+2时对应的放电重复率;Niti时对应的放电重复率。
基于图7式(1),可以获得最大放电量的动态变化率曲线如图12所示。图12中,I、II、III和IV分别对应局放起始、发展、危险和击穿阶段。由图12可知,最大放电量变化率随时间间隔Δt的增加呈指数函数规律变化。即在Δt<40 min的时间间隔内,最大放电量变化率基本变化不大;在Δt=50 min时,最大放电量变化率是初始状态的5倍左右;在Δt=60~70 min的时间间隔内,最大放电量变化率迅速增加,至初始值的100倍左右。
基于图8式(2),可以获得放电重复率的动态变化率曲线如图13所示。由图13可知,放电重复率变化率在整个时间间隔内存在3个拐点,分别是①②③三个时间间隔点。即在Δt<10 min的时间段内,放电重复率变化率增加迅速;在Δt=10~20 min时间间隔内,放电重复率变化率下降迅速;在Δt=20~40 min时间间隔内,放电重复率变化率下降趋势放缓;在Δt=40~50 min时,放电重复率变化率缓慢增加;至Δt>50 min时,放电重复率变化率略微下降,最后基本保持不变。
据此可知,最大放电量变化率与最大放电量的变化趋势一致,而放电重复率变化率从油纸绝缘放电起始至放电击穿阶段,存在临界值,分别为Δt=10 min、Δt=40 min、Δt=50 min,拐点标示为图13中的①、②和③,分别对应着U=10 kV、U=13 kV和U=14 kV,其中考虑了约2%的误差。放电重复率变化率的变化为2.1节局放发展阶段划分提供了理论和数据支撑,也为车载变压器的放电性故障诊断及严重程度评估提供了一定的动态数据集,可更好地评估油浸芳纶绝缘纸的放电发展阶段。
(1)油浸芳纶绝缘纸的局部放电过程中,PRPD谱图呈对称分布,放电起始后放电量迅速上升至nC级,至击穿时最大放电量达到871.6 nC,与油浸纤维素纸的放电特性不同。
(2)根据放电过程中的放电相位谱图演化特点,可将局放过程划分为起始、发展、危险和击穿阶段。
(3)放电参数动态变化率可反映局部放电的动态变化趋势,其中放电重复率变化率在放电阶段变化处存在拐点,可用于评估油浸芳纶绝缘纸的局部放电发展状态。
