This paper mainly studied the feasibility of retrofilling traditional mineral oil transformer with ester insulating oil, including natural ester and mono-ester insulating oil. At first, two kinds of ester insulating oil were mixed with mineral oil, respectively, and their electrical and physicochemical characteristics were studied. On this basis, two 10 kV mineral oil transformers were retrofilled with two kinds of ester insulating oil, respectively, and the overall characteristics of the transformers before and after retrofilling were tested. The results show that after using the mono-ester insulating oil to retrofill the mineral oil transformer, the temperature rise of the transformer decreases, the capacitance to ground increases, and the insulation resistance decreases. After using the ester insulating oil to retrofill the mineral oil transformer, the temperature rise of the transformer increases, the capacitance to ground increases, and the insulation resistance decreases. It is feasible to retrofill mineral oil transformer with two kings of ester insulating oils, and using the mono-ester insulating oil to retrofill the old mineral oil transformer can improve its heat dissipation capacity. However, it should pay attention to the reduction of transformer insulation resistance after retrofilling the mono-ester insulating oil.

本文主要研究了传统矿物油变压器注换酯类绝缘油包括天然酯及单酯绝缘油的可行性问题,首先研究了两种酯类绝缘油与矿物油混合后的常规电气、理化特性,在此基础上,分别使用两种酯类绝缘油对两台10 kV矿物油变压器进行注换,并测试注换前后变压器的整体特性。结果表明:使用单酯绝缘油注换矿物油变压器后,变压器的温升有所降低,对地电容提高且绝缘电阻下降;使用天然酯绝缘油注换矿物油变压器后,变压器的温升有所提高,对地电容提高且绝缘电阻下降。使用两类酯类绝缘油注换老旧矿物油变压器均具备可行性,且使用单酯绝缘油进行注换可提高变压器的散热能力,但应注意注换单酯绝缘油后变压器绝缘电阻的降低。

本文主要研究了传统矿物油变压器注换酯类绝缘油包括天然酯及单酯绝缘油的可行性问题,首先研究了两种酯类绝缘油与矿物油混合后的常规电气、理化特性,在此基础上,分别使用两种酯类绝缘油对两台10 kV矿物油变压器进行注换,并测试注换前后变压器的整体特性。结果表明:使用单酯绝缘油注换矿物油变压器后,变压器的温升有所降低,对地电容提高且绝缘电阻下降;使用天然酯绝缘油注换矿物油变压器后,变压器的温升有所提高,对地电容提高且绝缘电阻下降。使用两类酯类绝缘油注换老旧矿物油变压器均具备可行性,且使用单酯绝缘油进行注换可提高变压器的散热能力,但应注意注换单酯绝缘油后变压器绝缘电阻的降低。

This paper mainly studied the feasibility of retrofilling traditional mineral oil transformer with ester insulating oil, including natural ester and mono-ester insulating oil. At first, two kinds of ester insulating oil were mixed with mineral oil, respectively, and their electrical and physicochemical characteristics were studied. On this basis, two 10 kV mineral oil transformers were retrofilled with two kinds of ester insulating oil, respectively, and the overall characteristics of the transformers before and after retrofilling were tested. The results show that after using the mono-ester insulating oil to retrofill the mineral oil transformer, the temperature rise of the transformer decreases, the capacitance to ground increases, and the insulation resistance decreases. After using the ester insulating oil to retrofill the mineral oil transformer, the temperature rise of the transformer increases, the capacitance to ground increases, and the insulation resistance decreases. It is feasible to retrofill mineral oil transformer with two kings of ester insulating oils, and using the mono-ester insulating oil to retrofill the old mineral oil transformer can improve its heat dissipation capacity. However, it should pay attention to the reduction of transformer insulation resistance after retrofilling the mono-ester insulating oil.

变压器作为电网中最重要的变电设备,其安全稳定运行对电网至关重要。目前液浸式变压器多采用矿物油作为绝缘及冷却介质,矿物绝缘油具有良好的电气、理化性能,原料来源广泛,成本低廉,但其存在燃点低以及生命周期结束后难以降解和处理等缺点,同时矿物油源于石油,在特殊时期原料可能会受到一定制约[1-2]。随着社会的发展,人们对绝缘油的环保性和可再生特性提出了更高的要求,近年来酯类绝缘油在变压器中的应用量日益增加。目前所使用的环保型酯类绝缘油主要有天然酯绝缘油及改性天然酯绝缘油,天然酯绝缘油(俗称植物绝缘油)由天然的油料(大豆、油菜籽等)经过压榨(或浸出)、精炼、复配等工艺制备而成,是一种新型环保液体绝缘介质,由于天然酯绝缘油具备较高的燃点,可达到300℃以上,微生物降解率超过98%,可有效改进矿物油防火安全性较低以及难以降解的缺点。单酯绝缘油也称植物系绝缘油或改性天然酯绝缘油等,其主要成分为脂肪酸单酯,分子中的脂肪酸部分主要源于天然油料作物,单酯绝缘油的电气性能与天然酯绝缘油相当,其燃点介于矿物油与天然酯绝缘油之间,此外还具备运动黏度低的优点,目前市场上主要的单酯绝缘油产品为DL-7,因其分子中的脂肪酸绝大多数为饱和脂肪酸,因此其抗氧化性也较强。由于单酯绝缘油的运动黏度较低、散热特性优良,特别适用于小型化结构设计的变压器,可减少变压器材料的使用,达到节约资源的目的。
近年来,酯类绝缘油不仅在新投运的变压器中取得了广泛应用,而且在现有的老旧矿物油变压器中也可使用酯类绝缘油对变压器中的矿物油进行更换,称之为变压器油的注换(retrofill)。目前主要使用天然酯绝缘油对传统矿物油变压器进行注换,有助于提升原矿物油的防火安全性、环境友好性等特性,并可延长固体绝缘材料的热老化寿命,因而国内外已有诸多使用天然酯绝缘油注换老旧矿物油变压器的案例,但使用单酯绝缘油注换老旧矿物油变压器的案例目前较为少见[3-4]。本研究针对老旧矿物油变压器注换单酯绝缘油进行研究,并与天然酯绝缘油的注换方案进行对比分析,研究内容主要包括混油后绝缘油的介电、理化特性及注换后变压器的整体特性。
使用酯类绝缘油对老旧矿物油变压器进行注换时,必然存在两种绝缘油混合的情况,研究表明,使用酯类绝缘油清洗并注换矿物油变压器后,变压器中的矿物油含量在4%以下,若不进行清洗直接注换,其含量一般在7%以下。因此评估变压器注换酯类绝缘油的可行性,首先要研究混油后的电气及理化特性。
选取的典型矿物油为国内广泛应用的中国石油润滑油公司生产的KI25X型变压器油,单酯绝缘油为上海樱花化研化工科技有限公司生产的DL-7,天然酯绝缘油为广东卓原新材料科技有限公司生产的RAPO。依据DL/T 1811—2018的要求对3种绝缘油进行常规电气、理化特性测试,结果如表1所示。
由于绝缘油中所含水分、气体等杂质会对其电气、理化特性产生影响,因而首先对试验中使用的所有绝缘油样进行脱水脱气预处理。具体处理流程:首先对绝缘油进行初步过滤,除去绝缘油中的固体杂质,之后将绝缘油转入抽滤瓶中,对其抽真空,同时进行加热,以除去绝缘油中的水分和气体,抽滤瓶中的气压控制在80 Pa以下,温度保持在55~60℃,处理时间为4 h,确保处理后的矿物油水分含量低于10 mg/kg,酯类绝缘油水分含量低于20 mg/kg。
将处理后的酯类油与矿物油进行混合,混合油中酯类油和矿物油的体积比分别为0%∶100%、5%∶95%、10%∶90%、30%∶70%、50%∶50%、75%∶25%、90%∶10%、95%∶5%及100%∶0%。
分别依据GB/T 507—2002《绝缘油击穿电压测定法》、GB/T 5654—2007《液体绝缘材料相对电容率、介质损耗因数和直流电阻率的测量》、GB/T 265—1998《石油产品运动黏度测定法和动力黏度计算法》及GB/T 3536—2008《石油产品闪点燃点测定法》测试混合后绝缘油的击穿电压、体积电阻率、运动黏度及开口闪点等4个参数。
击穿电压是绝缘油电气特性中最核心的参数之一,代表了绝缘油的绝缘能力,一般要求处理后的绝缘油在2.5 mm标准间隙下的工频击穿电压大于70 kV。两种混合油在2.5 mm标准间隙下的击穿电压随混合油中酯类绝缘油占比的变化趋势如图1所示。由图1可见,混合油的击穿电压随着酯类绝缘油占比的提高略有上升,其中DL-7混合油的击穿电压略高于RAPO混合油,但差别不大,所有油样的击穿电压均大于70 kV,满足标准要求。
体积电阻率是反映绝缘油绝缘状态的重要参数,体积电阻率对杂质较为敏感,在绝缘油中混入杂质后其体积电阻率会迅速下降。酯类绝缘油属于极性介质,油中的载流子要多于矿物油,因而其体积电阻率一般远低于矿物油。两种混合油的体积电阻率随混合油中酯类绝缘油占比的变化趋势如图2所示。由图2可见,混合油的体积电阻率随酯类绝缘油占比的提高而下降,最大差异接近两个数量级,但当酯类绝缘油体积分数在10%以下时,混合油与纯矿物油的体积电阻率相差不大,满足常规矿物油变压器的要求。
液体的散热能力与其运动黏度、比热容、热传导率等参数有关,但对绝缘油来说,其运动黏度对变压器的散热影响最大[5-6]。两种混合油在40℃下的运动黏度随混合油中酯类绝缘油占比的变化趋势如图3所示。由图3可见,DL-7混合油的运动黏度随DL-7占比的提高而降低,即单酯油混入越多,混合油的散热能力越强,而RAPO混合油的运动黏度随RAPO占比的提高而升高,即天然酯混入越多,混合油的散热能力越差。
液浸式变压器的防火能力与所用绝缘油的燃点密切相关,如燃点高于300℃的K级绝缘液体,在使用过程中未出现过油池起火现象,燃点越高,变压器的防火能力越强。两种混合油的燃点随混合油中酯类绝缘油占比的变化趋势如图4所示。
图4可见,DL-7混合油的燃点随DL-7占比的提高而轻微上升,RAPO混合油的燃点随RAPO占比的提高而大幅提高,说明单酯注换后的变压器防火能力会有轻微的提高,而天然酯注换后的变压器防火能力将得到极大提高。
综上,使用酯类绝缘油注换矿物油,其绝缘性能满足变压器的需求,仅体积电阻率有所降低。使用单酯绝缘油注换变压器,其散热特性及防火特性会有一定的提升。使用天然酯绝缘油注换变压器,其散热特性会有一定的下降,但防火特性会有较大的提升。
为验证采用酯类绝缘油注换矿物油变压器的可行性,对相同结构运行2年后的10 kV矿物油配电变压器进行了酯类绝缘油注换处理,分别注换DL-7及RAPO绝缘油,并测试两台变压器注换酯类绝缘油后的各项特性。
两台配电变压器是2018年制造的S13-200/10型产品,其参数如表2所示。
采用不冲洗注换方式,首先排干原矿物油变压器中的老旧矿物油,之后通过真空注油对两台10 kV配电变压器分别注入DL-7单酯绝缘油及RAPO天然酯绝缘油。对换油前后的矿物油、DL-7混合油及RAPO混合油分别进行了常规测试,并对注换酯类绝缘油前后的变压器进行试验,主要包括短路阻抗、电压比、绕组电阻、负载损耗、空载损耗、工频耐压、绕组对地电容、绝缘电阻等测试和感应试验、温升试验、绝缘油试验等[7-8]
换油前后3种绝缘油的常规测试结果如表3所示。由表3可见,换油后,变压器中绝缘油含水量有较为明显的上升,这一方面是因为酯类绝缘油中含水量本身较矿物油高,另一方面是由于酯类绝缘油的饱和含水量高于矿物油,会从纤维素固体绝缘材料中将水分“吸出”。绝缘油的体积电阻率有所下降,这可能会降低变压器的绝缘电阻,但绝缘油的击穿电压有所增大,确保了注换后的变压器不会发生绝缘故障。此外,酸值在换油后有轻微的上升。
变压器注换酯类绝缘油前后的试验结果如表4所示。
表4可以看出,除了部分试验项目外,变压器在换油前后大部分试验项目几乎没有发生明显的变化。从更换绝缘油导致变压器绝缘特性降低的风险来看,工频耐压、感应试验结果与换油前没有变化,均通过了绝缘试验验证。在试验后实施的绝缘油测试中,也没有检测到放电产生的乙炔(C2H2)。因此可以判断换油后并未导致绝缘特性降低或形成绝缘缺陷等,并且认为矿物油变压器换油填充环保型酯类绝缘油后仍具备足够的实际应用性能。注换酯类绝缘油后变压器特性变化较大的项目主要有绕组平均温升、绕组对地电容及绝缘电阻。
变压器的冷却性能与绝缘油的基础理化特性(比热、热导率、运动黏度)等有关,因此通过更换运动黏度更低的DL-7能提高变压器的冷却性能,降低最高油温。而更换黏度更高的天然酯绝缘油RAPO,最高油温将有所上升。通过仿真计算分析了变压器温升试验中不同负荷率下绕组的平均温升,结果如图5所示。
图5可见,在60%~115%的负荷率下,注换DL-7油可降低变压器温升,注换RAPO油会升高变压器温升,但随着负荷率的增大,升高和降低的幅度减小。计算结果与表4中的实测结果趋势相一致,但注换DL-7油后变压器温升的实测降低幅度较计算结果低,即注换DL-7油后,变压器的温升有所降低,但降低效果未达到计算预期。
变压器绕组对地电容是反映变压器绝缘状况的重要参数,一般情况下,如果对地电容相较初始值发生较大变化即代表变压器的绝缘状态发生了明显变化。如将变压器简化为理想平板电容器,变压器中的液体介质即相当于电容间液体介质,而电容与其填充介质的相对介电常数成反比,由于酯类绝缘油的相对介电常数高于矿物油,因而矿物油变压器注换酯类绝缘油后,其对地电容会明显增大。从表1可知,DL-7油与RAPO油的相对介电常数分别比矿物绝缘油高34%及45%,但注换DL-7油与RAPO油后,变压器对地电容增长的幅度小于液体介质相对介电常数的增加幅度,分别仅为16.4%及19.7%。这是由于绕组对地电容呈现为圆柱状绕组和长方体状油箱构成的不规则形状,其增长幅度与绝缘介质并未线性相关。
变压器的绝缘电阻对绝缘油的纯净状态非常敏感,如绝缘油被污染,绝缘油的体积电阻率减小,则变压器的绝缘电阻随绝缘油体积电阻率减小而减小。由于酯类绝缘油的体积电阻率一般比矿物绝缘油小1个数量级,酯类绝缘油变压器的绝缘电阻一般远小于矿物油变压器,如表4所示,注换DL-7油与RAPO油后变压器绝缘电阻分别下降了67.6%和73.6%,经验表明这不会对变压器的正常运行造成影响。
(1)单酯绝缘油混合矿物油后,随单酯绝缘油占比的提高,混合油的击穿电压略有上升,体积电阻率大幅下降,运动黏度略有降低,燃点略有上升。天然酯绝缘油混合矿物油后,随天然酯绝缘油占比的提高,混合油的击穿电压略有上升,体积电阻率大幅下降,运动黏度大幅提高,燃点大幅提高。
(2)使用单酯绝缘油注换矿物油变压器后,变压器的温升有所降低,对地电容提高了16.4%,绝缘电阻下降了67.6%。
(3)使用天然酯绝缘油注换矿物油变压器后,变压器的温升有所提高,对地电容提高了19.7%,绝缘电阻下降了73.6%。
综上,使用酯类绝缘油注换老旧矿物油变压器具备可行性,且使用单酯绝缘油进行注换可提高变压器的散热能力,但应注意注换单酯绝缘油后变压器绝缘电阻的降低。
