In the application scenarios of natural ester insulating oil, the technology of using natural ester insulating oil to replace mineral insulating oil to prolong the service life of in-service old transformers has attracted extensive attention at home and abroad. During the oil replacing process, the residual mineral insulating oil in transformer will mix with the newly added natural ester insulating oil inevitably. In this study, the natural ester was mixed with mineral insulating oil, and its volume fraction was 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100%, respectively. The properties of the mixed oils were studied by accelerated thermal ageing tests at 100℃ for 168 h. The results show that with the increase of natural ester content, the degradation range of breakdown voltage of the aged oil decreases, and the effect of water content on the breakdown voltage of the aged oil decreases, while the acid value increases. When the volume fraction of the natural ester exceeds 30%, the dielectric loss factor of the aged oil is lower than that of the oil before ageing. When the volume fraction of mineral oil is 10%, the ignition point of the mixed oil is only 68.5% of that of natural ester.

在天然酯绝缘油的众多应用场景中,使用天然酯绝缘油更换矿物绝缘油对在役老旧变压器进行延寿的技术在国内外受到广泛关注。换油过程中变压器中的残余矿物绝缘油不可避免地会与新添加的天然酯绝缘油混合。本研究将天然酯按体积分数0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%、100%与矿物绝缘油混合,并通过100℃、168 h加速热老化实验研究混合油样的性能变化规律。结果表明:随着天然酯含量的增加,老化油样击穿电压下降幅度减小,受含水量的影响变小,但是酸值增大;当天然酯体积分数超过30%时,老化油样的介质损耗因数比老化前有所减小;当矿物油体积分数为10%时,混合油样的燃点仅为天然酯的68.5%。

在天然酯绝缘油的众多应用场景中,使用天然酯绝缘油更换矿物绝缘油对在役老旧变压器进行延寿的技术在国内外受到广泛关注。换油过程中变压器中的残余矿物绝缘油不可避免地会与新添加的天然酯绝缘油混合。本研究将天然酯按体积分数0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%、100%与矿物绝缘油混合,并通过100℃、168 h加速热老化实验研究混合油样的性能变化规律。结果表明:随着天然酯含量的增加,老化油样击穿电压下降幅度减小,受含水量的影响变小,但是酸值增大;当天然酯体积分数超过30%时,老化油样的介质损耗因数比老化前有所减小;当矿物油体积分数为10%时,混合油样的燃点仅为天然酯的68.5%。

In the application scenarios of natural ester insulating oil, the technology of using natural ester insulating oil to replace mineral insulating oil to prolong the service life of in-service old transformers has attracted extensive attention at home and abroad. During the oil replacing process, the residual mineral insulating oil in transformer will mix with the newly added natural ester insulating oil inevitably. In this study, the natural ester was mixed with mineral insulating oil, and its volume fraction was 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100%, respectively. The properties of the mixed oils were studied by accelerated thermal ageing tests at 100℃ for 168 h. The results show that with the increase of natural ester content, the degradation range of breakdown voltage of the aged oil decreases, and the effect of water content on the breakdown voltage of the aged oil decreases, while the acid value increases. When the volume fraction of the natural ester exceeds 30%, the dielectric loss factor of the aged oil is lower than that of the oil before ageing. When the volume fraction of mineral oil is 10%, the ignition point of the mixed oil is only 68.5% of that of natural ester.

天然酯(植物油)作为绝缘油在配电变压器中使用可以追溯至建国初期石油资源短缺的时代。随着我国工业化进程的推进,采用石油提炼的矿物油以其价格上的优势逐渐取代了天然酯,成为变压器中应用最为广泛的一种绝缘油[1]。然而,不易降解的矿物油一旦泄漏会对水体和土壤造成严重的污染,并且由于其回收处理成本高而增加了变压器的全寿命周期成本。因此,针对一些特殊的应用场合(例如水电站和海上风电等环保要求较高的变电站),自20世纪80年代西方发达国家就已经开始了酯类绝缘油的研究和产品开发。酯类绝缘油主要分为合成酯和天然酯两类,合成酯性能优越但成本高,仅用于一些特殊需求(例如不可燃、低凝点等)应用场合;天然酯在国外的应用相对合成酯更加广泛,目前全球已经有超过百万台使用天然酯作为绝缘油的变压器在运行[2-4]。虽然国内目前天然酯绝缘油变压器投运的台数有限,但随着天然酯绝缘油制备技术的提高和成本的不断降低,国内存在较大的市场空间。
由于天然酯绝缘油相对于传统的矿物绝缘油存在黏度和凝点较高等劣势,天然酯绝缘油变压器在设计过程中应考虑相关特性参数,例如加宽油道等。此外,120℃下绝缘纸在天然酯绝缘油中的老化速率约为矿物绝缘油中的1/5[5-9],使用天然酯绝缘油对在役矿物绝缘油变压器进行延寿的研究和工程实践已在南方电网等电力企业开始实施。在换油过程中变压器中的残余矿物绝缘油不可避免地会与新添加的天然酯绝缘油混合。因此,掌握混合后的绝缘油基本电气特性参数对于换油延寿技术至关重要。本研究通过加速热老化实验研究天然酯绝缘油和矿物绝缘油按不同比例混合后的热老化特性,实验结果可对换油后变压器绝缘油的性能参数和热老化特性提供参考。
本研究采用的绝缘油为泽电大豆基天然酯和克拉玛依25#矿物油,两种油的主要性能参数如表1所示。从表1可以看出,天然酯绝缘油的击穿电压较高,然而其介质损耗因数、运动黏度、酸值相对矿物油较大,这是由天然酯绝缘油的组成特性决定的。两种样品性能均满足相关标准要求[10-11]。其中天然酯绝缘油的相对介电常数与绝缘纸的更接近,燃点远高于矿物油,在绝缘设计上具有优势。
按天然酯体积分数分别为0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%和100%,与矿物绝缘油均匀混合成400 mL混合液,密封(25℃)静置24 h后测量各样品的介质损耗因数、酸值、击穿电压、微水含量、燃点等,得到不同混合油样相关性能参数的初始值。然后将样品置入恒温箱进行100℃、168 h加速热老化处理。测量加速热老化后混合油样的主要性能,并与其初始的性能参数进行对比分析。
绝缘油酸值采用SYD-264B型自动酸值滴定仪,依据GB/T 264—1983进行测量;介质损耗因数采用AI6000型油介损电阻率测量仪依据GB/T 5654—2007进行测量;击穿电压采用HYG-100kV型绝缘油介电强度自动测试仪依据GB/T 507—2002进行测量;微水含量采用WS-3000型微量水分测量仪依据GB/T 7600—2014进行测量;燃点采用SYD-3536型开口闪点燃点测试仪依据GB/T 3536—2008进行测量。
热老化前后不同比例混合绝缘油的击穿电压如图1所示。从图1可以看出,当天然酯体积分数小于40%时,老化前混合油样的击穿电压相比纯矿物油有所下降,在体积分数为20%时达到最低,然后逐步升高。当天然酯体积分数超过40%时,混合油样的击穿电压开始超过纯矿物油,并且击穿电压变化波动逐渐减小,整体而言,不同混合比例的混合油样,初始击穿电压均保持在65 kV以上。
加速热老化后,所有混合油样的击穿电压均有一定程度下降,但整体随着天然酯含量的增加下降幅度减小,击穿电压逐渐增大。天然酯体积分数在10%以上的混合油样经历加速热老化后击穿电压较纯矿物绝缘油有所增大,尤其是当天然酯体积分数在90%以上(矿物油体积分数在10%以下)时,混合油样的击穿电压和老化前相当。值得注意的是纯天然酯在加速热老化实验后的击穿电压较热老化实验前甚至略有提升。与后面的介质损耗因数、酸值和微水的实验结果对比可知,这不意味着天然酯在高温下的分解速率更低,而是由于天然酯与矿物油的热老化分解产物不同,以及天然酯本身特性造成了击穿电压的差异,同时也有可能是击穿电压测试存在一定的波动性。
图2为热老化前后不同比例混合绝缘油的介质损耗因数。
图2可以看出,老化前天然酯的初始介质损耗因数约为矿物油的两倍,随着天然酯占比的增加,混合油样的介质损耗因数增大。当天然酯的体积分数在40%以下时,混合油样的介质损耗因数增大速度较快,当天然酯的体积分数在80%以上时,混合油样的介质损耗因数变化幅度减小,几乎和纯天然酯一致。但是老化后,纯矿物油的介质损耗因数有所增大,从0.404%增大到0.588%,纯天然酯的介质损耗因数反而有所减小,从1.122%减小到0.744%。分析原因可能是矿物油本身是非极性物质,介质损耗因数很小,在热老化后,分解产生了少量的极性物质,导致介质损耗因数增大。而天然酯分子的成分和结构比较复杂,本身是弱极性物质,即便纯度很高,天然酯的初始介质损耗因数也一般比矿物油大许多。在热老化过程中,一方面天然酯会分解产生极性物质,另一方面部分极性物质也可能会进一步分解消失,当极性物质的分解速度快于生成速度时,则介质损耗因数会减小。当天然酯体积分数高于30%后,老化后油样的介质损耗因数比老化前均有所减小,且天然酯含量越高,降低的幅度越大。当天然酯体积分数为10%时,老化后油样的介质损耗因数有个突变,一方面可能是大量矿物油的混入对天然酯的影响较大,老化过程生成的极性物质占主导,另一方面也可能是由于混合油样取样或测试过程存在误差,暂时无法形成规律性结论,需开展进一步的研究分析。不过,在不同混合比例下,混合油样热老化前后的介质损耗因数差异不大,均在0.5%以下,整体而言,老化后混合油样的介质损耗因数还是比纯矿物油大。与击穿电压的数据对照可见,介质损耗因数和击穿电压之间没有明显的负相关性,不同比例混合油样的击穿电压和介质损耗因数并没有太大的异常波动。
图3为热老化前后不同比例混合绝缘油的酸值。
图3可以看出,由于天然酯的酸值高于矿物油,混合油样老化前酸值随着天然酯含量的增加而线性增大,表明混合油样之间没有发生形成酸性物质的化学反应。纯矿物油加速热老化前后的酸值变化不大,说明矿物油的热分解产物中酸类产物含量并不高。而天然酯绝缘油老化前后酸值变化较大,一方面是由于天然酯初始的酸值大于矿物油,另一方面是由于其主要成分为油酸、亚油酸,这两者都含有不饱和脂肪酸,而天然酯的氧化稳定性本身也低于矿物油。混合绝缘油经历加速热老化后酸值均有所增大,先随着天然酯含量增加而升高,在天然酯体积分数达到50%以上时增大趋势逐渐平缓。虽然天然酯的酸值增幅大于矿物油,但是天然酯分解的酸一般为长链脂肪酸,相比矿物油分解的短链酸化学活性要低,从前面击穿电压和介质损耗因数的结果也可以发现其对绝缘油的电气性能影响不大。
图4为热老化前后不同比例混合绝缘油的微水含量。
图4可以看出,由于天然酯的含水量高于矿物油,混合油样老化前含水量随着天然酯含量的增加而线性增加,没有出现异常的变化。加速热老化对绝缘油中的微水含量影响不大,因为无论是天然酯还是矿物油,其热分解产物中水分的比例都极低。不过相对而言,随着天然酯含量的增加,混合油样的含水量增幅加大,这主要是因为天然酯的饱和含水量远高于矿物油(25℃时天然酯的饱和含水量约为1 100 mg/kg,而矿物油的约为55 mg/kg),天然酯的亲水性比矿物油强,含水量也高很多,因此水分更容易溶解在天然酯中。从图4还可以看出,混合油中微水含量和天然酯所占比例成正相关。但对比图1可以发现,当天然酯体积分数在20%以下时,混合油击穿电压随着微水含量增加而减小;当天然酯体积分数为20%~40%时,即便微水含量有所增加,但混合油样初始击穿电压反而有所增大,这可能是由于纯天然酯的初始击穿电压大于纯矿物油,微量水分对矿物油的击穿电压影响较大,对天然酯的击穿电压影响较小;当天然酯体积分数在50%以上时,混合油样的击穿电压几乎不再受微水含量增加的影响,一直稳定维持在75 kV左右。老化后的混合油样也可以发现类似的规律,对于天然酯体积分数为90%的混合油样,微水含量超过了70 mg/kg,但击穿电压依然和老化前一致,保持在75 kV以上。而老化后的纯矿物油微水含量仅7.405 mg/kg,击穿电压低至60 kV以下,天然酯体积分数为10%的混合油样,其微水含量不到20 mg/kg,但击穿电压相比纯矿物油老化油样又减小了3.7%。说明微水含量对矿物油击穿电压的影响程度远大于天然酯,混合油样中水分的增加主要是由于天然酯比例的增加,但是溶解态的水分并不会显著减小绝缘油的击穿电压,尤其是天然酯含量越高,水分对混合油样击穿电压的影响反而越小。不过水解反应对绝缘纸的老化具有重要影响,因此干燥的运行环境对含有天然酯的绝缘油来说依然十分重要。
图5是不同比例混合绝缘油的燃点变化曲线。
图5可以明显地发现,混合油样中天然酯体积分数在80%以下时,混合油样的燃点几乎和纯矿物油没有太大区别,当天然酯体积分数超过80%时,燃点才有所升高,不过即便是天然酯体积分数达到90%,混合油样的燃点也仅为纯天然酯的68.5%,老化后油样的燃点变化程度不大,略微有点下降,但整体和老化前相似。也就是说矿物油混合比例达到10%时,混合油样的燃点就剧烈下降,然后变化趋于平缓,几乎接近矿物油的燃点。为了保证换油后的油样依然拥有良好的防火性能,建议尽可能减少变压器中原来的残留矿物油,使混合油中矿物油体积分数不要超过10%,最好控制在5%以下。
(1)老化后,混合油样的击穿电压均有一定程度减小,但整体随着天然酯含量的增加,下降幅度减小,纯天然酯的击穿电压老化前后几乎没有变化。
(2)老化前,混合油样的介质损耗因数随着天然酯含量的增加而增大。但当混合油样中天然酯体积含量超过30%时,老化油样的介质损耗因数比老化前均有所减小,且天然酯含量越高,下降幅度越大。
(3)老化前后混合油样的酸值都随着天然酯含量增加而升高,但在天然酯体积分数超过50%时,变化趋势逐渐平缓。
(4)天然酯的含水量高于矿物油,并且随着热老化有进一步升高的趋势,不过天然酯含量越高,水分对混合油样击穿电压的影响反而越小。
(5)老化前后混合油样的燃点变化不大,但是矿物油的混入对天然酯的燃点影响很大,若想保持250℃以上的高燃点,建议混合油中矿物油含量不要超过10%,最好控制在5%以下。
