Due to artificial operation and poor sealing performance during the assembly of oil-related equipment in some substation, the shed on composite insulator used in the auxiliary equipment may deform due to the contact with insulating oil. In order to further study the influence of insulating oil on the composite insulator shed and analyze the cause of its deformation, we used insulating oil to treat silicone rubber for shed, and investigated its volume change, chemical structure, hydrophobicity, mechanical properties, and electrical properties. The results show that the insulation oil increases the volume of silicone rubber, while decreases its elongation at break, tensile strength, tear strength, and hardness, which relates to the swelling of silicone rubber. According to the study, using oil dropping device and insulator to simulate the deforming process of the shed, we propose a method of recovering the deformation of the shed by heat treatment.

复合绝缘子在变电站涉油设备装配过程中可能因人为操作、密封性能不佳等原因,其伞裙会因接触绝缘油而出现变形。为进一步研究绝缘油对复合绝缘子伞裙的影响并分析其变形原因,采用绝缘油处理伞裙硅橡胶材料,分析了硅橡胶的体积变化、化学结构、憎水性、力学性能、电气性能。结果表明:绝缘油导致硅橡胶的体积变大,断裂伸长率、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、硬度减小,这与伞裙硅橡胶材料的物理溶胀有关。基于此,利用滴油装置及绝缘子模拟再现伞裙发生变形的过程,最终提出一种利用热处理恢复伞裙形变的方法。

复合绝缘子在变电站涉油设备装配过程中可能因人为操作、密封性能不佳等原因,其伞裙会因接触绝缘油而出现变形。为进一步研究绝缘油对复合绝缘子伞裙的影响并分析其变形原因,采用绝缘油处理伞裙硅橡胶材料,分析了硅橡胶的体积变化、化学结构、憎水性、力学性能、电气性能。结果表明:绝缘油导致硅橡胶的体积变大,断裂伸长率、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、硬度减小,这与伞裙硅橡胶材料的物理溶胀有关。基于此,利用滴油装置及绝缘子模拟再现伞裙发生变形的过程,最终提出一种利用热处理恢复伞裙形变的方法。

Due to artificial operation and poor sealing performance during the assembly of oil-related equipment in some substation, the shed on composite insulator used in the auxiliary equipment may deform due to the contact with insulating oil. In order to further study the influence of insulating oil on the composite insulator shed and analyze the cause of its deformation, we used insulating oil to treat silicone rubber for shed, and investigated its volume change, chemical structure, hydrophobicity, mechanical properties, and electrical properties. The results show that the insulation oil increases the volume of silicone rubber, while decreases its elongation at break, tensile strength, tear strength, and hardness, which relates to the swelling of silicone rubber. According to the study, using oil dropping device and insulator to simulate the deforming process of the shed, we propose a method of recovering the deformation of the shed by heat treatment.

复合绝缘子由于具有优异的耐污闪性能、特殊的憎水性和憎水迁移性等特点,在变电站得到了广泛的应用,其常被用作油浸式变压器、互感器、电力电缆、电容器等设备的重要绝缘组件[1-5]。涉油设备的投入使用,使得复合绝缘子伞裙与油接触的概率增加。由于部分厂家密封条质量欠佳、装配工艺设计不良、人为操作不当等因素,在设备装配过程中会发生落油、漏油等现象[6-9]。因此,绝缘油对复合绝缘子伞裙的影响也逐渐显现,其中伞裙变形就是一种在复合绝缘子伞裙与油接触时发生的常见现象,一般会导致伞裙边缘存在局部下塌上翘。复合绝缘子的作用在于提供爬距、保证憎水性进而提高耐污闪性、为内绝缘提供物理保护。当伞裙发生形变后,爬距未减少,若憎水性发生变化,则形变可能会对其耐闪络性能产生影响;若力学性能发生变化,则形变可能会降低其对外界应力的承受能力,因此有必要对油接触后的伞裙性能进行系统评估,分析伞裙变形原因并提出相应的解决方向。龚瑞等[10]对未吸油和吸油达到饱和的高温硫化硅橡胶进行电晕老化试验,研究了不同老化程度下绝缘油对硅橡胶憎水性、沿面闪络电压的影响。黄科宇等[11]研究了绝缘油对老化硅橡胶憎水迁移特性的影响。目前大部分研究主要集中在绝缘油对伞裙硅橡胶电气性能、憎水性能的影响,未考虑其他性能的变化情况,也未对问题进行过原理性分析及解决方案的探讨。本研究在系统评估性能影响的基础上,分析伞裙变形的原因,模拟伞裙变形过程并通过热处理方式解决伞裙变形问题,为变电站涉油设备的生产及运维提供参考。
利用工具刀从试验用复合绝缘子上切取若干硅橡胶伞裙,制备若干尺寸为80 mm×160 mm的长方体试样,采用绝缘油(Nytro Gemini X)对其进行浸泡处理,探究绝缘油对伞裙硅橡胶憎水性、力学性能、电学性能等的影响;取一支带护套伞裙复合绝缘子进行滴油处理与伞裙变形的模拟试验,其中复合绝缘子带伞裙部分为3组大小伞结构。
参照GB/T 1690—2010,采用电子比重计(上海菁海有限公司FA1004N型)对试样浸油后的体积变化进行分析,测重精度为0.001 g,体积测试采用排水法。
采用喷水分级法对憎水性进行评估,憎水性等级分为HC1~HC7,测试时试品与水平面呈20°~30°,每间隔1 s喷水1次,共喷水25次。
采用拉力试验机(优肯科技股份有限公司UT-2060型)进行力学性能测试,横轴速度设置为50 cm/min,荷重值为800 N。
采用西安交通大学交直流耐漏电起痕和电蚀损试验机进行耐漏电起痕性能测试,电压为4.5 kV,加压时长为6 h。
采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(赛默飞世尔科技公司Nicolet iS5型)分析伞裙表面化学基团,测试选择为反射模式,波长范围为4 000~500 cm-1,扫描次数为32次,分辨率为4 cm-1
在实验室环境下,将试样在常温和100℃的绝缘油中浸泡24 h,称量浸泡前后试样在空气中的质量m1m2和试样在蒸馏水中的质量m3m4,根据式(1)计算体积变化率,结果如图1所示。

图1可以看出,在常温和100℃条件下浸油处理的伞裙试样体积均发生变化,浸泡后的材料整体变软。在非极性绝缘油中,硅橡胶会发生溶胀反应,试样体积变大,在常温下,试样的体积变化率为26.66%,在100℃时达到了45.00%;当温度升高时,硅橡胶溶胀程度增大,体积变化相对更加明显,这是由于材料分子链柔软性和伸展度随着温度的升高而增加,使得相同极性的绝缘油更易进入,因而体积变化率更大。
为了评估绝缘油对硅橡胶材料化学结构的影响,取绝缘油常温浸泡120 h后的硅橡胶试片进行显微红外测试,结果如图2所示。从图2可以看出,经过长期浸油处理,硅橡胶材料的化学基团未发生变化。说明绝缘油未改变硅橡胶的化学结构,仅影响其物理结构,这也与“溶胀是一个物理现象”的结论相一致,故浸油后发生变化最明显的仅是硅橡胶的体积和力学性能。
硅橡胶表面的憎水性是外绝缘材料的关键特性之一。对伞裙试样用油在常温下浸泡120 h,对照DL/T 376—2010憎水等级标准,油浸处理前后伞裙表面憎水等级均为HC1~HC2,未发生变化如图3所示,说明Nytro Gemini X绝缘油对硅橡胶的憎水性无影响。硅橡胶与该绝缘油极性相同,依据相似相溶原理,因此浸油未影响伞裙表面的憎水性,可以判断浸油后伞裙依然能够较好发挥耐污闪的作用。
利用磨片机和裁片机将油浸泡120 h后的伞裙样品制成哑铃型的标准试样,根据橡胶物理试验方法中试样制备和调节通用程序,在实验室环境下将试样静置一定时间后进行硬度、断裂伸长率、拉伸强度、撕裂强度的综合力学性能测试并对比处理前后的性能变化,结果如表1所示。从表1可以看出,绝缘油对硅橡胶伞裙的力学性能存在一定的影响,油处理导致硬度、断裂伸长率、拉伸强度变化相对明显。这是因为绝缘油使得硅橡胶内部分子扩散,使硫化后伞裙的交联网状结构发生变化,相应地,伞裙的质地变软,强度、硬度等下降。在实际生产过程中,伞裙与油接触本身属于油的不均匀作用过程,不同位置的硬度、强度等的变化也不均匀。
硅橡胶伞裙作为复合绝缘子的外绝缘部分,电气性能始终是保证整个绝缘子安全运行的关键,依据GB/T 6553—2014,对处理120 h后的伞裙进行交流电压下的耐电痕化性能测试,结果如图4所示。完成耐电痕化试验后的试样电蚀深度分别为0.62、0.88、0.57、0.60、0.64 mm,老化深度较浅,对材料的电气性能影响较小。
取一支带有一定数量伞裙的复合绝缘子,利用工具刀将上端伞裙切除,保留下端护套伞裙,通过简易的带孔套袋和缓冲结构实现不同方位的滴油过程,结构示意图如图5所示。
为了保证较长时间的稳定滴油过程,采用三级缓冲滴液装置模拟滴油与漏油过程,根据5 min内所滴油滴的量计算出平均每个油滴的质量,分3个时间段对油滴流速进行记录,量化得到滴油速率为0.558 g/min。对滴油处理12、48、96 h后的伞裙变形情况进行相应记录,滴油处理过程如图6所示。
图6可以看出,经过12 h滴油处理,伞裙形状未发生明显改变,而在48 h和96 h后则出现了明显变形,且随着时间的增加,变形程度逐渐增加。
因为硅橡胶主链的链型分子呈螺旋状结构,使硅氧键的极性相互抵消而呈现非极性,而变压器油也呈现非极性,所以硅橡胶具有一定的亲油性。当硅胶伞裙与油介质接触后,发生溶胀现象,宏观上使伞裙的强度、硬度等力学性能下降,质地变软。对于交联聚合物来讲,溶胀只能进行到一定程度。在实际运行过程中,油接触对伞裙表面的影响不均匀,溶胀效应导致伞裙不同位置质量和体积变化不均,从而导致伞裙发生变形。
前文研究结果表明,绝缘油对硅橡胶的力学性能影响较大,如何保证后期伞裙运行过程中的力学性能尤为关键。切取伞裙变形模拟试验中处理96 h后的复合绝缘子伞裙形变部位,放入100℃的热烘箱中处理12 h、30 h并记录不同时间后的形变恢复情况,如图7所示。从图7可以看出,随着热处理时间增加,伞裙形变程度逐渐变小,到30 h时,其变形基本消失,说明热处理能有效改善绝缘油引起的伞裙变形情况。
虽然硅橡胶具有优异的耐高温性能,但评估热处理后伞裙的力学性能依然十分必要,为了避免油滴处理对伞裙性能测试所带来的误差,对伞裙进行油浸泡处理。将浸泡后的伞裙在100℃的烘箱中热处理30 h,利用磨片机和裁片机将硅橡胶伞裙制成标准样片,进行硬度、撕裂强度、拉伸强度及断裂伸长率测试,结果如表2所示。从表2可以看出,热处理对伞裙力学性能的恢复效果明显,同时,拉伸强度较初始值提升,这与硅橡胶材料二段硫化原理相似,说明热处理不仅能有效改善伞裙形变问题,还能提高伞裙护套的拉伸强度。
热处理为复合绝缘子伞裙油变形问题的解决提供了技术方向,具有一定的现实指导意义。具体体现在,对于大面积严重变形,可尝试将绝缘子卸下进行整体热烘脱油或者进行相应的加热工装开发和现场解决;对于小面积轻微形变,在保证伞裙表面温度接近100℃的条件下,可尝试通过热风枪等工具直接对变形位置进行现场复原,但需要注意的是,处理变形时的温度和时间必须严格控制,以免对产品造成不必要的损伤。
(1)绝缘油对复合套管外绝缘伞裙性能有一定的影响,其中硬度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度、拉伸强度等力学性能特征均存在一定的下降,而硬度和拉伸强度变化相对明显。
(2)溶胀过程的发生使得伞裙试样的体积增加,不均匀油滴过程使得不同部位溶胀程度、体积及性能变化不均,导致伞裙变形。
(3)通过热处理,伞裙变形得到恢复,同时其综合力学性能有所提升,热处理为油变形问题的解决提供了技术方向与思路,对设备的生产及运维具有一定的指导意义。
