In order to guide the application of composite insulation cross-arm in distribution networks, we carried out 42 h boiling (0.1%NaCl) tests on the sealed and unsealed composite insulation cross-arm according to the requirements of standard GB/T 20142—2006, and studied the influence of high temperature water environment on the performance of the insulation cross-arms treated by the two methods. The water absorption, specified bending load, tensile strength, bending strength, dry power frequency voltage, dry lightning impulse voltage, and breakdown strength of the insulation cross-arms were tested before and after boiling. Meanwhile, the microscopic morphology of the fracture was analyzed by SEM. The result shows that under high temperature water environment, the performance of the sealed cross-arm is better than that of the unsealed one. The specified bending load of all the samples is above 6.5 kN, the lightning impulse withstand voltage is greater than 350 kV, and the tensile and bending strengths is greater than 680 MPa and 1 000 MPa, respectively. The samples show good mechanical and electrical properties.

为更好地指导配网用复合材料绝缘横担应用,依据GB/T 20142—2006要求对密封处理及未密封处理的两类复合材料绝缘横担进行了42 h水煮(0.1% NaCl)试验,研究高温水环境对两种处理方式绝缘横担性能的影响。对水煮前后吸水率、额定弯曲负荷、拉伸强度、弯曲强度、干工频电压、干雷电冲击电压及电气强度等性能进行对比测试,同时采用SEM进行断口微观形貌分析。结果表明:在高温水环境下,密封处理绝缘横担性能优于未密封处理绝缘横担,但两种处理方式的绝缘横担额定弯曲负荷均大于6.5 kN,雷电冲击耐受电压均大于350 kV,拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别大于680 MPa和1 000 MPa,表现出良好的力学及电气性能。

为更好地指导配网用复合材料绝缘横担应用,依据GB/T 20142—2006要求对密封处理及未密封处理的两类复合材料绝缘横担进行了42 h水煮(0.1% NaCl)试验,研究高温水环境对两种处理方式绝缘横担性能的影响。对水煮前后吸水率、额定弯曲负荷、拉伸强度、弯曲强度、干工频电压、干雷电冲击电压及电气强度等性能进行对比测试,同时采用SEM进行断口微观形貌分析。结果表明:在高温水环境下,密封处理绝缘横担性能优于未密封处理绝缘横担,但两种处理方式的绝缘横担额定弯曲负荷均大于6.5 kN,雷电冲击耐受电压均大于350 kV,拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别大于680 MPa和1 000 MPa,表现出良好的力学及电气性能。

In order to guide the application of composite insulation cross-arm in distribution networks, we carried out 42 h boiling (0.1%NaCl) tests on the sealed and unsealed composite insulation cross-arm according to the requirements of standard GB/T 20142—2006, and studied the influence of high temperature water environment on the performance of the insulation cross-arms treated by the two methods. The water absorption, specified bending load, tensile strength, bending strength, dry power frequency voltage, dry lightning impulse voltage, and breakdown strength of the insulation cross-arms were tested before and after boiling. Meanwhile, the microscopic morphology of the fracture was analyzed by SEM. The result shows that under high temperature water environment, the performance of the sealed cross-arm is better than that of the unsealed one. The specified bending load of all the samples is above 6.5 kN, the lightning impulse withstand voltage is greater than 350 kV, and the tensile and bending strengths is greater than 680 MPa and 1 000 MPa, respectively. The samples show good mechanical and electrical properties.

配网线路运行的安全可靠性日益受到重视,目前,配电网架空线路中使用的横担均为金属材质的角钢横担,结构形式为“角钢横担+边相绝缘子”,其绝缘水平较低、耐腐蚀性能较差[1],在多雷区极易遭受雷击,特别是感应雷引起线路跳闸及导线熔断,雷击问题日益突出,极大影响配网线路供电可靠性和终端用户用电稳定性[2-6]。复合材料绝缘横担具有质量轻、强度高、绝缘性好等特点,近年来逐渐取代传统角钢横担应用于配网输电线路的架设中,特别是多雷区、大荷载及重腐蚀等区域线路,该横担可有效提升配网线路的绝缘水平,减少线路运维。王建中等[7]对复合材料横担进行了相关应用介绍;潘建伟等[8]对复合材料横担进行了相关基础试验研究;柯锐等[9]对复合材料绝缘横担从耐久性方面进行了自然老化和加速老化方面研究;付慧等[10]对复合材料绝缘横担从应用上进行了电气性能和材料性能研究。但基于复合材料绝缘横担本体基础性、深入性研究以论证相关因素对复合材料绝缘横担电气及力学性能影响的研究较少。
本文以相关标准规范为指引,从复合材料绝缘横担本体着手,研究高温高湿环境对其性能的影响,评估应用上的关键技术特性和长期运行可靠性,为复合材料绝缘横担深入发展与应用提供技术基础。
以E-玻璃纤维、0/90度复合毡、环氧树脂作为增强材料及基体材料,采用横向补强技术,通过10T拉挤设备制备规格为80 mm×80 mm×7 mm的复合绝缘横担,横担为空心薄壁结构,呈方管型,外部涂覆防老化涂层,内部填充聚氨酯硬质闭孔泡沫(密度为150 kg/m3),如图1所示。复合材料绝缘横担的密封处理采用耐高温、耐水密封材料,对横担外表面的端部及安装孔处进行涂覆密封。未水煮、密封处理后进行水煮、未经密封处理进行水煮试样分别标记为1#、2#、3#
将密封及未密封处理的复合材料绝缘横担试品各3支,浸入质量分数为0.1%的NaCl沸水中,试验浸泡时间为42 h。加盐使溶液电导率在20~25℃时达到(1650±50)µS/cm。
按照GB/T 1462—2005对复合材料绝缘横担进行整根吸水率测试。
按照GB/T 20142—2006,将整支复合材料绝缘横担置于距离地面1 200 mm的位置,绝缘子垂直安装于距离抱箍安装孔处700 mm的位置,钢管杆身接地,并于10 kV针式绝缘子顶部引入高压进行耐受及闪络试验,观察闪络放电路径。试验布置图如图2所示。
按照1.3.2 干雷电冲击耐受电压试验布置形式,从10 kV针式绝缘子顶部引入工频电压进行工频耐受电压试验。
与金属材料不同,复合材料为各向异性材料[11],因此按照DL/T 1580—2016,从水煮前后横担上截取一定尺寸的板材,对复合绝缘横担沿壁厚方向、主轴方向进行交流击穿试验。
按照GB/T 20142—2006,将整支复合材料绝缘横担通过中间安装孔固定在试验底座上,额定弯曲负荷按规定方向施加在复合材料绝缘横担单边的边相绝缘子安装孔处,并与复合材料绝缘横担轴线垂直进行试验。试验由5 T电动葫芦施加荷载,10 T力传感器进行荷载采集,位移计进行位移采集。加载示意图如图3所示。
按照GB/T 1447—2005、GB/T 1449—2005,从水煮前后的复合材料绝缘横担上截取一定尺寸的板材,通过雕刻机加工成标准尺寸进行拉伸强度、弯曲强度试验。测试在电子万能试验机(美特斯公司,CMT-5105型)上进行,加载速度为2 mm/min。
切口经过喷金处理后,用扫描电子显微镜(日本电子株式会社,JSM-IT300型)对水煮前后复合材料绝缘横担的切口断面微观形貌进行表征。
密封与未密封处理的两类复合材料绝缘横担试样42 h水煮试验后吸水率如表1所示。
表1可以看出,密封处理横担吸水率低于未密封横担,进行密封处理后吸水率降低了71%,仅为0.23%。水煮试验后对样品进行观测,发现密封样品表观完好,无肉眼可见开裂、剥离等现象,未密封样品端部封盖有轻微剥离间隙。未密封样品端部封盖剥离,可能是水分从端部封盖间隙渗入,在高温条件下造成横担内部局部填充泡沫发生溶胀所致,也造成吸水率升高。
3组横担试样闪络放电路径如图4所示,试验结果如表2所示。
复合材料绝缘横担因具有良好的绝缘特性,可有效提升配网线路耐雷击断线水平。相关资料表明[12-14],线路因发生雷击和绝缘子击穿的事故量占事故总量的74.9%,雷击断线率为96.8%。因此评价复合材料绝缘横担雷电冲击耐受电压水平具有重要意义。从表2可以看出,3组横担的实测耐受电压值基本接近,均达到400 kV左右,闪络电压值达到420 kV以上,超过了国家电网公司配电网工程《10 kV架空线路绝缘横担典型布置方案(试行)》中“雷电冲击耐受电压≥350 kV”的技术要求[15]。但从表2还可以看出,3组横担的闪络路径存在不同,1#、2#试样的闪络路径均为高压端→抱箍地线,3#试样闪络路径均为高压端→复合材料绝缘横担→抱箍地线,闪络路径的不同可能是因为3#试样为未密封水煮试样,水煮过程中横担进入了一定量的水分后改变了电场分布从而影响放电路径。
由于设备容量限制,本次干工频耐受电压施加的试验电压值为250 kV,试验结果见表3。从表3可以看出,在施加的电压值下,3组横担均为耐受表现,未见异常,实际耐受电压水平均大于250 kV。
电介质电气强度是评判绝缘材料绝缘特性优劣的重要指标,决定了可应用于绝缘系统的最大电场应力[16],试验结果见表4。从表4可以看出,1#试样在两个方向上的电气强度分别达到89.25 kV/cm和61.47 kV/cm,表现出较高的绝缘水平;跟1#相比,2#试样的电气强度分别下降了27.2%和19.9%,3#试样的电气强度分别下降了48.8%和46.3%。3#试样因未经密封处理进行水煮,造成性能下降幅度较大,相比2#试样两个方向上的电气强度分别降低了29.6%和33.0%,但根据DL/T 1580—2016《交、直流棒形悬式复合绝缘子用芯棒技术规范》中“交流电气强度≥30 kV/cm”的要求,其性能仍满足规范。
横担作为架空线路支撑件,额定弯曲负荷的大小反映复合材料绝缘横担在架空线路中对导线的承载能力,是复合材料绝缘横担应用在配网线路中的重要指标之一。对未水煮(1#)、密封处理后水煮(2#)及未经密封处理进行水煮(3#)的3组复合材料绝缘横担进行了测试,试验结果见表5
由于横担样品要进行后续材料力学性能评估,试验在弹性荷载范围内进行对比测试,荷载取8 kN。从表5测试结果可以看出,3组横担在8 kN荷载下均未出现异常,额定弯曲负荷均大于6.5 kN,挠度值均小于6.8 mm。同时,试样1#、2#、3#端部形变量与横担长度比值分别为0.85%、0.87%、0.82%。满足国家电网公司配电网工程《10 kV架空线路绝缘横担典型布置方案(试行)》中“额定弯曲负荷≥4.5 kN,端部形变量与横担长度比值≤1%”的要求[17]
3组试样力学性能试验结果如表6所示。从表6可以看出,水煮处理后的复合材料绝缘横担力学性能仍然表现优异,拉伸强度大于680 MPa,弯曲强度大于1 000 MPa。其中2#试样拉伸、弯曲强度略高于1#和3#试样,这是因为2#试样为密封处理后水煮,进入复合材料内部的水分为微量级别,微量水分的渗入虽然使复合材料内部产生渗透压,发生溶胀、水解作用,纤维和基体结合键的能量降低,材料界面强度下降导致力学性能下降[18],但是水煮处理中的高温环境会使复合材料中的树脂基体发生后固化反应,而且这种反应对材料性能的影响在处理过程中起到了主导作用,从而促使材料力学性能得到提高。迟倩萍等[19]也指出后固化作用会提升纤维与树脂的粘结性能,改善界面,使材料力学性能增强。
图5为3组复合材料绝缘横担试样切口断面SEM照片。从图5可以看出,3组试样都存在部分碎块,这是制样切割过程中产生的冲击引起树脂基体局部开裂、破碎所致。从图5(b)图5(c)可以看出,在树脂和纤维界面结合程度上,密封水煮复合材料绝缘横担试样中纤维周边的树脂富集程度较高,产生了一定程度的界面脱粘,但优于未密封水煮复合材料绝缘横担试样。这是由于在热的作用下,水分的进入使树脂基体溶胀塑化致使纤维和树脂界面产生了比较大的剪应力,降低纤维和树脂界面的粘接程度[20-21],造成了部分界面发生脱粘。
(1)复合材料绝缘横担在高温水环境下,未经密封水煮试样的额定弯曲负荷、雷电冲击耐受电压及干工频耐受电压测试值与密封水煮试样测试值基本相同,额定弯曲负荷大于8 kN,雷电冲击耐受电压分别为415.3 kV和398.6 kV,干工频耐受电压大于250 kV。
(2)从试验数据及现象可知,未经密封处理进行水煮试样和密封处理后进行水煮试样在吸水率、雷电冲击闪络路径及工频击穿电压等相关性能上存在差异。未密封水煮试样的整体性能低于密封水煮试样,特别在工频电气强度上,未密封水煮试样在壁厚方向和主轴方向的电气强度分别为45.70 kV/cm和32.98 kV/cm,相对于密封水煮试样降低了29.6%和33.0%。
(3)高温及水分的渗入会对复合材料绝缘横担的电气性能造成一定程度的下降,对其界面也会产生一定的削弱作用,但力学性能仍保持高强特性,影响较小。
(4)密封及未密封处理复合材料绝缘横担在性能上均满足标准及使用要求,复合材料绝缘横担密封处理后性能优于未密封处理,但考虑到户外环境的复杂多变性,特别是对电气性能的影响,复合材料绝缘横担建议进行密封处理。
