The electric field strength and potential distribution of insulator strings with different locations, numbers and deterioration degrees of insulators were studied by finite element method. The results show that the deteriorated insulators at high and low voltage terminals has the greatest effect on the axial electric field of the insulator string, which significantly increases the peak amplitude of electric field at the deterioration location. Compared with the insulator string with a heavily deteriorated insulator, the electric field peak near the second insulator is greatly affected by the presence of two (first and second) deteriorated insulators. When the number and location of insulator degradation are the same, the effect of slightly deteriorated insulator on the axial electric field strength of insulator string is the same as that of zero value insulator, but the influence degree increases with the increase of degradation degree.

利用有限元方法研究了包含不同位置、数量与劣化程度劣化绝缘子的绝缘子串电场强度和电位分布。结果表明:高、低压端绝缘子劣化对绝缘子串轴向电场影响最大,会明显增加劣化位置的电场峰值幅值。与含单片劣化绝缘子的绝缘子串相比,当存在双片(第1和2片)重度劣化绝缘子时,对于第2片绝缘子附近的电场峰值影响较大。当绝缘子劣化位置与数量相同时,轻度劣化绝缘子相对于零值绝缘子对绝缘子串轴向电场强度的影响趋势相同,但是影响程度随劣化程度的增加而增加。

利用有限元方法研究了包含不同位置、数量与劣化程度劣化绝缘子的绝缘子串电场强度和电位分布。结果表明:高、低压端绝缘子劣化对绝缘子串轴向电场影响最大,会明显增加劣化位置的电场峰值幅值。与含单片劣化绝缘子的绝缘子串相比,当存在双片(第1和2片)重度劣化绝缘子时,对于第2片绝缘子附近的电场峰值影响较大。当绝缘子劣化位置与数量相同时,轻度劣化绝缘子相对于零值绝缘子对绝缘子串轴向电场强度的影响趋势相同,但是影响程度随劣化程度的增加而增加。

The electric field strength and potential distribution of insulator strings with different locations, numbers and deterioration degrees of insulators were studied by finite element method. The results show that the deteriorated insulators at high and low voltage terminals has the greatest effect on the axial electric field of the insulator string, which significantly increases the peak amplitude of electric field at the deterioration location. Compared with the insulator string with a heavily deteriorated insulator, the electric field peak near the second insulator is greatly affected by the presence of two (first and second) deteriorated insulators. When the number and location of insulator degradation are the same, the effect of slightly deteriorated insulator on the axial electric field strength of insulator string is the same as that of zero value insulator, but the influence degree increases with the increase of degradation degree.

绝缘子串在输电线路中起着不可替代的作用,对高压电网的正常运行至关重要[1-4],因此其绝缘性能和力学性能越来越受到人们的关注。绝缘子串中如果有绝缘子劣化会导致其性能下降,若不及时加以更换,可能会给电网带来严重故障[5-8]。因此准确、及时地识别串间绝缘子的劣化特性具有重要意义。
国内外目前探索出了紫外成像法、红外成像法、超声波检测法、泄漏电流检测法、电场测量法等检测劣化绝缘子的方法[9-10]。但各种方法均存在其局限性,例如张晓春等[11]基于红外成像技术检测劣化绝缘子,但受到污秽影响,容易出现误判。夏强峰[6]研究指出,泄漏电流检测法灵敏度受劣化绝缘子阻值、环境温度、湿度的影响。对于超声波检测法而言,超声波本身存在耦合和衰减,最终都会导致误判等情况。
近年来电场测量法得到很多的应用,例如文献[12-14]对劣化绝缘子的电场分布进行了研究,并得到相似的结论,劣化绝缘子对空间轴向电场分量影响最大;测量距离越远,其空间轴向电场的变化率越小。直接分析绝缘子串空间轴向电场的变化能够判断出劣化绝缘子及其位置。
基于以上分析,本文考虑到绝缘子的不同位置、数量与劣化程度等因素,研究劣化绝缘子对绝缘子串电场强度和电位分布的影响,以期为非接触检测劣化绝缘子提供参考。
在电场中,对于清洁绝缘子串,塔中传导电流远大于位移电流,而在传输线中则相反,因此采用静电场进行模拟较为合适。然而,对于劣化绝缘子,沿绝缘子表面的电场和电位分布受位移电流的影响较大。在此假设下,采用准静电场进行模拟。
根据静电场原理,带电线路中含劣化绝缘子的绝缘子串整体电位分布满足泊松方程,如式(1)所示。当场中无自由移动的空间电荷时,静电场中任意一点的电荷密度ρ为零,拉普拉斯方程成立,如式(2)所示。

式(1)~(2)中:ε为介质的介电常数;φ为电位;∇2为拉普拉斯算子。
求解带电线路中机械器具与输电线路的整体电场分布时,其变分问题,与计算域单元顶点e的电势表达式分别为式(3)式(4)所示。

式(6)中:[K]为刚度矩阵;[φ]为电势矩阵。通过求解器的迭代计算,最终可以求得带电线路中含劣化绝缘子的绝缘子串的整体电场分布。
本文仿真计算中,综合考虑了以下工况:单片劣化绝缘子不同位置对轴向电场分布的影响;双片劣化绝缘子不同位置对轴向电场分布的影响;轻度劣化绝缘子对轴向电场分布的影响。空气、金具、瓷3种介质的相对介电常数分别设置为1.0、1.0×1010、6.0。文献[15]指出,可以通过单独设置介电常数和电导率值的方法构造出不同的低值劣化绝缘子,通常电流场模块可以设置绝缘子的电导率值,静电场则通过设置相对介电常数来构造。本研究通过改变绝缘子的相对介电常数模拟严重劣化(零值)和轻度劣化绝缘子。劣化绝缘子的相对介电常数值参考现场取样测量结果,参考1片298 MΩ的绝缘子相对介电常数,取20;对于严重劣化,考虑钢帽和钢脚处水泥存在贯穿损伤,取1 000。因此轻度劣化的介电常数设置为20,严重劣化的相对介电常数设置为1 000。交流输电线路含劣化绝缘子的绝缘子串电场计算模型网格分化结果如图1所示;采用二维轴对称模型等效计算三维电场分布,可以在同等计算精度的基础上,大幅减少计算量。
现有研究结果表明,劣化绝缘子对空间轴向电场分量影响最大,因此本文主要研究紧邻绝缘子伞裙处的纵向电场分布,和距离伞裙周围6.5 cm范围的电场分布。
首先根据第1节的方法,计算得到正常绝缘子串的轴向电势和电场分布,如图2所示。对于瓷绝缘子串,根据情况对绝缘子串下端钢脚加载高电势 Um=110×1.1×2/3=98.796 kV。从图2(a)可以看出,完好绝缘子串电势分布相对均匀,自高压端向低压端逐渐降低。
图2(b)可以看出,轴向电场整体呈现U形分布,高、低压端电场较大,例如,绝缘子伞裙处电场最高可达239 kV/m,中间位置电场较小,平均仅为20 kV/m。绝缘子伞裙周围电场最高可达70 kV/m,中间位置电场较小,平均仅为30 kV/m。此外,根据正常绝缘子串的轴向电场分布三维图可知,其电场较大位置出现在钢帽、钢脚与瓷质伞裙交界处,并且在第1片和第7片位置电场最大。
根据第1节的方法,计算存在单片劣化绝缘子的绝缘子串轴向电场分布,计算结果如图3所示。
对比图2(b)图3(a)可知,当单片劣化绝缘子位置为第1片时,对于绝缘子伞裙处,第7片绝缘子位置电场强度相比于无劣化绝缘子的电场强度略有升高,从239 kV/m增加至272 kV/m,仅增加了13.8%;第1片绝缘子位置电场强度相比于无劣化绝缘子的电场强度明显升高,从231 kV/m增加至382 kV/m,增加了65.4%;此外,高压端附近的电场增加均较为明显,例如第2片绝缘子伞裙处电场从127 kV/m增加至168 kV/m。对于绝缘子伞裙周围,相较于绝缘子伞裙处,其高、低压端电场亦呈增加趋势,但增加趋势相对较小,例如,第7片绝缘子位置电场强度相比于无劣化绝缘子的电场强度从70 kV/m增加至80 kV/m,仅增加了14.3%。
图3(b)可知,当单片劣化绝缘子位置为第3片时,对于绝缘子伞裙周围电场,其变化相比第1片劣化时较小,整体趋势没有较大波动;但对于绝缘子伞裙处电场,第3片劣化时,会导致第4片附近电场峰值增加(从47 kV/m增加至65 kV/m),但同时也会导致第3和2片附近电场峰值降低。
图3(c)可知,当单片劣化绝缘子位置为第7片时,电场增加最为明显,第7片绝缘子位置电场强度相比于无劣化绝缘子的电场强度明显升高(从239 kV/m增加至680 kV/m),增加了184.5%;第1片绝缘子位置电场强度相比于无劣化绝缘子的电场强度亦升高(从231 kV/m增加至363 kV/m),增加了57.1%。
根据第1节的方法,计算存在双片(第1、2片)劣化绝缘子的绝缘子串轴向电场分布,计算结果如图4所示。
图4(a)可以看出,与含单片劣化绝缘子的绝缘子串相比,当存在双片(第1、2片)劣化绝缘子时,对于第2片绝缘子附近的电场峰值影响较大,第2片绝缘子位置电场强度明显升高,从168 kV/m增加至280 kV/m,增加了66.7%。第1片绝缘子附近的电场峰值略有降低,从382 kV/m降低至255 kV/m。第3、4片绝缘子附近的电场峰值均有所增加,而第5、6片电场变化不明显。
图4(b)可以看出,对于双片(第1、4片)劣化时,与单片(第1片)劣化时电场分布相差不大,因此可以得出结论,不管对于双片和还是单片劣化,都是高、低压端的劣化会更大程度地改变电场强度,而绝缘子串中部的劣化对电场影响较小。
计算得到含单片轻度劣化绝缘子的绝缘子串轴向电场分布,结果如图5所示。
图5可以看出,当第7片绝缘子完好(图2(c)~(d))、轻度劣化(图5(a))和零值(图3(e)~(f))时,第1片绝缘子位置附近的电场峰值分别为231、299、363 kV/m;第7片绝缘子位置附近的电场峰值分别为239、445、680 kV/m。相较于重度劣化(图4(a)),第1、2片绝缘子轻度劣化对第2片绝缘子附近电场的影响不明显。
由此可得出,当绝缘子劣化位置与数量相同时,轻度劣化绝缘子相对于零值绝缘子对绝缘子串轴向电场强度的影响趋势相同,但是影响程度随劣化程度的增加而增加。
通过单片不同劣化绝缘子位置的电场分布计算可知,高低压端绝缘子劣化对绝缘子串轴向电场的影响最大,会明显增加劣化位置的电场峰值幅值,例如第1片绝缘子劣化,会使得第1片绝缘子附近电场峰值增加65.4%。
与含单片劣化绝缘子的绝缘子串相比,当存在双片(第1、2片)劣化绝缘子时,最为显著的特点是:对于第2片绝缘子附近的电场峰值影响较大,第2片绝缘子位置电场强度明显升高(从168 kV/m增加至280 kV/m),增加了66.7%。
当绝缘子劣化位置与数量相同时,轻度劣化绝缘子相对于零值绝缘子对绝缘子串轴向电场强度的影响趋势相同,但是影响程度随劣化程度的增加而增加。
因此,在进行电场检测定位劣化绝缘子时,首先应建立不同劣化绝缘子串轴向上电场分布的案例库;在现场工程实践中,应测得目标绝缘子串整个轴线上的电场分布,而不能单纯通过测量具体点位置的电场分布,通过轴线电场分布与案例库曲线相关度,进而确定劣化绝缘子的位置,这样可以降低单点测试的误差。
此外,紧邻伞裙位置的电场相比伞裙周围电场所受影响大,因此建议进行电场检测定位劣化绝缘子时,要尽可能靠近绝缘子伞裙。
(1)高、低压端绝缘子劣化对绝缘子串轴向电场影响最大,会明显增加劣化位置的电场峰值。
(2)与含单片劣化绝缘子的绝缘子串相比,当存在双片(第1和2片)劣化绝缘子时,最为显著的特点是:对于第2片绝缘子附近的电场峰值影响较大。
(3)当绝缘子劣化位置与数量相同时,轻度劣化绝缘子相对于零值绝缘子对绝缘子串轴向电场强度的影响趋势相同,但是影响程度随劣化程度的增加而增加。
(4)紧邻伞裙位置的电场相比伞裙周围电场所受影响大,因此建议进行电场检测定位劣化绝缘子时,要尽可能靠近绝缘子伞裙。
