On the basis of radiation spectral characteristics of insulation abnormal discharges, a dual-spectral discharge detection method was proposed. The differences of spectral distribution characteristics under corona discharge, spark discharge, and arc discharge were obtained through experiments, and a dual-spectral sensor based on solid avalanche array was developed. The evolutional relationship between the dual-spectral characteristics and discharge energy was studied using this sensor, and then the discharge hazard quantification criteria based on dual-spectral intensity ratio was summarized. The results show that the light radiation under three kinds of discharge modes has a certain polarity effect. There is a strong correlation between the dual-spectral intensity ratio and the discharge intensity, and there is almost no intersection for the variation range of dual-spectral ratio of low-energy discharge and high-energy discharge, which can be used as an effective criterion to judge partial discharge or arc discharge, and provide a new approach for the optical monitoring and diagnosis of abnormal discharges in equipment.

基于绝缘异常放电的辐射光谱特征提出一种双光谱放电检测方法。通过实验获得电晕放电、火花放电和电弧放电模式下的光谱分布特征差异,据此研制出基于固态雪崩面阵的双光谱传感器,并应用该传感器对双光谱特征与放电能量的演化关系进行研究,然后总结基于双光谱强度占比的放电危险性量化判据。结果表明:3种放电模式下光辐射存在一定的极性效应,双光谱强度比率与放电强度之间呈现强相关性,且低能放电和高能放电的双光谱占比变化范围几乎不存在交集,这可以作为判断局部放电或电弧放电的有效判据,为设备异常放电的光学监测与诊断提供思路。

基于绝缘异常放电的辐射光谱特征提出一种双光谱放电检测方法。通过实验获得电晕放电、火花放电和电弧放电模式下的光谱分布特征差异,据此研制出基于固态雪崩面阵的双光谱传感器,并应用该传感器对双光谱特征与放电能量的演化关系进行研究,然后总结基于双光谱强度占比的放电危险性量化判据。结果表明:3种放电模式下光辐射存在一定的极性效应,双光谱强度比率与放电强度之间呈现强相关性,且低能放电和高能放电的双光谱占比变化范围几乎不存在交集,这可以作为判断局部放电或电弧放电的有效判据,为设备异常放电的光学监测与诊断提供思路。

On the basis of radiation spectral characteristics of insulation abnormal discharges, a dual-spectral discharge detection method was proposed. The differences of spectral distribution characteristics under corona discharge, spark discharge, and arc discharge were obtained through experiments, and a dual-spectral sensor based on solid avalanche array was developed. The evolutional relationship between the dual-spectral characteristics and discharge energy was studied using this sensor, and then the discharge hazard quantification criteria based on dual-spectral intensity ratio was summarized. The results show that the light radiation under three kinds of discharge modes has a certain polarity effect. There is a strong correlation between the dual-spectral intensity ratio and the discharge intensity, and there is almost no intersection for the variation range of dual-spectral ratio of low-energy discharge and high-energy discharge, which can be used as an effective criterion to judge partial discharge or arc discharge, and provide a new approach for the optical monitoring and diagnosis of abnormal discharges in equipment.

异常放电是开关设备绝缘故障的重要诱因,同时也是绝缘失效的前兆,其中因绝缘子界面所引发的局部放电或间歇性爬电是危害性较高的放电故障。目前对开关设备绝缘放电的检测/监测主要依靠地电波法[1]、超声法[2]和特高频法[3],但近年来的运维经验表明,上述方法虽然能够灵活地应用于带电巡检,但是会受现场不确定性电磁或声波干扰,难以判断检测结果的有效性,并且绝大多数检测结果难以对放电的严重程度给出明确估计[4]。近年来,由于光学检测具有较好的抗干扰性,在GIS、金属封闭开关柜的弧光监测中也得到了应用,并利用较高的光通量整定值和母线电流整定值共同实现继电保护[5-6],然而该方法仅对能量较大的电弧光做出响应,而无法探测相对较弱的局部放电或绝缘爬电。
研究表明,放电不但伴随着快速的电荷增加和转移过程,还伴随着光辐射,其中光辐射所携带的光谱特征在放电诊断中具有较好的本征性[7],能够反映放电发展模式和放电能量的高低,并且光学耦合不受空间中电磁和声波的干扰,具有较高的置信度,而封闭式开关设备内部的低光噪环境也为光学放电监测提供了有利条件。因此,利用光辐射特征和光谱特征对放电进行有效监测,具有准确性高、置信度高的优点。然而,绝缘放电引起的光辐射强度动态范围大(10-3~103 lux)、光发射持续时间短(ps~ns),对光电传感器的要求较高,不但要同时具备高量子效率、宽光谱响应以及高响应速度等特性,还要满足体积小、寿命长、成本低等工业应用需求。传统光敏二极管(PD)、雪崩二极管(APD)和外场效应管(PMT)均难以满足上述要求,例如光敏二极管的等效噪声功率(NEP)较高,难以响应单光子级别的放电光辐射;雪崩二极管的量子效率和光电增益较高,但光电流饱和值较低,一般用作快速光电开关门器件,无法满足放电检测所需的动态响应范围;外场效应光电倍增管的量子效率、光电增益和动态范围都能够满足放电微光探测,但其驱动电压高、尺寸大、寿命短,大多用于实验室科学研究,而无法用于实际设备[8-9]。虽然紫外荧光光纤法[10-11]也被用于放电检测,但其仅能耦合紫外波段光辐射,难以对宽光谱范围内的辐射强度进行准确估计。随着半导体集成技术的发展,上千个APD能够集成于微型面阵中[12],从而实现高光子密度(~103/mm2)、高量子效率(>40%)、高增益(>106)、高响应速度(~10 ps)及高抗磁特性[13]
本研究首先通过光电联合实验获得电晕放电、火花放电及电弧放电模式下的累积光谱分布特征,确定能够区分上述放电类型的光谱检测范围;依据光谱特征,研制具有双目光谱通道的微型雪崩面阵传感器,并对不同类型气体间隙放电(尖端电晕、间歇性火花放电和电弧放电)的双光谱脉冲统计特性和光谱比例的阶段性特征进行实验分析,然后在此基础上总结低能放电(电晕放电、火花放电)或高能危险放电(电弧放电)的双光谱评估判据,探索开关设备异常放电光学监测及光谱诊断的可行性,为开关绝缘状态评估和预警提供新思路。
(1)统计光谱测量
由于气体放电涉及激发/退激、光电离和复合反应等复杂的光辐射和光吸收概率过程,表现出较强的随机性和非稳态特性,因此选择在毫秒尺度下测试放电统计光谱。光谱测量系统包括实验腔体、FIBH-2型光纤准直镜(光谱范围为200~2 000 nm)、Hamamatsu A6399型光纤适配器、熔融光纤(19芯,200~1 100 nm)及StellarNet型光纤光谱仪(200~1 150 nm)、局放测量阻抗及控制计算机,如图1(a)所示,并使用IntelliCal软件对谱线进行矫正。实验用高压电源为50 kV/100 kVA 50 Hz实验变压器,采用高压分压器跟踪电压波形,局放耦合电容为1 500 pF。为了获得不同放电量(放电能量)下的累积光谱分布,实验采用PD Check型局放测试仪对局部放电进行测量,并得到相基统计图谱(PRPD)和参照IEC 60270:2015校准后的视在放电量。
(2)双光谱光电同步测量
双光谱光电同步测量系统由自制双光谱光电传感器、局部放电测量阻抗、高压分压器、WaveSurfer 64MXs-B型高速示波器(0.6GHz,10GS/s)及Pico 4824型多路采集卡构成,如图1(b)所示。在电弧测试中,通过可控直流源和滑轨电机控制电极起弧并维持5 mm左右间距,电弧驱动采用220 V/1.5 kV/15 kVA换流电源。
(3)模拟放电
实验中采用金属尖端-板电极模型模拟电晕放电[14],采用悬浮电极模型模拟悬浮电位火花放电[15],采用金属棒-板电极模型模拟击穿电弧放电,3种实验电极结构及尺寸如图1(c)所示。
双光谱传感器采用单光子雪崩二极管面阵作为光电转换单元,型号为SensL FJ-60035;采用两套滤光透镜作为光谱端窗(光谱I与光谱II),形成两个独立的光谱通道,通过I-V转换、波形放大和降频采样,实现双光谱同步测量,其传感器构成如图2(a)所示,其设计原理见文献[16];其中,雪崩二极管面阵的偏置电压设置为27.5 V,工作于盖革状态,经降频检波后的放电光脉冲输出波形如图3所示。经测定,光谱I和光谱II的量子效率平均值分别达到16.0%和12.1%。传感器的主要性能参数见表1,其较高的初级增益和量子效率能够满足封闭环境内极弱光辐射的测量。
图4(a)为3种模式放电的发射光谱分布。由图4(a)可知,放电的主要发射光谱集中在300~850 nm波段,391 nm附近主要为N2+分子的激发光谱带,525 nm和568 nm为N+的光谱线,在777 nm附近为OI激发光谱带 [17]。由于电晕放电、火花放电和电弧放电的通道电子温度和反应截面存在差异,因此3种模式放电的发射光谱统计特征也表现出明显不同。为了进一步描述不同能量放电发射光谱强度的差异,采用式(1)计算了3种放电模式在不同波长下的光谱强度方差(Var(λ))以及方差随波长的积分值,如图4(b)所示。

式(1)中:IcIsIa分别为电晕放电、火花放电、沿面爬电在波长λ处的相对强度值。
图4(b)可知,3种放电辐射光谱的差异主要集中在700 nm以下及750~800 nm波段内,在波长为500 nm左右的方差差异最为显著,方差积分结果在500 nm附近梯度较大,不同放电模式的光谱差异也为双光谱监测和诊断提供了依据。本研究以540 nm作为双光谱监测的分界线,确定了滤光透镜的光学参数,表2为滤光透镜的透光波长范围,其中光谱I的波带范围为210~540 nm,光谱II的波带范围为540~2 000 nm。
采用式(2)对双光谱传感器光谱响应特性进行计算。

式(2)中:f(λ)为雪崩二极管面阵在波长λ处的量子效率;T(λ)为滤光镜在波长λ处的透光率。最终得到双光谱传感器的光谱响应曲线如图5所示,其中统计累积500个工频周波,750 nm光谱校准基线,准直器接收角为25°,透镜立体角为1.49 sr。
电晕放电的双光谱PRPD谱图及相基统计特性(φ-Iavφ-n)如图6所示(施加电压为11.5kV,测量周波数为100个)。从图6可以看出,对于电晕放电,正负半周的光脉冲强度表现出明显的极性效应,正半周的放电光脉冲强度分布范围明显大于负半周的分布。进一步分析可知,光谱I的相对强度总体高于光谱II的相对强度;对于光脉冲数而言,两个光谱脉冲数在正半周内较为接近,而在负半周内光谱I脉冲数明显多于光谱II脉冲数。上述结果表明,电晕放电不但在正负半周的光辐射特性上表现出明显的极性效应,而且在两种光谱上强度也有明显不同。
火花放电的双光谱PRPD谱图及相基统计特性(φ-Iavφ-n)如图7所示(施加电压为9.5 kV,测量周波数为100个)。
图7可以看出,对于火花放电,正负半周的光脉冲强度极性效应相对较小,正半周的放电光脉冲强度分布范围稍大于负半周的放电光脉冲强度,但分布形状特征相似。进一步分析可知,光谱I脉冲的平均强度和平均数量均明显高于光谱II的统计结果。上述结果表明,火花放电的双光谱脉冲统计特性与电晕放电存在明显差异,其放电辐射强度和光脉冲数量在两个光谱范围内的差距相比电晕放电进一步加剧。
短间隙电弧放电的的双光谱信号如图8所示。从图8可以看出,短间隙电弧放电的光辐射强度明显高于电晕放电和火花放电,并且随时间呈现周期性变化。在电弧维持的过程中,正负半周的光辐射强度基本相当,光谱I的辐射强度峰值超过光谱II的辐射强度峰值两倍以上,双光谱的辐射强度差距相比能量较低的电晕放电或火花放电进一步增大。
实际监测中,放电光辐射的气相路径会影响光强检测结果,仅通过强度作为放电严重程度的判据并不可靠。由于气相吸收光谱范围窄,气相传播对光谱的改变可以忽略,因此不同波段内的强度比例关系受气相路径影响较小,可将双光谱内平均强度占比作为判断放电能量大小的判据。对3种类型放电双光谱强度占比随视在放电量或电弧平均功率的变化规律进行了研究。
图9(a)为电晕放电的双光谱占比随施加电压及视在放电量的变化趋势。从图9(a)可以看出,当放电量较低时(<365 pC)时,光谱I与光谱II占比相当,当放电量随施加电压提高至365 pC以上时,光谱比例发生明显变化,光谱I占比逐渐提高至0.63,并随放电量增加维持在0.61~0.64内。这是因为放电量在365 pC以下时多为负极性放电,放电量增加至365 pC以上时,正极性放电出现,导致光谱比例发生变化。
图9(b)为火花放电的双光谱占比随施加电压及视在放电量的变化趋势。从图9(b)可以看出,悬浮电位火花放电的视在放电量明显高于电晕放电,在施加电压相对较低时,放电主要由悬浮电极间隙的负极性放电构成(<1.1 nC),光谱I占比约为0.6,当施加电压提高后,放电主要由正、负半周均发生的火花击穿放电构成,当视在放电量为1.9~2.7 nC时,随着放电量的逐渐提高,光谱I占比维持在0.64~0.67内;随着放电量进一步提高至3.7 nC以上时,此时悬浮电极的两端发生放电,光谱I占比最高达到0.71左右。
由于电弧放电的驱动机制与局部放电有较大差异,弧道内电子温度较高,电离化程度较高,因此表现为持续或间歇性的通流状态,而非放电脉冲,因此实验中通过限流电阻调节电弧放电功率,分析双光谱比例随电弧功率的变化,结果如图9(c)所示。从图9(c)可以看出,相比电晕放电和火花放电,电弧放电光谱I占比明显提高,其占比在平均功率为0.41~1.41 kW内均维持在0.72~0.77,并随着功率的增加而增加。
总结2.3节中不同放电模式下的双光谱强度占比随放电能量的变化规律可知,3种类型气体放电的双光谱占比变化范围具有显著差异,并且随着放电的严重程度而表现出阶段性特征。总结以上规律,可得到表3中的放电诊断判据。其中,采用皮尔森相关系数rρ,q评价双光谱占比与放电严重程度的线性度,其计算公式如式(3)所示。

式(3)中:Cov(ρ,q)为光谱占比样本数列ρ与放电强度样本数列q的协方差;Var[ρ]和Var[q]分别为ρq的方差。
表3可知,3种类型放电的双光谱占比变化与放电强度呈现较强的相关性,并且较低放电能量下(电晕放电和火花放电)的双光谱占比变化范围与较高放电能量下(电弧放电)的双光谱占比变化范围几乎不存在交集,这可以作为判断局部放电或电弧放电的有效判据。
需要指出的是,将该方法应用于开关设备的实际监测,可参考现有弧光保护传感器的部署方法,结合监测设备内部结构,对传感器的视场范围、透镜优化设计及布点位置进行研究,以尽量提高微弱放电光子进入探测器的概率,减少监测盲区;此外,为了进一步提高诊断准确率,有必要对不同大气条件下的吸收光谱和反射光谱进行测定,并对不同放电模式的光谱进行更高维度的分解。
(1)3种放电模式的光谱分布具有显著差异,通过光谱差异分析,确定了以波长540 nm为分界线的双光谱同步监测方法,获得了传感器光谱I和光谱II的响应曲线;电晕放电在光辐射特性上存在明显的极性效应;火花放电光辐射极性效应相对较小,正极性放电光脉冲强度分布范围稍大于负极性放电,但分布形状特征相似;在电弧维持过程中,正、负半周光辐射强度基本相当,光谱I的辐射强度峰值超过光谱II的辐射强度峰值两倍以上。
(2)当电晕放电的视在放电量低于365 pC时,光谱I与光谱II的占比接近,超过365 pC时,光谱I的占比提高至0.63;当火花放电的视在放电量低于1.1 nC时,光谱I占比约为0.6,当视在放电量为1.9~2.7 nC时,光谱I的占比维持在0.64~0.67内;相比电晕放电和火花放电,电弧放电光谱I占比明显提高,其在平均功率为0.41~1.41 kW内均维持在0.72~0.77,并随着功率增加而增加。
(3)3种放电的双光谱占比变化与放电强度之间存在强相关性,并且在较低放电能量下(电晕放电和火花放电)的双光谱占比变化区间与较高放电能量下(电弧放电)的占比变化区间几乎不存在交集,该结论可作为判断局部放电或电弧放电的有效判据。
