Firstly, a natural ester was exposed to the air, and the relationships between its properties and exposure to air duration were measured. Then the oxidation situation of insulating part impregnated with natural ester in air was observed, and the natural ester on the insulating part was removed by traditional gas-phase drying method. Finally, the withstand field strength of solid insulating parts in natural ester transformer was calculated by an electric field analysis software. The results show that the water content of the natural ester increases significantly after exposure to air, but its other characteristics change little. There is no oxide film forming on the surface of insulating parts after exposed to room temperature for two months. The natural ester in insulating parts cannot be removed by gas-phase drying method completely. The withstand field strength of insulating parts in natural ester transformer is 10% higher than that in mineral oil transformer with the same structure.

首先将植物油暴露在空气中,测量其各项特性与露空时间的关系,然后观察浸渍植物油的绝缘件在空气中的氧化情况,进行传统气相干燥方法去除植物油的试验,最后采用电场解析软件对固体绝缘件在植物油变压器中的耐受场强值进行计算。结果表明:暴露在空气中后,植物油的含水量大幅增加,但其他特性变化不大,绝缘木块常温露空2个月后,表面并未产生氧化薄膜;气相干燥不能彻底除去绝缘件中的植物油;绝缘件在植物油变压器中承受的场强比同等结构矿物油变压器中高10%。

Firstly, a natural ester was exposed to the air, and the relationships between its properties and exposure to air duration were measured. Then the oxidation situation of insulating part impregnated with natural ester in air was observed, and the natural ester on the insulating part was removed by traditional gas-phase drying method. Finally, the withstand field strength of solid insulating parts in natural ester transformer was calculated by an electric field analysis software. The results show that the water content of the natural ester increases significantly after exposure to air, but its other characteristics change little. There is no oxide film forming on the surface of insulating parts after exposed to room temperature for two months. The natural ester in insulating parts cannot be removed by gas-phase drying method completely. The withstand field strength of insulating parts in natural ester transformer is 10% higher than that in mineral oil transformer with the same structure.

中共十八大强调了国家生态文明建设的重要性,电力行业以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引,遵循“四个革命、一个合作”的能源安全发展新战略,构建清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系,着力推进煤炭清洁高效利用,提高电力绿色低碳发展水平。作为电能传输的重要环节,变电站建设受环保制约的程度越来越大,变电站设计和布局应考虑环境影响因素。作为电网核心设备的电力变压器通常采用矿物油作为绝缘介质,一旦发生泄漏事故,矿物油会对环境造成污染。植物绝缘油(简称植物油)因具有可降解、燃点高、变压器过载能力强等特点符合绿色电网可持续发展的要求,近些年越来越多的科研人员开始研发植物油变压器[1-3],国内也有110 kV植物油变压器挂网运行的科研项目[4]
研究表明[5],植物油的氧化安定性相对较弱,虽然关于植物油的试验研究有很多,但是将植物油与生产实际相结合的研究较少,特别是植物油暴露在生产车间发生氧化反应的相关研究更少。因此,本研究在工厂内的环境下对植物油单独进行露空试验,对浸渍植物油的绝缘件露空后的情况进行相关研究,观察植物油氧化对绝缘件的影响情况。同时尝试采用传统的气相干燥法以除去绝缘件表面的植物油,最后采用电场解析软件对固体绝缘件在植物油变压器中的耐受场强值进行计算,通过这些试验结果得到在工厂内控制植物油变压器器身露空时间的建议值。
氧化安定性是液体绝缘介质的重要指标,该特性是用来表征绝缘油抵抗氧气、温度等作用同时保持其性能不发生永久变化的能力。一般依据NB/SH/T 0811—2010或者IEC 62770:2013推荐的加速老化试验方法进行氧化安定性评价,常用的方法是将绝缘油置于高温、金属催化剂下,通入空气一段时间后,测试绝缘油的各项性能参数,从而分析油品的抗氧化性能。
植物油的分子结构不同于矿物油,研究发现植物油的抗氧化性不如矿物绝缘油。一般情况下,矿物油氧化后会产生酸类物质和油泥,这些都是化学性质活泼的短链物质,而植物油氧化后会发生聚合反应,形成可溶性大分子,露空时间越长,聚合反应越剧烈,严重时会影响其绝缘性能和冷却性能。虽然众多研究均提出植物油在使用时应避免与氧气接触,但是,在实际生产过程中,植物油完全避免与氧气接触是难以实现的。因此,需要研究植物油以及浸渍植物油后绝缘材料遇到氧气后的聚合反应情况,并以此制定相应的对策以控制露空时间。
本次试验采用大豆植物油,属于天然植物油的一种,主要成分是甘油三酯,由大豆植物种子精炼而成,其作为变压器的液体绝缘介质已经有成功的运行案例。
为研究植物油在氧气中的聚合反应对油品的影响,对植物油进行了氧化试验。
植物油油量为800 L(736 kg);容器为普通胶桶;环境条件为工厂内,灰尘量≤0.5 mg/(cm2·天);环境温度为22~25℃;相对湿度为42%~48%;露空时间为0~50天;采用无盖容器保存,与大气接触。
植物油放置在工厂环境下50天内其性能参数的变化情况如表1所示,其中质量指标是依据IEEE C57.147-2008中对大豆油作为变压器绝缘液体的要求。
表1可见,露空20天后,植物油的含水量已超过标准限值,因此在应用中应避免露空时间超过20天。露空50天后,相比于露空前,虽然植物油的击穿电压下降了16.9%,介质损耗因数增加了127%,但是均在标准要求范围内,且酸值变化不大。含水量出现明显的增加,露空50天后含水量增加了255%。综上可知,植物油暴露在工厂环境中50天后,植物油的品质并没有受到实际影响,最显著的变化是含水量增加,但对其耐压性能并没有造成很大影响,介质损耗因数和酸值的增加也在可接受的范围内,表明植物油露空50天并没有出现严重的氧化现象。
残留在固体表面的植物油遇到氧气后会发生聚合反应,严重时会在固体表面产生一层氧化薄膜,如果变压器内部材料浸渍植物油后暴露在空气中,这些聚合反应的产物可能会影响内部材料的正常使用。变压器内部使用大量的固体绝缘件,包括垫块、固体绝缘纸筒等,这些是构成变压器绝缘的重要材料。为探究植物油氧化对绝缘件的影响,将垫块充分浸渍植物油后,放置于空气中,观察垫块表面的变化情况,并尝试采用传统的气相干燥工艺除去绝缘件内部及表面的植物油。
资料显示[5],植物油残留在金属表面露空后会发生聚合反应,在其表面产生一层氧化薄膜,严重时会影响部件的正常使用。为研究植物油残留在绝缘件表面是否会产生氧化薄膜而影响其正常使用,将尺寸为150 mm×50 mm×30 mm的绝缘木块充分浸渍植物油后暴露在空气中不同时间,观察绝缘件表面的变化情况,结果如图1所示。从图1可见,浸渍植物油的绝缘木块在露空10天后表面油迹明显,但是表面的植物油并没有在绝缘木块表面产生氧化薄膜。同样,在露空2个月后绝缘件表面也没有产生氧化薄膜,这可能是由于绝缘件表面的纤维孔对植物油的吸附作用阻碍了氧化薄膜的形成,残留在绝缘件表面的植物油不会长时间聚留在绝缘木块表面,这不同于植物油残留在铁制件表面,因铁制件不会吸收油而极易产生氧化薄膜。但是,需要注意的是,浸渍植物油后的绝缘木块,最好采用擦拭的方法尽快除去表面残油,以免空气中的灰尘吸附在油的表面,造成油污。
对浸油后露空2个月后的绝缘件进行剖解,发现内部没有植物油的油迹,如图2所示,这可能是因为植物油具有可降解的能力,也证明植物油在自然环境中不会对绝缘件造成大的影响。
虽然2.1节说明了植物油对绝缘件长期作用的影响不会太大,但是在变压器应用过程中,时常需要对变压器进行脱油处理(返修或者是故障检测),如果不能快速除去器身的植物油,将对处理工作造成极不利的影响。传统矿物油变压器可以采用气相干燥法,对器身除湿的同时带走表面的矿物油。气相干燥是使用煤油蒸气做为载热体,蒸气放热过程是在被干燥物表面进行,加热温度最高可达130℃。变压器在试验阶段,若遭遇故障,则返修时同样需要气相干燥以脱除绝缘件中的矿物油。为了验证气相干燥能否去除绝缘件内部的植物油,本研究进行以下试验。
试验对象为层压木绝缘垫块,其尺寸见图3
试验方法:将充分浸渍植物油的绝缘木块放置在气相干燥罐中,干燥时间为4天,整个过程与变压器器身干燥过程相同,控制煤油温度≤130℃,高真空时间为60 h,真空度≤15 Pa。
图4为气相干燥绝缘垫块试验结果。从图4可以看出,气相干燥法不能完全去除绝缘垫块内部的植物油,干燥后垫块底部仍有部分残余的植物油。由此可见,虽然传统气相干燥可以彻底脱去矿物油,但是对植物油却效果甚微,主要原因是植物油的黏度比矿物油大,导致其充分浸渍在绝缘件内部后再析出的难度大。因此,如果植物油变压器遇到返修情况,需要特别注意该情况。
虽然文献[6]详细研究了植物油浸渍绝缘件的过程,并提出延长变压器静放时间和提高温度可以达到植物油充分浸渍绝缘件的目的,但是对于如何去除绝缘件中的残余植物油,还需要进行更多的研究与探讨。
变压器内部绝缘主要是采用油纸绝缘,这是由于变压器油与绝缘纸(包括绝缘纸板)相结合具有很高的耐电强度[7]。但是,植物油与传统矿物油的相对介电常数不同,与绝缘纸板配合使用时,电场分布情况不同。
变压器油和绝缘纸板或者端部垫块两种介质分界面上的电位移矢量关系如式(1)所示[8]

式(1)中:DyDs分别为油中和纸板中电位移矢量,如式(2)~(3)所示。其中表示位移矢量的法向分量在介质的分界面上是连续的。

式(2)~(3)中:εy为植物油的相对介电常数;εs为绝缘纸板的相对介电常数;EyEs分别为植物油和绝缘纸板中的电场强度。
由式(1)~(3)可得到式(4)

式(4)可以看出,在油纸绝缘结构中,绝缘油和绝缘纸板承受的电场强度与各自的相对介电常数成反比。矿物油的相对介电常数为2.2,植物油的相对介电常数为3.3,绝缘纸板的相对介电常数为4.4,可见植物油的相对介电常数更接近绝缘纸板,因此相比于矿物油,植物油变压器中绝缘纸板承受的电压更高。为了更详细地说明该问题,对器身端部压板分别在矿物油和植物油变压器中进行电场解析,结果如图56所示。
图56可见,在矿物油变压器中,35%等电位线穿过压板;而在植物油变压器中,45%等电位线穿过压板,这表明植物油变压器中绝缘件承担的电压比矿物油变压器中高10%。
因此,对于植物油变压器而言,需要关注绝缘件的制造工艺和产品质量,特别是厚度较大的绝缘木块,其一般采用层压纸板通过粘合剂粘接而成,这种加工工艺使其内部很容易产生气泡,从而造成局部放电或者击穿。
对于较厚的绝缘件,也可以采用局部放电试验测试其局部放电起始场强以指导其应用。
(1)植物油暴露在工厂环境条件下,含水量随露空时间的增加而增大的趋势明显,介质损耗因数和酸值的变化均在可承受范围内。由于含水量在露空20天后会超过标准限制,建议在植物油变压器生产过程中,单独植物油的露空时间不要超过20天。
(2)绝缘件浸渍植物油后暴露在空气中,表面不会产生氧化薄膜,但是需要防止表面的残油吸附灰尘而产生油污。
(3)气相干燥并不能很好地除去绝缘件表面的植物油,给植物油变压器返修带来很大的麻烦,需要探讨和研究新的方法。
(4)相比于在矿物油变压器中,绝缘件在植物油变压器中承受的电压要高10%,因而对于层压木绝缘件需要特别注意局部放电或击穿问题。
