Mechanical impact is an important factor that damages the stator bar insulation material. At present, systematic researches on the damage of stator bar insulation materials by mechanical impact are still lack. In this paper, the effect of mechanical impact on the stator bar insulation material was studied by combining the finite element simulation and experiment. The results show that when the insulating material is subject to mechanical impact, the average equivalent stress-strain and electric strength firstly increase or decrease, and then become stable within a certain impact strength range under the same punch structure. Under the same impact strength, both the average equivalent stress-strain and electric strength increase with the increase of the tip area of punch head. The correlation between the average equivalent stress-strain and the electric strength can be used to evaluate the insulation damage of stator bar caused by mechanical impact.

机械冲击是破坏定子线棒绝缘材料的一个重要因素,目前对定子线棒绝缘材料受机械冲击损伤的情况还缺乏系统研究。本文通过有限元模拟和实验相结合的方法研究机械冲击对定子线棒绝缘材料的影响。结果表明:绝缘材料在受到机械冲击时,同一冲头结构下,平均等效应力-应变和电气强度在增减之后在一定冲击强度范围内趋于稳定;同一冲击强度下,平均等效应力-应变和电气强度均随冲击头末端面积的增大而增大。平均等效应力-应变和电气强度之间存在的相互关系可用于评估机械冲击造成的定子线棒绝缘损伤。

机械冲击是破坏定子线棒绝缘材料的一个重要因素,目前对定子线棒绝缘材料受机械冲击损伤的情况还缺乏系统研究。本文通过有限元模拟和实验相结合的方法研究机械冲击对定子线棒绝缘材料的影响。结果表明:绝缘材料在受到机械冲击时,同一冲头结构下,平均等效应力-应变和电气强度在增减之后在一定冲击强度范围内趋于稳定;同一冲击强度下,平均等效应力-应变和电气强度均随冲击头末端面积的增大而增大。平均等效应力-应变和电气强度之间存在的相互关系可用于评估机械冲击造成的定子线棒绝缘损伤。

Mechanical impact is an important factor that damages the stator bar insulation material. At present, systematic researches on the damage of stator bar insulation materials by mechanical impact are still lack. In this paper, the effect of mechanical impact on the stator bar insulation material was studied by combining the finite element simulation and experiment. The results show that when the insulating material is subject to mechanical impact, the average equivalent stress-strain and electric strength firstly increase or decrease, and then become stable within a certain impact strength range under the same punch structure. Under the same impact strength, both the average equivalent stress-strain and electric strength increase with the increase of the tip area of punch head. The correlation between the average equivalent stress-strain and the electric strength can be used to evaluate the insulation damage of stator bar caused by mechanical impact.

大型高压电机运行的可靠性和电力系统的稳定性与安全息息相关,定子线棒是大型电机中的核心部件,其绝缘性能对大型电机运行的可靠性有着直接的影响[1-4]。定子线棒在电机装配、运输和运行的过程中有可能受到不同程度的机械损伤[5-6],机械冲击就是其中的一种,会造成定子线棒绝缘材料产生缺陷,对电机安全运行留下隐患。
目前已有研究针对机械应力对定子线棒绝缘材料的损伤评估方法进行报道,其中机械应力包括机械振动力、电磁振动力和热膨胀系数不同产生的定子线棒内部应力等[7-10],但是专门对定子线棒绝缘材料受机械冲击损伤的影响研究还鲜见报道。
本文采用实验与仿真模拟相结合的研究方法对定子线棒绝缘材料受机械冲击损伤的影响进行探究,旨在找出受损因素和绝缘材料电性能的关系,为以后避免和检测这类损伤提供参考。
采用漆膜冲击器试验仪(QCJ-120B型,天津市静海县科信试验机厂)对试样进行测试,试验仪的冲头可更换,形状和尺寸如图1所示。将质量为 2 kg的重锤在设定高度下自由落下并通过不同形状的冲头撞击固定在底座上的试样[11-12]
试样为改性桐马环氧多胶云母板(型号为DECJ1613),单层尺寸为50 mm×50 mm×1 mm,将6片单层试样夹持并施加15 kg的压力,放入烘箱中在160℃下加热2 h后取出,自然冷却,备用。固化后的6层试样尺寸为50 mm×50 mm×4 mm,胶含量为30%~40%。
分别采用半径为6 mm和10 mm的半球、圆柱和圆锥4种冲头,将试样固定在底座上,分别提升落锤至0.3、0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2 m高度后释放,在试样中引入机械缺陷。以同种方式更换四棱锥冲头、四棱柱冲头、刃状冲头、三棱锥冲头和三棱柱冲头再次进行实验。
将上述引入缺陷的试样按照GB/T 1408.1—2016进行击穿电压测试,并将重复5次的实验结果中值作为该批次试样的击穿电压。
软件版本为ANSYS Workbench 2020R1,运用显式动力学模块Explicit Dynamics对不同结构的冲头和能量冲击后的绝缘材料进行模拟分析[13-16]
为消除偶然因素的影响将撞击模型简化为冲击落锤和绝缘试样[17]。对试样进行网格划分,在试样模型边长和厚度上分别划分成为40个网格单元数和3个网格单元数,共计4 800个网格单元,24 887个网格节点,对落锤模型进行系统自动网格划分,如图2所示,分别对应圆柱、圆锥、半径为 6 mm和10 mm的半球共4种冲头的冲击模型。
将落锤的重力势能换算成速度,使得落锤接触试样时,模拟试验中的落锤速度等效于落锤自由落体下落撞击试样的速度。把落锤到达试样的位移视作3 mm,下落高度、时间、撞击的速度转化关系如表1所示,求解得出试样的平均等效应力-应变的参数。落锤和绝缘试样板的材料性能如表2所示。
根据能量守恒,由落锤的重力势能估算冲击能量,再由式(1)计算冲击强度。

式(1)中:aK为冲击强度,单位为kJ/m2m为落锤质量(约2 kg);g为重力加速度,取9.81 m/s2h为落锤下落高度,单位为m;l为试样边长,单位为m;d为试样厚度,单位为m。计算结果如表3所示,结果取小数点后一位数字。
由ANSYS Workbench仿真软件通过有限元模拟方法计算绝缘试样在不同冲头结构和冲击强度冲击下的平均等效应力,作出其与冲头结构-冲击强度的关系图,如图3所示。
冲头结构和冲击强度共同决定平均等效应力。从图3可以看出,在相同的冲击强度下,冲头末端与绝缘试样的接触面积越大(S圆柱>S半径10 mm半球冲头>S半径6 mm半球冲头>S圆锥冲头),绝缘试样受到的平均等效应力越大;对比同种冲头结构不同冲击强度下的平均等效应力,圆柱冲头在冲击强度29.4~58.8 kJ/m2范围内从1.53×103 MPa增长到1.89×103 MPa,冲击强度达到58.8 kJ/m2之后在一个较小的平均等效应力范围内趋于稳定;半径为6 mm的半球冲头、半径为10 mm的半球冲头和圆锥冲头在冲击强度达到29.4 kJ/m2之后在一定平均等效应力范围内趋于稳定。综上所述,在冲击强度为29.4~117.6 kJ/m2范围内冲头结构对平均等效应力的影响较大。
采用ANSYS Workbench仿真软件通过有限元模拟方法计算获得在不同冲头结构和冲击强度下绝缘试样的平均等效应变,并绘制了其与冲头结构-冲击强度之间的关系,如图4所示。
图4可以看出,在相同的冲击强度下,冲头末端与绝缘试样的接触面积越大,绝缘试样受到的平均等效应变越大;在同种冲头结构下,圆柱冲头在冲击强度为29.4~98.0 kJ/m2范围内平均等效应变从1.035×10-2增加到1.189×10-2,在冲击强度达到98.0 kJ/m2之后在一个较小平均等效应变范围内趋于稳定,其他3种冲头结构在冲击强度达到29.4 kJ/m2之后在一定等效应变范围内达到稳定。对比图3可知,平均等效应力和平均等效应变的变化规律具有相互对应的关系。
通过对绝缘试样引入缺陷,然后对绝缘试样施加电压以测试每个试样的击穿电压,将击穿电压转换为电气强度,绘制出其与冲头结构-冲击强度的关系,如图5所示。从图5可以看出,4种冲头冲击后的试样电气强度在冲击强度达到58.8 kJ/m2之前呈下降趋势,冲击强度达到58.8 kJ/m2之后,电气强度均保持在一个较稳定的水平。以上结果表明,冲击强度达到58.8 kJ/m2之前,冲击强度对试样电气性能的影响程度较大。在结构上,冲头的端部与绝缘试样之间的接触面积越大,对绝缘试样电性能的影响越小。
在测试上述4种冲头的基础上,再分析5种冲头(四棱锥冲头、四棱柱冲头、刃状冲头、三棱锥冲头和三棱柱冲头)的影响。图6绘制了平均等效应力-电气强度和平均等效应变-电气强度相对应的点。使用指数函数模型Exp2Mod2拟合这些点以计算两条曲线。
借助Origin2018软件[18-19]中的函数模型(式(2))对图6中的点进行非线性拟合,得到两条曲线方程如式(3)~(4)所示。

式(2)~(4)中:Y为因变量;ab为待求常数;δ为平均等效应力;ε为平均等效应变;E为电气强度。拟合优度R2为0.976,说明拟合效果良好。
图6可以看出,试样的电气强度随着平均等效应力和应变的增加而增加。当达到一定值时,试样的电气强度趋于相对稳定的水平。平均等效应力和应变分别为9.34×102 MPa和6.98×10-3时,电气强度为12 kV/mm。冲击强度范围在29.4~117.6 kJ/m2之间,绝缘材料的平均等效应力-应变和电气强度可以通过公式(3)和(4)相互估算。
(1)定子线棒绝缘材料与冲头接触面积和冲击强度大小决定了其受机械冲击时物理结构和电气性能的变化规律。
(2)按照本文中得到的两条曲线方程式(3)式(4)可以有效地对定子线棒绝缘受到的机械冲击损伤进行评估,对实际中电机的寿命评估和安全稳定运行的后续研究有着一定的参考价值。
(3)在定子线棒正常工作中,应避免尖锐物或者受到较大冲击,建议定期对定子线棒的状态进行安全性评估。
