The influence of sampling period, voltage rising speed, and overcurrent breaking time on the breakdown voltage of insulating materials in the process of breakdown voltage test was analyzed. Proper improving technology and method was select to eliminate or reduce the error. The results show that the dispersion of test results is reduced by digital filtering, weighted average, and other methods, and the accuracy of dynamic measurement is improved at the same time.

分析采样周期、升压速度、过流断闸时间等因素在绝缘材料击穿电压试验过程中对击穿电压值的影响,采用合理的改进工艺或方法,消除或降低试验误差。结果表明:采用数字滤波、加权平均等方法有效降低了击穿电压测量结果的分散性,提高了动态测量的准确度。

The influence of sampling period, voltage rising speed, and overcurrent breaking time on the breakdown voltage of insulating materials in the process of breakdown voltage test was analyzed. Proper improving technology and method was select to eliminate or reduce the error. The results show that the dispersion of test results is reduced by digital filtering, weighted average, and other methods, and the accuracy of dynamic measurement is improved at the same time.

电气强度是绝缘材料最基本且最重要的电气性能参数。只需准确地测定试品在击穿瞬间的电压值,结合试品的厚度就可以计算出试品的电气强度性能指标[1]。虽然在静态下利用标准器具校准电压值可以达到比较高的准确度,但在击穿过程中,试品放电、升压速度、断闸时间等因素都将影响击穿瞬间的动态取值结果。本研究以自主研制的50 kV击穿电压测试仪作为研究对象,系统分析影响击穿电压测量准确度的各种因素,采用数字滤波、加权平均等方法降低试验误差,提高击穿电压的动态测量准确度。
击穿电压测试仪主要由调压器、接触器、试验变压器、可编程控制器、人机交互界面等组成,总体结构如图1所示。
人机交互界面可输入试验电压、升压速度、试验时间等参数,并可监测显示实时电压、电流、试验时间;调压器负责每次试验启动从零开始调压,结束试验后回到零位;试验变压器的作用是将调压器传输过来的电压值升压后产生高压施加到试品上;分压器和互感器分别采集试验电压和电流信号,通过信号调理电路板送入可编程控制器;可编程控制器是整个控制的中枢,负责电压、电流、限位信号的采集、启停驱动和步进电机驱动控制,与人机交互的通讯等。
在试验过程中,当试品破坏时,系统快速响应,一方面要准确捕捉并记录击穿瞬间的试验电压值,另一方面要快速切断主回路电源,自动降压回零。整个试验中关键点是实时控制跟踪试验电压值,在试品破坏瞬间快速准确捕捉到这一时刻的电压值。在此过程中调压器分辨率、升压速度、过流断闸时间、采样周期等都会对测量电压的准确度产生影响。
在试验过程中试品的击穿是电与热共同作用的结果。同一材料进行快速升压试验时,电热作用时间短;进行非常慢速的升压试验时,电热作用时间加长,发热增大,击穿电压值相对偏小。升压速度一定程度上会影响材料的击穿电压值,因此在绝缘材料的连续升压试验中,一般对速度有明确的规定[2]。传统的直流电机控制调速存在调节精度低、可靠性差、动态响应速度慢等难以克服的缺陷。本系统采用步进电机带动调压器转动实现调压,设计时在调压器的碳刷上固定一个直径为250 mm的齿轮转盘,在步进电机的轴上固定一个直径为25 mm的齿轮,两齿轮减速比为10∶1,将调压器惯性前行的转动角度降低了10倍。为了能够实现步进精密调压和降噪,在步进电机的前级施加一个步进驱动器,它能够将1.8°的步距角进一步细分,考虑到本系统功率小,可选择性价比高的256细分步进电机驱动器。将原有的一个步距角细分成256等份,又进一步提升了步进电机在起速和减速停止阶段的速度,减少了步进电机的惯性和噪声[3],从而能够实现恒速平稳调压。
接触式调压器是一种自耦式变压器,其原副边比接近1∶1,常用的单相3 kVA调压器匝数约为250匝,接近1V/匝,本系统中只用到调压器的0~200 V,高压变压器的匝数比为200∶50 000,调压器的 1匝对应高压端的250 V,相差1匝测试电压相差250 V,调压器对测试电压分辨率的影响为0.25 kV。调压器确定时,不考虑采样周期等其他因素的影响,击穿电压测试仪的分辨率也确定,击穿电压值的误差从理论上分析只和试验电压值有关系,试验电压值越低,分辨率引入的误差就越大,满量程50 kV时的误差为0.5%,10%量程时的误差为5%。为提高击穿电压值在低量程时的准确度,在调压器和变压器之间串接一个输入200 V、输出多量程的变压器,如表1所示。改进后的设备在10%量程时选择多抽头变压器的25 V档,对应调压器输出电压200 V,对应高压输出5 kV。按照上述调压器分辨率的分析,分辨率改善为原有的1/8,误差降低至0.625%,显著提高了击穿电压在低量程时的分辨率。
在绝缘材料击穿试验过程中,恒速升压将电压施加到试品上,试品在电、热的共同作用下发生绝缘失效,破坏瞬间阻值急速下降,形成导电通道,高压瞬间对地短路。在此过程中,流过试品的电流先从零缓慢增加,在破坏前期一般会产生强烈的放电,电流值有所增加,破坏瞬间,电流陡增。系统检测到过电流信号立刻发出停止指令,断开主回路电源。从识别过流信号到发出停止指令,再到断闸动作完成,需要一定的时间,此过程时间越短越好。
本系统中电流信号通过采样电阻和信号调理电路转换成电压信号,电压信号输入至LM311比较器的比较端,同LM311比较器的基准端进行比较,当测试信号超过基准值时,LM311的输出端会产生一个电平跃变,驱动中间继电器动作,切断主回路电源。LM311是高速电压比较器,其输入和输出的动作时间约为100 ns。继电器的动作时间稍缓,为增加动作的快速性,最终选择高性能的欧姆龙继电器和施耐德接触器,采用示波器监测其动作时间约为40 ms,满足系统性能要求。
50 kV工频电压通过分压、放大等环节转换成 5 V直流电压信号,再通过VF电路转换成100 kHz脉冲信号。本系统选择西门子s7-200系列214-2AD23-0XB8型PLC,脉冲信号的采集由PLC内置的高速计数器结合中断程序来完成。测量时,只需定义中断间隔时间,统计每次中断间隔时间段内的脉冲个数N,通过比例换算就可直接显示为对应的电压值[4]
由PLC的高速计数器和优先级高的中断程序组成的A/D变换器,转换周期从1 ms到250 ms可自由设置。采样周期的大小影响测试的分辨率,当采样周期小时,跟踪速度快,但分辨率低、误差大;当采样周期大时,测量分辨率高,但系统跟踪速度慢,电压测量滞后,易造成动态测量误差。
本系统中试验电压满量程u0(50 kV)对应的频率信号为100 kHz,若选择采样周期T是10 ms,则采样点数N是100,一个采样周期内采集的脉冲数n是1 000,量化误差e(n)为最小量化单位1 Hz的二分之一,即0.05%。升压过程中电压值是动态变化的,相邻两采样点之间的电压差值和速度有很大关系,理想状态下电压差值是升压速度的1/N表2是在不同的采样扫描周期和不同的升压速度下得出的对电压测量准确度的误差数据。
表2可以看出,扫描周期越短,采样周期引入的量化误差就越大,采样误差g(n)越小;扫描周期越长,量化误差就越小,采样误差越大。在50 kV击穿电压测试仪的实际应用中,测试的试品是各种绝缘材料,升压速度通常从0.5~2.0 kV/s选取。结合以上数据分析,选择的最佳采样周期是60 ms。
其中,Ng(n)、e(n)的计算如式(1)~(3)所示。

试验电压值通过分压器分压、信号调理、VF转换、高速计数器测量、数据处理得出对应的测量值,单位以kV表示。在升压过程中按照速度kV/s升压,每秒增加的理论电压值是kV。以本系统为例,实际使用的最高升压速度为2.0 kV/s,即每秒钟增加2.0 kV,采样周期为60 ms,每秒钟采样点数为17个,相邻两采样点的电压差值是0.12 kV。由于存在放电干扰等因子,采样的电压值可能会波动。系统建模将波动的有效值限定在最快速度时相邻采样点差值的10倍,即相邻两采样点数据只要在±1.2 kV以内就认为是有效的数字。
递推存储当前连续采样的10个点数据,总时间为600 ms,试品击穿瞬间以断闸的下降沿为触发信号停止存储,上述地址中存储的就是断闸之前的10个采样点数据。从试品破坏产生过流到完成切断高压的时间需要40~60 ms,在此过程中,高压对地短路,试品上的电压值有可能急剧下降,数据采集到的最后一个电压值可能会很小;也可能因为强烈放电干扰的影响数值偏大,因此以倒数第2个采样值作为基准值计算击穿值最为合理。
测试试品为聚酰亚胺薄膜,对最后采样的10个点数据按照从大到小的顺序进行排列,取最大的3个值,以测试的极端条件为例进行分析:系统按照升压速度0.5 kV/s升压,电压采样点数据按照理想状态ΔU=0.03 kV递推,采样点为0.03、0.06、0.09、12.00、12.03、12.06、12.09、12.12 kV,试品发生击穿,组合排列后最大的3个值为12.12、12.09、12.06 kV。按照加权平均法计算为12.09 kV;最大值法为12.12 kV;算术平均值法为12.09 kV;3种数据的处理方法相差不大。
如果测试中遇到强烈干扰的极端情况,测试数据为12.00、12.03、12.06、12.09,最后一个数据不是12.12,而是相差1.2 kV,最大数值为13.29;加权平均法计算为12.285,误差约为1.61%;最大值法为13.29,误差为9.93%;算术平均值法为12.48,误差为3.23%。
以上是理论得出的数据分析和误差分析。实际中我们从同一批次的聚酰亚胺膜卷上随机裁取16个试品平均分成2组,每组8个试品,分别采用最大值法和加权平均值法进行试验,测试结果如表3所示。为验证其准确性,系统中我们采用另一种理论递推方法进行辅证。
理论递推方法:在整个升压试验过程中的所有数据点任取6个数据(A、B、C、D、E、F)组成3组数据,每组数据的差值除以数据的间隔时间即为升压的速度,得出3组速度取平均值V。比如A和E一组,E的数值减去A的数值,E点的时间减去A点的时间,然后差值相除即为速度。任取一采样点时间TX,电压值UX,击穿瞬间的时间为TB,则UX+(TB-TX)×V=U1即为理论推算的击穿电压值,和系统采用的加权平均值法取得的数据相比较,结果如表4所示。
其中,表4中各个物理量的计算如式(4)~(8)所示。

从测试的8组数据可以看出,理论得出的击穿值和加权平均法取得的实际击穿值之间相对误差在±0.3%范围内,验证了采用加权平均值的方法得出的结果最接近实际击穿值。
通过分析升压速度、调压器分辨率、过流断闸时间、采样周期等方面对击穿电压试验结果产生的影响,采用在调压器和高压试验变压器之间增加一个输出多量程变压器的方式,提升了测量结果的分辨率;选取60 ms采样周期,从收到断闸信号起记录往前的10个采样数据,通过数字滤波、加权平均计算出最终的击穿电压值,并采用理论递推和试验数据相结合的方式论证了加权平均取值方案的有效性,极大程度地减小了击穿电压值的测量结果分散性,提高了击穿电压测试过程中的动态测量准确度。
