Fog chamber is an indispensable part of artificial simulation for insulator pollution test. In this paper, the influence of pollution degree and humidity on the discharge characteristics of porcelain insulator in fog chamber environment was studied in combination with simulation and test. At first, the electric field distribution of clean and dirty insulators in 110 kV transmission line with and without fog chamber was simulated by the software Comsol Multiphysics. And then a scheme to make the electric field near the high voltage end of insulator with and without fog chamber approximate by reducing the test voltage with fog chamber was proposed. At last, tests were carried out with the voltage obtained by simulation. The results show that compared with the condition without fog chamber, the electric field around the clean insulator is larger at the high voltage end and smaller at the low voltage end under the condition with a fog chamber. Moreover, the electric field around the insulator in the fog chamber increases with the increase of pollution degree. The simulation results are verified by the test results, with the increase of the insulator pollution degree and the humidity, the number of discharge photons increases. This paper proposes a scheme to re-duce the test voltage in the artificial fog chamber to optimize the insulator pollution discharge test, and the test effect is more consistent with the actual field application status.

人工模拟绝缘子污秽试验时雾室是必不可少的部分,因此本文结合仿真与试验研究了雾室环境下污秽度和湿度对瓷质绝缘子放电特性的影响。首先用Comsol Multiphysics软件仿真了110 kV输电线路中洁净和污秽绝缘子在有无雾室时电场的分布。其次,提出了通过降低有雾室时的试验电压使有无雾室时绝缘子高压端附近电场近似的方案,并用仿真中求得的电压做试验。结果表明:与无雾室时洁净绝缘子周围的电场相比,有雾室时洁净绝缘子周围的电场在高压端变大,低压端变小;雾室中绝缘子周围的电场随污秽度的增大而变大。试验结果验证了仿真结果,绝缘子污秽度越大,湿度越大,放电光子数越多。本研究提出通过降低人工雾室中试验电压的方法来优化绝缘子污秽放电试验的方案,试验效果更贴合实际现场应用现状。

人工模拟绝缘子污秽试验时雾室是必不可少的部分,因此本文结合仿真与试验研究了雾室环境下污秽度和湿度对瓷质绝缘子放电特性的影响。首先用Comsol Multiphysics软件仿真了110 kV输电线路中洁净和污秽绝缘子在有无雾室时电场的分布。其次,提出了通过降低有雾室时的试验电压使有无雾室时绝缘子高压端附近电场近似的方案,并用仿真中求得的电压做试验。结果表明:与无雾室时洁净绝缘子周围的电场相比,有雾室时洁净绝缘子周围的电场在高压端变大,低压端变小;雾室中绝缘子周围的电场随污秽度的增大而变大。试验结果验证了仿真结果,绝缘子污秽度越大,湿度越大,放电光子数越多。本研究提出通过降低人工雾室中试验电压的方法来优化绝缘子污秽放电试验的方案,试验效果更贴合实际现场应用现状。

Fog chamber is an indispensable part of artificial simulation for insulator pollution test. In this paper, the influence of pollution degree and humidity on the discharge characteristics of porcelain insulator in fog chamber environment was studied in combination with simulation and test. At first, the electric field distribution of clean and dirty insulators in 110 kV transmission line with and without fog chamber was simulated by the software Comsol Multiphysics. And then a scheme to make the electric field near the high voltage end of insulator with and without fog chamber approximate by reducing the test voltage with fog chamber was proposed. At last, tests were carried out with the voltage obtained by simulation. The results show that compared with the condition without fog chamber, the electric field around the clean insulator is larger at the high voltage end and smaller at the low voltage end under the condition with a fog chamber. Moreover, the electric field around the insulator in the fog chamber increases with the increase of pollution degree. The simulation results are verified by the test results, with the increase of the insulator pollution degree and the humidity, the number of discharge photons increases. This paper proposes a scheme to re-duce the test voltage in the artificial fog chamber to optimize the insulator pollution discharge test, and the test effect is more consistent with the actual field application status.

绝缘子在输配电线路中起电气绝缘和机械连接的作用,其运行状态影响着电网的安全运行,而绝缘子污闪是造成电网停电的一个重要因素[1-3]。文献[4-6]表明,正常运行中的脏污绝缘子可能会在不利的天气条件下发生闪络,从而造成污闪事故。这种事故发生概率在电网总事故中排名第二,仅次于雷电事故,但其损失是雷电事故的10倍。文献[7-8]研究了绝缘子上、下表面和轴向污秽分布不均匀对其表面电场分布的影响。文献[9]研究了不同盐密下,FZSW-10/4型支柱复合绝缘子周围电场的分布,得出不同等值盐密条件下复合绝缘子伞裙沿面电场的分布特性几乎一致,仅伞裙间隙电场强度最大值有所改变。文献[10-11]用ANSYS模拟了不同盐密分布下玻璃绝缘子及瓷绝缘子的电场及电流密度。结果表明,污秽的不均匀分布有利于减小绝缘子串的表面泄漏电流并能增大绝缘子的闪络电压。文献[12-16]表明,紫外成像法是近年来越来越受到专家学者重视的一种检测电气设备放电的方法。
由上述研究可知,很多学者对带有污秽的瓷绝缘子、玻璃绝缘子和复合绝缘子进行了大量仿真研究,但鲜有对带有雾室的污秽绝缘子进行仿真研究。而对于绝缘子的污秽试验来说,雾室又是一个必不可少的部分,因此要想仿真与试验结果更准确地对应,雾室对绝缘子表面电场分布的影响不可忽视。
本研究一方面利用Comsol Multiphysics软件构建110 kV输电线路中瓷质绝缘子的仿真模型,研究雾室内绝缘子在洁净和不同污秽度下周围的空间电场分布,其中绝缘子表面污秽包括灰密(non-soluble deposit density,NSDD)和盐密(equivalent salt deposit density,ESDD);另一方面搭建绝缘子污秽放电的试验平台,利用紫外成像仪拍摄不同污秽度下的绝缘子紫外放电图像。
因为绝缘子具有轴对称结构,所以在Comsol Multiphysics中建立仿真模型时选择二维轴对称结构。仿真模型建立时首先在CAD中绘制出7片XWP2-120型绝缘子的二维轴对称图形的一半,再导入Comsol Multiphysics中进行仿真计算。XWP2-120的基本技术参数如表1所示。模型中的介质并不是理想的,这是因为:①导体的电导率是有限的;②介质是有损耗的(例如极化损耗、磁化损耗或欧姆损耗等)。对于时谐电磁场中介电常数为ε的导电介质且考虑欧姆损耗时,欧姆损耗则是以负虚数形式出现在介质方程中,如式(1)所示。

式(1)中:ε′为复介电常数;ε为介电常数;σ为电导率;ω为角频率;j为虚部。
使用复介电常数代替介电常数进行计算,此时仿真出来的污秽绝缘子串周围的电势和电场与实测结果类似[17-18]
XWP2-120的主体由钢脚铁帽、水泥以及瓷件组成,与仿真相关的材料属性如表2所示[10-11,18]。根据IEC 60507:2013,规定等值盐密分别为0.1、0.2、0.4 mg/cm2时,对应污秽的电导率为1.2、2.4、4.8 S/m。污秽水膜的相对介电常数为81,污秽水膜的厚度取为1 mm[19]。将63.5 kV的工频交流电压加在最下端绝缘子的钢脚处并且将最上端绝缘子的铁帽设为接地。
图1(a)(b)分别是仿真模型中有雾室时和无雾室时以绝缘子表面弧长来提取的绝缘子表面电场分布图。从图1(a)(b)可以看出,从高压端到低压端有雾室时场强逐渐减小,无雾室时场强先减小后增大。若按照63.5 kV的电压在有雾室时进行试验,则所得结果与实际现场结果有较大差别。又因为目前很难在自然条件下模拟绝缘子污秽放电试验,雾室是试验必备的。所以由图1(a)(b)可以发现,有无雾室时洁净绝缘子串在高压端附近3片绝缘子的表面电场强度分布趋势相同,幅值约为1.3倍的关系,低压端4片绝缘子表面电场强度分布趋势完全不同。
为了使雾室中的试验结果更接近实际运行现场结果,实现有雾室与无雾室时绝缘子高压端附近的场强近似,可以把有雾室情况下的试验电压由63.5 kV变为49.0 kV,并用绝缘子表面弧长来提取绝缘子表面的电场分布,如图1(c)所示。图1中绝缘子串高压端附近场强的最大值如表3所示。从表3可以看出,试验电压固定为63.5 kV时,有雾室和无雾室条件下的绝缘子串在高压端附近从第1片到第3片的场强分别相差38.1%、29.6%、20.5%;但在试验电压为49.0 kV时有雾室条件下与试验电压为63.5 kV时无雾室条件下的绝缘子串在高压端附近从第1片到第3片的场强分别相差6.1%、1.4%、10.4%。综上,在实验室有雾室条件下降低试验电压至49.0 kV,更接近绝缘子实际运行现场周围的电场强度。
由GB/T 4585—2004可知,施加在被试绝缘子表面的盐密值称为污秽度,故选取不同盐密来表征不同污秽度。仿真发现污秽绝缘子串在有无雾室情况下高压端的电场分布趋势,与洁净绝缘子串在有无雾室情况下高压端的电场分布趋势一致。为了更好地模拟110 kV线路中污秽绝缘子的运行状态,也需要在实验室有雾室条件下降低试验电压至49.0 kV,这一结论与2.1节一致。
试验平台接线图如图2所示,图中试验电源为工频电源,T为调压器,B是变压器,R为保护电阻,C1和C2为电容分压器。采用的人工气候室(雾室)尺寸为2.4 m×2.4 m×3.0 m,利用加湿器来控制雾室的湿度,在雾室的底部设有排风扇使雾气分布均匀。通过控制加湿器和排风扇的档位可以使雾室的相对湿度从0变化到100%,并采用数字湿度计来监测湿度。同时试验采用ZT301型紫外成像仪来拍摄绝缘子表面的放电情况[20-21]
按照固体层法对绝缘子进行人工涂污[22-23]。先将被试绝缘子清洗干净,自然阴干后备用。试验中用氯化钠模拟绝缘子表面污秽层中的盐密,用硅藻土模拟绝缘子表面污秽层中的灰密。试验中的变量为盐密、雾室湿度以及成像仪拍摄的距离。其中盐密选用0.1、0.2、0.4 mg/cm2,灰密统一选取1.0 mg/cm2,均匀染污被试绝缘子后,晾干待用;雾室温度为30℃,湿度控制为70%、75%、80%、85% 4个等级;试验电压为49.0 kV工频电压。由于紫外成像仪的增益和拍摄距离都会对结果产生影响,先在湿度为75%、盐密为0.4 mg/cm2时,选取典型增益分别为50%、70%、90%和典型拍摄距离分别为15、20、25 m进行试验,探究增益和拍摄距离对放电光子数的影响。当确定拍摄距离和增益之后,再在不同湿度、污秽度下分别进行3次试验。
由于不同拍摄距离、不同增益下测得的光子数不同,因此先保持拍摄距离不变,改变紫外成像仪增益,测量放电光子数,具体试验步骤如下:(1)拍摄距离选为15 m,在增益分别为50%、70%、90%时测量光子数;(2)拍摄距离选为20 m,在增益分别为50%、70%、90%时测量光子数;(3)拍摄距离选为25 m,在增益分别为50%、70%、90%时测量光子数。
根据上述试验方法,测得不同拍摄距离和增益下的光子数,如图3所示。从图3可以发现,拍摄距离和增益都与光子数成正相关。本次试验选择拍摄距离为20 m,增益为70%,对于其他距离和增益下的光子数可以通过图3中三者的关系曲线进行归算。
确定了成像仪的增益和拍摄距离后,盐密分别取0.1、0.2、0.4 mg/cm2,在电压为49 kV、湿度为80%下持续1 h,然后利用紫外成像仪进行拍摄,结果如图4所示。从图4可以看出,绝缘子在湿度不变的情况下,污秽度越大(盐密越大),放电光子数越多。由此可知,光子数可以作为衡量绝缘子污秽放电强弱的一个指标。
此外,试验中放电点主要集中在高压端附近的3片绝缘子,验证了图1所示仿真模型中有雾室时绝缘子串周围的电场分布情况:从高压端到低压端电场逐渐变小,且在低压端的场强很小。
为了进一步得到湿度、污秽度与光子数的关系,根据试验数据插值拟合绘制出三者的曲面图,如图5所示。从图5可以看出,在湿度不变时,污秽度(盐密)变大,则放电光子数增多。这与仿真结果中绝缘子的场强随着污秽度的增加而增大相对应。另外,在污秽度不变时,随着湿度增大,放电光子数也会增多。综上,污秽绝缘子放电时,紫外成像仪所测光子数随着污秽度和湿度的增大而增多,即绝缘子放电光子数与湿度、污秽度有关。
结合仿真与试验研究了雾室环境下污秽度和湿度对瓷质绝缘子放电特性的影响,根据仿真结果提出了降低人工雾室中试验电压的方法来优化绝缘子污秽放电试验的方案,使试验效果更贴合实际现场应用现状,具体如下:
(1)比较有雾室条件下和无雾室条件下的试验,绝缘子串表面电场在高压端变大,低压端变小,但是两种条件下高压端附近的绝缘子电场分布趋势一致。在有雾室时做7片绝缘子污秽试验时降低试验电压至49.0 kV,在高压端附近的污秽绝缘子放电情况更接近实际现场情况。
(2)在电压不变的情况下,雾室中绝缘子的污秽度越大且湿度越高时,放电光子数越多,说明放电的光子数可反映出不同污秽度下绝缘子放电的强弱,为后续利用雾室绝缘子污秽试验获得的光子数来判别实际运行线路中绝缘子污秽度奠定了基础。
