The epoxy resin samples for dry type insulation equipment were conducted ageing test. The electric strength and dielectric spectrum of the samples with different ageing degree were tested, and their activation energy were calculated. It is found that with the increase of ageing degree, the activation energy of the epoxy resin shows a change trend of decreasing-increasing-slightly decreasing-increasing, and the electric strength shows a zigzag downward trend. The accelerated ageing time at high temperature can be converted into operating time at working temperature by the accelerated ageing factor (AF) obtained by Arrhenius equation. Taking that the electric strength decreases to 50% of the initial value as a sign of life end for material, we could obtain the activation energy corresponding to the life end of epoxy resin material, which is 209.7 kJ/mol. The judging method of the insulation state and life for epoxy resin dry type insulation based on activation energy is established, and the connection mode and test method of dielectric spectrum measurement for dry type insulation equipment are proposed by taking dry type transformer as an example. The life prediction method is applied to an actual dry type transformer in the project, it is obtained that the activation energy of the dry-type transformer is 69.4 kJ/mol, and the its minimum residual life is predicted to be 36.5 years.

对干式绝缘设备用环氧树脂试样进行老化实验,对不同老化程度的试样进行电气强度和介电谱实验,计算其活化能。发现随着老化程度的加深,环氧树脂的活化能呈现降低-升高-略有降低-升高的变化趋势,电气强度呈现曲折下降的趋势。通过阿伦尼乌斯方程得到的热老化加速因子(AF)可将高温加速老化时间转化为工作温度运行时间。以试样电气强度下降至起始值的50%作为材料寿命终结的标志,得到环氧树脂材料寿命终结对应的活化能为209.7 kJ/mol。建立了基于活化能判断环氧树脂类干式绝缘状态和预测寿命的方法,并以干式变压器为例提出了干式绝缘设备的介电谱测量接线方式和测试方法。对工程实际的干式变压器运用寿命预测方法,得到干式变压器的活化能为69.4 kJ/mol,预测其最少剩余寿命为36.5年。

对干式绝缘设备用环氧树脂试样进行老化实验,对不同老化程度的试样进行电气强度和介电谱实验,计算其活化能。发现随着老化程度的加深,环氧树脂的活化能呈现降低-升高-略有降低-升高的变化趋势,电气强度呈现曲折下降的趋势。通过阿伦尼乌斯方程得到的热老化加速因子(AF)可将高温加速老化时间转化为工作温度运行时间。以试样电气强度下降至起始值的50%作为材料寿命终结的标志,得到环氧树脂材料寿命终结对应的活化能为209.7 kJ/mol。建立了基于活化能判断环氧树脂类干式绝缘状态和预测寿命的方法,并以干式变压器为例提出了干式绝缘设备的介电谱测量接线方式和测试方法。对工程实际的干式变压器运用寿命预测方法,得到干式变压器的活化能为69.4 kJ/mol,预测其最少剩余寿命为36.5年。

The epoxy resin samples for dry type insulation equipment were conducted ageing test. The electric strength and dielectric spectrum of the samples with different ageing degree were tested, and their activation energy were calculated. It is found that with the increase of ageing degree, the activation energy of the epoxy resin shows a change trend of decreasing-increasing-slightly decreasing-increasing, and the electric strength shows a zigzag downward trend. The accelerated ageing time at high temperature can be converted into operating time at working temperature by the accelerated ageing factor (AF) obtained by Arrhenius equation. Taking that the electric strength decreases to 50% of the initial value as a sign of life end for material, we could obtain the activation energy corresponding to the life end of epoxy resin material, which is 209.7 kJ/mol. The judging method of the insulation state and life for epoxy resin dry type insulation based on activation energy is established, and the connection mode and test method of dielectric spectrum measurement for dry type insulation equipment are proposed by taking dry type transformer as an example. The life prediction method is applied to an actual dry type transformer in the project, it is obtained that the activation energy of the dry-type transformer is 69.4 kJ/mol, and the its minimum residual life is predicted to be 36.5 years.

干式绝缘设备是保证电网稳定运行必不可少的一类设备,包括干式变压器、干式电抗器等。干式绝缘设备用绝缘的可靠性直接关系到电网的经济运行和安全稳定,通常需要具有优良的力学性能和电气强度,但在制造过程中总会形成一些先天性的局部缺陷,如气泡、裂缝和电极毛刺等。干式绝缘设备绝缘结构复杂,绝缘缺陷多样,因此需要研究干式绝缘设备用环氧树脂在老化过程中状态量的变化规律,进而提出适用于工程实际的绝缘寿命预测方法[1-4]
目前学者对发电机线棒、电缆、GIS用盆式绝缘子和干式变压器用环氧树脂绝缘材料已进行一些研究。文献[5]对发电机线棒的环氧云母绝缘进行宽频介电谱测试,研究了固化温度、固化时间对环氧云母的影响,发现适当的高温可以提高材料的固化程度,进而提高绝缘材料的介电性能。文献[6]对电机定子线棒缩比模型进行热、电老化试验,分析线棒绝缘内陷阱分布变化,结果表明线棒绝缘在老化过程中存在“后固化”的现象,绝缘内陷阱密度先增大后减小。文献[7]对不同老化时间、老化温度下的电机定子线棒主绝缘环氧云母材料进行参数对比,发现电老化使环氧云母绝缘材料的介电性能下降,介质损耗因数和介电常数随老化程度的提高而增大。文献[8]对GIS用盆式绝缘子环氧树脂材料在纳秒脉冲下开展沿面闪络老化试验,发现随着SF6气体压强的增大,环氧树脂的纳秒脉冲沿面闪络电压升高。文献[9-10]对干式变压器用环氧树脂进行加速热老化试验,研究了环氧树脂的质量损失,但并未对质量损失与绝缘性能进行相关性分析。文献[11]对干式变压器用环氧树脂进行热老化和交流击穿试验,发现材料的击穿电压随老化时间呈现增大-减小-增大-减小-增大的变化趋势,环氧树脂试样的分子链在高温下发生断裂,试样质量和击穿电压减小。
活化能可以反映绝缘材料微观层面的粒子运动和化学反应过程中需要克服的能量势垒,能够从材料本征特性上揭示其老化状态。近年来,一些学者开始考虑采用绝缘的本征特性活化能来研究其老化过程,例如,文献[12]计算出交联聚乙烯的活化能为114.3 kJ/mol,在150℃下的热老化终止寿命接近336 h,预计交联聚乙烯在工作温度70℃下的使用寿命大约为74年,与实际值较为接近。文献[13]分析了不同老化状态绝缘油的活化能,并辅以绝缘纸板聚合度和绝缘油酸值等测试,构建了绝缘寿命预测关系式。目前学者针对干式绝缘设备活化能测量与计算的研究较少,尚未开展基于活化能评估干式绝缘设备老化状态和寿命预测的研究,因此需要进一步研究活化能与老化状态之间的关系,并建立环氧树脂材料寿命终结的标准,以提出基于活化能预测干式绝缘设备寿命的方法。
本研究对干式绝缘设备用环氧树脂试样进行不同温度的热老化试验,对老化试样进行介电谱测量获取活化能,再进行击穿实验获取电气强度,得到活化能与老化状态的关联规律,探究表征材料寿命终结的活化能标准,研究加速老化时间与工程实际运行时间的等效表征关系,建立基于活化能预测干式绝缘设备寿命的方法,探究工程实际中干式绝缘设备活化能的获取方法,并将寿命预测方法应用于工程现场。
实验材料为山东泰开变压器有限公司的浇注干式变压器用环氧树脂,制作工艺同变压器浇注工艺,浇注成直径为100 mm、厚度为1 mm的圆片状试样,绝缘耐温等级为F级。试验前用无水乙醇擦拭试样表面,并在室温烘干箱中低温干燥。
在玻璃化转变温度附近,高聚物的许多性能会发生急剧变化,在该温度附近试样的老化方式和老化速度可能会由于物理状态不同而存在差异。根据DSC测试获得未老化环氧树脂样品的玻璃化转变温度约为130℃,故本研究将试样分为A、B、C 3大组,分别对应热老化温度为100、130、160℃,每大组分成11小组A1~A11,分别对应老化时间为0、96、192、288、384、480、576、672、768、864、960、1 056 h,每个小组为5个试样。定时变换试样在老化箱中的摆放位置,保证老化程度均匀。定时向老化箱中通风换气,保证热氧反应环境基本相同。
交流击穿实验参考GB/T 1048.1—2006,选用柱-板电极作为击穿试验平台,如图1所示。实验时为避免沿面闪络,在杯中充入变压器油,浸没试样和电极。采用短时实验方式,升压速度为1.2 kV/s,使试样在10~20 s发生击穿。每个老化程度下有5片试样,测试之前测量试样厚度,将5片试样电气强度的平均值作为该老化程度对应的电气强度。
实验仪器为Omicron公司的DIRANA型介质响应分析仪,所用电极为自制三电极系统。介质响应分析仪上的测试输出端连至高压电极,通道1输入端连接低压电极,保护电极连接地线。试验时将三电极放入电热鼓风干燥箱,保证试验环境温度恒定。试验测试频率为10-3~103 Hz,测试温度为30~100℃,温度间隔为10℃。
基于介电谱求取活化能的方法一般基于频温等效原理,即在某种弛豫占主导地位的特征频段,可把温度对弛豫时间的影响映射到温度对特征频段的影响上,反映在介电谱曲线上的现象为温度升高,介电谱曲线形状不发生变化,仅整体向高频方向平移。若定义f0表示温度为T0时介电谱上某点平移前对应的频率,f表示平移后该点在温度T时介电谱上对应的频率,则可得到式(1)

式(1)中:k为Boltzmann常数,k=1.39×10-23 J/K;Ea为活化能。
实测获得不同温度下的介电谱曲线,由式(1)可拟合(lnf0-lnf )与(1/T-1/T0)的关系,其斜率即为Ea/k,从而求出活化能。此方法求得的活化能与热刺激去极化电流法测得的陷阱深度有着相同的物理含义。研究表明,陷阱深度可作为一种聚合物老化的有效表征参数,因此可将老化过程与活化能建立联系。
对不同老化程度的环氧树脂试样进行介电谱测量,得到不同老化程度试样的活化能如图2所示。
图2可以看出,随着老化程度加深,环氧试样的活化能呈现先降低后升高,随后略有降低最终升高的变化趋势,总体而言活化能随着老化程度的加深而升高。图2曲线的第一次下降是由于热老化过程中出现的“二次固化”,在热作用下环氧试样在残余固化剂作用下进一步交联,试样陷阱能级变浅[6]。随后曲线的第一次升高是由于固化剂降解产生游离酸,同时环氧树脂分子链中联系较弱的化学键断裂,两种反应产生极性基团和自由基,使陷阱深度加深,活化能提高[14]。下一个阶段曲线小幅下降是因为固化剂基本分解完全并伴随气体挥发,环氧树脂中的自由基数量有所降低,对载流子和空间电荷的吸附作用减弱,陷阱深度略有变浅,活化能有所降低。之后主要由于环氧树脂分子链断裂,大量极性基团产生,再次加深了陷阱深度,使活化能最终趋于上升[15]
试样电气强度随老化时间的变化趋势如图3所示。从图3可以看出,环氧试样的电气强度随老化时间呈现增大-减小-略微增大-减小的变化趋势,这是因为“二次固化”使环氧树脂分子间的联系更紧密,虽然陷阱变浅,载流子和空间电荷比较容易脱陷,但环氧树脂分子之间联系紧密,需要较大的电压才能形成贯穿的导电通道;二次固化完成后,进入固化剂分解阶段,此时陷阱变深,电极的注入电荷被陷阱捕获并形成空间电荷,空间电荷的聚集会畸变电介质中的电场分布,导致电气强度降低;下一阶段固化剂分解产物挥发导致活化能略有下降,电气强度也随之上升,最后一个阶段环氧树脂热裂解反应成为主要反应,活化能升高,电气强度随之降低。总体而言,在整个老化阶段,随着老化的进行,电气强度呈下降趋势[11]
将活化能变化规律与电气强度变化规律联系起来,以电气强度下降至某种程度作为绝缘寿命终点,可得到对应时刻活化能的数值,以此作为寿命终止判据,为基于活化能评估干式变压器绝缘老化状态和寿命预测提供参考依据。
通过以上试验结果发现环氧树脂材料的老化程度与活化能有定量联系,基于活化能可定量表征材料的老化状态,外推其剩余寿命。但实验室对环氧树脂材料模拟的老化条件高于长期工作温度,因此需要与现场运行温度下干式变压器的运行时间作等效转换。
针对加速实验模型,当温度是唯一显著载荷时,多使用Arrhenius稳态温度加速模型。由于该温度实验中仅有温度应力,因此采用Arrhenius稳态温度加速模型,如式(2)所示。

式(7)的数值含义是材料在T温度下t单位的有效时间等效于T0温度下1/AFt0单位的有效时间。相同材料的同一失效标志点对应相同的失效活化能,由此可将实验室较高温度下加速热老化的时间与现场正常工作温度下的运行时间等效转化。热失重法提供了一种快速热老化的实验方法[20],利用热分析动力学对热失重实验数据进行处理可求得材料热解过程的化学反应活化能。假定干式变压器的长期工作温度为80℃,以实验室老化温度为130℃为例,由热失重法求得其化学活化能为136.15 kJ/mol,由式(6)求得其老化加速因子为314.6,即在130℃下老化1 h等效于80℃下老化314.6 h。
根据GB/T 11026.2—2012,本研究选择电气强度下降至起始值的50%作为材料寿命终结的标志。首先对130℃下材料电气强度与老化时间的曲线进行拟合,得到图4
为得到电气强度下降至起始值50%时对应的老化时间,将电气强度拟合曲线进行延伸,得到图5
根据延长曲线,计算得到环氧试样电气强度下降至起始值50%对应的时间为1 880 h。根据3.1节计算得到的老化加速因子,可将环氧树脂材料在130℃下的加速寿命转换到80℃下的运行寿命为67.5年。
对130℃下环氧试样活化能与老化时间的关联关系进行拟合,结果如图6所示。
为得到在130℃下老化至寿命终止时(1 880 h)对应的活化能,将活化能拟合曲线进行延伸,得到图7
已知130℃时环氧树脂材料到达寿命终止的时间为1 880 h,根据图7可知,寿命终止时对应的活化能为209.7 kJ/mol,可确定环氧树脂寿命终结时的活化能数值,作为基于活化能判断环氧树脂材料老化状态和寿命预测的寿命终止标准值。
图8为不同老化温度下环氧试样活化能的波动曲线。由图8可以看出,在3个老化温度下环氧树脂活化能的变化规律相似,均出现波折上升的现象,活化能均在起始的活化能附近波动,环氧树脂的活化能在老化的第一阶段中在起始值的93.2%~113.5%波动,这对实际评估干式绝缘设备的寿命有重要的指导意义:评估干式绝缘设备的老化状态及剩余寿命时,需要在设备全新未使用的状态下先测量其起始活化能,之后判断设备老化状态与绝缘寿命时,应该在不同时间点对其进行多次测量,并进行前后对比,观察活化能是否在起始活化能的93.2%~113.5%波动,若在此区间波动,则认为设备处于老化前期,若出现单调上升,则认为设备已处于老化中、后期或从老化前期向老化中、后期过渡的时期。
在对绝缘设备的状态进行分析时,先判断设备所处的老化时期,之后再判断其剩余寿命。以130℃老化为例,当干式绝缘设备的活化能处于老化前期时,可以预测其最少剩余寿命,即设备最坏情况下处于老化前期向老化中、后期过渡的状态,由图8(b)可知此状态对应的老化时间为864 h,活化能为83.9 kJ/mol,其在130℃下的等效剩余寿命为1 016 h,则干式绝缘设备在80℃下的最少剩余寿命为36.5年。
若干式绝缘设备的活化能处于老化中、后期时,将活化能数值与130℃下活化能与老化时间的关联规律模型比较,即可获得其对应的等效剩余寿命。如干式绝缘设备某个状态的活化能为140 kJ/mol,根据图7此状态对应的老化时间为1 557 h,其在130℃下的等效剩余寿命为323 h,干式绝缘设备在80℃下的预测剩余寿命为11.6年。
为探究实际干式绝缘设备的测量接线方法,以干式变压器为例探究其接线方法。由于干式变压器的三相布线、绝缘结构基本相同,本研究制作干式变压器单相的缩小比例模型,与真实变压器的结构完全相同。干式变压器的缩比模型如图9所示。
缩比模型与真实干式变压器的单相结构相同,均为导线围绕铁芯绕制,绕组之间为环氧树脂绝缘层,初级绕组、次级绕组在测量时可看作埋入环氧树脂绝缘的电极。由于工程实际中绝缘损坏更容易出现在绕组间绝缘,测量时将初级绕组、次级绕组自身短接,高压电极、低压电极分别接于初级绕组、次级绕组,即可对绕组间绝缘进行介电谱测量。
在对实际的干式变压器进行测量时,可将三相初级绕组、三相次级绕组分别短接,然后将高压电极、低压电极分别接于单相的初级绕组、次级绕组,此时测量电流分别通过三相内相间的环氧树脂绝缘材料,分析测量结果即可得到干式变压器三相的综合活化能。
在工程现场中对干式变压器进行介电谱测量时,选择温差较大的日期(昼夜温差超过10℃),在日最高气温点(17℃)和日最低气温点(7℃)分别进行一次介电谱测量,测量频率为10-3~103 Hz,一次介电谱测量时间不超过120 min,在测量时间段内环境温度变化不大,可认为干式变压器内部温度基本不变。干式变压器三相的介电谱测量结果如图10所示。
对复电容实部曲线进行求导,获得两个温度下导数曲线的平移量(lnf0-lnf )及(1/T-1/T0),即可获得变压器的活化能为69.4 kJ/mol,低于起始活化能,在起始活化能附近波动,故未进行多状态介电谱测量,亦可推出变压器处于活化能波动的老化前期,预测变压器的最少剩余寿命为36.5年。
测量干式变压器的介电谱也可以单相分别测量,即高压电极、低压电极分别接于单相的初级绕组、次级绕组,此时测量电流通过单相内相间的环氧树脂绝缘材料,分析测量结果即可得到干式变压器某一相活化能。而如果变压器已运行一段时间,某相的绝缘缺陷可能会在运行的过程中暴露出来,而导致单相与三相的活化能相差较大,此时对单相进行介电谱测试可以分辨出绝缘老化更严重的相间绝缘。
(1)随着老化的进行,环氧树脂活化能呈现降低-升高-略有降低-最终升高的变化趋势,电气强度随老化进行呈现曲折下降的趋势,原因是“二次固化”、固化剂分解、固化剂挥发、环氧树脂分子链断裂4个反应阶段极性基团、自由基对电介质内微观陷阱深度的影响,从而影响材料内空间电荷聚集,使材料中电场分布严重畸变。
(2)借用阿伦尼乌斯方程得到热老化加速因子AF,环氧树脂试样130℃转化到80℃的AF为314.6。本研究以试样电气强度下降至起始值的50%作为材料寿命终结的标志,得到环氧树脂材料在130℃老化下的寿命为1 880 h,折算到80℃下的运行寿命为67.5年,寿命终结对应的活化能为209.7 kJ/mol。
(3)建立了基于活化能的环氧树脂类干式绝缘预测寿命的方法。本方法需要测量与比较多个老化状态下的活化能,若测量时段内结果在活化能初始值的93.2%~113.5%波动,可估算其最少剩余寿命时间;若在测量时段已出现单调上升状态,则可根据活化能的数值在活化能与老化的关系找到对应老化时间,获得材料的剩余寿命时间。
(4)以干式变压器为例提出了干式绝缘设备的介电谱测量接线方式,测量时将初级绕组、次级绕组自身短接,高压电极、低压电极分别接于初级绕组、次级绕组,在日温差超过10℃的日最高气温点、日最低气温点分别进行进行介电谱测量,获得设备活化能即可预测其剩余寿命。
