Aiming at the lack of metal passivator in oil for 22 transformers in a power grid company, a self-developed metal passivator adding device was used to add metal passivator, and the adding effect of metal passivator was verified by sampling and detecting the metal passivator content and corrosive sulfur regularly. The results show that adding metal passivator can alleviate the corrosion of corrosive sulfur to transformer effectively, and the key problems during the adding process of metal passivator are pointed out, which are preventing oil leakage, preventing air mixing in, controlling injection flow, and preventing pollutants mixing in.

针对某电网公司22台变压器油中金属钝化剂不足的问题,采用自主研发的金属钝化剂添加装置添加金属钝化剂,并通过定期取样检测金属钝化剂含量和腐蚀性硫含量对添加效果进行验证。结果表明:添加金属钝化剂可以有效缓解腐蚀性硫对变压器的腐蚀,并指出了添加金属钝化剂过程中防止漏油、防止空气混入、控制注入流量及防止污染物进入等关键性问题。

针对某电网公司22台变压器油中金属钝化剂不足的问题,采用自主研发的金属钝化剂添加装置添加金属钝化剂,并通过定期取样检测金属钝化剂含量和腐蚀性硫含量对添加效果进行验证。结果表明:添加金属钝化剂可以有效缓解腐蚀性硫对变压器的腐蚀,并指出了添加金属钝化剂过程中防止漏油、防止空气混入、控制注入流量及防止污染物进入等关键性问题。

Aiming at the lack of metal passivator in oil for 22 transformers in a power grid company, a self-developed metal passivator adding device was used to add metal passivator, and the adding effect of metal passivator was verified by sampling and detecting the metal passivator content and corrosive sulfur regularly. The results show that adding metal passivator can alleviate the corrosion of corrosive sulfur to transformer effectively, and the key problems during the adding process of metal passivator are pointed out, which are preventing oil leakage, preventing air mixing in, controlling injection flow, and preventing pollutants mixing in.

腐蚀性硫问题在国外已经有数十年历史,绝缘油中存在的腐蚀性硫最终可引起变压器绝缘故障或局部放电故障1-2。1947年三氮唑类衍生物类金属钝化剂开始用作铜及其合金的抑制剂;1954年澳大利亚等国家将含有金属钝化剂的变压器油投入电力设备3;1958年J C WOOD-MALLOCK研究了含氮有机化合物在变压器油中的应用效果;1964年F HUGHESAND报道了含邻氨基苯甲酸类金属钝化剂用于变压器油的运行情况;1982年M YASUDA探讨了金属钝化剂在变压器油中的作用机理;1992年P R KRISHNAMOORTHY考察了单体酚、聚合酚、胺型3种抗氧剂与三唑类衍生物金属减活剂的复配效果4。2002年Doble公司、2004年ABB公司等也开始开展变压器油中腐蚀性硫的研究课题5,国际大电网协会CIGRE 2005年成立WG A2-32和2009年成立A2-40工作组专门研究“变压器中的硫化亚铜”及“硫化亚铜的长期抑制及危害评估”等问题3,引起了全球电网公司及相关机构的关注。2007年尼纳斯石油公司提出运行变压器油中金属钝化剂加入量为100×10-6。IEC 60422:2013指出保证变压器的安全运行需要在变压器油中添加质量分数大于10-4的金属钝化剂,并维持其质量分数大于50×10-6[6
国内1994年张镜诚等7研究了T551、T561金属钝化剂的作用机理;2003年陈丽华等4考察了金属减活剂对铜离子的抑制作用;2005年以后,广东、福建、贵州、湖南、江苏等地区电网先后发生了由变压器油中腐蚀性硫引起的变压器故障问题,对电网的安全稳定运行造成了巨大危害8-9。国内多家电网公司及研究机构逐步开展变压器油的腐蚀性硫相关研究,并开始向运行变压器油中加入金属钝化剂对腐蚀性硫进行抑制。于会民等10对比了两类金属减活剂对腐蚀性硫的抑制效果;钱艺华等11研究了Irgamet 39在变压器油中的消耗规律;陆云才等12研究了苯并三氮唑(BTA)对变压器硫腐蚀的抑制效果及绝缘油性能的影响;舒想等13比较研究了甲基苯并三氮唑(TTA)、Irgamet 39、T571 3种钝化剂在多重腐蚀性硫并存环境中的防护效果及对油品质量的影响。
在变压器油中添加金属钝化剂是目前抑制腐蚀性硫问题的有效方法14,可以有效防止铜腐蚀的发生或阻止铜腐蚀进一步恶化,其中BTA及其衍生物TTA、Irgamet39是目前全世界范围内应用最广泛的金属钝化剂15
2017年某电网公司下属220 kV LT变电站#1主变因静电屏及高压线圈硫腐蚀,静电屏搭接面绝缘发生击穿并对下方的高压线圈放电,最终导致变压器故障返厂。该电网公司随即将变压器油中含有腐蚀性硫的变压器列为高风险设备,并要求全面进行处理。该省电网公司组织对下属110 kV及以上变压器绝缘油进行普查,根据普查结果筛选出需要限时处理的变压器22台,对此22台变压器添加金属钝化剂,以抑制活性硫对铜的腐蚀及阻止铜腐蚀的进一步恶化。金属钝化剂的添加含量基本要求如下16:新添加的金属钝化剂质量浓度需达到100 mg/kg;已添加的、检测余量不足或接近40 mg/kg的,按100 mg/kg的量添加补足。
本项目试验对象的基本信息见表1,其中220 kV变压器油质量为42.7~56.0吨,110 kV变压器油质量为15.1~16.9吨。本项目未实施之前,各变压器的金属钝化剂含量如下:BG#2为45.19 mg/kg、DX#2为45.96 mg/kg、TZ#1为34.8 mg/kg、TZ#2 为39.7 mg/kg、YY#1为24.35 mg/kg、YY#2为20.0 mg/kg,其他变压器均小于5 mg/kg。考虑到变压器内绝缘纸和纸板等材料吸附以及油桶底部会残存部分油无法注入变压器,金属钝化剂按1.3~1.5倍剂量添加,本项目金属钝化剂添加量为2.6~9.5 L。
本项目选用BASF公司生产的Irgamet 39型金属钝化剂(油),为苯三唑衍生物,是液态油溶性金属减活剂。低浓度下活性高,挥发性低,不含溶剂,矿物油中溶解度极佳,其基本物理性质见表2
金属钝化剂添加装置为自研产品,是密封型箱体设备,通过操作面板可以实现金属钝化剂添加全过程自动操作功能。具有系统油路清洗、变压器油接收/输送、流动混合、杂质过滤、液位监控等功能。变压器通过一次排放阀与金属钝化剂添加装置完成连接。金属钝化剂添加装置与变压器连接示意图见图1
采用美国Waters公司Alliancee 2695型高效液相色谱仪,SunFireC18型色谱分离柱,检测金属钝化剂含量;采用5E-DHG型电热恒温鼓风干燥箱进行腐蚀性硫试验,控温范围为(室温+10℃)~250℃,控温精度为±1℃。
本试验项目为不停电作业,按变电站管理要求办理工作许可手续、挂好安全围栏,并对施工人员进行安全技术交底和施工方案学习,退出变压器重瓦斯跳闸保护。
变压器与金属钝化剂添加装置的管路连接如图1所示,注意不能连接到冷却器的阀门,以防止冷却系统内负压危险。金属钝化剂添加装置从站内检修箱接入220 V交流电源。
预先放入少量变压器油清洗系统两次后,取约200 L变压器油注入装置油箱,再取金属钝化剂按计算剂量注入油箱,开启油泵循环混合20 min。金属钝化剂添加浓度为130~150 mg/kg。
通过油泵控制金属钝化剂注入流量为7 L/min,要避免流量太大搅动底部的油泥。注入金属钝化剂1 h后,在变压器散热片上部的排气孔进行排气,以检查设备内是否存在空气气泡。检查变压器油位,根据实际情况判断是否需要补油。
拆卸连接系统,清理现场。办理结束工作手续,恢复主变重瓦斯保护跳闸设置。
按1、3、6、12月时间间隔定期取样,按照DL/T 1459—2015测定变压器油中金属钝化剂含量。在一定温度、电场环境下金属钝化剂会逐步降解,变压器内部元件金属表面镀膜会消耗部分金属钝化剂,绝缘纸对金属钝化剂也有一定吸附,因此金属钝化剂含量在变压运行过程中必然会不断降低17。对本试验项目的22台变压器加入金属钝化剂正常运行一个月后取样检测,所有变压器油中金属钝化剂含量均高于130 mg/kg,达到了计划目标值,其中原先油中金属钝化剂含量较高的BG#2、DX#2重新添加金属钝化剂后含量超过了200 mg/kg。经过3个月后各变压器油中金属钝化剂含量基本稳定,趋于平缓衰减,金属钝化剂的消耗情况见图2。从图2可以看出,金属钝化剂每月的消耗量为0.74~3.72 mg/kg,平均月消耗量是1.56 mg/kg。因各变压器内部部件材质不完全相同,运行环境、工况、时长也不一样,所以变压器油中腐蚀性硫情况并不相同,对金属钝化剂的消耗情况也不一样。运行12个月后, LT#2的金属钝化剂含量为99.06 mg/kg,FS#2的金属钝化剂含量为107.89 mg/kg,这两个变压器中的金属钝化剂消耗相对较快,后续运行应该对其加强监督,对变压器的负荷进行控制,对散热系统进行检查和清理,加强油中溶解气体的色谱分析工作18
目前尚无法通过常规的电气试验与油的参数试验来判断腐蚀性硫的状况,按照GB/T 25961—2010规定试验方法进行腐蚀性硫试验来判断是否存在游离(单质)硫和腐蚀性硫及其形成的趋势。本项目对添加金属钝化剂之后各变压器油按1、3、6、12月时间间隔定期取样进行腐蚀性硫试验。注入钝化剂之前LT#2的变压器油具有腐蚀性,YY#1、YY#2的变压器油具有弱腐蚀性,添加金属钝化剂之后,所有变压器油样均无腐蚀性,各变压器油的腐蚀性硫实验结果见图3
图3可以看出,本次金属钝化剂的添加对已经发生腐蚀的变压器同样达到了钝化效果,抑制了腐蚀性硫的腐蚀,说明通过添加金属钝化剂很好地保障了变压器油无腐蚀性。
按照GB/T 7595—2017、DL/T 722—2014质量指标对添加金属钝化剂之后运行中的变压器油进行监督,并未发现变压器油常规试验项目的实验结果有超标或者异常现象,其中1个月后LT#2、YY#1、YY#2变压器的常规试验结果如表3所示。从表3可以看出,金属钝化剂添加前后,变压器油的水分含量、油泥析出、颗粒污染度均无明显变化,说明项目实施过程中系统连接密封性良好,系统油路未受污染,且混合料注入流量控制合适;介质损耗因数略有降低,击穿电压、体积电阻率、特征气体成分等电气特征参量变化不大,说明本项目实施未对运行变压器及变压器油质量造成不良影响。
本项目过程为不停电作业,要做好安全防护和应急预案。绝缘油泄漏预防措施包括检查设备接口漏油、防止输油管脱落、注入过程禁止搬动设备等。
变压器注油必须防止空气混入,注入前要注意排除连接系统中的空气,注入后要检查瓦斯继电器内是否存在空气气泡。大量空气混入会导致绝缘油水分含量提高,空气含量提高,同时导致变压器耐压强度下降。
混合料注入流量必须小于10 L/min,不要快速打开注油阀,避免流量太大搅动底部的油泥。若变压器本体有不同位置的排油阀时,应尽量选择较高位置的排油阀注入金属钝化剂。
保证添加装置及系统洁净,对系统连接及金属钝化剂注入口做好密封,装置使用前要用变压器原油或新油清洗油箱,使用后要排尽残余油并进行清洁。
以自主研发的金属钝化剂添加装置对22台变压器添加金属钝化剂Irgamet 39,通过定期取样检测金属钝化剂含量和腐蚀性硫对添加效果进行了验证,正常运行1年各变压器油中金属钝化剂含量均≥99 mg/kg,平均月消耗量是1.56 mg/kg,腐蚀性硫实验结果均是无腐蚀性,表明通过添加金属钝化剂可以有效防止铜金属的腐蚀,保证设备的稳定安全运行。
