Taking the UHV DC transmission line insulators under four typical climatic conditions such as extremely arid, semi-arid, semi humid, and humid as research objects, we conducted natural pollution accumulation tests on insulators. The pollution accumulation characteristics of UHV DC insulators under different environmental conditions were obtained, and the pollution accumulation characteristics of insulators with different umbrella types and hydrophobic surface were described. The results show that from the extremely arid region to humid region, both the ratio of ESDD to NSDD and uneven pollution coefficient of the insulators decrease. The ESDD ratio of bell-type insulator to outer umbrella insulator in humid area is 0.82, and the ESDD ratio of composite surface insulator to hydrophilic surface insulator of tension string in extremely arid and semi-arid areas is 1.64 and 1.85, respectively. The research results can provide a reference for the differential design of external insulation for UHV DC transmission lines at different environmental areas.

以4类典型气候条件(极干旱、半干旱、半湿润、湿润)的特高压直流输电线路绝缘子为研究对象,开展了绝缘子自然积污试验,获得了不同环境条件下特高压直流绝缘子的积污特性,揭示了不同伞型、不同憎水性表面绝缘子的积污特性。结果表明:从极干旱地区至湿润地区,绝缘子的灰盐比和不均匀积污系数均下降,湿润地区外伞型绝缘子与钟罩型绝缘子的等值盐密比为0.82,极干旱和半干旱地区耐张串复合绝缘表面与亲水性表面绝缘子等值盐密比分别为1.64和1.85。研究成果可为我国不同环境地区特高压直流输电线路外绝缘差异化设计提供依据。

以4类典型气候条件(极干旱、半干旱、半湿润、湿润)的特高压直流输电线路绝缘子为研究对象,开展了绝缘子自然积污试验,获得了不同环境条件下特高压直流绝缘子的积污特性,揭示了不同伞型、不同憎水性表面绝缘子的积污特性。结果表明:从极干旱地区至湿润地区,绝缘子的灰盐比和不均匀积污系数均下降,湿润地区外伞型绝缘子与钟罩型绝缘子的等值盐密比为0.82,极干旱和半干旱地区耐张串复合绝缘表面与亲水性表面绝缘子等值盐密比分别为1.64和1.85。研究成果可为我国不同环境地区特高压直流输电线路外绝缘差异化设计提供依据。

Taking the UHV DC transmission line insulators under four typical climatic conditions such as extremely arid, semi-arid, semi humid, and humid as research objects, we conducted natural pollution accumulation tests on insulators. The pollution accumulation characteristics of UHV DC insulators under different environmental conditions were obtained, and the pollution accumulation characteristics of insulators with different umbrella types and hydrophobic surface were described. The results show that from the extremely arid region to humid region, both the ratio of ESDD to NSDD and uneven pollution coefficient of the insulators decrease. The ESDD ratio of bell-type insulator to outer umbrella insulator in humid area is 0.82, and the ESDD ratio of composite surface insulator to hydrophilic surface insulator of tension string in extremely arid and semi-arid areas is 1.64 and 1.85, respectively. The research results can provide a reference for the differential design of external insulation for UHV DC transmission lines at different environmental areas.

特高压直流工程作为远距离大容量的输电方式,承担区域电网甚至全球能源之间的电力互联,如果特高压线路发生污闪,将造成较大的经济损失和社会影响[1]。积污是绝缘子发生污闪的首要条件,是外绝缘设计与选型考虑的重点[2]。特高压直流线路跨越多个气候区,不同气候条件下绝缘子的积污情况差异较大,我国早期的特高压直流工程设计中因缺乏不同气候环境条件下的积污数据,关键的积污参数多参照交流工程选取,不能合理确定特高压直流工程的外绝缘配置。目前国内对±500 kV直流线路的积污特性开展了较多研究[3-11],但相关研究大多针对于南方湿润地区,而且积污年限较短。另外,相关研究表明随着电压等级的增大,绝缘子的积污水平及积污不均匀系数等特征量之间的差异较明显[12],因此,±500 kV直流线路的研究成果并不完全适用于相同气候环境下的特高压直流线路。目前国外亦缺少不同环境下的特高压直流工程积污数据。
为获得不同气象环境条件下特高压直流线路长期的积污特性,本研究通过开展4种气象环境下(极干旱、半干旱、半湿润、湿润)特高压直流输电线路绝缘子的长期自然积污试验,获得不同典型气象环境地区绝缘子的积污特性参数,针对不同因素对绝缘子表面积污水平的影响进行对比分析,为合理确定不同环境地区特高压直流输电工程的外绝缘配置,提高工程的可靠性和经济性提供依据。
分别选取新疆(极干旱)、宁夏(半干旱)、河南(半湿润)和江苏(湿润)地区已投运的天中线、灵绍线、锦苏线和锡泰线等±800 kV直流线路作为研究对象,制定了测量方案,如表1所示。测量方案遵循以下原则:①不同环境地区测点不少于3个,每个测点至少含两片(组)绝缘子;②绝缘子串型包括I串(包括测污试挂串)、V串、耐张串;③绝缘子材质包括瓷、玻璃、复合绝缘材料。
在2017-2019年对各测点采用上塔擦拭与落地水洗方式对绝缘子表面污秽进行取样,取样步骤和测量方法均按照Q/GDW 1152.2—2014[13]执行。运行经验表明,同一地区具有相同积污年限绝缘子的等值盐密、灰盐比以及不均匀积污系数均近似服从正态分布[14-16],Grubbs检验法适用于服从正态分布且数据量不大的总体[17]。基于此,本研究对处于某一环境地区,如半湿润环境下这种测量点数量相对较大但总体适中的地区采用Grubbs准则对异常值进行剔除。
以±800 kV天中线新疆段A1和A2污秽测点为研究对象,带电串与空挂串的积污测量结果如图1所示,极干旱地区带电串与空挂串的积污特征如表2所示。
带电系数是指同种污秽条件下,同型式绝缘子带电所测等值盐密(ESDD)、等值灰密(NSDD)与同期非带电所测ESDD、NSDD值之比,一般为l.1~1.5。通常情况下,ESDD和NSDD的带电系数有差异时,以等值盐密的带电系数为主。由图1可知,各测点悬挂的带电串绝缘子等值盐密值均稍高于空挂串绝缘子,绝缘子带电与否对灰密的影响未体现出显著的规律。由图1(a)可知,极干旱地区绝缘子的带电系数分散性小,为1.02~1.10,平均值为1.06。
灰盐比是指绝缘子等值盐密(ESDD)与等值灰密(NSDD)之比。由表2可见,本次测量的两测点空挂串绝缘子的灰盐比稍高于带电串,A1、A2两测点的绝缘子经过3年与5年积污期后其灰盐比差异较小,极干旱地区绝缘子的灰盐比平均值为4.8。
不均匀积污系数是指绝缘子下表面与上表面等值盐密之比。绝缘子上、下表面的污秽分布情况如图2所示,图中下标T、B分别代表绝缘子的上、下表面。表2给出了两测点绝缘子的不均匀积污系数,可以看出极干旱地区绝缘子积污5年期的不均匀积污系数要远大于积污3年期的,前者的平均值约为后者的2倍,说明上、下表面污秽分布差异随积污年限的增加而显著增大。以绝缘子5年积污期的污秽测量值为依据,该地区的不均匀积污系数为7.1~24.8,平均值为14.1。
经查证,在2018年和2019年秋季测污前,哈密地区夏季均为暴雨天气,雨水的冲刷极易导致上表面污秽的流失,因为测试串布置为直线悬垂串,雨水冲刷对下表面积污的影响较小,导致极干旱地区所测不均匀积污系数较大。
半干旱地区绝缘子的污秽测量结果如图3所示,灵绍线B5、B6测点绝缘子串由4片三伞型瓷绝缘子组成,第3片绝缘子上涂覆有RTV涂料。
图3可知,天中线两测点绝缘子的等值盐密和灰密差异较小,灵绍线复合绝缘表面三伞绝缘子的污秽度远高于同串上的瓷表面三伞绝缘子,前者等值盐密和灰密的平均值分别为0.048 mg/cm2、0.383 mg/cm2,分别为后者的5.4和13倍。半干旱地区绝缘子的积污特性参数如表3所示。
表3可以看出,半干旱地区天中线钟罩型瓷绝缘子的灰盐比平均值为6.05。对于灵绍线测点,同串上涂有RTV的三伞型瓷绝缘子灰盐比明显高于未喷涂RTV的绝缘子,两者比值约为2.2,这是因为涂有RTV涂料的瓷绝缘子具有高表面粘附能与摩擦力,更容易满足颗粒物的沉积条件[18-19]。综上所述,半干旱地区钟罩型瓷绝缘子的灰盐比平均值为6.05,三伞型瓷绝缘子的灰盐比平均值为3.45。
表3可知,B1、B2两测点钟罩型绝缘子的不均匀积污系数值分别为11.2和9.8,平均值为10.5。B5、B6两测点三伞型瓷绝缘子的等值盐密上、下表面分布较钟罩型更为均匀,其不均匀积污系数值小于1。此外,涂覆RTV涂料的绝缘子不均匀积污系数值要显著高于未涂覆RTV涂料的绝缘子,平均值为3.7,由图3可以看出两者积污的差异主要体现在绝缘子下表面。
半湿润地区±800 kV天中线河南段12个测点分别位于郑州市(C1~C4)、新乡市(C5~C8)、焦作市(C9~C12)。各测点采集的带电绝缘子积污测试数据见图4,其中位于郑州与新乡两地的8个测点同时具备不带电(3片串)试验串挂点,取3片绝缘子的盐灰密平均值作为该测点不带电串的分析数据,并与带电串测量结果进行对比分析,结果如图5所示。
图5可知,半湿润地区带电积污绝缘子的等值盐密除C2异常外均大于不带电绝缘子,带电系数为0.86~1.94,剔除异常值后,平均值为1.39。
图4可见,除C10测点绝缘子的灰盐比数值异常外,其余测点绝缘子的灰盐比分散性不大,统计得到全部带电测点绝缘子的灰盐比如表4所示。由表4可知,绝缘子上表面灰盐比普遍比下表面灰盐比大,与文献[14]中哈郑线河南段绝缘子灰盐比的测量结果一致,剔除C10异常点后,±800 kV天中线河南段灰盐比范围集中在1.43~4.78,平均值为2.73。
半湿润地区测试绝缘子串挂点数量相对于其他气候区较多,将12个带电测点绝缘子的数据进行拟合,考虑到刚开始积污时,绝缘子上、下表面污秽值均为0,以函数f(x)=ax对所有散点进行拟合,结果如图6所示。从图6可以看出,绝缘子上、下表面的等值盐密拟合曲线斜率为2.51,NSDD拟合曲线斜率为1.88,综上,半湿润地区不均匀积污系数为2.51。
湿润地区±800 kV锦苏线有3个测点D1、D2、D3,每个测点均悬挂有3串试验绝缘子串,分别于极I、极II导线下方及与导线等高的塔身处,各试验绝缘子串均具备2~5年的积污测量值。湿润地区各带电测点绝缘子盐密、灰密测量值如图7所示,湿润地区的积污特性如表5所示。
图7(a)中带电串与空挂串绝缘子表面等值盐密的比值(图中带电数据均取两极的平均值)可知,D1、D2、D3测点的带电系数分别为1.48、1.75、3.48。此外,也可以看出在同一杆塔上不同极性电压下绝缘子表面等值盐密的差异远小于灰密,可知灰密受直流电压极性因素的影响较大。
表5知,湿润环境条件下不同伞型瓷绝缘子的灰盐比差异较小,三伞型瓷绝缘子的灰盐比平均值为1.31,钟罩型瓷绝缘子的灰盐比平均值为1.35,复合绝缘子的灰盐比平均值为1.87。
表5可见,三伞型绝缘子的不均匀积污系数平均值为0.98,带电串钟罩型绝缘子的不均匀积污系数平均值为1.19,带电串复合绝缘子的不均匀积污系数平均值为1.42,同时也可看出电压极性对各测点绝缘子上、下表面的积污均匀性无明显影响。
综上所述,不同环境地区积污特征量如表6所示,其中不均匀积污系数以钟罩型绝缘子为参照。综合测量结果及上述分析可知,特高压直流线路绝缘子的积污特征参数在不同的降雨气象环境下有很大差异,从极干旱地区至湿润地区,绝缘子表面灰盐比、不均匀积污系数均下降。宁夏与新疆地区灰盐比相近,由于两地以戈壁、沙漠环境居多,年降水量少,多沙尘天气,灰盐比要显著高于半湿润与湿润地区。从不均匀积污系数来看,±800 kV天中线上的极干旱与半干旱地区测点的不均匀积污系数为半湿润地区测点的5~10倍以上,说明西北地区长期以来的气象条件,如大风、扬沙等恶劣天气对绝缘子上、下表面污秽分布的影响可能要大于雨水的清洗作用。
选取江苏地区±800 kV锦苏线和锡泰线开展不同伞型绝缘子积污特性差异研究,测量结果如表7所示。由表7可知,相同环境条件下外伞型绝缘子的等值盐密均小于钟罩型绝缘子,且上、下表面污秽分布较钟罩型绝缘子更为均匀。±800 kV锦苏线三伞型与钟罩型绝缘子等值盐密比为0.78~0.83,平均值为0.81,±800 kV锡泰线三伞型与钟罩型绝缘子等值盐密比为0.79~0.94,平均值为0.84。此外通过计算得到湿润地区带电三伞型与钟罩型绝缘子的等值盐密比平均值为0.82,与文献[8]中湿润地区±500 kV高肇、葛南直流外伞型与钟罩型绝缘子积污比0.78(高肇直流)、0.7(葛南直流)差异较小。
选取±800 kV天中线和±800 kV灵绍线开展复合绝缘表面与亲水性表面绝缘子的积污差异研究,表8给出了复合绝缘表面与亲水性表面绝缘子等值盐密比测量结果。由表8可知,相同环境下亲水性表面绝缘子的等值盐密均小于复合绝缘表面绝缘子的等值盐密,极干旱环境A3、A4测点耐张串复合绝缘表面绝缘子与亲水性表面(玻璃)绝缘子的等值盐密比分别为2.23和1.05,平均值为1.64。半干旱环境B3、B4测点复合绝缘表面绝缘子与亲水性表面绝缘子的等值盐密比分别为1.82和1.88,平均值为1.85,±800 kV灵绍线B5、B6测点复合绝缘表面绝缘子与亲水性表面(玻璃)绝缘子的等值盐密比平均值为5.33,表明耐张串上不同材质绝缘子之间盐密比差异较小,而悬垂串复合绝缘表面绝缘子与亲水性表面绝缘子的等值盐密比要显著大于耐张串。国内学者开展过 ±500 kV线路复合绝缘与亲水性表面绝缘子积污对比研究[20-21],因测试环境不同,各研究获得的复合绝缘表面绝缘子与亲水性表面绝缘子的等值盐密比有一定差异,但结果均表明相同环境条件下,复合绝缘表面绝缘子比亲水性表面绝缘子积污严重。造成这种差异的原因是复合绝缘表面比较粗糙,污秽物易附着在表面,雨水冲刷作用较弱;而亲水性表面十分光滑,不易附着污秽物。
(1)特高压直流线路的积污特征参数在不同气象环境下有较大差异,从极干旱地区至湿润地区,灰盐比、不均匀积污系数均下降,4种气候环境条件下的灰盐比依次为4.8、4.7、2.7、1.5,不均匀积污系数分别为14.1、10.5、2.5、1.2。因此不同气候条件下特高压直流工程的外绝缘设计条件应进行差异化选择。
(2)外伞型绝缘子的积污量较钟罩型绝缘子轻,相同工况下,湿润地区三伞型与钟罩型绝缘子的等值盐密比平均值为0.82。
(3)相同工况下,耐张串上复合绝缘表面绝缘子的积污量大于亲水性表面绝缘子,极干旱与半干旱地区的等值盐密比平均值分别为1.64、1.85,半干旱地区悬垂串上两者等值盐密比为5.33,显著大于耐张串。
